A system was produced to measure B-H Curve on stress by research on magnetic silence of naval vessels and submarine. to measure B-H Curve of specimen, B-H Curve tracer and stress test system to give a stress were produced. in magnetic field from 40[A/m] to 1600[A/m] according to 3kg and 83kg B-H Curve was measured. for the result if tensile stress was increased, maximum magnetic flux density is increased

Digital image forgery has become a serious problem due to the sophistication and accessibility of image editing software. Copy move forgery is the simplest type of forgery that involves copying portion of an image and paste it on different location within the image. There are many approaches to detect copy paste forgery, but all of them have their own limitations. In this paper visual and invisible feature based forgery detection techniques are compared and contrasted. The analysis shows that pros and cons of these two techniques compensate each other. Therefore, a hybrid of visual based and invisible feature based forgery detection that combine the merits of both techniques is proposed. The experimental results shows that the proposed algorithm has enhanced performance compared to individual techniques. Moreover, it provides more information about the forgery, like identifying copy and duplicate regions.

Since the opening of Korean high-speed rail, KTX in 2004, the use of trains in Korea soared. Improved rail technology, as well as the speed of the train was developed. However, the development of the train speed raised new issues of Doppler effect and this effect compensation. Depending on the speed of communication target, Doppler effect generates frequency shifting and this effect leads to a distortion of the signal. For this reason, the Doppler effect adversely affect the communication performance. Therefore, the Doppler effect problem must be solved for the railway wireless communication. In this paper, we present technique of compensation for the Doppler effect that occurs in high-speed railway communication and simulation result.

In this paper, we propose spectrum sensing using cooperative relay to solve problem of sensing performance degradation due to CPE (Customer-Primise equipments) which causes low SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) problem. In cooperative communication systems, AF (amplify-and-forward) and DF (decoded-and-forward) is widely used for relay mechanism. Also, it is expected that a cooperative relay scheme guarantees a high sensing performance by its diversity gain. Based on these backgrounds, we applied a cooperative relay scheme to CR (cognitive radio) system, and simulation results show a sensing performance comparison between AF and DF.

This paper proposes a mobile image retrieval system which utilizes the mobile device’s sensor information and enables running in a variety of the environments, and implement the system on Android platform. The proposed system deals with a new image descriptor using combination of the visual feature with EXIF attributes in the target of JPEG image, and image matching algorithm which is optimized to the mobile environments. Experiments are performed on the Android platform, and the experimental results revealed that the proposed algorithm exhibits a significant improved results with large image database.
In this paper, we propose an interference mitigation method with optical relay scheme in Visible Light Communication systems, and evaluate the system performance. The proposed scheme enhances system performance compared to without adapting optical relay scheme and better SNR performance and higher channel capacity can be achieved.

In recent days, with the help of fast grwoing popularity of mobile devices and advances on network technology, the need for a user to share a media content on his/her multiple devices with seamless playing service. This paper shows the implementation results of a Linux streaming server for multi-device seamless play service of mulitmedia data. For this purpose, the server was designed using ffserver, a streaming server for both audio and video which supports to seek positions in the past on each live feed for multi-device seamless play service.

When blind people walk, they need the help of a white cane or a guide dog. However, there are limitations that they have a trrouble in recognizing obstacles higher than chest level and only a few blind people can receive help from a guide dog. In this paper, we materialized glasses using an ultrasonics sensor which is able to help blind people walk safely. The system we propose is designed to offer information about risk factors visually, acoustically and tactually. The information is delivered in different intensity, such as turning on and off a LED, a buzzer and a vibrator motor, depending on the distance from an obstacle which is recognized with an ultrasonic sensor.

When the Fukushima nuclear plant accident occurred, hydrogen explosion happened. It led to a nuclear fuel explosion. Because the radiation levels was high, the person in charge of site could not check the progress of the accident scene. This led to failure of initial response. If person can not get close to the scene due to high radiation levels, remotely radiation detecting system is needed. In this paper, I proposed a mobile sensing platform for rapid remotely monitoring. The mobile sensing platform transmits radiation sensing data through remotely monitor the scene in real time. The proposed system is composed of ground station (including emergency operation center) and several mobile sensing platforms. It can be eliminated the blind spot through monitoring divided into zone in Emergency Planning Zone including nuclear plant sites. It is also possible to use to monitor the safety of normal conditions.

As an abbreviation for 'Internet of Thing', IoT technology connects all things to the internet, and has a function to perform operation autonomously without intervention of human using a system which judges situations by itself. Recently, there are issues about LPG medium-size facility safety which causes a problem to the social safety net and thus an IoT-based platform technology is necessary to solve this problem. This study aims to suggest a social safety net IoT platform to provide customized safety service and reliable data appropriate for characteristics of supply facilities and use facilities.

This paper presents a CoAP(Constrained Application Protocol) implementation in an I-Safety IoT Platform for indoor safety services to users in home network environment. CoAP is a compact web transfer protocol based on REST(Representational State Transfer) architecture and designed to be over datagram-oriented transport such as UDP. Also, it designed a succinct header and a simple parsing algorithm so it is suitable for constrained nodes and networks. In this paper, a CoAP implementation has been developed in Linux and runs on Contiki OS. A development verification of it can confirm using a web browser.

The purpose of this paper is to propose PROP(Protection and Relief Open Platform), which is a open platform, based on BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) technology for public safety and disaster relief. PROP is designed based on the BLE technology, one of wireless computer network technologies. The reason is that it can be implemented at low cost and low power consumption when compared to other wireless communication technologies in short-range communications. Therefore this technology is suitable for the platform grounded on ‘Always-On’ for public safety and disaster relief. Besides, it does not require the time to build a new ecosystem because it supports interworking between one and the others, which are platforms supporting BLE technology and operating as existing personal computer OS, mobile OS, and IoT OS. The proposed platform can be developed and used by anyone easily so it will be a prop of strength to national health promotion and safety.

In order to manage wasting power, an power management system is commonly used in data center. In this paper, we propose an power consumption data collection module for modular PDU (Power Distribution Unit). The proposed system is a part of power management system, that controls the power supply in one rack. The modular PDU is based on the ARM processor and it includes a Ethernet interface. Therefore, this module could be controlled by Ethernet interface.

Nowadays, wireless sensor network applications have been used in several important areas, such as healthcare, military, critical infrastructure , environmental monitoring, and manufacturing. However, due to the limitation of WSNs in terms of memory, energy, computation, and scalability, efficient management of the large number of WSNs data in these areas is an important issue to deal with. There is a need for a high-performance computing and massive storage infrastructure for real-time processing and storing of the data as well as analysis of the information. In this paper, we present a framework of sensor cloud computing and service to manage monitoring sensor data for the design build projects. With this sensor cloud framework, the entire project participants can efficiently share information to identify and solve issues in the design build phase.

Distributed data processing like hadoop cluster based on mass storage device can be organized by high performance server or embedded systems. High performance CPUs like Xeon Processor have disadvantages on costs which can be occur during purchasing and maintaining. Virtual Desktop Infrastructure(VDI) is rising with cloud service as critical IT technology. In order to minimize cost and improve efficiency, many company is adopting VDI. The problem with VDI is the cost of implementation that requires high cost because ensuring of Quality of Experience(QoE) is necessary. Therefore, VDI server should have the ability that can effectively process a voluminous data. In this paper, We suggest an adaptive block level virtual cache device that will improve a processing of voluminous data in VDI server.

An improved design of Ultra Wide Band(UWB) Bow-Tie antenna is presented. The UWB antenna is composed of an electromagnetically coupled Bow-Tie patch and a parasitic ground patch, whose working frequency is extended to full UWB range by this work. The antenna is fabricated on RF-60A substrate with t=0.64 mm, r=6.15 and tan=0.0025. All the parameters are precisely calculated by an adequate optimization method. The proposed design gives the full range operation, which is verified by measurement.

This paper is result of simulation for efficiency of resonance Wireless Power Transfer(WPT) system according to variation of secondary coil shape. WPT is good solution that a narrow place where power can not be connected directly, etc. Small space, but if you apply a wireless power transmission system is limited by the place. Therefore, to solve this problem by properly designing the shape of the secondary coil to obtain a high system efficiency study was carried out in this paper.

As the wide spreading popularity of smartphones, SNS (Social Networking Services) have been the most important killer application to build social networks or social relations among people who, share interests, activities, backgrounds or real-life connections. In this paper, we build a protype is SNS service platform based on an open source platform, Spika, the first open source mobile messaging system for iOS and Android. The prototype implementation focues on the feature of voice interface as the input source of emoticons. The initial implementation allows voice input and the recognition results are displayed on the message input windows of SNS.
