<고산구곡가>는 자연에 대한 묘사를 특징으로 하며, 자연의 아름다움을 즐기는 모습을 읊은 노래이다. 그런데 1연과 6연에서 요약적으로 제시한 바에 따르면 이 노래의 핵심적 의미는마음의 수양과 강학의 즐거움에 닿아 있다. <고산구곡가>의 전반부는 자신의 즐거움을 벗들과 나누는 모습을 노래한다. <고산구곡가>의 후반부는 자연의 아름다움에서 도체를 발견하는 즐거움의 고양과 인욕을 잊고 천리에합일되는 경지에 이르는 모습을 보여준다. <고산구곡가>에서 노래하고자 한 ‘영월음풍’은 마음의 수양이나 학문에의 정진을 의미하며, 여기서 느끼는 즐거움은 깊은 배움과 깨달음의 즐거움이다. 깨달음은 필연적으로 그 지극한 즐거움을 알리고 공유하려는 교육적 열정을 불러일으키게된다. 이러한 열정으로 배움의 즐거움을 확장하고자 하는 마음을 노래한 것이 <고산구곡가> 의 전반부이다. <고산구곡가>는 시간적 순환의 구조를 가지고 있다. 내용의 층위에서 볼 때, 이와 같은순환의 구조는 자연 속에서 도를 깨닫는 배움의 과정과 깨달음의 기쁨을 다른 이들과 함께나누고자 하는 교육적 열정 사이의 순환 구조와 일치한다.

<Gosangugok-ga> is the song, reciting the scene of enjoying the beauty of nature with the description of nature on the surface. However, the core of its meaning is in the discipline of mind and the pleasure of learning. The contents in the latter half of <Gosangugok-ga> illustrate of the pleasure of discovering truth[道] from the beauty of nature, and the state in which the union with principle is attained by throwing away greed. It is recognized that ‘yeong-wol-eumpung’ is not different from discipline of mind or academic study. If one reaches a high state in the spiritual realm through academic study, educational passion for transmitting this pleasure to others will arise. For this reason, willingness to share the pleasure with others appears in the first half of <Gosangugok-ga>. After all, <Gosangugok-ga> is the song of the Sadaebu[士大 夫] which focuses on the matter of mind rather than nature. In this sense, it is in line with <Dosansibi-gok>. <Gosangugok-ga> has the circulation structure of time. This structure is identical with the circulation structure in which the pursuit of academic study causes the passion for education. In this point, it is revealed that <Gosangugok-ga> is the song that focuses on the matter of mind rather than nature.

경상북도는 창조경제의 핵심동력을 문화콘텐츠로 강조하며, 강·산·해와 한(韓) 문화가 어우러진 문화관광지대 실현을 목적으로 ‘3대문화권 사업’을 추진하였다. 잠재적 역사문화자원과 친환경 생태자원을 바탕으로 지역 문화산업의 르네상스 시대를 열고자하는 측면에서 문화사업을 진행하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 영남대학교의 문화융합디자인 생태계 조성사업은 현재 진행 중인 3대문화권사업의 방향성을 되짚어보고, 시설물 건축에 집중된 사업 구조를 보완할 수 있는 문화산업의 생태구조에 대한 연구를 진행함으로써 경상북도 문화산업의 효과를 극대화하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 지역 문화산업과 융합디자인의 순환구조에 대해 분석하고, 유·무형의 역사문화자원이 21세기 창조경제시대의 패러다임에 맞는 고부가가치 문화산업으로 재창조하기 위한 방안을 마련하고자, 지역 문화산업이 자생적 발전방향을 갖추기 위해 마련되어야 할 산업 생태환경 구축의 방향성을 제시하였다. 결과적으로 본 연구는 교육, 산업, 경제의 상호교류에 의한 시너지효과를 점진적으로 극대화하는 선순환구조를 완성함으로써 ‘문화융합디자인 교육특성화를 통한 창의적 문화융합 인재 양성’, ‘문화융합디자인 산업생태계 육성을 기반으로 지역 문화융합 디자인 르네상스’, ‘독창적 문화융합 디자인 생태계 조성을 통한 일자리 창출’에 긍정적 효과를 창출하였다.

Gyeongsangbuk-do has emphasized its cultural contents as its focal momentum for creative economy and prosecuted its 'Three Great Cultural Sphere Project' to realize its cultural tour zone melting rivers, mountains, the sun and Korean culture together. Based on its potential historical/cultural resources and eco-friendly resources, it has prosecuted cultural projects with the goal of opening the door to renaissance era of local cultural industries. At this juncture of time, Yongnam University's Culturally Convergent Design Ecology Composition Project has reviewed directionality of the currently on-going Three Great Cultural Sphere Project,' and tried to maximize effects of Gyeongsangbuk-do's cultural industry by conducting researches on ecological structures of the cultural industry able to supplement its project structure so far centered on building facilities. This thesis analyzes the cycling structure of the local cultural industry and convergence design, and presents the directionality of building industrial ecology environment that should be prepared for local cultural industries to have their voluntary direction on their own in a pursuit after plans to recreate visible/invisible historical/cultural resources into high value-producing cultural industry fit for the paradigm of the 21st century's creative economy era. Conclusively, in that this study has completed a virtuous circulation of synergy effects by means of mutual exchange of education, industry and economy, it has produced a positive effect on creating jobs via composing 'local cultural convergence design renaissance' and 'creative cultural convergence design ecology composition' on the basis of 'bringing up creative culturally convergent talent' and 'culturally convergent design industrial ecology' via 'cultural convergence design education specialization

본 연구의 목적은 창업활성화를 성공적으로 유도하기 위해 필요한 요소로서 창업순환 구조를 연구하고 이를 유지하기 위한 필수조건을 도출하는 데에 있다. 따라서 기업생태계를 기반으로 창업순환구조를 설계한 후 이를 검증하 기 위해 미국의 실리콘밸리와 영국의 테크시티(Tech city)에 대하여 논의하였다. 창업순환구조를 유지하기 위한 필수요 소는 다음과 같이 정리하였다. 첫째, 목적에 따라 구성요소 간의 공유의 장이 형성되어야 한다. 둘째, 우수한 인력이 기 반 되어야 한다, 셋째, 선순환구조에서 수익을 창출하는 소비자 집단이 많이 형성되어야 한다. 넷째, 타 지역간 연계 네 트워크를 확보해야한다. 다섯째, 정부 및 제도적 지원을 통해 쉽게 창업할 수 있는 환경을 만들어 생산자의 진입이 용 이해야한다. 마지막으로 자립형 생산자들의 기업가정신이 함양되어야 한다. 향후 연구는 기업 생태계를 기반으로 한 여 러 국가의 사례를 바탕으로 각 사례의 공통점과 차이점에 대해 비교 분석하는 방향으로 나아갈 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this research is to study the cyclic structure of startup ecosystem and draw the necessary conditions for maintaining it to successfully induce the activation entrepreneurship. Therefore, we design start-up cycle structure based on the enterprise ecosystem to verify this, we discussed the Tech City in the United Kingdom and Silicon Valley in USA. Required factors for running the start-up cycle structure is summarized as follows. First, the shared platform is provided to form between components in accordance with the object, second, this can be made based on the excellent human resources, third, a number of consumer groups such as venture capitals and angels that revenue from the virtuous circle should be formed, fourth, get the other regional networks and associated, fifth to make it easy to start-ups through government and institutional support and finally, a stand-alone producers(startups) should be fostering entrepreneurship.

The whole image of circulation occupied with user has duplicated inter-relationship. It means many situation exist simultaneously, and the character of space factors are completed by the inter-relationship of the detailed structure. The purpose of this study is on the proper notation for circulation analysis of the sequential space structure which is constructed by the formal constituent and the change of visual circumstance influence on the action of user. This study investigate the possibility of notation by arranging the analysis method of the visual space and focusing on the research for the visual perception behaviour of user being applied various space, and the possibility of application as a method of space design.

진주만에서 계절별 해수순환구조의 특성을 해석하기 위해 진주만의 서쪽인 노량수로와 동쪽인 대방수로에서 해수유동을 2005년부터 2008년까지 장기간 관측하였다. 진주만의 해수유동은 주로 노량수로와 대방수로를 통한 해수교환에 의해 지배된다. 동계 노량수로의 표층에서 조류는 광양만에서 동쪽인 진주만으로 유입하는 흐름이 발생하고, 저층에서는 진주만에서 서쪽인 광양만으로 유출하는 흐름이 발생하고 있다. 하계 노량수로의 표층에서 조류는 진주만에서 서쪽인 광양만으로 유출하는 흐름이 발생하고 있다. 즉, 노량수로에서 해수순환은 전형적인 열염분순환 형태를 보여주고 있다. 춘계 동-대방수로의 표층에서 조류는 진주만에서 외해로 유출하는 중력순환류가 발생하고 있다. 그러나, 하계 서-대방수로에서는 전층에 걸쳐 진주만내로 유입하는 흐름 양상을 보여주고 있다. 유속의 크기는 서-대방수로에서 유속이 동-대방수로에서 유속보다 약 50~70 cm/sec 정도 크게 나타났다. 노량수로와 대방수로에서 계절별 해수순환 패턴을 보다 정확하게 해석하기 위해서는 현장관측과 3차원 수치모형실험에 관한 상세한 연구가 추가적으로 수행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

A seasonal circulation patterns in the Chinju Bay (CB) were suggested from the observed data at two channels of the Noryang Channel (NC) and the Daebang Channel (DC) during the period from 2005 to 2008. The water circulation in the CB is mainly controlled through the NC and the DC. In winter, tidal current at the surface layer of the NC flows from the Kwangyang Bay (KB) eastward into the CB, whereas the current at the bottom layer flows from the CB westward into the KB. In summer, tidal current at the surface layer of the NC goes from the CB westward into the KB. The flow system at the NC shows the typical pattern of thermohaline circulation. In spring, tidal current at the surface layer of the eastern part of the DC flows out into southeastern open ocean. However, in summer, the current in the western part of the DC flows into the CB through the DC. Also, the velocity in the western part of DC is 50~70 cm/sec stronger than that in the eastern part. To obtain better understanding on the seasonal circulation pattern in the NC and the DC, additionally the detailed studies on the field measurements and three dimensional numerical modeling are needed.

역사주기론의 시각은 특정의 역사적 시기를 하나의 거시적 분석단위로, 해당 시기 내에서 사회운동의 순환과정을 분석하는 데 초점을 둔다. 이 글은 해방 이후 정부수립에서 1990년대 초까지의 시기를 ‘분단체제’와 ‘국가주의’의 조건이 결합된 ‘분단ㆍ국가주의’의 역사적 국면으로 설정했다. 이 역사국면에서 사회운동은 민족주의와 민주주의의 과제에 겨냥되었고, 그것은 곧 ‘민족민주운동의 역사적 주기’를 형성했다. 민족민주운동은 그 역사주기 내에서 순환적 소주기를 만드는데, 1960년의 4월 혁명은 제1의 순환주기로 제1공화국의 분단ㆍ국가주의가 봉합한 민족적 과제와 민주적 과제를 표출하는 역사적 효과를 가졌다. 4월 혁명의 주기에 나타난 민족민주운동의 프레임에는 반이승만 ‘민주화 프레임’과 ‘통일민족주의 프레임’이 순차적으로 결합되어 있다. 1961년 5월의 군부쿠데타는 4월 혁명이 제기했던 민족주의와 민주주의의 과제를 재봉인했고, 6.3 항쟁은 박정희 정권이 재봉인하고자 했던 민족민주의 과제를 다시 분출시켰다. 이 과정에서 민족민주운동의 프레임은 대일 및 대미 자주외교적 지향의 ‘자주적 민족주의 프레임’과 반박정희 ‘민주화 프레임’이 결합됨으로써, 민족민주운동의 제2의 순환주기를 형성했다. 4월 혁명의 주기와 6.3 항쟁의 주기는 민족민주운동의 역사적 주기 내에서 가장 근접한 시기에 발생한 운동이므로, 4월 혁명의 프레임은 6.3 항쟁의 프레임을 만드는 정치적 기회구조로 작용했다. 4월 혁명은 이념 및 가치, 조직, 행위의 수준에서 6.3 항쟁의 기회구조로 작용했던 것이다.

The historical cycle approach focuses on analyzing circulation process of the social movements that occur during the specific historical period. In this article, the time between establishment of the Korean government in 1948 and the early 1990s is defined as the historical conjuncture of 'Division-Statism'. In this period of time, the division situation of Korea into South and North was combined with a strong statism. The social movements in this historical conjuncture constructed two frames of 'nationalism' and 'democracy,' consequently creating the historical cycle of Minjok-Minju Undong(national democracy movement). The Minjok-Minju Undong made its first sub-cycle, the April Revolution in 1960. The Revolution had a historical significance of raising national and democratic issues that the First Republic tried to block. Anti-Rhee Syngman Regime frame and Reunification-Nationalism frame were successively combined in the April Revolution movement. However, the military coup led by Park Chunghee in 1961 cut off the nationalism and democracy tasks. Again, the 6.3 Democratic Uprising in 1964 readdressed the issues that Park's Regime wanted to reblock. Minjok-Minju Undong had the second sub-cycle in the way that the independent nationalism frame orienting toward autonomous foreign policies and the anti-Park Chunghee Regime frame were combined. Being the nearest to the 6.3 Democratic Uprising within the historical cycle of Minjok-Minju Undong, the April Revolution offered the political opportunity structure to the Uprising frame formation in the dimensions of ideology, value, organization, and action.

농수산물유통 및 가격안정에 관한 법률(농안법)은 농산물도매시장제도를 근간으로 하는 농수산물의 유통구조를 규정하고 있으나, 다양한 유통구조의 반영이 전무하다. 유통구조의 다각화를 요구받는 현 시점에서는 농업협동조합의 경제사업 활성화가 중요한 역할을 한다. 이를 반영하여 다양한 유통구조의 도입이 농안법에 도입되어야 할 것이다. 농산물 수급 안정 및 유통구조 개혁의 논의과정에서 농산물 및 생산자의 산지조직화가 대안으로 떠오르고 있다. 필자도 산지조직화가 대안이 될 수 있다는 점은 동의하나 이것이 곧 기업형 대형 슈퍼마켓과 외국의 대형농업회사들에 대응할 수 있는 근본적 대책이 될 수 있다고는 생각하지 않는다. 그 중심에는 농업인의 자조적 협동단체인 농협이 있어야 한다고 본다. 이를 위해 우선 농협의 신·경 분리가 선행되어 경제사업이 좀 더 조직화·체계화 되어야 한다. 농협은 계약재배, 판매, 유통, 마케팅, 정보제공, 해외시장개척은 물론 농산물 생산의 원가절감을 위한 사업, 가령 농기구대여업 및 첨단 기계를 동원한 비료 및 농약의 공동살포업도 병행하여야 한다. 판매조직에 있어서는 대형 판매처의 운영뿐만 아니라 소비자의 접근성을 고려한 중소규모의 판매처의 설치·운영도 요구된다. 지역농협 및 시군단위 농업회의소에서 수집된 자료와 농협중앙회의 해외시장개척에 관한 자료는 중앙농업회의소에서 집적되어 가공되어야 하며, 이를 토대로 정부정책이 입안되고 조율되는 구조를 갖추어야 한다. 각 농업조직 간의 네트워크가 유기적으로 결합될 때면 농산물 수급조절과 가격안정은 근원적으로 해결될 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 농업회의소의 설치와 농협 경제사업의 분리 및 활성화는 농산물 수급 안정 및 유통구조 개혁에 있어서도 그 중심에 있다 할 것이다.

Consequently the establishment of Agriculture Chamber, the separation of trust enterprise and economic enterprise of the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation and the activation of the economic enterprise stand on the center to the agricultural products supply and stability of price and the circulation structural reform.

디지털 콘텐츠가 나타나면서 시대별 유통 방법이 제안되고 발전돼왔다. 초창기 저용량의 디지털 콘텐츠에서 현재 대용량의 DVD급 화질의 콘텐츠가 유통되고 있다. 아날로그 콘텐츠와는 달리 디지털 콘텐츠가 불법복제 되면 콘텐츠의 저작권자는 더욱 큰 물질적인 손해를 입게 된다. 그래서 DRM(Digital Rights Management)기술이 디지털 콘텐츠에 적용되어 콘텐츠를 보호하게 되었다. 하지만 표준화되지 못한 DRM 기술은 여러개의 전용 클라이언트 프로그램이 필요하게 되었고, 콘텐츠의 유통흐름을 원활하게 못하고 있는 실정이다. 제안된 시스템은 디지털 콘텐츠와 플레이어의 일체화된 구조로서 디지털콘텐츠를 1차 패키징 하고, 플레이어의 Secure Storage에 2차 패키징 하여 콘텐츠와 플레이어가 하나의 파일로 배포되어진다. 2차 패키징 된 결과물은 PackPlayer라 명칭한다. 콘텐츠와 플레이어가 하나의 파일로 배포되어지면 사용자가 쉽게 콘텐츠를 볼 수 있으며, 원활한 콘텐츠의 유통과 다양한 상품서비스를 가능하게 해줄 수 있을 것이다.

이 연구에서는 읽기 기능과 전략의 특징에 대해 살펴보고, 읽기 과정에서 읽기 기능과 전략의 순환적 작용구조의 특징을 논의하였다. 순환적 작용구조는 무의식적, 의식적 순환으로 읽기 기능과 전략이 활용된다는 것을 의미한다. 읽기 기능은 자동적이고 무의식적인 특징이 있고, 읽기 전략은 의식적이고 노력이 필요한 특징이 있다. 읽기 과정에서 읽기 기능과 전략은 끊임없이 순환적 작용구조 방식으로 처리된다. 이러한 순환적 작용구조의 기준은 독자의 응집성 기준과 텍스트 수준 및 맥락의 상호작용 속에서 나타난다. 이러한 순환적 작용구조를 활용한 세 가지 읽기 기능과 전략 교육의 방향을 제시하였다. 첫째, 읽기 능력의 순환적 작용구조에 맞는 읽기 기능과 전략 교육 내용이다. 둘째, 읽기 기능과 전략의 전이 가능성을 높이기 위한 학습 독서교육에서 순환적 작용구조의 활용이다. 셋째, 이러한 과정을 점검 및 조절할 수 있는 메타인지에 대한 교육이다. 읽기 기능과 전략의 순환적 작용구조를 활용한 교육 내용은 사회와 다양한 매체의 변화 속에서 활용할 수 있는 읽기 교육의 전이 가능성을 높일 수 있다.

This paper investigated the feature of reading skills and strategies during reading. The feature of those is the structure of circulation that operated by autonomous or conscious processes. Reading skills are automatic action that result in comprehension with efficiency and Reading strategies are action needed reader’s deliberate control. During reading, the structure of circulation is characterized by interacting text levels with contexts and standards of coherence readers have been. Three methods are suggested for Exploring reading instruction. First, it is the structure of circulation for reading ability that appropriate for reading skills and strategies. Second, that is useful to teach the contents area literacy. Third, that needs the instruction of meta-cognition. Consequently, changing the society and various media, if we instructs the structure of circulation for reading skills and strategies, we will transfer those from reading instruction to another fields.

클러스터링 분야에서는 대규모 계산 및 처리, 저장 등의 작업을 하기 위해 다양한 정책과 효율적인 전략들이 기술적 사상으로써 적용되는 대표적인 분야 중 하나이다. 그 중에서도 대규모 처리(Load)시 처리자원으로의 효율적인 자원 분배(Balancing)를 하는 LoadBalancing에 관한 연구는 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 효율적인 로드밸런싱 기법에는 경제적인 계산 비용이 소요되는 서버풀내의 각 처리 서버들에 대한 연결 정보를 Queue에 넣고 FCFS 스케줄링 알고리즘등을 활용하는 방법들이 널리 쓰이고 있다. 그러나, 이 방법의 경우, 서버풀의 추가 및 삭제와 같은 변동상황 발생시 이를 처리하는데 많은 비용이 소요된다는 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 클러스터링 처리 환경에서 이중 구조 큐 순환을 이용한 서버풀 및 이에 속하는 각각의 처리서버에 대한에 부하 분산 기법을 소개하고자 한다.

Based on the analytic research results, it can be interpreted that Soemon without mental disciplines, who is associated with Samon without behavioral disciplines, drives himself to grave, in the process of too deliberately trying to keep a promise, and after that, Tanji, another character without mental disciplines, is killed by Samon. In the premise, Akinari notes that the novel hints Samon will not die, considering that Changeun, described as a younger brother in the original text, is rendered into a younger sister, in order to make the story briefer. 1876년 개항을 계기로 한국은 세계자본주의체제로 편입됨과 동시에 제국주의 열강의 정치적ㆍ군사적 침략에 직면하였다. 특히 개항장을 거점으로 전개되었던 국내외무역은 전통적인 사회경제구조를 왜곡ㆍ개편시켰을 뿐 아니라 식민지화의 토대를 구축하는 제일차적인 요인으로 작용하였다. 이러한 관점에 입각해서 본고에서는 목포항의 무역구조와 유통권 변동을 살펴보았다. 전라도는 지리상 일본에 근접한데다가 한국 최대의 곡창지대였기 때문에 목포 개항 이전부터 일본상인이 진출해 있었지만, 부산과 인천의 중개를 거쳐야만 했다. 또 일본은 전라도 연안의 풍부한 해산물을 획득하기 위해 일본어선의 전진기지 내지 통어항의 필요성을 절감하고 있었다. 이에 청일전쟁을 계기로 일본은 무역의 주도권을 장악하기 위해 영산강 입구에 위치한 목포를 최적의 개항장으로 선정하였다. 목포항은 개항 전 인천으로 운반되는 공미 외에는 특별히 상품유통이 이뤄지지 않았지만, 개항 후 국내외무역의 중심지로 부상하였다. 먼저 외국무역의 추이는 1898～1903년간의 성장기, 1904～1906년간의 침체기, 그리고 1907～1910년간의 회복기로 구분된다. 대외수출품은 쌀 등 곡물류의 비중이 다른 높고, 일본방적사의 원료인 면화가 급증하였다. 수입품은 면제품이 상대적으로 적은 반면 자본제 소비제품 및 반제품의 비율이 높았다. 이러한 수출입상품의 구성과 외국무역의 출초 현상은 목포항이 일본에 대한 원료 및 식량공급지와 상품시장으로 전락하고 있다는 사실을 보여준다. 개항 후 국내무역은 외국무역을 초과했지만, 1907년을 전후해서 그 현상이 역전되었다. 이출품은 쌀ㆍ목면ㆍ저포가 대부분을 차지했다. 이입품 중에는 국내상품으로 명태가 가장 많았으며, 대일 수출용인 쌀ㆍ우피 외에는 외국상품이 대다수를 점하였다. 특히 면제품은 외국무역의 수입보다 많을 정도로 비중이 높았던 반면 제품 및 반제품의 재이입은 적었다. 한편 목포 개항 이전 전라도는 금강유역의 강경을 경계로 그 이북은 인천항, 그 이남은 부산항의 유통권에 각각 편입되어 있었다. 부산항은 전라도산물이 대외수출액의 과반을 차지할 만큼 이출이 많았고, 외국산 일용품은 대부분 인천항에서 이입되었다. 그러나 개항 후 이출은 인천항, 이입은 부산항이 우위를 차지하였다. 또 목포항과 원산항은 목면과 명태로 대표되는 특산물 교환이 이뤄지고 있었다. 목포항은 군산항에 외국상품과 명태ㆍ면포를 이출하고 쌀ㆍ우피를 이입했는데, 군산 개항 후 외국산품 이출은 줄어들었다. 또한 목포 개항으로 영산강유역의 유통권도 크게 변동되었다. 목포항은 영산강 내외의 편리한 교통망을 기반으로 영산포까지 수로 양안에 있는 포구는 물론 광주ㆍ나주ㆍ남평 등을 유통권으로 흡수해갔다. 그러나 목포항이 전형적인 일본의 식량 및 원료공급항으로 기능하고 있었듯이, 이러한 유통권의 변동은 곧 일본의 경제적 예속성이 강화ㆍ확대되어 가는 것을 의미하였다.
