근무시간 차이에 따른 건설업 근로자의 근무환경과 건강문제와의 상관성 연구

Purpose: This study was performed to analyze the correlation between the work environment and health problems of construction workers according to the difference in working hours. Method: This study was targeted to 2,832 construction workers among 50,205 nationwide samples conducted in the 5th Korean Work Environment Survey in 2017. For data analysis, SPSS 25 version program was used, and chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were used. Reseults: The results of this study showed that the difference in health problems appeared as the working hours of construction workers increased. In particular, among the construction workers who work more than 53 hours a week, health problems were high at 63% of those over 50 years old. Conclusion: From the above results, it is necessary to find a way to reduce working hours and to devise various types of working hours management methods in order to prevent disease and work-related health problems through proper health management of construction workers.

Purpose: This study is to analyze the influencing factors of general characteristics, work characteristics, and health-related characteristics on fatigue for male workers in the construction industry. It aims to contribute to preparing measures to prevent fatigue of construction workers by identifying factors affecting fatigue experiences for construction workers. Method: This study targeted 2,730 construction workers out of 50,205 workers who participated in the 5th Working Environment Survey prepared by the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Female workers were excluded, and 1,666 people were analyzed, excluding data with insufficient responses. The collected data are analyzed using IBM SPSS/Statistics 21 by frequency analysis, percentage, chi-square test, and logistic regression analysis. Results: As a result of the study, the factors affecting the fatigue of construction workers are explained that the rate of experiencing fatigue increases according to the experiences of sleep disturbance, anxiety, back pain, and muscle pain. Conclusion: In conclusion, it is required to implement a rest program and a musculoskeletal disease prevention and management program in order to reduce worker fatigue in construction sites.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders in building cleaners. Methods: This study was conducted from August 1 to September 30, 2019 with 231 building cleaners working at 2 hospitals, 2 hotels, and 1 department store across the country. Statistical analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Ver. 21.0 was used, and the Chi-square test was used to test for differences according to perceived symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to identify factors affecting perceived symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders. Results: As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the symptoms of musculoskeletal disorders in building cleaner were affected by age, type of business, working hours, physical burden, and job stress. Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a plan to manage working conditions and musculoskeletal disorders for building cleaners.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors affecting depression in the employment type and job stress of workers in service industry. Method: We surveyed 194 workers who work in one workplace from March 22, 2019 to April 2, 2019. Reseults: The level of depression of the subject was 16.5%. Depression was influenced by employment type and health related characteristics. The depression level was found to be 4.12 times higher than that of the worker with low job stress. Conclusion: In order to manage the level of depression of workers, it is necessary to improve measures for irregular workers and to increase the participation rate of irregular workers by further activating the work stress and depression management programs of workers.

Purpose: This study was attempted to identify the emotional labor and job stress levels of toll gate workers and to identify factors affecting somatic symptoms. Methods: The data collection period was from March 18, 2016 to April 8, 2016. The subjects of this study were workers at three highway toll gates in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and a total of 172 data were used for the final study. For data analysis, SPSS 18.0 program was used, and t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation, and multiple stepwise regression were performed. Results: As a result of this study, it was found that the factors affecting the somatization symptoms of toll gate workers were age, employment type, sleep time, job satisfaction, job stress, and emotional labor. As a factor influencing the subject's somatization symptoms, relational conflict and workplace culture were found among the sub-factors of job stress. As a factor influencing the subject's somatization symptoms, Interpersonal conflict and Occupational climate were found among the sub-factors of job stress.As a factor influencing the subject's somatization symptoms, the sub-factor of emotional labor was customer respons. Conclusion: In conclusion, in the workplace, it is necessary to identify factors of toll-gate workers' workplace Interpersonal conflicts, improve Occupational climate to manage job stress, and to alleviate the intensity of emotional labor from customer respons.
