In order to make the IoT(Internet of Things) industries prosperous, the ICT technology must be merged to the all kinds of industries. The field of construction, especially the Smart-Home, Intelligent Building System(IBS), Smart-Factory related, is one of them, which can be called as a common name ‘Intelligent Building(IB)’. In that field, there are lots of standards from the structure to communication protocols already, which are not coincide with IoT standard movement. The second issue is that the system should be connected to the local or central control center in the Smart-City plan in easy way. It evokes the matter of ‘IoT Highway’. The commercial communication companies provide that one in couple months ago which shall be evaluated here also. And the industry wants a new radio band for IoT development itself. All the issues shall be discussed here and wish to make a conclusion.

The conventional process to implement time synchronization for SCADA system operation has been as following. GPS receivers are installed in all related sites to maintain time synchronization through NTP and IRIG-B. For RTU peripheral equipments, time synchronization is maintained through time synchronization function inside DNP frame and other TOD (Time of Day) functions. The introduction of Substation Automation System (SA) with IT system and communication infrastructures are accelerating year by year. In addition, a shift is being made to the digital-based(i.e program based) automatic power monitoring and control system with IEC 61850 as a standard. This paper is aimed at introducing plans to implement more precise time synchronization in SCADA system operated with the accurate time synchronization technologies of IEEE 1588, which is drawing attention amid technological advancements in the present times

IEC 62541(OPC UA) is the communication protocol defined by OPC Foundation. It has develpoed for model that exchanging data between different interfaces model. Features of OPC UA are platform independent and having advantage of eas scalability using Meta Data Model. Also by default, OPC UA uses the interaction model of Client and Server. In this paper, we compared between characteristic of two models in Manufacturing system designed by IEC 62541.

LTE(Long Term Evolution) is the evolution of the UMTS which are successfully commercialized in Korea and these make possible to deliver high quality multimedia services according to the users' expectations. As a technology, LTE has many unique characteristics that make it suitable for extension to services beyond basic mobile broadband. PS(Public-Safety)-LTE and LTE-M(Maritime) network in particular benefit tremendously by using LTE as the base technology, which not only fulfills the specific communication needs of emergency services such as robustness and low latency but are also supported widely in commercial cellular systems already in use by people all over the world. DUMCN(Distributed Underwater Monitoring and Control Networks) has some different characteristics(sonic wave, channel) compared to the former two networks, but it is also closely related to public safety. So we tried to develop the one tool for analyze and design for PS-LTE, LTE-M and DUMCN. For this, we list the technical requirements(for example geographic information, channel model, cell site DB) of each network in the field of design. And we researched relationship among them and possibility of development of one and the same tool for three networks. In this paper, we suggest a simulation tool which is possible to analyze and design totally for three distinction networks. These works can give a good insight of necessity of one simulation tool to increase the efficiency and performance in the field of public safety related networks(PS-LTE, LTE-M and DUMCN).

DDoS attacks are divided into two categories: L4 attacks and L7 attacks on OSI 7 layer. It is very difficult to detect Slow HTTP POST DDoS attack because it can be executed with legitimate TCP Connections. This paper proposed monitoring about Content-Length filed size and data size in order to prevent Slow HTTP POST DDoS attack efficiently.

In this paper, we would like to study a model for induction to derive the collaborative companies of the security management model under the special circumstances of nuclear power, and voluntary efforts to strengthen information protection capabilities of the partner companies to invest.

Korea’s “Foreign Trade Act” states that the goods(including technology determined by Presidential Decree) on which restriction, such as export license, is required for maintaining international peace and security as well as national security in accordance with the principles of the International Export Control Regimes, are to be referred to as “Strategic Item” and the list of such goods designated are publicly notified by the “Public Notice on Trade of Strategic Goods(hereinafter, the Public Notice)”. Information security systems, equipment and components above control parameter specified under control number 5A002.a of such list are classified as “Strategic Items”. In fact, this entry covers the majority of the information security equipment such as switch, firewall, server and network equipment. This paper studies negative classification cases of items that meet the control threshold of the list on the Public Notice but nonetheless excluded by the de-control notes available for certain items such as those sold in mass market or those with encryption technology exclusively for authentication. The date of classification results issued through the Information System for Management of Export and Import of Strategic Items(Yestrade) over the past 5 years are used. By Analyzing such data, we try to make recommendations for improvements.

In this paper, We propose the wireless network platform using the pagephone(with wired network) in power plant. In order to implement a wireless network environment, we have been developed to simplify the wireless system equipped with only a wireless module to pagephone systems, and we propose the B-CDMA communication method for the propagation channel characteristic in power plant. In the power plant, Fading, interference and thermal noise are mainly existed on the wireless communication line, because many reflecting metallic surfaces are existed, and intensive heat, high frequency are generated. thus we use frequency hopping spread spectrum, the diversity reception techniques and the channel coding techniques of error correction.

최근 silicon nitride를 이용한 waveguide 응용 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 single mode조건을 만족시키기 위해 1.5 μm의 width와 0.45 μm의 height를 가진 waveguide를 설계하였고, 이를 multimode interference (MMI) coupler 설계에 이용하였다. MMI는 빛이 진행함에 따라 일정한 주기를 가지고 스플릿 되는 현상을 이용한 것으로써, 공정상의 오차를 줄일 수 있고 MMI length, width, 포트간격에 따라 출력 비율을 용이하게 조절할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 MMI length 53.6 μm, width 4.5 μm, 포트간격 1.5 μm의 50:50 출력특성을 가진 MMI를 설계하였다.

전쟁은 수많은 요소들의 복합적인 영향으로 승패가 좌우되며, 이러한 요소들을 수집 및 분석하고 전황을 예측하는 것은 매우 어려운 문제이다. 지금까지는 지휘관의 경험과 전투력 평가에 따라 상황을 판단했으나, 최근에는 이를 보완하기 위한 모의전투훈련이 실시되고 있다. 다양한 전투요소가 수집되는 이 모의전투훈련에서 임무달성을 위한 요건을 분석 및 평가하는 데는 여전히 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 모의전투훈련에서 얻어지는 자료를 종합 및 분석하여 전투요소를 분류하고 임무달성지수를 산정하였으며, 이들 간의 비선형적 연관관계를 다층 인공신경망을 이용하여 모형화하였다. 실험결과 전투요소의 인공신경망 모델을 통하여 임무달성지수를 효과적으로 추정해낼 수 있었으며, 전투요소의 민감도 분석을 이용하여 전투상황을 예측하는 모델을 도출할 수 있었다.

In battlefield, there are many elements of combined effects which affect the result of war. Collecting and analyzing these elements, and then predicting the situation of war looks problematic. Commander's experience and broad-range military power assessment have been used to set these problems, and recently simulated combat training program supplements the models through recording various virtual combat data. Nevertheless, there are numerous challenges to assess winning factors of combat for completing the mission. In this paper, we characterize the combat element (ce) by clustering simulated combat data, and then suggest multi-layered artificial neural network (ANN) model, which can comprehend non-linear, cross-connected effects among ces to assess mission completion degree (MCD). Through this ANN modeling, we have the chance of analyzing and predicting factors for winning. Experimental results show that our ANN model shows MCDs through interconnecting ces, and can grasp the sensitivity of ces toward MCD which will be the basis of predicting the situation of warfare.

인공지능 기술이 최근에 알파고의 영향으로 많은 부분에서 개발되고 활용이 되고 있다. 이에 일반 상업용 드론은 대중화가 이미 고해상도 카메라의 장착으로 고화질의 영상을 촬영하고 분석이 이루어지고 있는 시점에서, 특수 목적용 드론의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 특히 등산로를 통화여 등산객의 실종이 이루어질시 많은 경찰 인력이 동원되어서 실종자 수색을 하고 있지만 효율성에서 많은 시간과 비용이 발생하고 있는 상황이다. 이에 경찰청에서 최근 들어 드론을 활용한 실종자 수색을 진행하고 그 부분의 활성화를 위하여 경창 드론의 도입을 검토하고 있는 실정이다. 경찰드론은 경찰의 임무 특성상 장비의 인증과 실증을 통해서 업무에 투입되어야 하는데 그 부분에서 경찰드론의 임무장비에 맞는 기능을 분류하고 추가로 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 추가 개발이 되어야 하는데 그중에 핵심 기술 중에 딥러닝기술을 통한 등산로의 영상을 학습하여 자율주행과 실종자 영상 수색을 위한 부분이 추가 되어야 한다. 이에 이 연구 논문에서 경찰드론의 임무장비 연구내용을 발표하고 딥러닝기술을 활용한 등산로 학습 알고리즘과 실종자 수색을 위한 추가 기능을 발표 하고자 한다.

Demand of drones that can perform the monitoring task of contaminated or difficult-to-access area without human pilot is a motivation for research high accuracy location tracking algorithm and autonomous landing algorithm. This paper describes the development of the noise reduction-type WSN-based system that can measure the accurate position of the drone. The noise reduction type WSN-based system by applying DGPS mechanism, can reduce the error of the WSN-based location tracking techniques due to noise. Such the system is needed for high-accuracy autonomous landing operations.

A method to focus the object in camera system by applying the Hill climb algorithm from optical lens moving device (voice coil motor:VCM ) is proposed. The focusing algorithm from VCM is focus on the object but in these criteria is a well-known drawback; the focus is good only at same distance objects but the focus is bad (blur image) at different distance objects because of the DOF (Depth of focus:DOF) or DOF at the optical characteristic. Here, the new camera system that describes the Reflector of free curvature systems (or Diffractive Fresnel lens) and the partition of focusing window area is proposed. The method to improve the focus in all areas (different distance objects) is proposed by new optical system (discrete auto in-focus) using the Reflector of free curvature systems (or Diffractive Fresnel lens) and by applying the partition of all areas. The proposal is able to obtain good focus in all areas.

The technology of IoT which began in the sensor networks generate numerous sensing data from a variety of physical environments to virtual world. There are many types of IoT device used the sensors based on application. They usually create time series data that people can use to make more sensible decision. Things produced various data which is generated and stored as time based and then saved them to the existing database. In this paper, we introduce the system architecture for the large distributed cluster based system for the processing and collecting of big-data of time-series to meet the goal of performance using Redis Cluster and OpenTSDB.

Bluetooth Low Energy is the edge technology for the low power wireless communication. However BLE has a significant effect on the battery life time according to the type of application. In this paper, we introduce the Dynamic Queue model to improve the cost of wireless communication. Dynamic Queue helps to adopt multi-packet structure in a single packet and support priority based policy to send the data based on BLE.

레이저는 매우 좁은 full-width half maximum (FWHM)을 갖고 있기 때문에 기존의 측정 장비로는 resolution의 한계로 인해 정확한 측정이 어려운 점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 레이저 선폭의 정확한 측정을 위해 delayed self heterodyne (DSH) 측정 기법을 이용하여 실험을 진행하였다. 레이저는 빛이 나오는 방향, 위상이 모두 같은 coherence한 성질을 지니고 있다. DSH 측정 시스템에서 레이저의 coherence한 성질이 없어지게 하기 위해 레이저의 coherence length (Lc) 보다 큰 delay line을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 20 km 이상의 delay line을 통해 distributed feedback laser diode (DFB-LD), vertical cavity surface-emitting laser (VCSEL) 소자의 선폭을 측정 하였다. 그 결과, 각각의 FWHM은 500 kHz, 3.5 MHz의 FWHM을 얻을 수 있었다.

The IETF suggests a IoT(Internet of Things) routing protocol which is named RPL(IPv6 Routing Over Low power and Lossy networks) that could accept requirements of a lot of routing issues in IoT environment and discussion is progressing on the routing metric or route determination. The RPL is optimized to collect environment information in static network, but it is not possible to stably maintain the routing path in the service environment that has many devices which move frequently in RPL network. In this paper, we propose a FPD (Fast Path Discovery) algorithm for a seamless service of mobile nodes in the IoT environment requiring mobility. The FPD-based mobile node provides a seamless service by dynamically determining the DIS message transmission period to select a parent node.

다채널 핵의학 영상 검출 시스템에서 채널수를 줄이기 위해 사용되는 resistive network와 전하증폭기를 분석하였다. 시스템에서 사용되 는 다채널 광전자증배관은 수 ㎲ 이하의 duration을 갖는 펄스 형태의 전류 신호를 출력한다. 다채널 광전자증배관을 사용한 검출 시스템은 높은 해상도를 갖지만, 신호를 처리할 수 있는 많은 회로가 필요하다는 단점이 있다. 이는 resistive network를 사용하여 일정한 비율에 따라 4개의 출력으로 줄여 해결 할 수 있다. 4개로 분배된 전류신호는 전하증폭기에 의해 적분되어 전압신호로 변환되고, 출력신호의 최댓값을 통하여 검출위치를 추정할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서는 resistive network와 전하증폭기를 이용한 검출위치 추정방법을 소개하고, 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 분석하였다.

최근 국내 에너지 정책의 패러다임이 공급보다 수요관리를 중점으로 변화하는 추세이다. 기존 공급으로는 점점 증가하는 에너지 소비량을 따라가기 어렵기 때문이다. 이로 인해 소비자가 필요한 만큼만 에너지를 사용하게 하고 불필요하게 낭비되는 에너지를 없애는 등, 수요 관리를 효율적으로 하기 위한 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 이로 인해 FEMS, BEMS와 같은 에너지 관리 인프라들이 구축되면서 실제로 에너지 절약 및 비용을 절감할 수 있는 최적 제어를 가능하게 했다. 하지만 FEMS와 BEMS 인프라는 대규모 공장 설비를 사용하는 시설이나 적정 크기의 빌딩에 적합하기 때문에 소규모 시설에서는 운영하기 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서 는 라즈베리파이에 온도 센서와 IR 송/수신기를 사용해 소규모 에너지 관리 시스템(SEMS)을 구현한다.

Copy-Move-Forgery (CMF) is one of the common ways of tampering digital images. Forging an image has become very easy and visually confusing to detect it from the authentic one. Broadly speaking, CMF detection methods generally use either block-based or feature point-based approaches. In this paper, we proposed a new technique called keypoint based Circle-Block model in which first keypoints are extracted; then Circle-blocks are constructed centering the keypoints. Block matching is made using color and pixels behavior of the blocks.
