21세기에 접어들면서 지적재산권은 정보기술의 발전에 따라 그 범위 역시 확대되고 있으며, 국제경쟁의 전략적 수단으로써 그 가치와 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 지적재산권의 중요성이 증가함에 따라 지적재산권을 둘러싼 분쟁이 국․내외적으로 증가하고 있으며, 지적재산권을 보유하거나 이용하는 기업들은 이에 따른 위험관리 대책이 필요하게 되었다. 이러한 지적재산권의 중요성 때문에 기업들은 다양한 형태의 대책을 마련하고 있다. 그러나 뚜렷한 대책이 없다는데 있다. 따라서 국가지원 정책적 측면인 수출보험 제도로서 지적재산권 침해의 위험을 감소시키는 방안을 마련해 볼 필요가 있다. 결국 기업이나 국가발전에 중요한 요소로 평가되고 있는 지적재산권에 관한 수출보험 운용 종목을 개발하여 많은 지원과 제도적 정비를 하여야 하며, 지적재산권 보험으로 발전할 수 있도록 제도적 정비를 하여 지적재산권 침해에 따른 기업의 손해를 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라 국제 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있는 제도가 될 것이다.

Today intellectual property rights are emerging as one of the most valuable commodities in the global market. It is able to protect the patents, copyright, trademarks, trade confidential information and technical knowledge of a company from being violent. Herein, under the current international trade system many countries also have wide discretion in regulating the unethical trade practices due to infringement of the intellectual property rights by applying their own domestic laws. The object of this paper is mainly to investigate the export credit insurance application for the intellectual property rights damage in international trade. Furthermore this paper purposely reviews on the protection measure of application of intellectual property right in export credit insurance. In conclusion, this paper will help to introduce and utilize the application of intellectual property right which will eventually compensates the losses arising from the export transactions that unable to cover by the general export insurance systems.

본 연구는 직업 교육에서의 지식의 본질을 규명하고 의미있는 지식을 찾는 것이 목적이 다. 직업교육에서 현재, 관계, 단기 그리고 실천적 지식이 강조되고 있다. 이는 일반교육학 에서 강조되고 있는 역사적이며 변화하지 않고 장기적이며 이론적인 지식과는 다른 면이 크다. 이러한 차원에서 본 연구는 일터현장에서 행동과 성찰을 강조하는 지식이라는 의미 로 proxiological knowledge를 제시했다. proxiological knowledge의 기본 원리는 학습은 행동 을 통해서 발생하며, 이러한 행동은 성찰이 기반되어야 한다. 또한 proxiological knowledge 는 개인의 행위 뿐만 아니라 지식과 스킬의 습득 과정에서 유연함을 지녀야 한다.

This study aimed to identify the nature of knowledge and explore the useful knowledge in vocational education. Since vocational education places emphasis on the present, relative, short-term and practical knowledge unlike general education which emphasizes more on the historical, unchangeable, long-term and theoretical knowledge, knowledge in vocational education is therefore understood as present, practical and technological knowledge. This study suggests proxiological knowledge. The simple principle of proxiological knowledge is learning by doing with thinking, and it emphasizes individuals’ active action, as well as their flexibility in acquiring knowledge and skills.

In today’s convergence era, the knowledge integration capability of knowledge workers is crucial for developing new products or services. This study investigates the impacts of social and technical factors on employee’s knowledge integration capability and knowledge creation. The results of structural equation modeling indicate that employee’s knowledge integration has strong relationship with their knowledge creation. The results also suggest that employee’s thinking ability, knowledge complexity, and expertise are the significant predictors of their knowledge integration. Interestingly, the technical factor, i.e., supportive technologies, was not significant in influencing employee’s knowledge integration.

As new information carrier, multimedia brings significant changes to people's daily work, study and life. In order to promote the development of modern education, multimedia network teaching platform has been widely used to realize the modernization and informationization of education. In this paper, we analyze the how multimedia network teaching platform will influence on physical education teaching. From the results of teaching experiment, students who using network multimedia aided teaching system get more scores than control group, this means that network multimedia aided teaching will help student to master the technical movements. From questionnaire results, the multimedia teaching system improve the students' learning interest, and will cultivate students' ability to discover problems and solve problems. In conclusion, the traditional teaching should be combined with the network multimedia aided teaching, so that to achieve better teaching effect.
