미국 백악관 경호실의 수사 기능에 관한 연구

SS의 수사업무는 현재도 그 업무영역이 지속적으로 확장되고 있으며, 전문화되며 발전하고 있다. 다시 말하여, 세계 대다수 경호기관의 롤 모델(roll model)이 되는 SS의 수 사업무는 다른 나라 경호기관의 분장업무에도 파급효과가 클 것이다. 우리나라 대통령 경호실에도 관련법인「대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률」제17조(경호공 무원의 사법경찰권)에 근거하여 수사업무가 소관임무로 주어져 있다. 앞으로 시대적 소명에 의한, 현재의 소극적 운영에서 탈피하여 점차 그 기능이 발전적 으로 확대될 것으로 본다. 이에 앞서 학계에서의 활발한 이론적 토론과 선행연 구가 요구된다고 볼 수 있다.

대통령경호업무의 분야는 크게 예방과 현장진압 및 수사 등으로 나누어진다. 그러나 현재 대통령경호실의 수사기능은 관련법에 규정이 되어 있음에도 불구 하고 그 존재 여부가 매우 미미하다고 할 수 있다. 향후 우리나라 경호조직 체 계의 방향이 세분화되고 전문화된 방향으로 선진화 되어갈 때 대통령 위해사범 에 대한 수사권한의 실제화는 매우 필요한 시점이 되었다. 본 연구는 미국 백악관 경호실(Secret Service)의 경호업무 외에 위조지폐 수사 등 단순히 피상적으로 알려진 수사기능에 대한 심도 있는 고찰을 통하여, 미래 우리나라 대통령경호실 수사 분야에 대한 발전적인 시사점을 제시하였다. 관련 자료는 Secret Service(이하 ‘SS’라 한다) 홈페이지 및 미국의회도서관 자료, 그동안 학회에 발표된 관련 자료를 인용하였으며, 다음과 같이 세 가지로 요약된다. 첫째, SS의 주요 임무는 크게 두 가지로, 주요인사에 대한 경호업무와 돈 세 탁, 위조지폐 단속 등 금융범죄에 대한 수사업무로 나눈다. 둘째. 1865년 SS 기관 태동 시 최초 임무는 위조지폐 단속 등 수사업무를 위 해 설립되었으며, 이후 경호업무는 추가적으로 부여받았다. 셋째. In other words, the world's role model for the majority of the Secret Service investigation of the SS escort agency business in other countries, even the make-up work will be greater ramifications. 출근길 교통 환승 편의성 개선을 위한 공공서비스 디자인 리빙랩 KCI 등재

The purpose of the study was to come up with an idea to solve the problem with big data because there was a gap in which village bus information in existing commercial por tals was missing or lacked accuracy. By analyzing the proc ess of using the village bus through the customer itinerary map, two village bus stops at Haengsin Station (No. 023, No. 032) at work hours (No. 023, No. 032) Among Goyang citizens who use the town bus at Haengsin Station to go to work, use transportation for work. Transfer from the to wn bus to the subway. In order to do this, it is a problem with the application for providing transfer information for village buses. We collected real-time bus information data, analyzed and guided one-year data of the same route, creat ed a web service prototype to provide information on arriva l and connection of Haengsin Station Village Bus-Gyeongui Line subway, and advanced and improved UX/UI design production. As a result of the demonstration, the empirical effect was proven in that the overall error distribution coul d be improved by measuring the tracing time based on 07:3 0 - 08:00 of town bus No. 023. In terms of community cont ribution, it can be established as a village bus-subway transfer web service model by activating the use of village bus es by Goyang citizens and improving the operation of village buses.

리빙랩은 사용자 참여 혁신모델로 시민사회 문제의 현장 에 지역사회 구성원의 유기적 협력으로 지역문제를 해결하는 과정이다. 고양시는 2021년 4월부터 10월말까지 행신역 주변 출근길 마을버스와 지하철의 환승 편의성 개선이라는 교통문 제를 발굴하고 커뮤니티 운영, 전문가 협의체 운영, 시제품 제작 및 실증, 문제 발굴의 과정을 추진하였다. 연구목적은 기존에 상용중인 포털의 마을버스 정보는 누락되거나 정확도 가 부족한 틈새가 있어서 빅데이터로 문제해결 할 아이디어 를 적용하는 것이다. 연구범위는 고객여정지도를 통한 마을 버스 이용 과정을 분석하여 출근 시간대 행신역 마을버스 정 류장 2대(023번, 032번)와 행신역 마을버스를 이용하여 출근 하는 고양시 시민 중 직장인을 대상으로 출근을 위한 교통편 이용자가 마을버스에서 지하철로 환승하기 위해서 마을버스 환승정보 제공을 위한 어플리케이션을 개발하는 것이다. 실시간 버스 정보 데이터를 수집하여 동일한 노선의 1년치 데 이터를 분석하여 안내하고 행신역 마을버스-경의선 지하철 도착 및 연계 정보 제공을 위한 웹 서비스 프로토타입을 만들 고 UX/UI 디자인 제작을 고도화 개선하였다. 실증연구 결과 마을버스 023번의 출근길 07:30 - 08:00 기준 증적 시간을 측 정하여 전체적인 오차의 분포를 개선할 수 있다는 점에서 실증 효과가 입증 되었다. 지역사회 공헌도 측면에서 고양시민 의 마을버스 이용 활성화 및 마을버스의 운영을 향상하여 마을버스-지하철 환승 웹 서비스 모델로도 정립이 가능하다.

교양교육과정에서 문제기반학습(PBL)을 적용한 디자인교육 프로그램 개발 - 디자인비즈니스 강좌를 중심으로 - KCI 등재

The purpose of the study is to increase lea rning satisfaction in the implementation process of solvin g social problems from the perspective of design busines s through teamwork in the liberal arts course. This study was conducted by applying problem-based learning to th e 'Design Business' class, a liberal arts course. First, ‘go od problems' were presented to learners through a group of experts to select topics, which are the biggest characte ristics of PBL classes. It is two projects -'Production and Sales of Food Trucks' and 'Operation of Food Trucks'. The learner formed a team by selecting a topic of interest among the two projects. In the implementation stage, it was possible to find solutions for problem solving by pro cess, such as problem exploration, problem empathy, and problem identification for problem solving by team. In the process of preparing the problem-solving plan, it was co nducted in the order of strategic analysis, image analysis, and management analysis. In this problem-solving proce ss, learners were able to self-reflect and implement by re peatedly learning the process of role-sharing and discuss ion and consultation on problems within the team. In the final evaluation stage, the design education program coul d be verified through evaluation of the execution stage of the project and evaluation of learner satisfaction. As the result, development of design education programs with P BL applied is confirmed as a field of design, as a pivotal roles in solving social problems. PBL class experience wi ll help the learners recognize and solve various problems in a changing society.

최근 디자인영역에서 사회가 가지고 있는 문제나 이슈를 협업으로 해결해가는 소셜디자인 프로젝트가 주목되고 있다. 연구의 목적은 사회적 문제를 디자인비즈니스 관점에서 해결 하는 실행과정 속에 학습적 만족도를 높이는 것이다. 본 연구 는 교양교육과정인 ʻ디자인비즈니스ʼ 강좌로 문제기반학습(P BL)을 적용하여 진행되었다. 첫 번째 설계 단계에서는 PBL 수업의 가장 큰 특징인 ‘좋은 문제’를 제시하기 위해 프로젝 트 기획 단계에서 전문가 집단의 점검을 실시하였고, 학습자 에게 ‘푸드트럭 생산 및 판매’ 와 ‘푸드트럭 운영’ 등 2가지 프 로젝트를 제시하였다. 학습자는 2가지 프로젝트 중 관심 있는 주제를 선택하여 팀을 구성하였다. 실행단계에서는 문제해결 을 위한 방법으로 문제 탐색, 문제 공감, 문제 재확인 등 과정 별로 제시하였다. 문제 해결안 생성 과정에서는 전략분석, 이 미지분석, 경영분석의 등의 순서로 진행하였다. 이러한 문제 해결 과정 속에서 학습자는 팀 내에서의 역할분담과 문제에 대한 토론 및 협의의 과정들을 반복 학습함으로써 자기성찰 과 실행이 가능하였다. 마지막 평가 단계에서는 프로젝트의 실행단계평가와 학습자만족도 평가를 통해 디자인교육 프로 그램을 검증할 수 있었다. 그 결과 PBL수업을 적용한 디자인 교육 프로그램 개발은 사회 문제를 해결할 수있는 중추적 역 할로써 디자인 분야임을 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러 PBL수업 을 경험한 학습자들은 변화하는 사회의 다양한 문제를 인식 하고 해결하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

A comparative study on head posture and craniofacial morphology between koreans and scandinavian caucasians

본 연구는 두부자세를 형성하는 두개저와 경추가 이루는 각의 차이가 두개안면구조의 형태에 어떠한 차이로 나타나는지를 파악해 보기 위하여, 51명의 한국인 성인 남자와 120명의 스칸디나비아계 백인, 성인 남자를 대상으로 자연상태의 두부위치로 촬영하여 얻은 두부방사선계측사진에서 두부자세변수, 두개저, 경추, 상악골, 하악골, 상하악 악골관계 그리고 치아, 치조에 관련된 변수를 설정, 이를 서로 비교함으로써 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. The purpose of this study was to evaluate racial differences In head posture and the influence of head posture to the craniofacial morphology. The sample group of this study was made up of 51 Korean males and 120 Scandinavian Caucasian males. From the comparison of the cranio-cervical angle and the variables of craniofacial morphology between them, the following results were obtained. 1. The cranio-cervical angle (NSL/OPT) was on average 9.28 degrees larger In Koreans. 2. The length of the anterior cranial base (N-S) was on average 4.66mm shorter in Koreans. 3. The length of the maxillary base (sp-pm and ss-pm) were on average 2.75mm and 4.65mm shorter in Koreans respectively, the anterior maxillary height (n-sp) was on average 2.60mm longer, the posterior dimension (s-pm) was found to be 2.06mm longer in Koreans, and the maxillary inclination (NSL/NL) was identical in both samples. 4. The mandibular body length (pg-tgo) and ramus height (ar-tgo) were identical in the two groups, but the genial angle (ML/RL) was 3.22 degrees smaller and the mandibular plane inclination (NSL/ML) was 2.44 degrees larger in Koreans 5. The maxillary prognathism (s-n-sp and s-n-ss) and the mandibular prognathism (s-n-sm) were identical in both samples. 6. The sagittal jaw relationship (ss-n-pg) was 1.44 degrees larger in the Korean sample, but the vortical jaw relationship (NL/ML) was not significantly different. 7. The anterior facial height (n-gn) was 5.57mm longer in the Korean sample. 8. The mandibular alveolar prognathism (CL/ML) was 5.71 degrees greater and the interincisal angle (ILs/ILi) was 3.08 degrees more acute in Koreans. Taken together these results, craniofacial morphology can be influenced by the head posture defined by cranio-cervical angulation.

내리막 트레드밀과 가상현실을 병행한 보행훈련의 발처짐 뇌졸중 환자의 보행능력과 삶의 질 변화

본 연구의 목적은 내리막 트레드밀과 가상현실을 병행한 보행훈련(DT_VR)의 발처짐 뇌졸중환자의 보 행능력과 삶의 질에 대한 변화를 알아보는 것이다. 15명의 발처짐 뇌졸중 환자들이 참여하였다. DT_VR 은 일일 30분씩, 주5회, 5주간 총 25회 실시하였다. DT_VR의 효과를 알아보기 위해 관절운동형상학 검 사, 근 활성도 검사, 일어서서 걷기 검사(TUG), 시· 공간적 보행분석과 뇌졸중 특이-삶의 질(SS-QOL) 평 가를 중재 전·후 시행하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과, 관절 운동형상학(손상측의 엉덩관절 벌림, 발등굽힘), 근 활성도(손상측 앞정강근), TUG검사 점수, 시공간 보행 변수(디딤기, 흔듦기, 양다리지지기, 단다리지지 기) 및 삶의 질에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 본 연구결과를 통해 DT_VR이 발처짐 뇌졸중 환자의 보 행 능력과 삶의 질을 개선하는 데 효과적인 중재라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 발처짐 뇌졸중 환자의 보 행능력과 삶의 질 향상을 위해 DT_VR적용을 권장 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of gait training combined downhill treadmill with virtual reality (DT_VR) on gait ability and quality of life in stroke patients with foot drop. Fifteen stroke patients with foot drop participated in. DT_VR was provided for 30 minutes a day, five days a week over 5 weeks (25 sessions). To evaluate the effects of DT_VR, evaluations using the joint range-of-motion test, muscle activity tests, Timed Up and Go (TUG) test, analysis of the spatio-temporal parameters of gait, and stroke-specific quality-of-life scale (SS-QOL) were conducted before and after intervention. As a result of this study, there were significant differences in joint kinematics (hip abduction, ankle dorsiflexion on the affected side), muscle activation (tibialis anterior on the affected side), TUG test scores, spatio-temporal gait parameters (stance phase, swing phase, double support stage, and single support stage) and quality of life (p<0.05). The results of this study showed that DT_VR is an effective approach for improving gait ability and quality of life in stroke patients with foot drop. Therefore, it is recommended to apply DT_VR to improve gait ability and quality of life of stroke patients with foot drop.

This study discusses Cemetery on the Beach, an atomic bomb novel written in 1981 by Choi Chang-hak (1941-2020). The late 1970s, when Choi envisioned this novel, was a period when the end of the detente opened an accelerating nuclear arms race between the United States (US) and the Soviet Union. Witnessing the the Soviet Union’s SS-20 deployment, the air strikes on Afghanistan, and US President Reagan’s intervension, Choi turned his eyes to the atomic bombs of World War II. At the time, the Korean victims of the Hiroshima atomic bombs were also experiencing changes. On October 8, 1980, the two governments of Korea and Japan decided to take the Korean victims to Japan for medical treatment. Choi put together his ideas for the novel in the 1970s amid the news of the new Hapcheon Atomic Bomb Victims Medical Center, the court’s ruling in favor of Son Jin-doo, a victim of the Hiroshima atomic bombs, and the medical treatment for Korean atomic bomb survivors in Japan. At a time when the Son Jin-doo lawsuit opened a small window for Korean atomic bomb survivors to obtain the Japanese Hibakusha Techo (booklet certifying atomic bomb victims) and go to Japan for medical treatment, what of the Korean atomic bomb victims attracted Choi’s attention and what did Choi seek to deliver to the readers on their behalf? A messenger narrating the history of war and its victims is compelled to worry over what to write and how. Since Cemetery on the Beach is a product of such worries, it is necessary to uncover the novel’s literary strategy and effects.

Kuan-ting(灌頂, 561-632), a pupil of Chih-i(智顗) who found the Ti'en-t'ai Order(天台宗), showed his duty for connecting from Sūtra to Chih-i as doctrine and realization. First of all, Kuan-ting(灌頂) adopted the (付法藏因緣傳), The document of Buddha's realization had been transmited to 23th Master bhiku Shi-zi(獅子比丘). Kuan-ting(灌頂) originated indirect transmitting between master and pupil(遠師相承), because direct transmitting(金口相承, 師資相承) ended in 23th Master in ancient India. Although direct transmitting just need a master and his pupil, but indirect transmitting need not relation in a master and his pupil at that time. Therefore indirect transmitting is able to transmit a doctrinal or realization In indirect transmitting, Kuan-ting(灌頂)'s intention appear in many texts that edited his master's teachings, Ma-ha śamatha-vipaśyanā(摩訶止觀), Ti'en-t'ai Master's Life(天台智者大師別傳) etc. Examples are Chih-i's realization two times, listening The Lotus Sutra(法華經) with Huei-ssŭ(慧思, 515-577) who Chihi's master. 컴퓨터 바둑에서 돌의 세기와 영향력 분포에 기반한 형세 평가 시스템

To evaluate the situations all the faces accurately, computer Go must judge owners of 361 positions according the changes of the faces. In this paper, we apply the structure of graph as a method analyzing the rules and characters of Go. The Situation Evaluation System(SES) which can evaluate the situation of a face without DB information oかy using strength of stone(SS), influence power(IP), safety(S), position value(PV), and position-value matrix(PM) is proposed. This system is very effective to evaluate the whole situations of Go because it can show the owner of 361 positions between Black and White. As a result, SES can well compute the situations in the opening game of Go. It makes 70.9% hit-ratio as compared with the practical Go games of professional players. According to the results compared with Nemesis, the commercial program which has the joseki(established stones: hewn sequences of moves near the corner which result in near-equal positions for White and Black), SES is superior to Nemesis by 10% higher in the hit-ratio of situation evaluations of professional players.

컴퓨터 바둑에 있어서 형세 평가는 일반화되어 있지 않다. 정확한 평가를 위해서 국면의 변화에 따른 361 자리의 소유 여부를 분명히 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 바둑의 규칙과 특성을 분석하는 방법으로 그래프 표현을 적용하였으며, 돌의 세기, 영향력, 안정도, 자리값, PM 등의 요소를 정의하여 임의의 국면에 대한 형세를 평가하는 시스템(SES)을 제안하였다. 이는 혹, 백간의 영역 차이를 명백하게 표현하므로 바둑의 전반적인 형세를 평가하는데 매우 효과적이다. 결론적으로 SES는 초반의 형세 평가에 매우 우수하며, 프로기사에 대한 254개의 실전 기보에 대해서 70.9%의 적중률을 보였다. 정석 사례를 구축하여 사용하는 상용 프로그램, Nemesis와 비교 실험한 결과에 의하면, 프로기사에 대한 형세 평가 적중률에 있어서 SES는 Nemesis보다 전체적으로 10% 앞서는 것으로 나타났다.

Results : The results suggest significant increases in NM, SS, and CR techniques as they relate to hamstring flexibility (p<.05) following (both immediate and 30 minutes post experiment) PKE range of motion and the SR test, but post-hoc showed no significant difference between the three techniques (p>.05). Additionally, the results suggest significant increases in NM, SS, and CR techniques as they relate to gait function (p<.05) following the TUG test, but found no significant difference in the 10MW test (p>.05). Post-hoc analysis between the three techniques suggests that only the NM technique significantly changed gait function. The time of TUG and 10MW test showed no significant difference between the three techniques before an experiment, just after an experiment, and 30 minutes following the experiment according to the measurement points in time (p>.05). Conclusion : This study suggests NM, SS, and CR techniques immediately improve hamstring length and flexibility while improving gait function in patients with hemiplegia.

This study showed that CMI of Stroop can be used as a rehabilitation program for stroke patients.

The average of grease and oil removal rate was 76.4% and the standard deviation of grease and oil removal rate daily was 10.6%. 4. G.O. (grease and oil) and BOD, COD, SS showed significant correlationship at Grit Chamber, Primary Sedimentation Tank, Secondary Sedimentation Tank. (P<0.05). 5. In the secondary treatment, effluent grease & oil and other parameters were analyzed by means of Stepwise multiple regression. Multple regression equation for estimates of effluent grease and oil were as follows. $GO_E=-9.1637+2.0380 SS_E+0.068 SS_I$ (r=0.778) 6. The correlative parameters for the effluent grease and oil seem to be the influent SS and the effluent SS. 7. It was estimated that the removal of grease and oil would be improved by means of improvement of suspended solids removal efficiency but it is necessary to inquire further into the study.

Therefore, by analyzing the functions of beauty applications through this study, we intend to provide useful data in the future development of beauty applications and help in the development of beauty applications.
