과거 전염병예방의 시대를 헬스케어 1.0시대로, 질병치료중심의 시대를 헬스케어 2.0시대로 정 의 할 때 헬스케어 3.0시대는 개인별 예방, 진료, 치료, 재활 및 일상생활 관리 등 개인별 맞춤 건강수명연장과 의료비 경감의 니즈 충족을 목표로 효율적 협업과 자원관리가 점점 더 중요해 지고 있다. 각종 의료 서비스, 의료지원, 행정업무의 통합지원 정보통신기술로 온라인 정보, 정 보 및 지식을 공유하여 여러 의료서비스, 의료서비스 지원 및 원무 행정업무 합치를 하여 의료 기관내의 전 조직구성원의 성과를 높이고 있다. 이러한 지원 체계 시스템 구현을 을 위해서는 복잡한 의료업무의 실세계를 단순하고 명료하 게 표현하고, 불필요한 부분은 생략하여 단순하고 합리적이고 유연한 형태로 모델링하고, 체계 적 문서화 표준화 기반으로 표현가능 해야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 동기에서 의료 협업 병원전 사적 자원관리 시스템 개발을 위한 구성단위 (Component) 지향 방안을 제시하였다. 더불어 의 료기관의 변화환경과 조직의 방향이 다이나믹하게 변동하는 진화적 의료 협업 자원관리의 특성 을 수용하기 위해, 재사용가능한 구성단위를 활용하였다. 이는 의료기관의 역량 기반의 미션과 참여자 역할간의 관계의 정의, 분석을 통해 논리적인 단 계에서 역할의 정보와 내역을 구성단위로 만들어, 동적으로 변화하는 협동적 자원관리 요구사항 대응을 구성단위 재사용성을 통해 유지보수 및 구현기간을 빠르게하고 그 시장성(Marketability) 을 향상시킬 수 있다.
Collaboration is becoming increasingly crucial in the era of healthcare 3.0. The organizations struggle to share data, information as well as knowledge on a real-time basis, based on information and communications technology (ICT) for the integration of various medical services, medical supports and administrative tasks. Spontaneously various studies are performed in collaboration and resources planning to improve the performance of hospital organizations. With this motivation, this paper examines the background and existing research of CHRP and developed a prototype based on component approach. The proposed methodology adopts mission and component modeling perspectives. The mission-driven perspective focuses on capturing requirements for a hospital community by defining collaborative missions of medical professionals and relationships. On the other hand, the component perspective focuses on the consistent and systematic development of the component artifacts required in implementation.

최근 비점오염물질 처리를 위하여 저영향개발(low impact development) 기술이 적용되고 있으며, 레인가든 기술은생물학적 및 물리화학적 처리에 의하여 비점오염물질 저감에 기여하기에 광범위하게 적용되고 있는 LID 기술 중 하나이다. 그러나 유지관리를 지속적으로 수행하지 않아 시설 내 막힘 현상 등의 문제가 발생한다. 따라서 본 연구는 효율적인 물수지 및 오염물질 저감을 위해 레인가든 기술의 구성 요소 배치의 개발 및 평가를 위하여 수행하였으며, 서로다른 2개의 하이브리드 레인가든 시스템 구축을 통하여 시스템의 최적화된 설계 및 구성요소의 배열을 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 시스템의 구성요소를 직렬로 배열 시 저감량은 유출량의 경우 96%, 오염물질 중 입자상 물질은 99%, 유기물질은 93% 및 중금속은 95%로 나타났다. 반면 시스템이 병렬로 배열 될 시, 유출량은 65% 저감되었으며, 평균 오염물질 저감효율은 TSS는 94%, 영양물질은 80% 및 중금속은 85%으로 평가되었다. 또한, 시스템의 구성요소가 비점오염물질 저감에는 침전, 침투도랑 및 식재부의 순서가 중요한 영향인자로 나타났다. 향후 레인가든 시스템 개발 시 최적화설계 인자로 활용 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
Low impact development (LID) technology has been recently applied for the treatment of nonpoint source pollutants. Rain garden is one of the widely used LIDs since it utilizes various mechanisms such as biological and physico-chemical treatment to reduce pollutants. However, problem such as clogging has been one of the issues encountered by the rain garden that do not undergo constant maintenance. Therefore, this research was conducted to develop and determine the component arrangement of a rain garden system for a more efficient volume and pollutant reduction. Two hybrid rain garden systems having different characteristics were developed and evaluated to determine the optimum design and arrangement of the system. The results showed that the components arranged in a series manner showed a volume reduction of 93% and a pollutant reduction efficiency of approximately 99%, 93% and 95% was observed for particulates, nutrients and heavy metals, respectively. While when the system is connected in a combined series-parallel, the volume and average pollutant reduction efficiency for the TSS, nutrients and heavy metals are 65%, 94%, 80% and 85%, respectively. Moreover, the component arrangement in the order of sedimentation tank, infiltration tank and plant bed exhibited a high pollutant reduction efficiency compared when the infiltration tank and plant bed were interchanged. The findings of this research will help in the further development and optimization of rain garden systems.

최근 국방 분야의 모델링 및 시뮬레이션에서는 훈련 비용과 개발 비용을 절감하기 위하여 재구 성 가능한 시뮬레이션 모델의 연구를 추진하고 있다. 기존 연구에서는 소프트웨어 프로덕트 라인 공 학을 적용하여 BCM(Basic Component Model)을 정의하고 이들을 재구성 할 수 있는 도구를 개발 하였다. 하지만 프로덕트를 생성하기 위한 컴포넌트 재구성 시 설계자의 의사를 체계적으로 반영할 수 없으며, 각각의 컴포넌트들의 정량적 요소를 비교,평가 후 컴포넌트를 선택하여 프로덕트를 구성하기 어렵다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 재구성 시 설계자의 의사결정과정을 지원하고 자 컴포넌트들의 메타데이터를 조사하고 계층적으로 분석하여 컴포넌트를 선정할 수 있는 방법을 제 안한다. 또한 이것을 기반으로 컴포넌트 재구성 조합 모형을 도출 할 수 있도록 하는 의사결정체계를 제시한다. 먼저 의사결정의 한 방법인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Procedure)를 이용하여 컴포넌트를 선정하고, 다음으로 선정된 컴포넌트를 검색하고 선택할 수 있는 의사결정지원시스템을 설계 하였다.
Research of reconfigurable simulation model in Modeling and Simulation of defense is currently in progress to reduce training and development cost. In previous studies, we defined BCM (Basic Component Model) which is applied software product line engineering and developed reconfigurable BCM tool. However, when reconfiguring component to make a product, the tool is not able to reflect designer’s intention perfectly. A disadvantage to this tool is that it is hard to make a product after comparing quantitative elements of each component. This paper proposes a component selection method which investigates and analyzes metadata hierarchically to support decision-making process when components are reconfigured. It also suggests decision support system is able to derive a configurable model. Firstly, AHP is a method to use for selecting components and then design a decision support system is able to search and use components.

통신해양기상위성 자료처리시스템(CMDPS)은 기상 관측과 기상 예측을 지원하기 위해서 국가기상위성센터에 의해서 개발되었고, 16종 기상자료(Level 2)를 생성하고 있다. 현재 CMDPS는 후속 기상위성자료처리를 위한 시스템 확장이나 통합 S/W에 대한 효율성, 유지관리 관점에서 다소 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 본 논문에서는 확장성을 갖는 통신해양기상위성 기상자료처 리를 위한 컴포넌트 기반 시스템 아키텍처를 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템은 확장 가능한 아키텍처를 갖는 컴포넌트 기반의 프레임워 크를 채택하고 있으며, 신규 위성자료처리 알고리즘 개발과 시스템 유지관리를 위해 손쉬운 방법을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.
The Communication, Ocean and Meteorological Satellite(COMS) data processing system(CMDPS) has developed to support the meteorological observation and weather prediction by NMSC(National Meteorological Satellite Center) and it is generating the 16 kind of meteorological data(Level 2 product). Unfortunately, currently CMDPS has some problems in terms of the system maintenance and the integrated software efficiency, and the extension to support the next generation meteorological satellite data processing. To solve this problems, in this paper, we suggest the extensible component-based system architecture for COMS meteorological data processing with consideration of identified issues. Proposed system is adapted the component-based frameworks with extensible architecture. We expects that this system will be provide easy ways to develop new satellite data processing algorithms and to maintain the system.

As modern weapon systems become increasingly complex, the need for integrated management of component standardization and airworthiness certification has grown significantly. This study proposes a system-based approach to establish an integrated management framework that addresses inefficiencies, certification delays, and supply chain risks inherent in current military aircraft development processes. The research reviews the functional scope of component standardization and compares airworthiness certification systems across domestic and international defense sectors. It identifies limitations caused by the fragmented management of parts and certification processes, and proposes a digital platform that interconnects parts databases, configuration control, quality assurance, and certification modules. The framework incorporates AI and digital twin technologies to monitor and manage reliability across the entire life cycle of a weapon system. This study lays the foundation for enhancing the operational efficiency of national defense technologies, and contributes to strengthening the autonomy and global competitiveness of the Korean defense industry.

프로토타이핑 시스템 설계에서 프로토타이핑은 실제 모델과 같은 초기 모형을 뜻하는 것으로 개발 초기에 시스템의 모형을 간단히 만들어 사용자에게 제시하여 사용자로 하여금 실제 작동시켜 기능의 추가, 변경 내지 삭제를 요구하도록 하여 시스템을 점차적으로 개선시켜 나가도록 하는 방식을 말한다. 그러한 프로토타이핑 기술에는 가상 프로토타이핑과 실물 프로토타이핑 기술이 있지만 가상 프로토타이핑은 실제 목표 모델의 구동 환경 요소까지 시물레이션이 어렵다는 것과, 실물 프로토타이핑은 다양하고 정밀한 제품까지의 시물레이션이 어렵다는 한계가 있다. 이런 가상과 실물 프로토타이핑 환경의 단점을 보완하기 위해 가상/실물의 연동기술을 통한 통합 프로토타이핑 시스템이 개발되었고, 본 논문에서는 이러한 시스템 개발 환경의 재사용성, 유연성, 확장성, 그리고 편리성을 가지기 위해 가상/실물간의 연동 기법을 개선하여 컴포넌트 기반의 통합 프로토타이핑 개발 환경을 구축하였다
A prototyping means the way to improve system better from add ,modify and delete in the middle of System's working with making model of system simply to offer users in first develop which the first model is similar in the real model. but there are virtual prototyping and real prototyping in the skills of prototyping but there is some limitation for simulating and detail product in the real prototyping and hard to make a simulation of environment elements of the target model in the virtual prototyping. Integrated prototyping system is improved to make up for their defects of environment in the real or virtual prototyping. In this theory, to have flexibility, reusability, scalability and accessibility we build environment of integrated prototyping improvement which is on component with linkage method between virtual and real.
유동적인 사용자와 방대한 자료간의 효율적인 접근제어를 위하여 RBAC 시스템을 많이 이용하고 있다. RBAC의 특징은 사용자의 역할에 따라서 접근할 수 있는 정보의 권한이 부여되고, 사용자는 접근권한을 부여받은 정보에만 접근을 허용한다. RBAC 환경에서 일반적으로는 정보의 접근통제가 잘 이루어지는 것처럼 보이지만 정보를 의도적 으로 오용 또는 악용할 수 있다는 문제점이 존재한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주성분분석을 이용하여 RBAC 접근제 어의 오용 가능성이 높은 것을 탐지할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.
The RBAC system is widely used for efficient access control between flexible users and massive data. The characteristic of RBAC is that the information to be accessed is granted according to the user's role, and the user is allowed access only to the information for which he or she has been granted access. In the RBAC environment, information access control seems to be generally well done, but there is a problem that information can be intentionally misused or abused. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a system that can detect a high possibility of misuse of RBAC access control using principal component analysis.

This study explores the critical interrelationship between component standardization and airworthiness certification in the context of military aircraft systems. As the complexity and technological integration of modern defense platforms increase, the alignment between standardized component frameworks and evolving airworthiness requirements becomes essential to ensure operational reliability, safety, and maintainability. The current defense acquisition and certification systems often operate in a decoupled manner, leading to duplicated testing, certification delays, and cost overruns. Through comparative analysis of national and international certification protocols (MIL-HDBK-516, NATO STANAG, EASA SIB), this paper identifies structural inefficiencies in managing non-standardized or partially certified components. Based on these findings, the study proposes a function-based integrated management system that enables data synchronization across standard parts databases, quality records, and certification requirements. The proposed framework consists of four core modules: (1) standard part information management, (2) quality assurance and test linkage, (3) certification support engine, and (4) lifecycle risk monitoring. The study also anticipates quantifiable improvements such as reduced certification time and improved audit traceability. The results provide practical and policy implications for enhancing the interoperability, reliability, and export competitiveness of domestic defense platforms.

It In order to express various doctors in real time in industrial field and outdoor advertisement, we intend to implement image processing based image conversion output LED display board system. In recent years, the importance of intuitive communication using images rather than expressions of simple sentences has increased. Therefore, there is a demand for a system capable of outputting real-time information rather than simply outputting input information for communication. To solve this problem, the system is designed to solve the problem of mapping the image to the LED display board which can not output various images and to convert the image into a form capable of outputting images, Respectively. Therefore, in this paper, it is possible to output various stored images differently from the existing electric signboard by storing the component based image image using the reusable mind map. By managing the processing of characters and images to be outputted by the server, We propose a system that focuses on reducing the load on the system.

독립성분분석(ICA)은 미지의 신호원으로부터 측정된 신호를 분리하기 위한 비감독화 선형 변환법으로 알려져있다. 본 논문의 목표는 ICA기법에 기초한 응답기반 시스템 식별과 현장 구조물에 적용 가능성을 확인하는 것이다. 구조물에 태풍이 접근할 때 구조물의 상부에 설치된 3개의 가속도계로부터 가속도 응답을 직접적으로 측정된다. 측정된 가속도 응답은 구조물의 모드와 밀접히 관련되어 병진-비틀림이 연계되어 나타난다. 모드분리를 위한 성능지수로서 첨도를 최소화하기위해 ICA기법을 적용하여, 병진-비틀림이 연계된 모드 응답은 밀접하게 인접한 모드일지라도 정확하게 분리되고 변환행렬에 의해 자동적으로 모드 형상은 결정되어지는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과로부터 고유진동수와 같은 모드 특성은 힐버트 변환에서 얻은 각 모드의 시변 고유진동수의 누적 분포 함수로부터 추계학적으로 추정할 수 있다. 본 논문의 결과는 새롭게 제안된 기법이 기존의 응답기반 시스템 식별보다 구조물의 응답에 매우 강력하게 적용되는 것을 보여준다.
Independent component analysis(ICA) is known as an unsupervised linear transformation method usefully applied to separate measured signals into blind source signals. This study aims to propose a new output-only system identification based on the ICA technique and to verify the applicability of the method to in-situ building structure. The three acceleration responses of a structure are directly measured from accelerometers installed at the top of building structure when the typhoon is approaching to the structure. The measured acceleration responses are strongly coupled with the effect of the lateral-torsional motion induced by the closely located modes of the structure. By applying the ICA technique to minimize the kurtosis introduced as the performance index for the mode separation, it is found that the lateral-torsionally coupled modal response can be separated precisely by ICA technique even the modes are closely located, and automatically the mode shape can be determined in the process of the separation. From the results, it is also shown that the modal properties such as natural frequencies can be stochastically estimated from the cumulative distribution function of instantaneous natural frequency of each mode obtained from Hilbert transform. The results in this study show that the new proposed method can be very usefully applied to structural responses than the conventional output-only system identification.

Component based design is perceived as a key technology for developing advanced real-time systems in a both cost- and time effective manner. Already today, component based design is seen to increase software productivity, by reducing the amount of effort needed to update and maintain systems, by packaging solutions for re-use, and easing distribution. Nowdays, a thousand and one companies in If(Information Technology) industry such as Sl(System Integration) and software development companies, regardless of scale of their projects, has spent their time and endeavor on developing reusable business logic. The component software is the outcome of software developers effort on overcoming this problem; the component software is the way propositioned for quick and easy implementation of software. In addition, there has been lots of investment on researching and developing the software development methodology and leading If companies has released new standard technologies to help with component development. For instance, COM(Component Object Model) and DCOM(Distribute COM) technology of Microsoft and EJB(Enterprise Java Beans) technology of Sun Microsystems has turned up. Component-Based Development (CBD) has not redeemed its promises of reuse and flexibility. Reuse is inhibited due to problems such as component retrieval, architectural mismatch, and application specificness. Component-based systems are flexible in the sense that components can be replaced and fine-tuned, but only under the assumption that the software architecture remains stable during the system's lifetime. In this paper, It suggest that systems composed of components should be generated from functional and nonfunctional requirements rather than being composed out of existing or newly developed components. about implements and accomplishes the modeling for the Product Control component development by applying CCD(Contract-Collaboration Diagram), one of component development methodology, to MRP(Material Requirement Planning) System

A Design of Linear Task Set Model for Multimedia Services in IP Network SCOPUS

The purpose of this article is to design a multimedia streaming system with a complex structure as the one with a simple and basic work structure and realize system design that can enhance both expandability and portability based on that structure. To solve the problem that it is too complex and has low expandability, this study suggests a system design structure based on the LTS (Linear Task Set) model. Based on the simple, basic structure grounded on LTS structure, the study defines a consistent process and allows free structure alteration in the simple system structure according to the service purpose and demand. To secure independence and simplicity among components, the study defines a port channel object of a singleton structure and realizes design that can allow stream transmission and overall stream monitoring on the system for all ports with the port channel based on the mapping information of a component port. And based on this model, the paper suggests a component system model that can realize multimedia streaming service.
Two-Component System of Streptomyces acidiscabies Producing Thaxtomin and WS5995B

Streptomyces strains are best known for their ability to produce important secondary metabolites. Also, two-component system performs an important role in secondary metabolite production of actinomycetes. Therefore, the two-component system was cloned from S. acidiscabies and its function has been studied. Two Genes (tcsK and tcsR) encoding the sensor kinase (TCSK) and the response regulator (TCSR) were searched by PCR, respectively, and then intact 1.6-kb tcsK and 0.7-kb tcsR were obtained from S. acidiscabies genome by fosmid library construction and PCR screening. To identify the function of the cloned genes, the high expression vectors were constructed by using pSET152ET, and then introduced into S. lividans TK24 and S. acidiscabies. It was determined that the high expression of tcsK and tcsR induced 5.4-fold and 5.2-fold increases in actinorhodin production of S. lividans TK24, respectively. Also, tcsK disruption in S. acidiscabies caused change in morphological differentiation and decreased WS5995B production, but did not affect thaxtomin production. In order to realize the characteristics of the numerical control system including expandability and reconfigurability and to construct open CNC system platform with higher reliability, this paper established a component assembly model for numerical control system based on reliability. The numerical control system is divided into functional components which are relatively independent in logic. The numerical control system model is constructed based on the main evaluation indicator, the software reliability parameter of the numerical control system. The method is used in the interpolation module of the numerical control system with high requirement on timeliness. A solution is proposed based on improved particle swarm optimization (PSO), in which the rapid convergence of global optimal solution is guaranteed through flexible weighting method. According to the analytical result of the interpolation component assembly, a reliable and optimal open numerical control system can be constructed effectively and objectively based on the component assembly model in line with different evaluation indicator requirements.

Two-component signal transduction systems, which consist of a histidine sensor kinase and a response regulator, are gaining increasing interests as a useful bioparts to construct artificial genetic regulatory circuits for synthetic biology. In the present study, we investigated the possibility to use a heterologous two-component signal transduction system to fabricate an E. coli biosensor. First, we constructed an inducible expression vector containing todS sensor kinase and todT response regulator genes of the aromatic compounds-sensing TodST system of Pseudomonas putida. To use as a reporter strain,a transcriptional fusion between the TodT regulatable promoter of P. putidatodX gene and beta-galactosidase gene was then integrated into the chromosome of an E. coli strain. The beta-galactosidase activity of the reporter strain harboring TodST expression vector was strongly induced by TodST in the presence of various aromatic compounds, demonstrating the possibility to employ TodST system as a backbone for artificial aromatic compounds signal transduction system. An MDE Approach to Derive System component Behavior

In this paper we are interested in the early development phases of a distributed software system, especially in the case of obtaining a system design from its global requirement specification. This is an important step in the development of complex systems and their automated derivation. The Model-Driven Engineering (MDE) approach allows the designers to model their systems at different abstraction levels. Such approach provides automatic model transformations to incrementally refine abstract models into concrete ones. This paper presents a MDE approach to derive the behavior of a given system component from its global requirements. The requirements are specified using UML activity diagram extended with collaborations. The derived behavior of the components is in the form of distributed UML state machines. The suggested approach is based on the definition of an appropriate source meta-model (requirements meta-model) and the definition of a target design meta-model. A set of model transformation rules has been designed to govern the derivation process. A real application of telediagnosis in neuroscience has been developed using this approach.
Comparative Evolution Analysis of Two-Component System and Metabolic Network in Bacteria

In this paper, two-component system gene profile and metabolic network gene profile based phylogenetic trees were constructed, and two trees were compared with each other to estimate the evolutionary relation of bacterial sensing system and metabolism. Gene profiles of TCS and metabolic network suggested that bacteria employed different evolution strategies for optimization of two-component system and metabolic network. Via comparative analysis it was found that TCS based tree showed better family grouping than metabolic network based tree, and this result deduced that TCS and metabolic network have been modified following self-evolution and recruitment models, respectively.
