This study aims to systematically analyze the relationship between living SOC and the real estate market by utilizing spatial information analysis, and to suggest regional development strategies and efficient management plans for the real estate market through this. In particular, we intend to derive realistic policy proposals through specific data and case analysis using the Imsil-gun area of J eollabuk-do Special Self-Governing Province as an example, and as a result of spatial correlation analysis on the interaction between public infrastructure investment and the real estate market, the correlation was analyzed to be 99.7%, indicating that the correlation is very high. And the impact of accessibility to living SOC on real estate prices was shown to be 164% higher in the average change rate of land prices by distance between the entire living SOC facility and the average land price at a distance of 500m and 50m over the past four years. Lastly, the analysis results for areas lacking services that can be provided by living SOC were analyzed in the order of Samgye-myeon, Unnam-myeon, Cheongung-myeon, and Seongsu-myeon

and improving rural life services and to suggest a plan to activate village regeneration based on this. In order to achieve this research purpose, the population status and characteristics of eight counties in Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province (Wanju-gun, Imsil-gun, Muju-gun, Jinan-gun, Jangsu-gun, Sunchang-gun, Gochang-gun, and Buan-gun) and the status and satisfaction characteristics of rural life services of the eight counties were identified. And in order to figure out the importance ranking of ‘Rural Living Services for Rural Regeneration’, two rounds of brainstorming were conducted to derive ‘detailed factors’ by ‘sector’. Based on this, a questionnaire was designed and a one to one (1:1) interview method based on the focus group interview(FGI) was used to conduct a questionnaire targeting experts related to rural regeneration projects, and AHP analysis was conducted. As a result of the analysis, among the rural life service areas (large categories) of health, medical care and welfare, education and culture, settlement conditions, and economic activities, the ‘settlement conditions area’ had the highest relative importance, followed by the health, medical care and welfare area, economic activities area, and education and culture area. In addition, the comprehensive ranking of the relative importance of the subcategories (50 items) of the analyzed rural life services was divided into the upper group (1st to 15th), the middle group (16th to 35th), and the lower group (36th to 50th), and measures to activate rural regeneration were presented for each of the four areas (large categories).

SDGs의 「단 한사람도 소외되지 않는 것(Leave no one behind)」이라는 이념 아래, 다양성을 존중한 관광 기회의 제공이 세계적으로 중요한 과제가 되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 관광 연구 분야에 있어서 지속가능한 관광 개발이나 외국인 관광객 수용 환경, 만족도, 여행 장애 요인에 초점을 맞춘 연구가 많이 이루어져 왔지만, 그와 관련된 연구 대상은 수용 국가에서 본 관광 시장 규모가 큰 세그먼트가 주류이며, 시장 규모가 작은 마이너리티를 대상으로 하는 연구는 다소 부족하다. 본 연구에서는 마이너리티 관광 시장의 관광 형태와 여행 환경을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 베트남 시장을 주목하여, 방한 관광 실태와 여행 환경을 분석하고, 관광자 버블(tourist bubble) 의 측면에서 자문화 요소가 관광 활동에 미치는 영향에 대해서 분석하였다. 그 결과, 방한 베트남인의 한국 여행환경에 대한 긍정적인 인식은 안전성, 청결성, 친절성에서 높게 나타났다. 반면, 모국어 대응의 부족함으로 인한 언어 장벽에 대한 불편이 크게 나타났으며, 성별 및 거주기간에 따른 방문 지역과 여행 환경에 대한 인식의 차이가 보여졌다.
