본 연구는 미용종사자의 업무가치감이 직무만족을 매개로 서비스 생산성에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분 석한 연구이다. 연구결과 서비스 생산성에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실시한 결과는 업무가치감이 높고, 직무만족이 높을수록 서비스생산성이 높아짐을 알 수 있다. 또한 가치충족인식, 내재적만족, 업무가치인식, 자기가치인식, 외 재적 만족이 높을수록 서비스생산성이 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 또한 미용종사자의 업무가치감이 직무만족을 매개 로 서비스향상에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과 |Z|=15.057로 Z값이 1.96보다 큰 값을 보여 sobel test에서도 직무 만족의 매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 미용종사들이 스스로 자신의 업무가 의미있고, 가치 있으면 보람되다고 인지할 수 있도록 내적동기를 상승시키고 일 자체에서 오는 만족감, 내재적 직무만족을 향상시킴으로서 서비스 생산성을 극대화 시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study empirically analyzed the effect of work value of beauty industry workers on service productivity through job satisfaction. First, according to the result of investigating factors that make effect on service productivity, it was identified that service productivity increases when work value and job satisfaction are higher. Also, it was identified that service productivity increases when awareness of satisfying values, intrinsic satisfaction, recognition of work value, recognition of self-value, and extrinsic satisfaction are higher. Fourthly, as a result of investigating the effects of work value of beauty industry workers on service improvement through job satisfaction, it was identified that the mediating effect of job satisfaction was also significant in the sobel test as Z value of |Z|=15.057 showed a greater value than 1.96. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that inner motivation can be increased for beauty industry workers to recognize that their work is meaningful and worthwhile and service productivity can be maximized by improving the satisfaction and intrinsic job satisfaction that come from work itself.

본 연구에서는 단삼 뿌리 추출물의 세포 안정성, 수렴 활성, NO 소거능, iNOS 단백질 발현량, 염증성 cytokine 분비, elastase 효소 저해능, type I pro-collagen 합성능 등을 조사하여 기능성 화장품 소재로서의 가능성을 평가하고 자 하였다. 단삼 80% 에탄올추출물(SE)과 열수추출물(SW)을 대상으로 NHDF 및 RAW264.7 세포에서 0.05~0.5 mg/mL 농도 처리에 따른 독성을 보이지 않아 수렴, 염증, 주름 개선 효능을 진행하였다. 그 결과 수렴활성 측정 결과 SE는 10 mg/mL에서 74.6%의 활성을 나타냈다. SE는 농도 의존적으로 LPS에 의해 유도된 NO, iNOS 단백질, TNF-α 및 IL-6 cytokine의 생성을 유의미하게 감소시켰다. 게다가 SE와 SW는 elastase 효소 활성을 억제할 뿐만 아니라 TNF-α에 의해 감소된 pro-collagen의 생성을 증가시켰다. 따라서 단삼 에탄올추출물은 수렴제, 염증 관련 피부 질환, 주름 생성을 효과적으로 예방할 수 있는 천연 화장품 소재로서의 활용 가능성이 높을 것으로 기대된다.

This study was conducted to determine the cell cytotoxicity, astringency, nitrite oxide scavenging, iNOS protein expression level, pro-inflammatory cytokine, elastase inhibition, and type I pro-collagen synthesis as a functional cosmetics material of Salvia miltiorrhiza root. We prepared the 80% ethanol(SE) and hot-distilled water(SW), respectively. Both SE and SW showed no toxicity from 0.05 to 0.5 mg/mL concentration as a result of MTT assay in NHDF or RAW264.7 cells. In the measurement of astringent effect, SE reveled 74.6% of astringent activity in 10 mg/mL. SE showed that LPS-induced nitric oxide production, iNOS protein expression, and cytokines were inhibited in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, two extracts significantly inhibited elastase activity and increased the type I pro-collagen production. Therefore, it is expected that Salvia miltiorrhiza extract is used as a natural material for functional cosmetics that can effectively prevent skin-related inflammation and wrinkles, and aging.

본 연구에서는 낮은 연령층과 여성에게도 확대되고 있는 탈모와 문제성 두피에 대한 기초 연구자료를 제공하고 자, 문제성 두피를 가진 20대 여성을 대상으로 L-Menthol, Salicylic acid, Dexpanthenol이 함유되어 있는 B사의 헤어 앰플을 매일 사용하였을 때, 4주 후 두피 및 모발에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과, L-Menthol, Salicylic acid, Dexpanthenol이 함유되어 있는 B사의 앰플을 사용하였을 때 연구 대상자들의 두피 상태가 실험 전에 비하여 염증 완화, 두피 열 및 홍반 감소, 가려움증과 모발 빠짐 감소, 청결해진 모공 상태, 모발 굵기 증가 등 개선 효과를 보였으며, 연구 대상자들의 두피 자가진단을 통해 실험 전과 후의 두피 만족도, 두피 생기와 탄력, 열 발생도, 세정 후 두피 당김, 가려움증에 대한 개선 효과가 나타났음이 확인되었다. 이와같은 연구 결과를 통하여 L-Menthol, Salicylic acid, Dexpanthenol이 함유된 제품이 문제성 두피 및 모발 개선에 도움이 될 것으로 사료되어 진다.

In this study, it is intended to provide basic research data on hair loss and problematic scalp that is expanding to lower age groups and women. When using Company B's hair ampoule containing L-Menthol, Salicylic acid, and Dexpanthenol daily for women in their 20s with problematic scalp, the effect on the scalp and hair after 4 weeks was investigated. As a result of this study, when using Company B's ampoule containing L-Menthol, Salicylic acid, and Dexpanthenol, the subjects showed improvement effects such as relieving inflammation, reducing scalp fever and erythema, reducing itching and hair loss, and increasing hair thickness. In addition, it was confirmed that the scalp self-diagnosis of the subjects showed improvement effects on scalp satisfaction, scalp vitality and elasticity, heat generation, scalp pulling after cleaning, and itching. Through these research results, it is believed that products containing L-Menthol, Salicylic acid, and Dexpanthenol will help improve problematic scalp and hair.
