According to the rapid evolution of information technology, the salesperson's business efficiency and faster information sharing within the enterprise that need to improve competitiveness has been increasing steadily. In general, many companies has been managed the sales through the ERP system. However, the ERP informations as a result of operating activities can not perform customer maintenance activities from strategic planning. Therefore, a series of sales activities information as corporate intellectual assets is needed strategic business solutions for managing it. In this study, the web-based SFA systems were designed for salesperson. Salespersons improve the efficiency of the business through management and improvement activities of sales information. The systematic customer information management contribute to improving the company's revenue through improved customer service satisfaction.

Purpose The aim of the present study was to delineate and evaluate the feasibility of a web-based error reporting system using the International Classification of Patient Safety (ICPS) in a Korean university hospital. Method Seventy-five staff nurses were encouraged to complete error reports on the website during an 8-week period from December, 2008 to February, 2009. To solve the research question, χ2 test, t test and descriptive statistics were used. Results Of the 75 enrolled participants, 36% (n = 27) completed at least one web-based report during the 8-week period. There were no significant mean differences in demographics and job-related characteristics between the two groups (compliance group vs. non-compliance group). Error reports were distinguished between those observed that involved others (77%) and those that involved themselves (23%). The majority of incident types involved medications (60.9%), in particular their administration (77.6% of the medication errors). About 90% of events caused “no harm and no change in monitoring” or “no harm, but monitoring initiated or increased”. About 45% percent of errors increased in required resource allocation for patients (13.1/10,000 patient-days) and 33.9% of errors augmented to a “formal complaint” (9.8/10,000 patient-days). Conclusion The web-based error reporting system using ICPS proved to be an easy, feasible system for hospitals in Korea. This system will be helpful for inducing general agreement upon errors within clinical nursing practice and bring more attention to any errors made or near misses. Also, it will be able to ameliorate the punitive culture for errors and transform error reporting into a habit for healthcare providers.

This paper presents the design and implementation of a web-based system for real-time monitoring of underground pipeline conditions. The system utilizes sensor data from smart pipes, which are embedded with optical, potential, and ultrasonic sensors to detect anomalies in the pipeline infrastructure. By integrating sensor data with geographical mapping, the system provides comprehensive insights into the condition of underground pipelines, enabling effective maintenance and preventive actions. Key features include data visualization in the form of charts and a map-based interface that highlights the location of sensor-equipped pipelines.

본 연구에서는 독서 준비성 요인을 이론적으로 고찰하고, 여타의 전문가 집단 또는 상업적 벤더에 의해 개발운영되고 있는 웹 기반 독서 준비성 측정 시스템을 살펴보았다. 그런 다음 이를 토대로 토털 개념의 웹 기반 독서 준비성 측정 시스템을 제안하였다. 이 같은 연구는 독서 준비성 측정 시스템을 운영하고 있는 도서관에는 이를 재점검하는 기회를 갖게 하고, 도입하지 않은 도서관에는 그 방향을 설정하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

In this study, the factors of reading readiness were investigated theoretically and the web-based measurement systems for reading readiness that were developed and operated by the experts or the commercial vendors were examined. On the basis of the results examined, the web-based comprehensive measurement system for reading readiness was proposed. It's expected that this study will give libraries with such systems a chance to evaluate their systems and will do much for libraries' ability to plan their desired system.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a useful system to both patients and doctors that enabled the report of the blood pressure of hypertensive patients to the doctor using short message service (SMS). Method: The subjects of this study were 11 patients diagnosed of hypertension at C university hospital in Seoul. We measured the effects of the management system based on their blood pressure, compliance with medical instructions, subjective physical symptoms and patients’ satisfaction with the program after one month’s and two months’ application of the system. Result: The system was effective in lowering the systolic blood pressure, but not significantly effective for diastolic blood pressure, compliance to medical instructions or subjective physical symptoms. Patients’ satisfaction after participation in the program was 3~4 out of 5 points, suggested that the subjects were generally satisfied with the program. In addition, conformity to the program was as high as 81.7%. Conclusion: Based on the results above, we confirmed that the hypertensive patient management system was effective for managing blood pressure, and suggest subsequent research on the economic aspect of the system.

최근 컴퓨터를 이용한 웹 환경에서 독자의 독서활동과 이력을 누적해서 관리하는 독서인증시스템과 종합적인 독서교육이 가능한 독서교육지원시스템이 개발되어 일선 학교에 적용되고 있다. 독서교육지원시스템의 독서기록은 독자에게 독서생활의 향상, 독해의 심화, 사고력 신장 그리고 자기통찰과 인격형성에 기여할 수 있으며, 지도자에게는 독자의 독서량, 독서영역, 독서수준, 독해의 깊이 등의 독서실태를 파악하여 체계적인 독서교육을 위한 기초자료를 제공해 줄 수 있다. 독서교육지원시스템은 개개인의 독서이력을 누적해서 기록할 수 있고, 시간적, 공간적 제약을 받지 않는 특징이 있으며, 아동과 학생의 독서교육을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있다. 독서교육지원시스템의 메뉴는 독서수준 검사, 독서자료, 독후활동, 독서인증, 독서이력 관리, 교사의 지도 등으로 구성할 수 있다.

Recently a reading education system has been developed to manage the accumulated reading activities and past records of individuals under the web environment using computers. And the reading education system, where we can have comprehensive reading education, has been developed and been applied to schools. The reading records in the reading education system can contribute to the improvement of reading activities and reading comprehension, the extension of thinking ability, and the cultivation of insight and character of the readers. The system will provide basic data for reading education for the teachers. The reading education system will accumulate the reading records of individuals. This system is not restricted by time and space. Also the system can support the reading education of children and students effectively. The menu of the reading education system is composed of a test of reading level, reading materials, activities after reading, reading certification, reading record management and instruction of teachers.

웹 기반 토론 학습은 학습자들을 능동적이고 적극적으로 학습에 참여시킬 수 있으며, 학습자 중심의 활발한 상호작용과 학습 환경을 제공한다. 그러나 기존의 웹 기반 토론 학습을 살펴보면 게시판이나 자료실을 이용한 의사 교환 기능 위주의 학습 환경 조성과 토론 학습의 실태 조사 및 활성화 방안 중심의 연구가 많고, 동적인 토론 과정을 체계적으로 지원하는 시스템은 적은 편이다. 그리고 다양한 웹 기반수업에서 토론은 부분적으로 혹은 전면적으로 학습자의 활동으로 등장하기는 하지만, 특정한 토론 수업모형은 개발되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 대인간 상호작용을 활성화시키고, 토론 수업 모형의 단계와 구성 요소를 구체화한 체계적인 웹 기반 토론 학습 시스템을 개발할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 동적인 토론 학습 활동이 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하고, 토론의 단계를 구체적으로 제시한 Hill의 일반적인 토론 학습 모형을 적용하여 체계적인 웹 기반 토론 학습 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

The web-based discussion allows learners to participate in the learning actively and positively, and it can provide learners with the learner-oriented active interaction and learning environment. However, the web-based discussion produced communication-oriented learning environment using bulletin board and data directory and researched mainly the state and activation of the discussion, and had less system supporting dynamic discussion process. Even if the discussion made appearance partially and totally as learners' activities at a variety of web-based teaching, specific discussion-based teaching model was not developed. Therefore, a systematic web-based discussion system needs to be developed to activate human interaction and to give shape to the stages and elements of the discussion model. The paper supports dynamic discussion activities and applies Hill's common discussion model describing detailed discussion stages to develop systematic web-based discussion system.

To keep enterprise's competitiveness on condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously in not only production and maintenance but also related industrial safety. As we analyze in the surveys for the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of Industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for prevention of industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, this study studied the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique by using of the knowledge-based system under the internet environment. This web based knowledge-based diagnosis system can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robot, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility on everywhere, everytime. Therefore, when we use this system, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety.

7차 교육 과정은 학교 운영에 학생, 교사, 학부모와 지역 사회의 요구를 적극 수렴하고 이를 반영할 것을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 학교 운영을 효율적으로 하기 위한 웹 설문 시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 웹기반 설문 시스템은 관리자(조사자)와 응답자로 구분하여 설계하고 관리자는 인터넷만 연결되면 설문을 관리하고 결과를 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 문항별로 관련된 자료 데이 터베이스를 제공하여 별도의 프로그램없이 본 시스템 내에서 실시간으로 설문 작성과 통계처리가 되도록 설계하였다. 본 시스템은 학교의 홈페이지에 한 메뉴로 활용하거나 단독 시스템으로 운영이 가능하여 학교 단위의 설문 조사를 쉽고 빠르게 할 수 있도록 해 준다.

The 7th education curriculum requires for the aggressive collection and reflection of demands of students, teachers, parents, and local community, necessary for the school operation. In this regard, this study attempts to design and establish the web questionnaire system for the effective school operation. Web-based Survey system, presented in this study, is designed by being divided into administrator(investigator) and respondents, and administrator can manage questionnaires and identify the results by just connecting Internet. In addition, it is designed to do question drawing and statistics in real time within the system without the separate program, by providing file database related to the questions. This system makes the questionnaire survey of school unit easy and fast by being used as a menu in the homepage of school and operated as a single system.

Recently, growth of internet causes rapid changes in many areas of statistics such as statistical computation and education. Especially, bootstrap is the most interesting statistical methods applying computer resampling simulation. In this study, we try to present how to use a method of bootstrap on the internet. We also develop to user a statistical system which is programed with java applet for user to handle easily.
