본 연구는 강력한 항산화제로 알려진 수소수의 화장품 소재로서의 가능성을 평가하고자 안전성, 안정성, 유효성, 사용성 등의 실험을 수행하였다. 수소파우더와 겔로 이루어진 화장품을 제조하고 수소파우더의 항산화 활성을 DPPH 라 디컬 소거 활성과 SOD 활성 측정을 통해 평가하였다. 실험 결과 DPPH는 50 mg/mL에서 90.31% 소거율을 보여 매우 높은 항산화 활성을 나타냈고, SOD 활성 측정에서는 L-Ascorbic acid보다 낮은 활성을 보였지만 천연추출물보다는 높은 수준을 보였다. 또, 4주간의 임상평가 결과 시판 수소 마스크팩인 대조군보다 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 따라 서 수소수는 노화 예방을 위한 기능성 화장품 소재로 적합하며, 본 연구에서 적용한 마스크팩 외 다양한 형태의 제품으 로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

This study evaluated the potential of hydrogen water, known for its potent antioxidant properties, as a cosmetic ingredient through experiments assessing safety, stability, efficacy, and usability. Cosmetics consisting of hydrogen powder and gel were manufactured, and the antioxidant activity of hydrogen powder was evaluated by measuring DPPH radical scavenging activity and SOD activity. As a result of the experiment, DPPH showed very high antioxidant activity with a 90.31% clearance rate at 50 mg/mL, and in the measurement of SOD activity, it showed lower activity than L-Ascorbic acid but higher than natural extract. In addition, the results of a 4-week clinical evaluation showed a statistically significant difference compared to the control group, which was a commercially available hydrogen mask pack. Therefore, hydrogen is suitable as a functional cosmetic material for preventing aging, and considering the research results, it is believed that it can be used in various types of products other than the mask pack applied in this study.

본 연구는 반시계방향 연구의 고찰로서 향후 반시계방향 연구의 변화와 개선을 위한 목적으로 진행하였다. 연구 방법으로 문헌 검색을 실시했으며 데이터베이스는 Scholar Google를 사용했다. 검색 결과 71편의 논문 중 3편의 논문을 선택하여 연구목적, 연구방법, 분석방법, 결과를 비교하였다. 결과는 마음의 상태가 신체적인 반응에 미치는 영향을 이해 하는데 중요한 진전을 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 관점을 확인하였으며, QOL(Quality of Life)를 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다고 판단하였다. 향후 반시계방향 연구를 바탕으로 국내 반시계방향 연구의 적용 가능성 검토 및 심리적 개입 연구 발전에 기초자료가 되고자 한다.

This study was conducted as a review of counterclockwise research with the purpose of changing and improving counterclockwise research in the future. As a research method, a literature search database was searched using Scholar Google, and three papers were selected out of 71 papers to compare the research purpose, research method, analysis method, and results. The results confirmed the view that important progress could be made in understanding the impact of the state of mind on physical reactions, and it was judged that it could play an important role in improving QOL (Quality of Life). In the future, Based on counterclockwise research, it is hoped to serve as a basis for examining the applicability of domestic counterclockwise research and advancing psychological intervention research.

본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 치매에 관한 인식과 태도, 치매 예방 교육요구도를 확인하고 이들 간의 관계를 분 석하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 I시 소재 W대학에 재학 중인 137명을 대상으로 하였으며, 구조화된 자 가설문지를 자가설문지를 통해 조사를 실시하였다. 자료수집 기간은 2023년 10월 12일부터 30일까지 수행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 평균과 표준편차, Pearson’s correlation coefficients을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 치매 인식은 3.64±0.37점이며, 치매 태도는 4.18±0.53점, 치매 예방 교육요구도에 대한 점수는 22.24±7.07점으로 나타났다. 치매 예방 교 육요구도는 치매 인식(r=.342), 치매 태도(r=.545)와 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 대학생에게 올바른 치매에 대한 이해를 증진하는 교육과정이 적용될 수 있도록 하고 국가 치매 정책을 반영한 다양한 홍보 및 예방적 교육 활동이 이루어질 수 있도록 국가적·사회적 관심과 노력이 필요할 것이다. 키워드 :

The purpose of this study is a descriptive research study to confirm college students' awareness, attitude, and preventive education needs regarding dementia and to analyze the relationship between them. The subjects of the study were 137 students attending W University located in I City, and a survey was conducted through a structured self-questionnaire. The data collection period was conducted from October 12 to 30, 2023. For the collected data, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficients were used using spss 23.0. As a result of the study, dementia awareness was 3.64±0.37 points, dementia attitude was 4.18±0.53 points, and dementia prevention education requirements were 22.24±7.07 points. Dementia prevention education needs showed a significant positive correlation with dementia awareness (r=.342) and dementia attitude (r=.545). National and social interest and efforts will be needed to ensure that a curriculum that promotes proper understanding of dementia is applied to college students and that various promotional and preventive education activities that reflect the national dementia policy are carried out.

중국 고대소설 ｢서유기｣와 관련된 영화, 드라마, 에니매이션, 게임 등 작품 유형과 변화 내용을 비교 분석하고, 소설 ｢서유기｣의 영향력과 매체 활용 및 사용 범위를 파악하는 것에 연구 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 방법은 TV뉴스, 신문, 인터넷 등의 매체를 통해 보도된 자료를 수집하여, 중국을 비롯한 한국과 일본을 대상으로 ｢서유기｣영상물이 방영된 지 역에서 시청자들의 관심과 시청 관련 기사의 영향, 그리고 수용 상황을 조사한 결과, ｢서유기｣는 중국의 4대 명작 소설 중 하나로서 다양한 문화 배경 하에서 주인공을 비롯한 캐릭터가 지속적인 매체의 소재로 활용되고 있다. 또한, 중국 ·한 국 ·일본에서 제작된 ｢서유기｣ 관련 영상물은 기본적인 소재는 동일하나 표현 방식에서 차이를 보이고 있다. 끝으로 ｢서 유기｣관련 영화, 드라마, 게임 애니메이션 등의 영상매체 및 문학 작품, 캐릭터 디자인 등 다방면의 창작에 참고 자료로 활용할 것으로 예상되며, 이는 중국, 한국, 일본 각국의 전통 문학을 주재로 제작되는 영상매체 융합과 발전에 기여할 것 으로 사료된다.

This study aims to compare and analyze the types and changes of works related to the ancient Chinese novel "Journey to the West", including movies, dramas, animations, and games, and to understand the influence of the novel and the range of media utilization. The research method involves collecting data reported through media such as TV news, newspapers, and the internet, focusing on China, Korea, and Japan, where "Journey to the West" related media has been broadcasted. The research investigates the interest of viewers, the impact of related articles, and the acceptance situation in these regions. "Journey to the West" is recognized as one of China's four great classical novels, and its characters, including the protagonist, have been continuously used as subjects in various media against diverse cultural backgrounds. Additionally, "Journey to the West" related media produced in China, Korea, and Japan share the same basic material but differ in their expression methods. Finally, it is expected that "Journey to the West" related movies, dramas, games, animations, and other visual media, as well as literary works and character designs, will serve as reference material for various creative endeavors. This is anticipated to contribute to the fusion and development of visual media based on traditional literature from China, Korea, and Japan.
