본 연구는 반복적이고 지속적인 구강보건교육이 초등학생의 구강보건지식, 태도, 행동에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위해 실시하였으며, 1학년 때부터 3년간 년2회 구강보건교육을 반복적으로 시행한 129명과 구강보건교 육을 미시행한 111명을 최종 분석하였다. 구강보건교육실시 유무에 따른 구강보건지식, 구강보건행동 점수에서는 3년간 구강보건교육을 반복적이고 지속적으로 실시한 학교가 실시하지 않은 학교보다 높은 수준을 보여 유의미한 차이를 나타내었고(p<0.01), 구강보건태도는 구강보건교육 실시학교에서 약간 점수가 높았으나 유의한 차이는 없 었다. 초등학생의 반복적이고 지속적인 구강보건교육이 구강보건지식과 행동 변화에 많은 영향을 주므로 치위생전 문가가 상주하여 지속적인 구강건강관리를 할 수 있다면 그 효과는 더욱 증대될 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of repetitive oral health education on oral health knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of elementary school students. A final analysis of 111 untested individuals was made. The oral health knowledge and oral health behavior scores according to the presence or absence of oral health education showed a higher level than the school that did not perform oral health education for 3 years (p <0.01). Repeated and continuous oral health education of elementary school students has a great influence on oral health knowledge and behavioral change, so if the dental hygienists can stay and manage oral health care, the effect will be increased.

본 연구는 피부미용사를 대상으로 한 직무 스트레스와 소진 및 공감만족을 조사한 연구이다. 자료 수집을 위해 서울지역과 경기도 지역의 268명 피부미용사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지 구성은 KOSS의 24개 항목과 ProQOL의 소진과 공감만족 각 10개 항목으로 구성되어 있다. 이 결과 한국의 직업적 스트레스 척도 와 비교했을 때 상위 75%에 포함되었으며, 일반적인 특성에 따라 피부미용사들의 직무스트레스 및 소진과 공감만 족이 보통 수준 이상으로 나타났다. 피부미용사들의 소진이 결코 적지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 피부미용사 들의 직무스트레스와 소진을 줄이는 방법을 찾는 데 있어 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of work stress, burnout and compassion satisfaction of the estheticians. The sample consisted of 268 estheticians from esthetic-shop located in Seoul and Gyung-gi province. The questionnaire was organized into 4 items of general traits, 24 items of KOSS, and 10 items of burnout and compassion satisfaction from proQOL. Results show that estheticians experienced a greater than moderate degree of job stress, compassion satisfaction burnout, whereas differences existed according to general characteristics. but group was included in the top 75% of the factor on when compared to the Korean occupational stress scale. It is foreseeable that the burnout caused by the work of a estheticians is not small at all. This study is expected to be used as basic data in finding ways to reduce job stress and burnout of estheticians.

건강하고 아름다운 모발을 보호하기 위해 펌 제에 알로에 추출물을 첨가해 모발보호 효과를 알아보고자 한다. 처치 군은 그룹 II(파마 약만 사용한 그룹), 그룹 III(알로에 추출물을 1제에만 첨가), 그룹 IV(알로에 추출물 을 2제에만 첨가), 그룹 V(알로에 추출물을 1제와 2제에 첨가)로 나누어 진다. 실험 모발은 1년간 영구 염색 등 화학치료를 받지 않은 20대, 30대, 40대 여성의 모발에서 채취해 100% 알로에 추출용액을 사용한다. 머리카락 굵기와 큐티클, 인장강도, 신장 및 연신율을 측정하기 위해 실험 환경은 28.9도, 습도는 72%로 유지했다. 모든 통계 시험은 5% 유의수준에서 수행되었다. 큐티클, 연신율, 형성률이 현저히 향상되었고(P<.05) 큐티클은 그룹 V에서, 연신율은 그룹 Ⅲ에서 가장 좋았다. 결론적으로 파마 치료에 첨가된 알로에는 큐티클, 신장률, 모발 형성에 효과적이었다.

To protect healthy and beautiful hair, the hair protection effect was tested by adding an aloe extract from the hair solution. The treatment groups were grouped into four categories: Group II (Famma Treatment Only), Group III (Oxidase+aloe), Group IV (Reduce+aloe), and Group V (Oxidase+aloe, Release+aloe). The test hair is collected from women's hair in their 20s, 30s and 40s who have not undergone chemical treatment such as permanent and dying for one year and use 100% aloe stock solution. In order to evaluate hair thickness, cuticles, tensile strength, elongation and formation rate, the experiment environment was 28.9 degrees and 72% humidity. All statistical tests were done at 5% significant level. Cuticle, elongation, and formation rate were significantly improved (P<.05) and cuticle was best in group Ⅴ, elongation was group Ⅲ. In conclusion, aloe added to perm treatment were effective in improving cuticle, elongation rate, and formation of hair.
