Recently, social issues regarding gentrification have been widely developed. It is emerging as a matter of public interest as well as related academia. Gentrification is now becoming a popular term as an issue that individuals face in real life rather than simply a terminology describing urban social phenomena. In the housing redevelopment process, the creation of a new residential environment may lead to the process of replacing existing indigenous people with new residents with next-generation economic power, and in the case of commercial areas, renters may incur involuntary movements due to rising rents. This is because current urban regeneration does not touch any of the established power structures of the city. Demolition people live in a time when they call themselves refugees. Urban survival is more important than urban regeneration.
