Objective: This study was conducted in order to investigate Goyang City officials’ psycho‐social health, job stress and drinking pattern and to provide basic information necessary to make policies for settling healthy drinking culture at workplace, promoting mental health, and reducing job stress. Method: For this study, 707 officials were surveyed using a questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and frequency analysis using SPSS 15.0. As a reliability test of the questionnaire, internal consistency was confirmed with Cronbach`s α. In addition, one‐way ANOVA was used to test differences in major variables, and Pearson correlation analysis was used to test correlations among the variables. Results: 1. When the officials were grouped according to their overall psycho‐social health, 24.2% were in the high risk group, 75.2% in the potential risk group, and 9.6% in the healthy group. 2. In the results related to job stress, 16.4% of the officials were in need of special counseling and the percentage was higher in the female group (21.0%) than in the male group (13.8%), so job stress was statistically significantly higher in women than in men. In addition, job stress was high among those in their 50s according to age, and in those engaged in social ware and public services according to job category. 3. In the results related to drinking pattern, the age of first drinking was 19.6 years on the average and it was 19.1 among male officials and 20.2 among female ones. Those found to have alcohol dependence were 7.4% of the respondents, 10.6% of the male group, and 2.2% of the female group. Those found to have alcohol abuse were 10.3%, 13.2%, and 5.9%, respectively. 4. As to correlations among the three variables, the correlation between psycho‐social health and job stress was significant in both men and women, in all age groups except those in their 20s, and in those engaged in administration and construction. In addition, the correlation between AUDIT and job stress was significant in those engaged in driving. Conclusion: The results related to psycho‐social health suggest that it is necessary to apply active interventions to the high risk group, to establish a counseling system for officials, and to understand the characteristics of men and women and deploy male and female officials in adequate jobs based on the understanding. What is more, as Goyang City officials showed alcohol dependence above average and a higher level of alcohol abuse and alcohol‐related risk than other areas, it is required to plan education on drinking for the officials. In response to these needs, we need to expand institutions specializing in alcohol problems the community and to promote joint surveys through the network among governmental administrative agencies.

Analyzing and Solving Drinking‐Related Problems in a Urban‐Rural Integrated Cities through Focus Groups - Focusing on the Goyang City- Jin-Gyung Cha*・ Soon-Seung Yang*・ Hye-Jung Lee*・ Young-Sun Kim*・ Young-Han Sin*・ Jung-Hwa Lee*・ Sung-jae Kim** * The Korean Alcohol Research Foundation, Korea. ** College of Nursing, Seoul National University. Purpose: This study was conducted in order to analyze drinking‐related problems and derived alternatives based on the experiences of experts in various fields who contact people with drinking problems in Goyang City. Methods: Qualitative research were done with 3 focus groups(11 persons) and 6 field workers at relevant institutions who were providing services in the community of Goyang City. The debriefing notes and individual interview results were identified in the analysis of the data. The questions were: ‘What is the drinking patterns in the community?’; What is the alcohol-related problems with drinking in the community?’; ‘What are the factors related to the drinking problems in the community?; and ‘How can drinking problems be solved in the community?’ Results: The results were analyzed in 3 categories and 16 subcategories. Category 1 was the drinking pattern in Goyang City, derived 4 subcategories; including general population, employment status, sociocultural situation and foreign workers. Category 2 was drinking problem, derived 5 subcategories; including general population, employment status, sociocultural situation, foreign workers, and legal situation. Category 3 was the alternatives of alcohol-related problems, derived 7 subcategories; including the development of various preventive and educational contents, sociocultural and environmental change, reinforcement of laws and regulations including involuntary commitment, active interventions for foreign workers, and the establishment of specialized systems. Conclusion: The results were analyzed drinking‐related problems in several sociocultural aspects with various community members of Goyang City as a urban‐rural complex city, and proposed active solutions for revitalizing the local characteristics of the city and reinforcing legal and institutional aspects. The results were expected to provide basic materials for establishing drinking‐related policies in Goyang City.

본 연구의 목적은 단위학교에 수업경영체제를 도입, 구축하고 적용하기 위한 중학교 교사의 인식을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 충청북도 중학교 교사 1,133명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 분석 결과, 수업경영체제 도입의 타당성과 필요성이 매우 높다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 많은 교사들이 학교운영 및 수업의 질 향상을 위한 수업경영체제 도입에 공감하고 있었으며, 수업경영체제 도입을 위한 구체적인 각 항목들에 대해서도 긍정적으로 생각하고 있었다. 또한 수업경영체제 도입에 대한 반대 이유를 분석한 결과, 수업경영체제를 학교 현장에 도입하기 위해서는 현장적합성에 대한 고민, 교사 업무의 경감, 교사 중심의 개선 노력, 학교여건의 구비 및 개선 부분들에 대한 신중한 검토가 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analgize teachers' perception on establishing the Instructional Management System (IMS) and exploring environmental factors to implement it into schools, and to suggest its implications. To do so, a survey was used and subjects of the study was 1,133 middle school teachers in Chungbuk province. As the results of the analysis, the validity and necessity of establishing IMS were very high. Many teachers were favor for establishing IMS in order to improve school management and the quality of instruction, and were positive to the each questionnaires about IMS. As the results of analysis on the opposite reasons to establish IMS, it was necessary to reduce the teachers' tasks, change the education system of entrance examination to the university, have considerations of its feasibility and preparation of environmental factors. and examine the improving methods in order to establish IMS into the schools.

電視曆史劇是以曆史題材爲內容的電視連續劇類型之一,它將藝術加工 而成的曆史事件以連續劇的形式在熒幕上予以播放。本文從電視曆史劇 過 去和當下的相互對話中尋找曆史,以電視曆史連續劇所特有的想象和曆 史 事件的有效記載爲基礎,以中國爲研究對象,研究電視曆史劇這一新興 藝 術題材的某些共性和亟待解決的問題。 本文主要分爲二章。第一章著重對中國電視曆史劇的曆史研究,電視曆 史劇都有著從逐步被接受到成爲主要廣泛被接受的過程,並且在各自的 發 展過程中呈現出不同的特點。在電視劇的諸多劇作類型中,觀眾十分鍾 情 的劇作類型之一就是電視曆史劇。人們常說:“曆史是一面鏡子”。人類通 過對曆史的反思和回憶,將過去、現在和未來緊緊聯系起來,從而對人 類 自身的命運有了深切的感受。在電視劇大發展的時期,曆史題材也成爲 電 視劇創作經久不衰的熱點,而且在全部電視劇創作中,幾乎年年都占有 相 當大的比例。中國的電視曆史劇也更多地忠實於曆史,多以曆史上的英 雄 人物爲主人公,少其他電視藝術形式的表現手法。 第二章借助對電視曆史劇的構成要素分析,全面剖析電視曆史劇的特點 和情節類型、人物類型等,重點闡釋不同人物類型之間的差別和共性, 尤 其關注中國不同曆史人物差別中的社會意義,從而爲中國社會發展和文 化 差異提供一種思路。中國電視曆史劇的研究,除了其本身的意義外,一 定 程度上也代表著曆史觀念研究的一種方法。還有以全新的視角,從體裁 與 表現的角度對電視曆史劇進行了研究。看中國電視曆史劇以怎樣的方式 把 曆史事實劇化。在把握曆史敘述和美的體驗的局限性的前提下,通過分 析 原文,探討曆史劇的故事和劇中形象的具體特點。 隨著電視曆史劇的發展,人們對其的評價和討論也越來越熱烈。持肯定 意見者認爲,電視曆史劇是過去曆史與當今社會現實的絕妙交叉口,是 傳 達曆史事實的社會老師;持反對意見者認爲,曆史劇對於曆史中的主要 人 物,即作爲史劇主角的人物過分美化,違背了媒體傳播的客觀性,歪曲 了 曆史的事實。 關於中國電視曆史劇與現時代的價值觀相聯結,具有什麼樣的意義。因爲曆史是通過過去和現在的對話構成的,所以曆史劇具有通過過去的事 件 回顧當今問題的窗口的作用。因此,考察時代價值觀如何反映在曆史劇 中,是衡量曆史劇是否具有體裁價值的標准。 中國的電視曆史劇的發展有相似也有相異的地方,對其共性和個性的研 究既有利於很好地認識和把握電視曆史劇的特點,也有利深入地研究中 國 的曆史文化,這是十分有意義的。

To obtain precise information about characteristics of gamma ray detector system responses, we developed new GUIcomputer program to analize full-energy absorption peak using our developed Delphi computer code for educational purpose. By use ofthe well known 4 nonlinear peak shaping functions, peaks were fitted with least square fit method in this code. In this paper, wedescribed the methods to search for 12 coefficients in above 4 nonlinear peak shaping functions by use of our developed code in details.The computer code was tested for 1 µCi 137Cs 661 keV gamma ray peak spectrum detected by 25 % relative efficiency HPGe detectorwith 5.35 cm (D)5.5 cm (L) size.

The export of Korean defense industry is growing rapidly. It is important to develop weaponry export strategy based on the current competition status. This study is focused on designing a concept development model for future weaponry export. The export strategy should consider the needs of the prospective buyer countries. For this purpose, the research process took the following stages. Firstly, we analyzed the weaponry information and then selected candidate weapons for export. Secondly, categorized the target countries into groups through cluster analysis. Thirdly, defined the perception map through factor analysis. We then identified the current location of the arms on the map by perception analysis and defined the opportunity space on the perception map. Lastly, we configured the concept for new weapons to export by conjoint analysis. Application of the proposed concept model design system to defense industry will bring a competitive edge in weaponry export and promote the national interest.

기업이 보유하고 있는 내부 정보를 언제 어디서나 직원들에게 제공할 수 있도록 지원해주는 모바일 컴퓨팅 환경은 업무 생산성을 향상시키고 효율성 증대를 가져다주기 때문에 기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 피할 수 없는 생존 도구가 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 비젼 개념을 기반으로 무선 네트워크와 PDA, 모바일 카메라를 활용하여 언제 어디서나 쉽고 편리하게 ERP 정보를 실시간으로 처리할 수 있는 모형을 제안하고, 그것의 활용을 통해 기업의 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 기본 틀을 마련하고자 하였다. 모바일을 기반으로 한 ERP 시스템의 활용으로 실시간 상품 이미지와 정보를 제공해 판매자와 고객 간의 신뢰할 수 있는 정보가 제공되며, 모바일(Mobile) 통신의 장점인 이동성, 편재성, 실시간성, 휴대성 등을 활용한 기술개발과 상품화가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 기술을 활용하여 휴대용 단말 장치를 이용한 귀금속보석분야의 이동성이 보장되고, 모바일 카메라로부터 사진 촬영과 바코드 스캔을 동시에 만족하는 모바일 비전시스템을 구축하였다.

In this paper, mobility of precious metalsjewel field that use portable terminal equipment taking advantage of a Mobile technology is secured. Constructed Mobile vision system that satisfy photography and bar-code scan at the same time from Mobile camera.

오늘날 시회는 정보와 지식이 부가가치 창출의 원천이 되는 지식 정보사회로 그 패러다임이 전환되고 있다. 이러한 사회의 변화에 맞추어 학교 교육에서도 과거의 ‘공급자 중심에서 수요자 중심’이라고 하는 커다란 변화를 요구받고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 중학교 기술과 전기의 발생 내용을 개별화 학습 및 자기 주도적 학습에 중점을 두고 멀티미디어 타이틀을 설계 및 구현하였다. 멀티미디어, 저작도구, 멀티미디어의 교육적 활용, CAI와 학습이론, 학습형태에 관하여 고찰하고 이를 바탕으로 기술과 교과관련 멀티미디어 요소를 추출 분석하여 각 단원별 학습목표, 학습내용, 단원평가, 관련 사이트로 구분되어 학습할 수 있도록 구성하고 문자, 음성, 영상, 애니메이션 등과 같은 여러 매체들을 병합하여 학생들이 학습에 흥미를 가지고 학습 과정에 능동적으로 참여하여 학습할 수 있도록 하였다.

In today’s society, the paradigm is converted to information where both this knowledge become the source of value added. In order to answer societies’ needs school education is subject to a large change, that is ‘from supplier-centered learners to demand-centered learners’. This study is the design and implementation of multimedia CAI program for learning about electricity in the meddle school the mechanics curriculum with a focus in generating electricity. Based on multimedia, soft-ware, educational utilization of the multimedia, CAI, learning theory and form, both technology and multimedia elements related to curriculum are analyzed. This title is composed of object, contents, evaluation and related sites every chapter for students to study. Also, it is designed for students to take interest and participate in the learning process actively by combining lots of media such as characters, sound, images and animation. Specially it is composed in a way of repetition according to the student’s level.
