Background : Recently, increasing of the use of medical supplies, expensive medical equipments and related accessories led to decrease in hospital earnings, caused increasing amount of the total stock. Therefore, most of large hospitals tried to cut costs and minimize their stock through effective stock management. Adapting to the environmental change, we came to build MIS to do effective stock management. Through this study, I tried to suggest for effective stock management by using Management Information System. Methods : Previously being mentioned , for this background, National Police Hospital came to build a MIS(Management Information System) in 2007. Pharmacy department in this hospital handles about 3,648 kinds of products like medical supplies, chemical reagents, dental materials and so on. We categorized 3,648 kinds of products as 11 items and made systematized cords on each of them. Also, we have changed methods on demand and supply to reduce stocks and keep the balance of inventories. We introduced the process of making a payment after using on specific and high priced materials. Results : First, we can reduce making mistakes and omission of prescribing by categorizing of products and systematized cords. Secondly, we can keep the optimal stock management by decreasing inventory of each department. The manager in pharmacy can find the current state of using department stocks through MIS. Thirdly, we can make the best use of budget by adapting new payment method about specific and high priced materials. Finally, we made a new type written request about equipment supplies. As a result, we can manage them effectively by fully getting the information of equipment supplies. Conclusion : We can check the current state of stocks by using MIS in real time. Changing method of demand and supply led to decreasing of making mistakes and omission of prescribing about specific and high priced materials. It contributed to increasing of hospital funds and protecting against loss. However, bar-code system is not yet being done. If we adapt bar-code system to stock management, we can rather manage the term of validity of medical supplies than before.

Even if those competitiveness elements are well prepared, obstacles may exist. In this paper, we examined the risk, the deadliest obstacle that can affect corporate. We selected the risk factors that exist in functional categories in the system connected complicatedly and variously by organizational value chain of corporate, and examined the conceptual model of Enterprise Risk Management System based on the precedent studies.

본 연구는 오늘날 산업 전반적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 디지탈 전환(Digital Transformation)의 기술 환경과 디지탈 전환의 산업적 창고관리 부분의 모델연구가 본 논문의 목적이다. 디지털 전환은 오랫동안 디지털화와 비슷하거나 또는 디지털 방식으로 저장할 수 있도록 기존 데이터 형태를 전 환하는 것과 관련이 있다. 물론 이 점이 중요하긴 하지만, 이전의 디지털화는 최신 디지털 전환의 영역을 포함하지 않았었다. 기업의 경영 전략적 관점에서의 디지털 전환은 조직, 비즈니스 모델, 비즈니스 프로세스의 변화에 중점을 두고 있다. 창고 관리의 디지털 전환은 AI, 모바일, 클라우드, Big Data, Analytics 의 최신 IT 기술 접목의 최소한의 모델을 제시하고자 하며, 향후 새로운 IT Trend와의 integration이 가능 하도록 모델 제시를 하고자 한다. 특히 이번 연구에서는 Big Data를 중심으로 Warehouse Management System의 방향을 제시 하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 S/4 Hana를 활용한 재무회계/ 관리회계/ 영업관리 / 생산관리 / 구매관리와 창고관리와의 연계성을 같이 연구하여 현 시점의 기업들에게 적용 가능한 실제 모델을 제시하고자 하며 기존 창고관리와의 차이점과 특징을 연구 하고자 한다. 본 연구가 모든 산업에 맞도록 구성되지는 않았지만, 가장 보편적인 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of the digital warehouse management. The previous digital conversion is related to the conversion of only existing data formats. This is important, of course, but previous digitization did not include the area of the latest digital transition. In particular, this study aims to presents the direction of Warehouse Management System focusing on Big Data.

Individual CF tracking and management system using blockchain and zero-knowledge proof

Climate change, driven by global warming and associated greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, poses a significant global challenge. International organizations and governments are actively pursuing emission reduction strategies, yet these efforts are often constrained by the direct relationship between emissions and national economic activity. This paper proposes a blockchain-based carbon footprint (CF) management system named?, that leverages data from IoT devices, and security is ensured by zero-knowledge proofs (ZKP) to track and reduce CF at the individual level. Individual data is collected and converted into carbon coin, a hybrid online-offline crypto coin operating on the Pure Chain network. A smart contract, deployed on the Pure Chain network using the Pure Chain coin, governs the proposed system. Additionally, zk-SNARK is applied to implement ZKP for the validity and integrity of the information verification without revealing private information. Based on theoretical models and previous studies on behavior-based carbon reductions, it is expected that the system can achieve up to a 30% reduction in CF per user within the first year.

Establishment of an Academic Management System for Extracurricular Activities of Universities

The purpose of this study is to establish a academic management system that is required in relation to the activation of extracurricular education activities that are importantly operated by universities to support students’ capacity growth and success. FGI was used for professionals who served as heads of departments that plan and oversee extracurricular activities at universities. The academic system that should be established for the activation of the extracurricular activities of the university is presented in the context of input and output. First, the academic system that should be put in order to actively approach students while increasing their participation and motivation in extracurricular activities was presented in the categories of ‘integrative composition system of feedback mechanism’, ‘operational contents’, and ‘operational methods’. In this regard, detailed grounds such as extracurricular activities committee, roadmap for completion of multi-dimensional extracurricular activities, lecture plan and class evaluation linked to extracurricular activities, day and meeting of extracurricular activities through specific day designation, extracurricular activities linkage system, promotion channels and events for extracurricular activities, and new program development and improvement maintenance through student planning monitoring team were presented together. Next, the academic system at the output level that students should be guaranteed after completing extracurricular activities was presented in the categories of the operation of the extracurricular activity mileage system and the operation of the extracurricular activity human resource certification system. In this regard, detailed grounds such as flexible scholarship payment standards, expansion of scholarship recipients, and employment and career-based incentive payments were presented. Through the results of the study, it was analyzed that the academic system of input dimension and output dimension should be actively applied to students in a balanced and linked manner in order to activate the operation of extracurricular activities in universities. In addition, the activation of the extracurricular activities of the university can enhance the internalization and advancement when the communication and collaboration of all the members including the students, the integrated composition system between the infrastructure related to the subject matters education and extracurricular activities, and the linkage with the related academic system are fully considered.

With the growing demand for hybrid UAVs, efficient energy management systems (EMS) are becoming increasingly essential. This study proposes a Deep Q-network-based EMS for hybrid UAVs powered by an internal combustion engine and a battery. The EMS optimizes engine efficiency by maintaining operation within its most effective range while the battery supplies additional power as needed. Simulations under dynamically changing conditions demonstrate that the EMS efficiently distributes energy between sources, ensuring reliable power delivery and significantly improving overall efficiency. The proposed system presents a promising approach to enhancing the performance of hybrid UAVs.

The main causes for the risks of used-car trading lie in the information asymmetry between buyers and sellers and the absence of a trust mechanism. This study proposed applying the Ethereum blockchain and InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) to construct a used-car trading and management information system that supports decentralized data storage services. This mechanism could support the permanent storage, immutability, and traceability of car maintenance data through the operation of smart contracts. Furthermore, car information is stored and managed by IPFS. Slither monitors the security of this system by detecting security bugs in the operation of smart contracts.

Vehicular ad hoc network (VANETs) has gained wide popularity such that it is necessary to incorporate trust among each node in the network. However, trust management among vehicles is a challenging task as malicious nodes are prone to disturb data transmission among different vehicles. The aim of this work is to establish the truth of consensus, to identify the malicious nodes with no further delay, by considering the decision of each vehicle on finding the trust values. The experimental analysis for the proposed approach done using the NS3 with CAIDA data set, the proposed scheme shows superior results compared to the other existing schemes for the detection rate of malicious nodes. It enhances the attack Detection Rate (DR) as 96.5% for the projected dual weighted trust evaluation technique. But, DR for the triumphing technique firecol is 74.9% and AODV is 60%. Thus, it is experimentally proved that dual weighted trust mechanism has high attack detection rate, comparatively. Also, proposed method outperforms very well with respect to the data transmission parameters like packet delivery ratio, energy Consumption and average latency comparatively over the existing mechanisms.

This paper proposes a deep learning-based integrated framework for multiple cooperative households to achieve optimal energy distribution. The corresponding energy generation and consumption problems are formulated by a long short-term memory algorithm is combined with an optimization algorithm to produce an optimal solution. In this study, a PV-community energy storage system (CESS) integrated is considered where the scheduling decision of the CESS and utility grid can be subsequently achieved through formulated constraints. The test results demonstrate the efficacy and robustness of the proposed system that achieves superior performance on effective renewable energy usages of maximum 31.74% in a home environment.

IT service management system presents useful process which needs to handle Incident / Change / Release / Problem / Configuration managements. Many people use ITSM into lots of their IT processes. However, there are few ways to share their ideas directly. Some people can share their ideas by using forums, messengers, and etc. These methods are not connected directly with ITSM, so people need to use outside methods. Knowledge management system is the best answer to share their ideas, which can be connected with ITSM directly. If this system is added into ITSM, people will share their ideas with inside methods easily. To share their knowledge, both system would support this function. For example, Knowledge Management should bring steps of IT Service Management, while ITSM should have keyword for helping users to find knowledges from KMS. Therefore, adding Knowledge Management on IT Service Management would help people to share knowledges while they are working.

본 연구는 허리케인 카트리나 대응 실패 이후 개편된 미국의 재난안전관리 시스템 개편과정을 고찰 함으로써, 세월호 참사 이후 단기간에 개편 신설된 국민안전처를 비롯한 재난안전관리시스템의 발 전을 위한 교훈과 함의를 도출하고자 하였다. 분석결과 재난대응 실패는 정치적 책임이나 이슈와 별개로 명백한 대응 실패의 주체와 원인을 규명하는 노력이 선결과제가 된다. 이와 함께 단순히 학문적 차원에서 재난 개념이나 실무적 차원에서 재난 유형의 분류와 별개로 실제 해당 사회가 경험 하게 되는 ‘위험수위’ 내지 ‘위험강도’에 대한 검토를 토대로 재난관리 단계별 접근전략을 도출이 요구된다. 마지막으로 단일의 통합재난관리체계가 실효성을 갖기 위해서는 관련된 다양한 법령과 조직에 대한 정책조정과 역할 관계의 설정 등을 종합적으로 다루는 과정이 요구된다. 본 연구가 제시하는 정책적 함의는 다분히 규범적이나 국민안전처 출범 이후에도 계속적으로 재난안전사고에 대한 대응 실패 논의가 나오고 있는 시점에서 당초 그 개편과정에 대한 진정성 있는 재검토와 실무 적으로 재난안전관리체계의 발전을 위한 방향 모색의 필요성을 밝히고자 하였다.

This study intends to draw lessons and implications for the improvement of Korea’s disaster management system including the Ministry of Public Safety and Security that was founded shortly after the Sewol disaster by examining the post-Katrina disaster and safety management system in the U.S. Failure to respond to a disaster requires us to make efforts to clarify its subject and causes, let alone political responsibilities and issues. In addition to the scholarly definition and classification of disasters, we need to elicit a stepwise strategy for disaster management on the basis of the examination of ‘risk levels’ and ‘risk intensity’ experienced by the society. Although somewhat normative, this study suggests the policy implications which highlight the need of a serious review of the recent reform process of the national disaster management system in Korea and propose developmental directions of the system since there has been a criticism on failure in disaster response even after the foundation of the Ministry of Public Safety and Security.

본 연구에서는 도시 내 단일 및 복합 재난 시나리오에 대한 사전 준비와 대응을 위한 재난 상황 및 대응 자원 관리 시스템을 제안하였다. 구체적으로 우리는 본 시스템을 활용하여 도시에서 발생할 수 있는 단일 및 복합적인 재해 상황에 대응하기 위한 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 또한, 위험한 상황에서 재난 대응 자원 관리 시스템의 효과적인 운영 방향을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서는 블록체인 기술을 도입하 여 재해 관리 자원 운영 및 관리 시스템의 투명성을 향상시키는 데 활용하였다. 다만 실제 수준에서 블록체인을 적용할 때는 신뢰성 있는 재해 관리 자원 운영뿐만 아니라 정부 부처 및 관리 기관과 연동되 어 전체적인 재해 관리 자원 운영 및 관리 시스템 프로토타입의 신뢰성 있는 운영이 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구를 통해 얻은 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구에서는 프로토타입 시스템을 발전시켜 실무에 사용할 수 있는 시스템으로 성능을 향상시키고자 한다.

In this study, we present a disaster situation and response resource management system. This system aims to proactively prepare for and respond to both single and complex disaster scenarios within a city. Additionally, we propose strategies for the effective operation of such resource management systems during emergencies. Notably, we leverage blockchain technology to enhance the transparency of disaster management resource operations and the overall system. While our research successfully designed and developed a disaster resource management system using 4th industrial revolution technologies, practical considerations remain. This process is critical not only for the secure operation of disaster management resources but also for the overall usability of the prototype system, especially when integrating it with government departments and management agencies. The feasibility of blockchain implementation in this context needs further review and evaluation. Future studies will focus on refining the prototype system to enhance its performance and ultimately create a practical solution for real-world disaster response.

In this study, we propose an operations model to automate a home energy management system (HEMS) that utilizes an energy storage system (ESS) in consideration of consumer utility. Most previous studies focused on the system for the profits obtained from trading charged energy using large-scale ESS. By contrast, the present study focuses on constructing a home-level energy management system that considers consumer’s utility over energy consumption. Depending on personal preference, some residential consumers may prefer consuming additional energy to earn increased profits through price arbitrage and vice versa. However, the current system could not yet reflect on this aspect. Thus, we develop an operations model for HEMS that could automatically control energy consumption while considering the level of consumer’s preference and the economic benefits of using an ESS. The results of simulations using a dataset of the Korean market show that an operations policy of charging and discharging can be changed depending on consumer’s utility. The impact of this policy is not ignorable. Moreover, the technical specifications of ESS, such as self-discharge rate and round-trip efficiency, can affect the operations policy and automation of HEMS.

본 연구는 재난관리자원 통합관리시스템(KRMS)의 낮은 활용률을 설명하기 위해 사용자 및 전문가 기반 평가를 활용한 사용성 분석을 수행하였다. 전문가 휴리스틱 평가는 시스템의 효과성·효율성·만족 도·인터페이스·기타 요소를 중심으로 검토되었다. 그 결과 전체 평가 항목 중 ‘충족’ 항목은 없었고, ‘부분 충족’과 ‘미충족’이 대부분을 차지하였으며, 심각도 또한, 2점(보통 수준 문제)이 가장 높은 비중을 보였다. 한편 사용자 평가는 서울시 지방공기업 재난관리 담당자를 대상으로 대표 과업 기반의 시나리오 수행 후 SUS 설문을 실시하였다. SUS 점수는 평균 24.6점으로 나타나 국제적 기준에서 ‘Not Acceptable’ 수준에 해당하였으며, 복잡한 절차, 메뉴 구조의 과분절 및 낮은 직관성 등이 주요 어려움으로 확인되었 다. 종합하면 KRMS는 정보 구조와 절차 흐름의 복잡성이 높아 실제 업무 맥락에서 사용성이 제약되는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 공공 재난관리 시스템의 사용자 경험을 체계적으로 진단한 최초의 실증적 사례로서, 향후 KRMS의 개선 방향과 정책적 시사점을 제시하는 데 기초 자료를 제공한다.

This study analyzed the usability of the Korea Disaster Management Resource Integrated Management System (KRMS) using combined user- and expert-based evaluations to explain its low utilization in practice. Expert heuristic evaluation assessed effectiveness, efficiency, satisfaction, interface quality, and related factors, and found that none of the items were rated as “met,” with most judged “partially met” or “not met.” Severity ratings indicated that level 2 (moderate problems) accounted for the largest proportion. User evaluation was conducted with disaster management practitioners from a local public enterprise in Seoul, who completed representative task scenarios and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The average SUS score was 24.6, placing KRMS in the “Not Acceptable” range in international benchmarks. Key difficulties included complex procedures, overly segmented menu structures, and low intuitiveness, suggesting that structural and procedural complexity constrains usability in real work contexts and informing future system improvement and policy considerations.

본 연구는 우리나라 재난과 안전관련 최상위 계획인 국가안전관리기본계획, 시⋅도 및 시⋅군⋅구 안전관리계획에 대한 문제점과 해외사례 검토를 통한 개선방향을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 안전관리계획의 경우 신종 및 복합재난유형에 대한 대책, 행정 위주의 형식적인 계획, 국가계획과 지역계획간 연계성 미흡, 지역특성을 고려하지 않은 계획으로 많은 문제점들을 가지고 있었다. 계획위주의 재난관리체계에서의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 가장 필요한 것은 예방, 대비, 대응, 복구계획을 수립할 수 있도록 위험목록에 대한 선정, 분석, 평가, 모니터링 과정이 사전에 반드시 필요하다는 것을 해외사례 검토를 통하여 알게 되었다. 또한, 모니터링을 통한 재평가 및 적정시기의 조정, 계획간 연계성은 재난 및 안전사고 발생 시 실행을 위한 가장 기본적인 매뉴얼이 될 수가 있다. 해외사례를 통한시사점을 우리나라 현실에 맞게 변형, 적용시켜 본다면 보다 효율적인 재난안전관리계획 및 체계를 구축할 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

This research reviewed the problems of the national and regional safety management plan in Korea, along with the cases from foreign countries, in order to propose policy directions. We have learned as a result of this study that the Korea’s safety management plan had four major problems; limited measures to address new and composite disasters, excessive bureaucracy and formality, insufficient connectivity between national and regional plans, and insufficient consideration of regional characteristics. The most imminent factor to resolve the problems in disaster management system in Korea was found to determine the selection, analysis, evaluation and monitoring processes of developing the risk register in advance, which should be needed to establish the plans for safety management. In addition, re-evaluation and adjustment of appropriate time and enhancement of plan connectivity could function as a fundamental manual in case of disasters or safety accidents. We argue that the lessons from the foreign cases examined in this study should be applied and adjusted to the Korean context in order to establish more efficient disaster safety management plans and system in Korea.
