Implementation of Arithmetic Logic Unit Using FINFET

Today to complete the extra and difficult task the demand of refining ability of a processor is increasing step by step which resulted in the more fabrication of components fabricated on a single chip as the Moore Law. But with accumulative in a module the noise rises. The ALU is a one of the most important functional units in any CPU. The ALU is a core of any system or any processor as well as the core module of the central processing unit CPU. Since mostly all the simple operations are executed by the support of ALU only. As the name ALU denotes arithmetic logic unit, therefore it is used to execute the arithmetic and logical task in a digital bit. So the ALU can be defined as the combination unit which is used to implement its logical and arithmetic function units. The determination of this paper is to implement the Arithmetic Logic Unit (ALU) by a FinFet technique in 45nm. The work accomplished by ALU is Logic Action (OR, AND and EXOR) and Arithmetic action (ADDER). This result is before certain to the multiplexer and the result obtained is dependent on the input selector line. This result obtained is considered is in the term of average power and noise and paralleled with the dissimilar input value. The application takes domicile in a tool cadence virtuoso. In this paper is to present a modified low power ALU using Fin type field-effect transistors (FinFETs) technique and to compare that with the GDI technique at 45nm.

Study on Water Production Function of Rice Based on RAGA-BP Neural Network Model

The water production function model of rice based on RAGA-BP neural network model is established by taking the advantages of RAGA-BP neural network model (high ability in solving nonlinear problem, high rate of convergence, etc.). Compared with traditional Jensen model, this method is featured by high flexibility and intelligence, avoiding the inconvenience caused by pre-establishing mathematical expression. Compared with classical BP neural network model, this method can overcome the problem in local minimum value and low rate of convergence. The deficient irrigation experiment of rice in 2015 shows that RAGA-BP neural network model has high adaptability during the process of fitting for solution of water production function of rice; the accuracy and speed are high, which provides new effective method for calculation of water production function of rice.

During the process of enterprise management, those chemical enterprises usually adopt outsourcing, as they hand over the logistical work to the third party. Here, we call the third part the “logistics service provider”. In this paper, Chemical Enterprise A is set as an example to study the application of the optimizing selection for the third party logistics service provider, as well as its improvement of aggregate cost method. This paper is aimed at theory, practicality and operability, and hoping to choose the provider which can guarantee the cost is smallest by introducing the original provider model. Among all the aspects, this paper is persuasive. Meanwhile, due to the instability of the relevant data which are collected, the factors impacting upon the total cost are uncertain, thus their credibility is affected. Later, according to the actual demand of the logistics service provider as well as the Benefit-Cost Ratio in aggregate cost method, the qualitative method and the quantitative method are combined with each other, and then the cost can be reduced through Analytic Hierarchy Process. Moreover, the factors which are irrelevant to cost selection are reasonably transformed into the cost adjustment proportion, and an improved provider selection model is established. At last, by introducing the specific case of the third party logistics service provider of Chemical Enterprise A, the effectiveness in practical application of improving the provider selection model can be verified.

An Exploratory Taxonomy of Job Quality of the Working Poor based on Hierarchical Cluster and K-Means Cluster Analysis

This article shows an analysis of job types which deepens the understanding of job quality of the working poor in the Northeast of China. Hierarchical cluster analysis and K-Means cluster analysis are adopted to develop taxonomy of four job types: vulnerable jobs, insecure jobs, environmental advantage jobs, and relatively saturated jobs. In these four job types, vulnerable jobs are characterized by low income, poor labor insurance, adverse working environment and little chances for future development. Environmental advantage jobs are characterized by relatively better working environment, but the conditions of other three aspects of job quality are lower than the average level of the sample. Insecure jobs are characterized by extremely poor condition on labor security and evidently higher income level. The conditions of working environment and vocational development in this job types are evidently lower than the average levels of the sample. Relatively saturated jobs are characterized by higher income, and better labor security. The working environment and vocational development are just at the average level of the sample.

Technology Integration in Nursing Education: Its Implications to Colleges of Nursing in Western Visayas, Philippines

This research was conducted to determine the technology integration in nursing education and its implications to the Colleges of Nursing in Western Visayas, Philippines. The study included selected six higher education institutions offering Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The respondents of the study were the Dean of the College of Nursing, Audio-Visual Resources (AVR) Director, Library Director, Nursing Arts Laboratory Coordinator, Nursing Faculty and the 218 Level IV Nursing Students. Based on the findings, the top five available technology resources and facilities utilized by the nursing faculty were laptop and computer, microsoft office, microphone, sound system, and multimedia projector. The extent of information and communication technology (ICT) skills and the extent of integration of technology resources and facilities of the nursing faculty in teaching and learning process were moderate. The result suggests that the nursing faculty are competent in ICT. The use of ICT was found to be useful in their teaching responsibility. If they use ICT with greater confidence, the more they can integrate technology in their instructional preparation, delivery, and evaluation. It was also found that the extent of benefit of integration of technology resources and facilities as experienced by the nursing students was moderate.There is a significant relationship between the extent of skills of nursing faculty in using the information communication technology (ICT) and extent of integrating technological resources and facilities in teaching and learning process.

Drawing on experience of evaluation procedures on decision-making in the field of venture capital project, this paper establishes an evaluation procedures of telecommunications business innovation hatching project, combined with matter-element extension and other related theories. Firstly, by reviewing the evaluation index system related to innovation project and venture capital institutions, we construct the evaluation index system of Internet venture investment projects from four aspects, which are entrepreneurial team, technical/product, market and finance. Then, combining the characteristics of Internet business venture investment projects, with the project's classical field, segment field and matter element we establish the matter-element extension model of Internet venture investment project. An example is given to verify its feasibility and reasonability and the results provide a new way to assess the Internet venture capital project.

Seoul metropolitan has established a vision as ‘Healthy water-cycle city’ to restore urban water-environmental as natural water-cycle. Therefore, various infiltrative Low Impact Development (LID) facilities are constructed and operated, however, benefit analytic plans for systematic valuation are insufficient. In this study, to analyze various benefits of these kinds of infiltration facilities, contents for benefit analysis were selected and categorized. As a result of quantification and valuation, infiltration storage tank and permeable pavement showed the total benefit as 0.99 dollar/yr·m2 for infiltration storage tank and 1.10 dollar/yr·m2 for infiltration storage tank. Characteristics of benefit distribution were various reflecting characteristics of each infiltration facility (Wastewater treatment saving: 88~90%, Energy saving: 4%, Air quality improvement: <1%, Climate change adaptation: 5~7%, Respiratory health care: <1%). As further studies, the synergy effects by integrated LID systems would be evaluated such as prevention of heat island based on suggested benefit assessment plans for each LID facility

Time series data has characteristics of huge differences among date values, non-continuity and long time span. Cloudlines layout algorithm can overcome the shortcoming of growing data over time, for the data is non-continuous, cyclical and greatly different in value, and the display is not ideal for space waste and form of a single attribute value data in Cloudline. In the thesis, we put forward the Cloudlines Map Visualization Analysis Methods according to the characteristics and shortcomings of time series data. The methods include data values using a logarithmic transformation, semi-ellipse superimposed waveform, transparency distinguishing the density, waveform smooth transition and unequal axes. A Study on the Living Behavior Associated Electricity Consumption of Single-Household in University Town

In Korea, single-household is constantly increasing. Residential electricity consumption and living behavior at home are closely connected in single-household. Therefore, to determine electricity consumption characteristic of single-household, this study was investigated living behavior of single-household in university town using questionnaire survey. The survey, which focused on use of electric cooker, laptop and washing machine, investigated that 22% of respondents cooked everyday and they spent about 1 to 4hours per day using laptop and used washing machine two or three times a week. Derived electricity consumption in reference to this result was that laptop, washing machine and electric cooker consumed each 356.3W/week, 962.4W/week and 660.2W/week. Also expected reduction was each 5.7%, 24.6% and 46.5%.
