Recently, the rural village development projects are proceeding as enhancement of the rural landscape as the interest toward rural tourism and rural immigrant has increased. However, the projects are solely to support construction of community space and there has been a lack of community facility remodeling in term of both deterioration facilities and abandoned facilities. Thus in this study proposes rural community facility remodeling process to utilize remodeling of rural deterioration facilities and abandoned facilities. For setting rural community remodeling process, this study analysed preceding research data and suggested rural community remodeling process stage ; planning, spacial resolution, remodeling factor analysis, implementation, maintenance control, based on research data. For systematic performed this process, this study regulated role of local resident, expert and local government on remodeling process stage.

To investigate the bone remodeling phenomenon around implant device, 3-D mathematical simulation model was developed. Strain energy density from the finite element method was chosen for the indicator for remodeling process. Recursive calculations continued until converged results between FEM and mathematical model. For a osteo-integration example, bone-remodeling process in a implanted tibia of beagle was adapted. Calculated results indicated that the bone densities around screw pitch were increased which indicates firm fixations between the bone and implant. Screw design parameters have an influence on initial stability of the implant rather than remodeling process.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has differentiated technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT(Internet of things), big data, and mobile. As the civilization develops more and more, humanity enjoy the cultural activities more than economic activity for the food and shelter. The platform structure based on the advanced information technology of the present will expand the cultural contents area in a variety of ways. Cultural contents respond sensitively to changes in consumer and will be useful experiences of human activities. Therefore, it should be noted again that the contents industry should not be limited to the discussion of the application of the fourth technology, but should be produced with emphasis on useful experiences of human being. In other words, the discussion of human activities around cultural contents should be focused on how to apply beyond the use of fourth industrial technology. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the basis of the successful storytelling of the planning stage to connect the fourth industrial technology and human useful experience as a method for developing cultural contents, and to build and propose a model as a strategic method. This study analyzes domestic and foreign cases made by using big data among the visual contents which show continuous increase of consumption among culture industry field, and draws success factors and limit points. Next, we extract what is the successful matching factor that influenced consumer ’s consciousness, and find out that the structure of culture prototype has been applied in the long history of mankind, and presents it as a storytelling model. Through the above research, this study aims to present a new interpretation and creative activity of cultural contents by presenting a storytelling model as a methodology for connecting creative knowledge, away from the general interpretation of social phenomenon applied with big data.

This study was designed to identify the current status of remodeling in Korea and problems in the implementation of remodeling through a case study of the apartment remodeling promotion complex and to present solutions to problems for the smooth implementation of remodeling projects. To this end, the cooperative managers of the project promotion complex were investigated for problems in the project implementation, and realistic problems in the remodeling-related laws and the approval procedures of the current process were derived. In order to propose a solution to such problems in the promotion of remodeling projects, the remodeling process of private apartments in Japan, which has stabilized the remodeling market, was to be comprehensively compared and analyzed to seek the direction and system of the process. Based on this, the following conclusions were drawn: First, measures should be devised to ensure efficient communication between the union and the residents, and secondly, an institutional basis should be laid to relieve the uncertainty of business due to procedural problems in the current process. Third, regulations such as rational improvement of the safety review method and compulsory compliance with the period required for approval are required. In addition, the institutional basis for government-level remodeling support measures, low-interest financial support measures, and tax breaks should be prepared to address economic constraints necessary for remodeling projects.

Safety management of remodeling is very important because dismantling work is initiated proactively as a major work and it is carried out in complex connection with repair work and extension work. However, the same or similar accidents occur repeatedly due to the lack of information accumulation as well as the cause analysis of past accidents. From this point of view, the purpose of this study is to propose the methodology of accident prevention to consider rationalization of safety management targeting safety accident 62 cases in the remodeling construction projects from 1994 to 2016. In order to perform the purpose of this study, after the cause of the accident was found, the analysis of the actual situation for each work type of majority accident was carried out and the mechanism of the accident occurrence was considered. Numerical Simulation of the Process of Bone Remodeling in the Context of Damaged Elastic

In this paper we propose a model of bone remodeling which takes in consideration the elasticity with damage properties of the material. Also the non linear equation of the bone apparent density is solved by a finite difference method, particularly a model with n unit elements. We will study the influence of damage damping on the adaptation of the structure under the effect of a controlled mechanical loading.

우리나라의 건설업계의 성장성은 감소하고 있는 추세에서, 리모델링의 시장은 현재 급속하게 성장하고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 리모델링에 관심이 있기 시작한 것은 불과 몇 년 전이며, 그로 인해서 리모델링에 대한 각 단계별 프로세스의 체계적인 인식과 이해가 아직은 제대로 형성되지 않았고, 그 외 따르는 연구와 경험 또한 매우 미비한 실정이다. 이는 공 사업 수행 후 많은 문제점들이 나타나게 될 것이다. 따라서 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 리모델링의 사업개발기획단계의 프로세스를 구축함으로서, 리모델링 사업 수행에 있어서 효율적인 사업관리를 할 수 있는 대안과 국내의 건설산업환경에 맞는 합리적이고 효율적인 리모델링의 사업 기반을 조성하는데 기초적 자료를 제시하였다.
The growth of Korea's construction industry is on the decrease, and it has caused the market of remodeling to be boosted up. But it's not that long people to get interested in the business of remodeling. So, the understanding and recognition in each remodeling process are not systematically formed yet and of which study and experience are insufficient as well, which may produce lots of problem after finishing these businesses. For resolving these problems, the make-up of remodeling process in the plan of operation will help us to reasonably and efficiently construct the basis of the business of remodeling which can be a way for efficient management and corresponded to national construction surroundings. The result of this study is as follows.
내용연수와 기능성 평가를 활용한 군 시설물 리모델링 대상 선정 프로세스 모델

군 시설물은 80년대 이후 현대화 계획 및 군 복지의 향상 등으로 인해 그 수가 급격하게 증가하였다. 그러나 이렇게 증가한 시설물에 대해 체계적인 유지관리가 이루어지지 못하여 노후화되면서 이러한 노후시설의 성능향상이 필요하게 되었다. 노후 시설물의 성능향상 방안은 재건축과 리모델링으로 나눌 수 있다.그러나 표준 리모델링 범위 내에서는 리모델링이 더 경제적이라는 연구결과에도 불구하고 군 시설의 리모델링은 성능 향상의 수단으로써 재건축과 동등하게 고려되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건축물의 생애주기 동안의 성능 변화와 리모델링 필요 범위의 관계성에 착안하여 재건축보다 리모델링이 경제적인 특정시점(SPT)에 리모델링을 선택하는 방식의 리모델링 프로세스 모델(RPM)을 제안한다. 또한 군 시설물의 자료에 근거하여 이를 위해 필요한 현실성 있는 내용연수와 기능성 평가기준을 함께 제시한다. 이 RPM을 통해 기존프로세스에서 발생하는 안전성에는 문제가 없으나 기능성에 문제가 있는 시설물들이 적절한 리모델링 시기를 놓쳐 어쩔 수 없이 재건축을 하게 되는 사례를 방지할 수 있게 하였다. 또한 준공시기와 유형이 다른 시설물을 관리하는 입장에서의 재건축/리모델링 선택의 의사결정을 보다 간단하게 할 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다. 이러한 리모델링에 보다 초점을 맞춘 프로세스를 통해 예산절감 효과뿐만 아니라 재건축으로 인한 사회적 낭비를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.
The number of military facilities has been rapidly increased due to growing requirement of modernization and military welfare. However, adequate maintenance has not implemented to these facilities. As a result, they are deteriorated quickly and require performance enhancement treatments. There are two ways of performance enhancement, reconstruction and remodeling. Despite the research result that remodeling within the standard remodeling range is more economical, remodeling of military facilities is not considered equivalent to reconstruction as an option of performance improvement. Therefore, derived from the relationship between performance change during life cycle of building and range of remodeling needs, this study tries to propose Remodeling Process Model(RPM) which uses a method to choose remodeling in a Specific Point of Time(SPT) when remodeling is considered more economical than reconstruction. In addition, this study suggests practical service life and functionality evaluation standard together which require to realize the RPM. This RPM make it possible to avoid the cases that facilities which do not have any problem on structural reliability but have low level of functionality miss appropriate remodeling timing and inevitably choose reconstruction as a performance improvement option. It also present the possibility of simple reconstruction / remodeling decision-making for facility managers who administrate building having various type, compilation and elapsed time. Consequently, this process model focusing on remodeling more may contribute to reduce resource waste caused by reconstruction.

리모델링은 기존 자원의 활용이라는 제한조건 안에서 수행되므로 기존 건축물의 구성요소들의 상관관계가 리모델링의 대상과 범위의 선정에 제한조건, 영향요인으로 작용하게 된다. 리모델링 사업수행시 설계단계에서 건축물 구성요소간의 상관관계 및 영향요인요소가 충분히 고려되지 않음으로 인해 시공단계에서 예상치 못한 문제(하중변경으로 인한 구조적 결함, 전기${\cdot}$설비공사로 인한 천장고 확보의 어려움 등)에 의해 공사비 증액, 공기지연 등이 발생되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 리모델링 설계단계에서 합리적인 대안선정을 위한 건축시스템 상관관계 도식화 모델 및 비용산정방안을 제시하고자 한다.
As Remodeling is proceed in the limited condition that is utilization of existing resource, the selection of remodeling objects and scope are affected by the correlation of building systems. Unexpected problems have occurred in construction phase by lack of the consideration about correlation of building systems; increasing of cost, delaying of schedule etc. Therefore, this research suggests the Building System Correlation Diagram Model and the direction of cost estimation .for selecting alternative reasonably in remodeling design process.
학교도서실 리모델링의 추진과정 및 공간구성 현황에 관한 분석

본 연구에서는 2003년에서 2004년까지 부산시교육청 소속의 도서실 리모델링을 실시한 학교(초등학교 53개 학교, 중학교 52개 학교, 고등학교 38개 학교)를 대상으로 하여 학교도서실 리모델링 전후 변화된 내용들에 대하여 건축계획적 관점에서 조사분석하였다. 도서실 담당 교사에게 실시한 설문조사와 아울러 도서실의 공간구성을 알 수 있는 평면도를 수집하여 분석하였으며, 그 내용으로는 리모델링의 추진과정과 리모델링 전, 후 도서실의 위치이동, 규모변화, 구성현황에 대한 변화 및 만족도에 대한 평가 등이다. 리모델링을 통하여 학교 내에서의 도서실 위치나 규모의 증가 등으로 그 환경이 많이 개선된 것은 사실이나 일부 학교에서는 리모델링 이후 적극적으로 활용하고 있지 않은 학교와 도서실 환경개선을 위해 다른 특별교실(과학실 혹은 미술실 등)을 없앤 학교도 있는 것 같아 자칫 도서실 리모델링의 취지가 훼손될 우려가 있다. 따라서 향후 리모델링 학교의 선정에는 학교의 계획서는 물론이거니와 해당 학교의 실 사용현황과 공간적인 조건의 검토가 수반될 필요가 절실하다. 그리고 리모델링된 대부분의 학교에서는 비교적 학교 자체의 의사로 도서실의 위치나 규모를 결정하였다는 점에서 향후 학교건축의 기준, 즉 학교급별 혹은 학급수 규모에 따른 도서실 규모에 대한 기준에 적극 반영할 부분도 있다고 생각한다.
This research investigated and analyzed from a construction and design point of view about school libraries' before and after changed contents after remodeling for school libraries(53 primary schools school, 52 middle schools school, 38 high schools school) belong to the Busan city education hall at which remodeling was carried out from 2003 to 2004. We collected and analyzed not only a question investigation which was conducted by library teachers in charge but also a ground plan which shows space composition of the library. The contents are the valuation about the change and satisfaction of the propulsion process of remodelling, library location transfer after remodelling, scale change, and composition present condition The environment is improved much to library location or increase of scale etc. in school through remodelling. But It is worry about the meaning damage of library remodelling because partial schools don't utilize the remodelled library and take away other special classroom (science or art classroom) because improved library environment. At the hereafter selection of remodelling school, examination of school plan, in effect use condition of relevant school, and space condition is necessary. And at the most remodelled schools, they carried out their intentions theirselves about the library location and scale. Hereo after schol construction standard will affect the library scale on the lines of the class level and class number.
그린리모델링 실증 시범사업을 통한 프로세스의 전 과정에 대한 검토

The purpose of this study is to review all phases of the pilot project through the implementation of the Green Remodeling process. The Green Remodeling process was developed to facilitate anyone's ease of use. The Green Remodeling process consists of five phases : project, plan, design, construction, operation and maintenance. Each stage simulation was performed and the energy saving was predicted. Architects can easily obtain energy information of a building. In this study, we propose a green remodeling proposal plan through pilot project. Ultimately, the spread of green remodeling will greatly contribute to achieving the goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
BIM기반 공동주택 리모델링 설계 프로세스에 관한 연구

The domestic construction industry in the last 30 to 40 years has accumulated a large stock of buildings that are quickly and there physical age is quickly becoming apparent. Contemporary changes in architecture are fueling changes driven by the increased demand for these new services and facilities. The cost of energy and raw materials are on the rise, and dealing with the waist generated from the creation of new buildings is an emerging problem in the industry today. Thus, building remodeling has emerged as an alternative do to its increased efficiency regarding material usage. The participation of users in the development stages of a remodeling project is essential to its effective implementation in projects. The BIM model used for the design process of building remodeling is the most effective way, due to the increased efficiency gained in many areas. This study will examine a pilot project where a BIM based process was used in the remodeling of an apartment.

에너지절감형 리모델링을 위한 적정 대안 선정 프로세스 모델 - 건축물 외피 및 신재생에너지 시스템을 중심으로 -

에너지 소비 절감 및 이산화탄소 배출 감소를 위한 노력의 일환으로 대다수의 선진국에서 리모델링 프로젝트를 장려하고 있으며, 이에 따라 건설산업에서 리모델링 사업은 큰 비중으로 성장하고 있다. 기존의 리모델링 관련 연구를 분석한 결과, 1) 리모델링 대안의 생성 및 선정 과정과 2) 건축물 경과년수에 따른 경제적 타당성 분석 결과가 제대로 반영되어 있지 않은 문제점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 리모델링 대안에 따른 에너지절감량과 경제성을 동시에 고려하여 가장 비용효율적인 에너지절감형 리모델링 대안을 선정할 수 있는 의사결정 지원모델을 개발하였다. 개발된 프로세스 모델은 외피 시스템과 신재생에너지 설비를 조합한 "리모델링 솔루션"을 생성하며, 국제기준(ISO-13790, DIN V 18599)을 응용한 에너지성능평가, 생애주기비용 분석(LCCA)기법을 통한 경제성 평가를 실시하도록 구성되어있으며, 입력된 대안을 순환평가하여 최적의 대안을 출력하도록 구성하였다. 개발된 모델을 실제 사례에 적용한 결과, 비용효율적인 에너지절감형 리모델링 대안을 선정할 수 있는 것으로 확인하였다. 따라서 이 연구를 통해 개발된 모델은 리모델링을 계획하는 의사결정자(예: 발주자) 등에게 효율적인 대안 선정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
An increase in energy such as natural gas, coal, oil, has occurred to a large amounts of environment impact emissions, it is necessary to reduce in the construction industry for the energy consumption. To encourage remodeling project in developed countries of the majority, on the basis of this, remodeling project in the construction industry has grown to a large amount. Results of analysis of the research related to the advanced remodeling, analysis of the economic validity in accordance with the production and process and building elapsed years of selection alternative of remodeling there has been a problem that has not been properly reflected. In this study, a decision support model that can simultaneously choose the most cost-effective and energy-efficiency alternative. Developed process model, generates a "Remodeling Solution" that combines the renewable energy equipment and envelope system, energy performance evaluation of the application of international standards(ISO-13790, DIN V 18599), perform the economic evaluation through LCCA(Life Cycle Cost Analysis) technique, circulated evaluation and configured to output the optimal Remodeling Solution. The results of applying the model developed in the case, it was confirmed that it is possible to select a choice of cost-effective energy-saving alternative. Then, developed model through this study, it is expected to be able to help highly effective remodeling alternative to selecting by decision-makers.
실내공간의 환경친화적 리모델링 시공프로세스의 실행내용에 관한 연구

As remodeling market is growing and peoples' concern on health and well-being is getting high, there is a need to apply environmentally friendly approach to remodeling an interior space. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide basic information on environmentally friendly remodeling process focused on the implementation of interior construction process. The method of this study was two-folds. First, previous researches were reviewed to drive general remodeling process, and then content of implementation of environmentally friendly remodeling process were added. Second, semi-structured interview was conducted to eight experts in interior design who were members of KOSID. The results of this study are as follows; (1) Applying environmentally friendly method to remodeling will be essential. Therefore, it is necessary to develop various types of environmentally friendly finish materials and methods and continuing attention should be paid. (2) For broad implementing an environmentally friendly application on remodeling, builders, interior designers, manufacturers, and clients should change their consciousness through education and publicity, (3) The results showed that using environmentally friendly materials was the most primary concern for the designers. However, there is a lack of information about contamination derived from materials when manufacturing and constructing and even wastes. Thus designers should be aware of using environmentally friendly verified materials regarding materials itself and its manufacturing process.

리모델링 공사는 신축공사와 달리 철거공사가 주공정으로 선행되어야 하는데 현행 철거공사는 개략적 수준의 철거관리계획에 의한 생산성만을 강조한 철거 형태로 인해 폐자재 재활용이 되지 않고 있어 자원낭비, 환경파괴를 가중시키고 있으며, 철거작업 중 작업자의 안전과 구조체의 안전등이 전혀 고려되지 않고 철거하는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 친환경 철거공사가 되기 위해서는 프로세스의 개선이 우선 되어야하며 그 단계를 1) 철거관련 조사분석, 2) 철거관리 도서작성, 3) 철거관리 시공계획서작성, 4) 철거시공 및 감리, 5) 철거 후 관리의 5단계로 구분하였으며, 특히 철거도면 작성으로 표준철거 WBS가 구축되고, 철거장비 및 공법, 폐기물 투하, 철거공정계획 수립이 가능하며 마감재 철거 후 구조체의 안전점검을 실시하므로써 철거중 불가피한 보수보강이 가능하며, 철거완료 Check list 작성에 따라 리모델링 본 공사의 Database 활용이 가능하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 현행 리모델링 철거공사 프로세스(AS-IS)의 문제점을 분석하고 개선된 친환경 리모델링 철거공사 프로세스(TO-BE)를 IDEF0 모델을 사용하여 제안하고자 한다.
Demolition work is a precedence activity that is performed earlier than other remodeling activities. And demolition work is one of the critical path activities. So, demolition work is needed for systematic plan and management. However, contractors of the remodeling project established a rough plan and did not consider recycling wastes, safety of workers and structural stable of building. To improve this problem, a eco-friend process model of remodeling project is needed to be established. The process model is composed of five phases; 1) survey and analysis of general condition of demolition work, 2) prepare documents of demolition work 3) establishing demolition work plan, 4) demolition and inspection, 5) post-demolition management. Especially, demolition documents are based on establishing WBS, selecting the equipment and method, waste management and structure reinforcement. A process model of eco-friend demolition work is developed by using IDEF0 method.

리모델링은 기존 건물을 폐기하지 않고 재활용 함으로써 자원의 재활용이라는 측면과 신축과 같은 부가가치를 창출한다는 측면에서 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 그리고 공사에 적절한 공법 선정은 공사비와 공사기간을 줄여주고 품질을 향상시키는 역할을 한다. 또한 리모델링 공사의 경우 현장의 특성과 구조체의 특성이 공사시에 큰 영향을 끼치기 때문에 기존 신축공사 보다 공법선정이 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 그러나 현재의 공법 선정은 시공정보를 반영하지 않고 단지 기존에 주로 사용하던 공법만을 선정하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 본 연구에서는 공법 선정시 의사결정을 도와주기 위한 tool의 구축 방안을 제안한다.
Remodeling is deemedto be very important from the perspective of the recycling of resources, instead of scrapping the existing structure, and the creation of 'value added' which is equivalent to the 'value added' from the new construction. In addition, the selection of the appropriate construction method assures the saving of construction cost, the shortening of construction period, and the improvement of quality. Moreover, the selection of the construction method for the remodeling construction is far more important than the current new construction work, considering that the characteristicsof construction site and the structure have a great effect on the construction in case of the remodelingconstruction. Current selection of the construction method, however, does not reflect the construction information, but just adheres to the construction method which was commonly applied previously. Therefore, this study proposes the measure to embody the tool that assists the decision making in selecting the construction method.
