Recently, the high bandwidth and the guaranteeing QoS are required to support the increasing demands for multimedia services. Telecom companies release LTE service, 3GPP standard technology to solve such a demand. In order to use the downlink resource and support the QoS efficiently, the packet scheduling scheme is one of the important technical issues in LTE system. Especially since LTE provides the QoS for downlink packets with various service class, it is important to control the priority of them to satisfy customer's QoS policy. In this paper, we propose the controller module for increasing the QoS of multimedia service and analyze the experiment result. the proposed scheme utilizes the waiting time of transmission queue, the maximum allowable delay, and the status of receiving buffer. The experiment shows a better performance of throughput and transmission delay.

Progress on communication technologies has led to the active development of many kinds of broadband services such as data and video communication using access networks. It is important to realize high-speed broadband access networks for the effective provision of the services. In order to provide these services in a timely way, we must construct optical access networks immediately, effectively and economically for "fibre-to-the-home" (FTTH). To achieve the above goals, the network design must take aspects of construction, maintenance and operation into account. so Telco were using field assembly connector. But long time exposure to bad conditions, for example, high temperature, micro vibration, vertical direction connector in distribution box mounted pole. These bad conditions are the cause of failure. One of the important factor is index matching gel. This study was developing index matching gel to overcome bad conditions.

This paper introduces an efficient correction algorithm for ECU configuration using CAN-based serial communication. An ECU configuration is important to guarantee the performance of automotive E/E systems which use parameters. So, we had proposed auto parameter reconfiguration algorithm and verified with emulation test. This paper summarizes on implementation results and comparisons using CAN-based serial communication.

In Fragmented JPEG carving we require header information for a successful recovery of the image. In case of a fragment with a corrupted or missing header we need a way to extract important parameters from the content of the blocks. In this paper the inter block mean absolute difference is proposed to detect the size information of the JPEG fragment. The proposed approach has improved the complexity of the existing image size extraction approach to O(n), moreover we are able to get offset information of the block arrangement in the fragment.

컴퓨터의 개발과 통신(유선통신부터 유선통신까지)기술의 발전으로 인해 인간의 자료 습득, 저장, 처리 방법은 획기적으로 발전되어져 왔다. 컴퓨터 유선통신을 시작으로 발전된 기술은 개인용 휴대장치를 통화 무선통신으로 까지 발전되어지고 있다. 그중에서도 최근 음성 통화와 컴퓨터상의 많은 응용을 가능하게 하는 스마트폰이 개발되었으며 이제는 남 녀노소를 불문하고 스마트폰 사용자가 아니라면 문맹 에 가까운 취급을 받는다. 아직 상품으로 출시가 되지는 않았지만 구글 글라스는 강력한 검색 기능을 가진 착용형 스마트폰 형태로 구분 지을 수 있다. 하지만 스마트 기기의 보급에 따라 생성되는 프라이버시 또는 개인정 보의 보호라는 하찮게 느끼지만 매우 큰 영향력을 갖 는 관점에 대해 크게 다루어지는 않는 경향이 있다. 본 연구에서는 구글 글라스 체험 버전을 기준으로 프라이버시 침해요인을 예측해 보고 그에 대한 기술적, 관리적 방안을 모색한다.

Common R or R-L load do not need special inverter circuits, however R-C load needs the inverter with circuit that can discharge the capacitor energy. Especially for uni-directional square-wave voltage driving, it becomes more serious problem. In this paper, a energy recovery circuit for uni-directional square-wave voltage driving for R-C load is proposed. With the circuit, the peak load current and the power supply capacity can be reduced because the energy in the load capacitor is saved to a capacitor and re-discharged from the capacitor. The appropriateness is proved from the simulation of the proposed circuit.

VCO(Voltage Controlled Oscillator) occurs sine wave or square wave which is depends on frequency controlled voltage. In addition, VCO is widely used frequency synthesize and clock restoration. It is the key of the PLL block diagram. This paper will explain VCO`s CMOS integrated circuit about mainly activate GHz band. APLL(Analog Phase-locked Loop) is in common use in VCO, but I will show the special VCO on DPLL(Digital Phase- locked Loop) which is more small than normal VCO. 스마트 그리드 환경하에서 배전 계통의 분산전원의 비중을 높임으로써 생기는 운영 상의 문제점에 대한 일반적인 해결책으로 DMS(Distribution Management System)가 개발되고 있다. DMS는 배전 자동화 시스 템을 기반으로 계통의 운전, 진단 및 유지관리 기능을 수 행한다. 기존 DMS의 경제성 평가에서는 운영비용의 감소에만 초점을 맞추었지만 이 경우 진단 및 유지관리 측면에서의 이점을 고려하지 못한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 DMS의 각 기능이 신뢰도에 미치는 영향을 고려한 경제 성 평가 방법을 제안한다. 신뢰도 지표에 대한 각 기 능의 영향을 분석하고 신뢰도 지표의 변화를 비용으로 산출하는 방법을 고려하였다.

In recent years, new renewable energy like sunlight·wind power and surplus energy of electric vehicle have gotten the limelight in operating power system. Although these energy sources are eco-friendly, it is hard to control and predict the amount of power generation. Therefore, to operate power system efficiently and stably, this paper presents informing price of electricity to maintain balance of power supply and demand. To realize this technology, building AMI should be preceded which is optimal infrastructure for system operator to inform the price of electricity to participants in power system. This paper suggests present condition of domestic (Republic of Korea) AMI and building plan for future AMI. In particular, placing emphasis on civilian industry which will be in charge of aggregate buildings; being not under control of Korea electric power, this paper defines system structure of AMI and information flow in AMI system. This paper tries to improve the compression performance which is proposed by [1]. In re-compression method, more than half situation will be current decoding, so the decision that if it is the reasonable decoding or non-resonable decoding becomes very important issue to compression performance. The previous scientists used the boarder pixels to deduce this decision we call inter decision function. In this paper, we utilize the pattern of JPEG coefficients inside one block to make the decision to increase the accuracy, the results shows that the proposed method can improve the performance a lot.

Remote communities are typically isolated from large power systems (off-grid) and use diesel generation in conjunction with a dump load to feed the local grid. Inherent high operation costs and emissions can be reduced with the integration of renewable energy (RE) sources at a high penetration level. These renewable sources such as wind and solar (PV) energies have been proposed due to their economical and environmental advantages.planning and operation of power systems with medium to high penetration levels of RE implies some difficulties due to the stochastic and intermittent characteristics of the sources. Recently there has been much research in reversibly data hiding in already encrypted images. The data hiding scheme allows one to hide data in the image that has been encrypted with a stream cipher, without having the prior knowledge of the image content. The reversibility is achieved using strong correlation of the neighbouring pixels with each other. In this paper we propose a data hiding method in encrypted images that is not reversible but the directly decrypted image has acceptable psnr.

In this paper, we propose an adaptive embedding methods for reversible data hiding. Embedding threshold is a very important factor in reversible data hiding, where the proper embedding threshold can produce the best performance. For previous reversible data hiding methods, only 1 threshold is used in the embedding procedure, we propose a two thresholds selection method. The image is divided into 2 parts, each part uses 1 proper threshold to embed dta. The experiment shows that the proposed method outperforms the previous methods.

With the rapid development of information techniques, data mining approach has become one of the most important tools to discover the in-deep associations of tuples in the big data sets. So how to protect the private information is quite a huge challenge, especially during the data mining procedure. In this paper, we provide a new method to protect the private information based on fuzzy set theory. This new style of expression can provide more details of the anonymity subsets without reducing the security. And an experiment is provided to show that this approach is suitable for the classification. In the future, this approach can be adapted to the data stream as the low computation complexity of the fuzzy function.

In ther world, many researches are being actively studied for the energy-saving methods. One of them is standby power cut-off method. According to the Korea Energy Management Corporation in Korea 'Standby Korea 2010' policy could reduce standby power consumption about 35%, so 'Standby Korea 2015' can be to enforce the policy consistently to reduce standby power. As a result, the auto standby power cut-off is one of the auto standby power cut-off devices comes into wide use, this standby power switches have a built-in power sensor to monitor power consumption. In this paper, using the ability to monitor the power consumption utilizing the standby power cut-off switch in the apartment complex for energy monitoring methods are described. In addition, IHD (In-Home Display) switch which is a different concept of he existing standby power cut-off switch is introduced.

H.264/AVC is an authoritative international video coding standard, which shows improved code and efficiency than the existing video standards. Above all, inter prediction techniques using the motion vectors of H.264/AVC did play a big role in video compression developing. After that, HEVC came out further development of the H.264/AVC. Especially, seems a lot of effort to reduce the amount of motion information, we get Inspired by the benefits, algorithm using Huffman coding method is proposed to reduce compressive of motion information. experimental results based on JM18.2 reference software was successful in bringing the compression ratio rises.
