Exploiting Machine Learning for Comparative Sentences Extraction

This paper studies the problem of extracting Chinese comparative sentences from user reviews, which is a problem of text classification in the level of sentence. This paper first deals with the class skewed problem of review data, and then builds a SVM (support vector machine) model to classify comparative and non-comparative sentences into different groups on a balanced dataset. Various linguistic and statistical features are introduced to characterize a sentence. Experiments were conducted on user-generated product reviews. As a result, our experiments show significant performance, an overall F-score of 85.87%.

Quality Function Deployment, namely QFD, is a methodology to systematically convert the customers’ requirements into technical requirements with the House of Quality. Customer requirement is the difference between expected satisfaction and actual satisfaction. This paper uses QFD to analyse customer satisfaction. During the process, an integrated method of PROMETHEE II and Entropy Weight is applied for the ranking of customer requirements. Afterwards, Grey Relational Analysis is adopted to construct relation matrix. Finally, the House of Quality is established to find the key factors and put forward effective measures to improve service quality.

In this paper, a new symmetrical cascaded multilevel inverter is proposed. Multilevel inverter is a device which is capable of producing different voltage levels. The proposed multilevel inverter is analyzed in symmetric mode of operation. This paper proposes a cascaded multilevel inverter by using digital and embedded controller. In digital controller, by using four bit counter; the Boolean equation is formed from the switching table. These equations are given as the input to each switch of the inverter by using logic gates. But in embedded controller coding is used to trigger the pulse. This coding is written by using switching table. The proposed topologies can produce the five level output which are nearer to the sinusoidal wave. This proposed system is used to reduce the total harmonic distortion (THD). To validate the developed technique, simulations are carried out through MATLAB/SIMULINK.

Software reuse is the process of building software application that makes use of formerly developed software components. Software reuse has the potential to shorten the delivery times, improve the quality and reduce the development costs. Software reuse which is based on component is the effective solution to solve these problems. With the rapid development of the computer technology, the college sports information management is widely applied in college sports education. And the sports management system is concerned by the physical educator, especially the student’s management work. The research of the sports information management system lags behind relatively at home. In this paper, we propose a model of sports information management system based on the component. And we apply this sports information management system in student’s management work. The application of this system improves the work efficiency and saves a lot of manpower and material resources. The system effectively regulates the cooperation between various departments, provides an important guarantee for the integrity of student information and promotes the informationization construction of school. This model is particularly instructive and relevant to the development of sports information management system.

According to the cluster analysis of the logistics demand points, it can help logistics conveniently select reasonable logistics distribution center, then to reduce their transportation costs, and improve transport efficiency. This thesis firstly introduces the CURE algorithm and UFLP model, then, proposes an improved algorithm based on CURE, and describes the specific process. Finally, it also proves the algorithm's effectiveness and superiority for choosing Logistics Centre based on the numerical experiments.
