본 연구는 아동양육시설청소년의 자립준비에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 영향력을 생태체계론적 관점에서 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 자립준비에 영향을 미치는 생태체계요인들을 유기체요인, 미시체계요인, 중간체계요인, 거시체계요인으로 나누어 이를 독립변수로 하고, 시설청소년의 자립의지, 대인관계, 문제해결, 자립준비를 종속변수로 하여 아동양육시설청소년의 자립준비에 미치는 생태체계요인들의 영향력을 다중회 귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 중요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생태체계 요인들은 34.4의 설명력으로 자립의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생태체계요인들은 49.4%의 설명력으로 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 생태체계요인들은 35.7%의 설명력으로 문제해결에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 생태체계요인들은 50.3%의 설명력으로 자립준비에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또래의 사회적 지지, 성취동기, 학교적응, 시설종사자와의 의사소통, 자아존중감, 친구 수, 시설선후 배와의 관계, 직업관, 시설종사자와 또래와의 유대관계가 시설청소년의 자립준비에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이중 영향력이 가장 큰 요인은 또래의 사회적 지지였고, 그 다음이 성취동기와 학교적응으로 나타나, 이 세 요인은 시설청소년의 자립준비에 중요한 요인임이 밝혀졌다.

This study aims to examine the factors of ecological systems affecting on readiness for self-reliance of adolescents in residential care facilities. In this study, independent variables are the factors of ecological systems affecting on readiness for self-reliance of adolescents in residential care facilities. They are divided into sub-factors such as ecological factors, microsystem factor, mesosystem factor, macrosystem factor. Dependent variables are their volition of dependence, interpersonal relationship, problem solving abilities and readiness for self-reliance. This study was analysed by multiple regression. The results of this study are as follows: First of all, the volition for self reliance of adolescents in residential care facilities have beeb affected by 34.4 % of the factors of ecological system. Secondly, the inter-personal relationship of adolescents in residential care facilities have beeb affected by 49.4 % of the factors of ecological system. Thirdly, the problem solving abilities of adolescents in residential care facilities have beeb affected by 36.2% of the factors of ecological system. Lastly, the readiness for self-reliance of adolescents in residential care facilities have beeb affected by 50.5% of the factors of ecological system. In statistically, the preparation for independence of children are meaningfully affected by achievement motivation, peer group's supports, school adaptation, communication, self-esteem, institutional-orientation, the number of friends and their behavior problems.

이 글은 한국정부의 청소년 방과후 활동 지원정책을 청소년방과후아카데미, 지역아동센터, 청소년공부방 사례를 중심으로 분석하고, 향후 발전방안을 모색해 보는 시론적 성격을 지닌다. 사회적 양극화 현상의 심화, 가족 기능 변화, 청소년정책 담당정부 부처의 변화 등 최근 청소년정책을 둘러싼 사회·정부적 차원의 변화는 향후 청소년 방과후 활동에 대한 지원정책이 지닌 중요성을 더욱 강화시킬 것으로 예측된다. 특히 아동정책과 청소년정책 담당부처의 통합에 따라 기존 방과후 활동 지원정책을 수정·보완할 수 있는 새로운 정책방향과 틀이 요구된다. 이 글에서는 첫째, 한국의 아동·청소년의 방과후 활동 지원정책 현황을 청소년방과후아카데미, 지역아동센터, 청소년공부방을 중심으로 분석하였다. 둘째, 청소년 방과후 활동지원 정책의 효과를 검토하기 위해 청소년방과후아카데미 사업의 수요자인 청소년의 효과·만족도 분석결과를 검토하였다. 셋째, 향후 방과후 활동 지원정책이 추구해야할 방향과 틀을 시론적 차원에서 제시하였으며, 결론에서는 각 사업 및 정책수행 기관별 장점과 단점을 고려하여 기능의 전문화를 통한 서비스 지원체계의 틀을 재설정하고, 각 기관별 운영모델의 세분화 및 운영기준 강화 등이 필요하다는 점을 제안하였다.

이 연구는 지방자치단체, 청소년시설, 기타 관련 기관에서의 다문화청소년 프로그램의 현황을 조사하고 분석하여 효율적 운영 방안에 대한 방향을 제시하였다. 문헌연구, 사례연구, 인터넷 검색을 통하여 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 현재 다문화청소년 프로그램은 정부, 지방자치단체, 청소년시설에서 경쟁적으로 개발하여 운영하고 있었으며, 대부분 교육프로그램, 단순경험과 문화체험 위주의 일회적인 프로그램이었다. 이러한 결과는 프로그램이 체계적으로 기획되고, 프로그램에 대한 정보 제공 및 전문인력 양성, 중앙・지방자치단체・시민단체의 역할 분담 및 네트워크, 다문화청소년과 일반청소년의 통합 프로그램의 개발의 필요성을 시사한다.

This study has provided efficient operation plan presented through research and analysis about Multi-cultural Adolescent' program present condition of local self-governing groups, youth centers and other relation agencies. The result to collected and analyzes the date which literature research, case study and the Internet search, currently the multi-cultural Adolescent program has competitive developed and operated for the government, local self-governing groups and youth centers. Those program was all most one-time program which educational program, simplicity experience and cultural experience. This result has suggested that plan of systematic program and necessity of development which information provision about program and bring up of specialty manpower, role share and network and Multi-cultural Adolescent and general youth group programs of the center and local self-governing groups and civil societies

본고는 전라북도 김제시의 핵심추진사업의 일환으로 세계화 및 서구화에 점점 더 익숙해지고 있는 현대 문화에 대응하여 전통문화의 진정한 의미를 재조명하고, 이를 통해 우리나라의 미래 주역들인 청소년과의 소통 방향을 찾고, 김제시의 국립김제농업생명 청소년수련원의 유치과정에서 청소년관련시설건립의 새로운 모델을 제시하기 위한 사업기본계획 분석보고서로서, 사회기반시설건립에 대한 관련법령과 청소년활동 진흥에 관한 법령, 건축 관련법령, 청소년수련원 건립 및 운영과 관련된 법령내용들을 충족시키고, 해당 토지의 효율적인 토지이용계획과 시설물의 건립계획, 청소년시설 관련 프로그램 개발계획 및 콘텐처 운영계획, 정책적․경제적 타당성 분석을 통하여, 청소년수련원 건립의 정당성을 부여하고, 본 시설의 주요 수요층인 미래의 청소년들을 위한 관련시설확충사업의 일환으로 사업진행 아이템을 제시하고 정부의 중앙부처, 지방자치단체 및 청소년관련 단체 등의 정책적 방향설정과정에 새로운 페러다임을 제시하고 탐색하는데 있다.

This article is the analysis of general planning of Youth Training Center that aims to present new model in youth related facilities in this age where globalization and westernization are becoming the standard of modern culture, so that the traditional cultures are reevaluated and based on it, communication with the adolescents – future leaders of Korea – can be found. The question was brought up with the planning of Gimje National Agriculture & Life Sciences Youth Training Center. The goal of this article is to study whether the training center satisfy the laws and ordinances of social infrastructure construction, promotion of youth activities, building codes and training center construction & management, while justifying erection of the youth center by analyzing political, economical feasibility by studying efficient land use, facility planning and youth related program development and contents operation. Also as a part of expanding related facilities for the youth – the main users of the facility, business items will be given and new paradigm will be researched and presented to set standards for central government, local governments and youth related organizations.

이 연구에서는 환경 분야에 대한 다양한 체험과 경험을 위한 청소년시설의 건립을 위한 기본계획에 대하여 제시하고 있다. 특히 환경교육은 무엇보다도 국가적인 교육의 관점에서 반드시 이행되어져야 하는 부분으로서 이는 아동․청소년에게 더욱 중요함을 지닌다고 할 수 있다. 이에 지역적 특성을 반영하고 이는 교육 및 체험을 위하여서도 반드시 고려되어야 하는 사항이라고 할 수 있는데 청소년이 해양환경에 관심을 가지며 이를 보다 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 시설을 위해 해양을 통하여 건립함에 있어 영덕군의 지형적 특성과 개발방향의 조사에 따라 청소년환경센터 건립의 타당성에 대하여 분석하고 있다. 따라서 현재 우리나라에서 유일하게 건립되는 청소년환경시설로써 이를 건립하기 위해 필요로 하는 기본계획에 대한 방안을 제시하고 있다.

이 연구에서는 국제적인 청소년전문훈련장의 설립을 통해 국가적, 사회적, 지역‧경제적 차원의 기여를 하고자 본 계획을 수립한다. 이를 위하여 국가적으로는 글로벌 청소년 육성정책에 부응하는 국제청소년센터를 설립하여 국제적 규모의 청소년 전용시설로서 국가위상을 제고하고 국제대회 및 국제교류로 인한 한국청소년의 국제적 지위를 향상 시킨다. 청소년수련시설의 국제적 모형으로 국가 간 정책교류사업 활성화의 계기를 마련한다. 편향된 학교교육중심에서 체험형 리더십교육을 통한 국가적 문제해소에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다. 지역 경제적 차원에서는 청소년교육‧인재교육도시로서의 위상제고하며 수련시설의 지역주민개방으로 시민문화, 복지환경 개선하고 청소년교육과 지역문화상품의 연계사업화를 통한 지역경제개선을 도모하며 지역건설경기 활성화시키며 지역관광산업 및 연관 산업발전에 기여하도록 한다.

In this study, this plan was established for the national, social and region‧ economic contributions through the establishment of an international youth professional training center. For this plan, in nationally by establishing intermational youth center that meet to global youth development policy, Youth-only facilities raise the national status and improve the position of korean-youth by national meetings and international interchanges. As international model, it gets the opportunity of international policy exchange. Its purpose is the solution of national problem by turning the biased school education to the leadership learning through experiences. At the regional economic view, this territory is improved as the youth training ‧personal training city, to improve the local economy promoted with the enhancing civic culture, improving the welfare environment and youth education and the connection on business with local culture products by the opening training facility for local residents and the developments of the local construction business, tourist business and association industry are devised.

이 연구에서는 청소년 이용률의 저하에 따라 시설의 유휴공간이 크게 발생하고 이에 따른 방안으로 지역주민의 이용을 통해 시설의 효과적인 운영을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 청소년수련시설의 경우 청소년이 이용하지 않은 시간대인 학교등교시간의 경우 시설의 많은 부분이 유휴공간으로 운영되는데, 이는 시설의 운영에 있어 손실을 가져다 주게 된다. 따라서 이러한 유휴시간의 억제를 위한 방안으로 지역주민들에게의 개방을 통하여 시설이용 가치를 높이고 하는데 대구시 지역에 있는 청소년수련시설의 현장조사 및 분석, 수집된 자료를 통하여 청소년수련시설의 이용률 저하에 따른 손실에 대한 방안을 제시하고자 하고, 이 방안에 대하여는 지역주민들에게 보다 다양한 교육 및 문화․체육 등의 편의를 제공할 수 있는 기능적 복합화를 위한 필요성을 제안하고 있다.
