Radio Frequency Based Analysis for the Detection of Level of Glucose

This paper presents the design and implementation of a microwave based cavity based structure to determine the real-time glucose level based on the frequency shift. The glucose meter, which has an attenuation level greater than -30 dB using a single transmission pole, resulted in better selectivity and can be implemented for the measurement glucose concentration in an aqueous glucose solution. The noticeable variation in the resonance frequency as well as complex permittivity was achieved using the various glucose that validates the possibility of the devices as a glucose meter. The obtained parameters supports the development of resonance-based dielectric sensors using permittivity characterization with a resolution of 3.11 pF/mgdl-1 and a minimum detectable glucose level of 8.60 mgdl-1. This unique approach, which has long-term reliability for mediator-free glucose sensing, is the incremental step in the filed non-invasive glucose monitoring.

Novel Approach: Testing and Computing Periodicity of Continuous Time Signal

Periodic signals are those which repeat itself after certain interval of time. The time after which it repeats is called as the period of the signal. Periodic signals are used almost everywhere in application of electrical engineering such as, supply of electricity means supplying AC voltage constantly. This supply of ac is periodic waveform [1]. Continuous time sinusoids are periodic if they are not truncated and period of this type of signal can be predicted in advanced just comparing the angular frequency (w). Whenever addition or multiplications of two or more sinusoids or any other continuous time signals are involved then it is not that simple to find the period of the resulting signal [2]. All the cases of addition and multiplication of different types of continuous time signals were taken into account and the result were obtained from MATLAB. Findings were analyzed and generalized being based on the result obtained from MATLAB. When addition of two or more continuous time signals takes place, the period of resulting signal is the Least Common Multiple (LCM) of the period of individual signal. When multiplication of two or more continuous time signal are involved the period of resulting signal is the half the value of Least Common Multiple (LCM) of the period of individual signal, if any one of the signal has both positive and negative amplitude. Else the period of the resulting signal is Least Common Multiple of the period of individual signal. When addition of two or more continuous time signal are involved the period of resulting signal is the value of Least Common Multiple (LCM) of the period of individual signal, even if any one of the signal has both positive and negative amplitude. Generally Continuous time Fourier series is performed to obtain the spectrum either that may be magnitude spectra or phase spectra. Periodicity and the period of the signal are vital for representing time domain signal to frequency domain.

Review: Ultra-wideband Wireless Communication System

In this article, the review on ultra-wideband (UBW) filter in wireless communication system is presented. The basic standard of UWB is defined by the federal communication committee (FCC) that the unlicensed frequency band that is 3.1 to 10.6 GHz. This UWB technology is emerging technology that uses very short radio pulse called Gaussian pulse. The advantage of such UWB is high data rate and high speed with low power consumption. In UWB system, transmitter and receiver are used in which in both systems, bandpass / bandstop filter with ultra-wideband bandwidth can be implemented. For this purpose, many researchers are concentrating to get UWB characteristics in filter using various kinds of filter design technologies.

In this work, the performance analysis of a wireless communication is done by modeling a wireless communication system and analysing its bit error rate (BER). The BER of any communication system is helpful for it performance analysis. So, the consequences of multiple antenna system on BER at receiver end is analysed and maximal ratio combining (MRC) is also estimated between signal and noise. Therefore, the BER is attempted to reduce in the wireless communication system which can affect to receive the pure signal in the receiver.

Energy harvesting is the next generation of energy technology. We propose a system that is based on financial technology (FinTech) and can harvest energy and then compensates it by cash or points. After signing up for membership and agreeing to the terms of use, we will be authenticated and the generated electrical energy which will charge the energy storage system (ESS). The power management server connects the financial value added network (VAN) provider to the payment company. The charge energy can be received as financial compensation using the open financial application programming interface (API).

This paper analyzes what explains the production behavior of overseas subsidiaries of Japanese companies and how they affect the industrial productions of Japan. Using data from 1998 to 2006, it reviews the FDI developments of Japanese companies and conducts correlation analyses with economic variables. Additionally, it investigates, based on factor analyses and regression analyses, responses of overseas subsidiaries of Japanese companies to economic changes. Those companies that had entered ASEAN4 countries varied their local employments in response to the changes in interest rates and wages. These responses are shown to increase the exports and industrial productions of Japan.
