본 논문은 북한 헤어스타일과 북한 미용 산업현장의 실태를 파악하여 북한 여성들의 생활상을 이해하고 남북한의 내적 통합을 꾀하는데 일조하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 김정은 집권 이후 북한 매체, 언론매체, 북한이탈주민의 증언 등에서 나타난 북한 주민들의 외모관리행동을 살펴보고 그 중에서도 헤어행동에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 김정은 정권 이후 유학자와 해외 물품 밀수를 통해 일부 개선되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 북한의 미용 훈련기관인 미용술 보급소를 통해 미용교육이 체계적으 로 이루어지고 있으며 고정적인 월급제에서 능력에 따른 수당제로 변화하였다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 북한을 방문하 여 연구하지 못하였다는 제한점이 보이고 있다. 향후 북한 헤어 관련 연구에 보탬이 될 것으로 사료된다.

This paper sought to help north Korean women understand their lives and seek to integrate the in-house between North and South Korea by organizing the overall reality of north Korea's fashionable hairstyles and beauty industry. The research method looks at the appearance management activities of North Koreans in north Korean media, media outlets, and testimonies of north Koreans who have been on the outstay since Kim Jong-un's ruling, among other things, and analyzed their hair activities. C. Studies have shown that some improvements have been made since the Kim Regime through the smuggling of foreign goods by yusists. In addition, it was confirmed that beauty education is being systematically edied out through a beauty training institute in North Korea, and that it has changed from a fixed salary system to an ability-based allowance. This study shows a limitation that north Korea has failed to study. It is believed to be a boon to future research on North Korean hair.

피부상태는 미용적인 측면에서 중요한 관심사이다. 본 연구는 뷰티산업종사자들이 육안관찰 또는 스마트 폰 등으로 촬영된 피부상태 이미지를 통하여 할 수 있는 개략적 피부상태 분석방법에 대하여 고찰하였다. 학술연 구정보서비스(RISS)에서 ‘피부상태’와 관련된 키워드로 검색되는 학위논문과 학술논문 중 주관적 평가와 객관적 평가를 병행한 논문, 육안확인이 가능한 요인들과의 상관관계를 도출한 논문을 선별하였고, 주관적인 피부상태와 객관적 피부측정결과가 일치하는 요인과 피부표면에서 육안확인이 가능한 요인과의 관계를 조사하였다. 연구결 과, 주관적·객관적 평가가 일치하는 가장 적합한 요인은 ‘유분량’이었고, 이는 피부표면에서 육안확인이 가능한 ‘모공’, ‘피부결’, ‘홍반’과 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 이용하여 개략적인 피부상태 분석이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

Skin condition is an important concern in beauty aspect. This study considered a rough skin condition analysis method that beauty industry workers can do through visual observation or skin condition images taken with smartphones. First, studies that combine subjective and objective evaluations were selected among degree papers and academic papers searched by keywords related to ‘skin condition’ in the Research Information Sharing Service(RISS). Among them, papers that derive correlations with visually verifiable factors were selected. Next, the relationship between factors that match subjective skin condition and objective skin measurement results and factors that can be visually identified on the skin surface was investigated. According to the study, the most suitable factor for matching subjective and objective evaluations was ‘oil volume’, which is significantly related to ‘pore’, ‘skin texture’ and ‘erythema’, which can be visually checked on the skin surface. It is believed that a rough skin condition analysis will be possible using this.
