본 연구는 국가책임 교육·돌봄 체계인 ‘늘봄학교’가 새로운 초등교육 체제로서 안착하기 위한 운영 방향에 대한 논의를 목표로 한다. 늘봄학교는 정규수업 이후 초등학생의 성장과 발달을 위해 학교뿐 아니라 지역사회의 다양한 교육과 돌봄 자원을 연계한 종합 교육 프로그램이다. 선행연구 는 늘봄학교 구축 및 운영 연구와 늘봄학교 프로그램 개발 연구가 대부분이며, 늘봄학교의 안정적 운영을 위한 법적 근거 마련이라는 점에서 늘봄학교 법제화 연구는 유의미한 연구로 볼 수 있다. 늘봄학교 운영 방향 논의를 위해 본 연구는 인천광역시교육청 소속 늘봄지원실장 6명을 대상으 로 표적집단면접을 실시하였다. 면접 결과, ‘늘봄학교 운영’은 늘봄학교 운영의 어려움, 성급한 늘 봄학교 도입 및 확대 우려와 늘봄 사각지대 해소 방안 필요, ‘늘봄 프로그램 관리’는 강사 관리의 어려움과 다양한 늘봄 프로그램 구성의 한계, ‘늘봄학교 운영 체제’는 안정적인 운영 체제 확립과 늘봄지원실장 동기 부여 강화 등의 내용을 살펴볼 수 있었다. 늘봄학교가 세계 최고 수준이 되기 위해서 교육·돌봄 사각지대가 생기지 않는 학생 맞춤형 늘봄학교 시스템 구축과 민주시민으로서 전인적 성장을 도모할 수 있는 체계를 갖추어야 한다.

This study aims to discuss the operating direction for the ‘Neulbom School’, a state-responsible educare system, to settle down as a new elementary education system. Neulbom School is a comprehensive educational program that links various education and care resources not only in schools but also in the community for the growth and development of elementary school students after regular classes. Most of the preceding studies are research on the establishment and operation of Neulbom School and the development of Neulbom School programs, and the research on legalization of Neulbom School can be seen as a meaningful study in that it provides a legal basis for the stable operation of Neulbom School. To discuss the direction of the operation of the Neulbom School, this study conducted Focus Group Interview with six Neulbom Support Administrative Officer belonging to the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education. As a result of the interview, the contents such as difficulties in operating the Nelubom School, concerns about hasty introduction and expansion of the Always Spring School and the need to resolve the Nelubom blind spots, the difficulty in managing instructors, limitations in the composition of various Nelubom programs, and the establishment of a stable operating system and reinforcement of motivation for the Nelubom Support Administrative Officer were examined. In order for the Nelubom school to become the best in the world, it is necessary to build a student-tailored Neulbom school system that does not have a blind spot for educare and a system to promote holistic growth as a democratic citizen.

본 논문은 함정무기체계의 표적 정확도 향상을 위한 표적융합 알고리즘을 연구하였다. 함정무기체계는 다종의 센서 및 전 술데이터링크와의 연동을 통해 다양한 표적 정보들을 획득한다. 단일 물표에 대해 다수의 표적 정보가 존재하는 경우 함정무 기체계의 표적관리 기능에서 표적 정보를 융합하여 단일의 표적 정보를 생성한다. 함정무기체계에 탑재된 센서에서 탐지한 표적과 전술데이터링크를 통해 수신한 표적을 융합하는 기법을 비교일치라 하며 표적관리 기능에서 비교일치 단계를 거쳐 전 술표적을 생성한다. 전술표적의 정확도는 탐지 센서 및 전술데이터링크를 통해 수신되는 표적의 정확도와 표적융합 알고리즘 에 영향을 받는다. 본 논문에서는 전술표적의 정확도 향상을 위해 Information De-correlation 알고리즘을 적용한 함정무 기체계의 표적융합 기법을 제안하였으며, 제안한 표적융합 기법과 기존의 비교일치 기법을 비교분석하여 제안한 표적융합 기 법의 우수성을 입증하였다.

This paper describes a track fusion algorithm of the weapon system to improve track accuracy. The weapon system acquires a variety of track information through multiple sensors and tactical data links. When a number of track information exists for a single target, we fuse track information from the track management of the weapon system to generate a single track information. In the weapon system, a technique for fusing track detected by sensors with track received via tactical data links is called a correlation and generates tactical tracks through correlation steps in the track management. The accuracy of tactical tracks is influenced by the accuracy of tracks received through sensors and tactical data links, and by track fusion algorithm. In the paper, we present a track fusion algorithm of weapon systems to improve the accuracy of tactical tracks and demonstrated the superiority of the proposed track fusion algorithm by comparing the proposed track fusion algorithm with the existing correlation algorithm

In this study, the shrinkage at the artificial skin tissue and temperature characteristics of rubber pole were analyzed by the experimental and numerical method. A artificial skin tissue was produced by using the rigid sponge pad. The impact of tissue was applied by three types of rubber pole. The shrinkage results along the depth of tissue were measured according to the repetition count of impact. When the shape of rubber pole was sphere type, the shrinkage was greatest. The temperature around the pole was highest in the sphere type while that inside pole was greatest in the twine deep sphere type. This is because the pole temperature of twine deep sphere type was transmitted more inside. As a result, the sphere type rubber pole was the most effective because it showed the largest shrinkage and the lowest temperature gradient during impact.

The purpose of this study reveals the cause and relationships of lower self-esteem during the usage of social media services(SNS). We surveyed 184 young people in grades 1 through 3 in middle school. They were asked to fill out the survey asking about SNS addiction tendency and relation of lower self-esteem in the four different major categories of SNS posts. (Appearance, material value, human relationship and leisure life.) As a result, SNS posts related with leisure life and human relationship greatly affects other major categories of SNS posts which lowers youth’s self-esteem. Also, among appearance, material value, human relationship and leisure life, they chose leisure life as second for lowering youth’s self esteem the largest. Therefore, SNS posts about leisure life mostly makes youth see themselves negatively. Although it is difficult to completely stop SNS posts from lowering youth’s self esteem, it is found that by restricting SNS posts related with leisure life, it makes youth reduce to look themselves negatively as much as possible.

In this study, the characteristics of muscle relaxation were analyzed by the experimental and numerical method. A skin tissue was produced by imitational biological tissue using the agar powder, saline solution and sugar. The tissue was exposed to three types of wavelength-blue visible radiation(410 nm), red visible radiation(635 nm), and infrared ray(830 nm). The temperature results along the depth of tissue were measured according to the variation of light wavelength and irradiation time. The temperature change of the tissue shown up similar pattern regardless of the light wavelength kinds. The wavelength of infrared ray penetrated strongly into tissue between 3.2 mm and 11.4 mm. Also, the temperature change with the irradiation time was small, and the temperature value of the infrared ray was the largest. As a result, the muscle relaxation will occur mainly at the infrared wavelength.

In this paper, the performance of the Refrigerator is improved by controlling the fan speed on the condenser side or subcooling/superheating degree by superimposing the refrigerant on the inlet side of the compressor to the outlet side pipe. However, these methods may have the effect of lowering the performance due to operation of the severe condition of the main parts and may not achieve the intended performance. The Peltier Module was used to improve the performance of the refrigerator and increase the durability of the main parts through an artificial subcooling device.

중국의 소비시장이 성장함에 따라 중국 내수시장 진출에 대한 새로운 전략이 필요한 시점이다. 중국은 전자상거래를 활성화하기 위하여 통관·물류 시스템 개선 및 세제 혜택 등 다양한 지원을 강화하고 있다. 이에 따라 이 연구는 게임이론과 국내 제조기업의 진출사례 SWOT분석 방법을 활용하여 중국 온라인 유통시장에 대한 접근전략을 도출하였다. 중국 온라인 유통시장은 Alibaba와 Jingdong이 전체 시장의 약 80%를 차지하는 과점 형태로 게임이론을 따르면 한국 기업과 중국 기업이 선택할 수 있는 경우의 수는 저 위험 저 수익의 진출 최소화에서 중등 위험 중등 수익의 시험적 수용으로 전환될 가능성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 중국 온라인 유통시장에 진출한 기업의 SWOT 분석을 통해 중국 온라인 유통시장 진출에 앞서 오프라인 시장에서 자사 제품 및 브랜드 인지도를 제고하여야 한다는 점과 중국 현지에 적합한 현지화 모델을 준비해야 한다는 시사점을 도출할 수 있었다.

This paper releases strategies for firms that wish to enter into online circulation business in China. SWOT based on a Korean manufacturing company teaches us better way to approach Chinese online market. Chinese online market is under oligopoly, where Alibaba and Jingdong account for about 80% of the total market. Game theory is used as a measure of threat and opportunity between Korean manufacturer and Chinese online market retailer. Game shows that they are easy to accept opportunity and sales uplift rather than low risk. Analysis shows that Korean companies should improve its products and brand competitiveness in the offline market before entering into the Chinese online retail market. They need to prepare a localization model.

최근 정보통신기술의 발전에 따라 디지털 정보를 포함한 다양한 데이터들이 기하급수적으로 증가하였으며 이러한 데이터의 활용이 보편화된 최근의 사회는 수사와 재판과정에도 많은 변화를 주었다. 하지만기하급수적으로 늘어나고 있는 디지털 증거에 대한 기술력과 분석력의 진보에 비해 디지털 포렌식 관련법과 제도의 확립은 아직 부족한 실정이다. 그러므로 디지털 증거의 법적인정을 위해서는 균형 잡힌 연구의 활성화가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 디지털 포렌식 관련 연구동향을 파악하고, 연구 활성화를위한 객관적 데이터를 제공하기 위하여 메타분석을 진행하였다.

With the development of information and communication technology, various data including digital data have increased exponentially. In a society where such data utilization is generalized, criminal investigation processes and trial processes have also been influenced. However, in comparison with the progress of the technical capability and analytical capability of digital certification which is increasing exponentially, the establishment of the digital forensic related legal system is still in short supply. Therefore, it is necessary to activate balanced research for legal recognition of digital certification. Therefore, in this research, meta analysis was conducted to grasp trends of research related to digital forensics and to provide objective data for research revitalization.

지방자치단체 수준에서의 습지 보전 현황을 파악하기 위해 경상남도를 대상으로 실행계획과 과제현황을 분석하였다. 습지보전실천계획은 기반체계(습지조사, 습지보호지역･람사르습지 관리, 습지관리전략 수립), 습지보전 및 현명한 이 용(습지복원, 생물관리, 이용시설조성), 교육 및 인식증진, 협력체계구축(국내외 습지보전기관과의 협력)으로 구분하였 다. 2010년부터 2013년 까지 총 42개 과제(145건)가 수행되었고 총 88,899백만원이 경상남도의 14개 기관에서 수행 된 것으로 분석되었다. 과제의 규모와 예산은 점차 감소하는 추세에 있지만 지속적으로 추진되는 과제가 많으며, 수행 주체는 일부 지방자치단체에 집중되어 있는 양상을 보였다. 각 과제가 얼마나 많은 성과를 만들었는가를 판단하기에 앞서, 전통적인 습지관리방법이나 행정적･법적 지원이 충분하지 않은 상황에서 여러 가지 시도를 통해 지방정부 차원 에서 습지를 관리하고 이를 조례로 입법화한 것은 지방자치단체 수준의 습지보전에 높은 의미를 가지는 것으로 평가할 수 있었다. 단일 지방자치단체의 역량만으로 국가 네트워크를 통한 자료 공유 또는 법적 제제는 무리가 따르므로 이를 위한 중앙정부차원의 법적 근거 마련과 타 지방자치단체와의 협력체계 구축이 시급한 것으로 판단된다.

We systematically analyzed the Wetland Conservation Action Plan of Gyeongsangnam Province to evaluate conservation status in local government level. Project topics were categorized into 1) wetland infrastructure, 2) wetland conservation and wise use, 3) education and awareness, and 4) conservation framework. From 2010 to 2013, 42 projects (145 cases, 88,899 million won) were implemented by 14 affiliated organizations under Gyeongsangnam Provincial Government. The number of projects and budget size has been decreased over 4 years, besides most of main projects were continued. The budgets were largely used for wetland project of cities and counties. Development and implementation of various conservation projects may have considerable potential values in wetland conservation, while it is still difficult to assess their overall effectiveness in the society. Diverse wetland management practices in Gyeongsangnam Provincial Government have accumulated fundamental practices and knowledge for an effective local conservation. These administrative experiences will further benefit other local government to establish wetland management framework. To accelerate policy diffusion to other local governments, Gyeongsangnam Province needs to promote and share leading experiences and information of wetland conservation. Enhanced local government framework by the legislation at central government will further support country-level management plans and practices.

POS system using a POS terminal having a credit settlement functions. According to the tendency of the card settlement use has increased, the spread of the POS terminal are expanding. Also, financial and personal information that are traded in the POS system environment has increased and then Security threats aimed at sensitive personal information and credit information has increased. But stakeholders such as pos merchants, pos system developer, management could not established a proper security measures because of unclear standards of management and supervision about current situation of financial information security, the lack of regulation and powerful control of regulatory agencies, undefined role and obligations of stakeholders in response to these threats. In this paper, we analysis security functions and testing requirements of ‘security standards of POS terminal’that announced in credit finance association. Also, we propose the construction plan of POS security system in order to solve these problems. As a result, we derive and define latest secuirty threats that can occur in operating environment of POS system, security requirements for dealing with this security threats, role of stakeholders. Since the construction plan of POS security system define role and obligations of stakeholders and propose practical construction method, we could make effective response to POS system attack and latest threats.
