This study aims to examine the factors of ecological systems affecting on readiness
for self-reliance of adolescents in residential care facilities.
In this study, independent variables are the factors of ecological systems affecting on readiness for self-reliance of adolescents in residential care facilities. They are divided into sub-factors such as ecological factors, microsystem factor, mesosystem factor, macrosystem factor. Dependent variables are their volition of dependence, interpersonal relationship, problem solving abilities and readiness for self-reliance. This study was analysed by multiple regression.
The results of this study are as follows:
First of all, the volition for self reliance of adolescents in residential care facilities have beeb affected by 34.4 % of the factors of ecological system. Secondly, the inter-personal relationship of adolescents in residential care facilities have beeb affected by 49.4 % of the factors of ecological system. Thirdly, the problem solving abilities of adolescents in residential care facilities have beeb affected by 36.2% of the factors of ecological system.
Lastly, the readiness for self-reliance of adolescents in residential care facilities have beeb affected by 50.5% of the factors of ecological system. In statistically, the preparation for independence of children are meaningfully affected by achievement motivation, peer group's supports, school adaptation, communication, self-esteem, institutional-orientation, the number of friends and their behavior problems.

본 연구는 아동양육시설청소년의 자립준비에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 영향력을 생태체계론적 관점에서 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 연구에서는 자립준비에 영향을 미치는 생태체계요인들을 유기체요인, 미시체계요인, 중간체계요인, 거시체계요인으로 나누어 이를 독립변수로 하고, 시설청소년의 자립의지, 대인관계, 문제해결, 자립준비를 종속변수로 하여 아동양육시설청소년의 자립준비에 미치는 생태체계요인들의 영향력을 다중회
귀분석을 통해 분석하였다.
본 연구에서 밝혀진 중요한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 생태체계 요인들은 34.4의 설명력으로 자립의지에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 생태체계요인들은 49.4%의 설명력으로 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 생태체계요인들은 35.7%의 설명력으로 문제해결에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 생태체계요인들은 50.3%의 설명력으로 자립준비에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또래의 사회적 지지, 성취동기, 학교적응, 시설종사자와의 의사소통, 자아존중감, 친구 수, 시설선후 배와의 관계, 직업관, 시설종사자와 또래와의 유대관계가 시설청소년의 자립준비에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이중 영향력이 가장 큰 요인은 또래의 사회적 지지였고, 그 다음이 성취동기와 학교적응으로 나타나, 이 세 요인은 시설청소년의 자립준비에 중요한 요인임이 밝혀졌다.
