During the three years after the establishment of the cultural district management plan for Seocho Music Culture District in 2019, various gaps occurred in each stakeholder and process stage due to environmental changes such as policy environment and social environment. This study conducted three gap analyses as an exploratory study to analyze the cultural district. The development of a more systematic and integrated methodology is required through follow-up research. It is expected that the application of the gap analysis methodology to respond to uncertain environmental changes and manage differences will be further developed in the field of art management in the future.
This study began with the concerns of major students, observed changes by conducting a dance health education program to improve self-concept, and the purpose of this study is to pursue the integrated health of dance majors in the physical, psychological, and social fields.As a result of the study of the Dance Health Education Program for Improving Self-Concept, first, active interaction through feedback and content on career exploration in the existing program was applied. Second, various reactions and changes of college students majoring in dance appeared during the program. Third, cooperative interactions were implemented through feedback from teachers and students, mentors and students, students and students, and teachers and mentors. Dance wellness education programs for college students majoring in dance to improve self-concept should continue to develop into contents that reflect the needs of students. To this end, this study proposed the need for changes in the curriculum.
