본 연구에서는 오픈소스 소셜네트워크 소프트웨어인 Humhub를 사용하여 온라인 학습 커뮤니티 사이트를 구 축하고, 온라인 사이트에서 그룹을 만들어 그룹내에서 질의 응답을 통한 지식의 사회적 구성이 가능하도록 하였 다. 학습 커뮤니티 사이트에 질의 응답에 대한 학습 자료들이 축적되게 함으로써 학습자들이 언제든지 찾아서 학습할 수 있고, 자기 주도적인 학습 공동체를 만들어 지식을 소비하는 것 뿐만 아니라 지식을 재구성 할 수 있 는 기회를 제공하였다. 또한 수식 입력이 가능하도록 수식 입력 기능을 개발하여 학습자들이 온라인으로 수식을 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 온라인 학습 커뮤니티 사이트는 탐구 기반 정보 교육에 활용될 수 있다.
In this study, we have developed an online learning community site using Humhub social network software and promote social constructive learning through the questions and answers in subject specific learning groups. By accumulating learning contents which consist of questions and answers about specific topics, learners can acquire knowledge by searching relevant topics and questions and can create and reconstruct knowledge as well as consuming knowledge by participating in self-regulated learning community. We have developed a mathematical editor feature which enables users to enter mathematical expression such as equations and greek characters. Online learning community sites can be used for inquiry based information education.
3차원 좌표 측정기의 Software에 의한 Volumetric 오차 교정

A volumetric error compensation method was stueide with measuring systematic error of a Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM). The volumetric error equations were proposed for a Moving Bridge type CMM. Using the error equations, error vectors in the measuring volume were corrected by a software method. The CMM was controlled by the compensation program separately in the measuring and moving function of the CMM proving. The linear accuracy of the CMM was measured by the Laser Interferometer and compared with the data before the volumetric error compensation. This method was proved as low cost and effective to reduce the systematic error of the CMM, as no hardware modification is required.

최근 APR1400 노형과 같이 원자력발전소의 디지털 기술 적용에 따라 "이블 PLC"같은 원자력시설 대상의 공급망 공격이 증가하는 추세이다. 원자력 공급망 보안에 있어 산업 특성상 수많은 공급업체가 존재하기에 이를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 자원 관리 시스템이 필요하다. 하지만, 제어시스템 특성상 소프트웨어 자산의 긴 생명 주기로 인해 속성 정보가 일관되지 않게 관리된다는 문제점이 존재한다. 또한, 운영 환경의 가용성 문제로 인해 형상 관리 자동화 도입이 미흡한 상태에서 입력 오류와 같은 한계점이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 SBOM(Software Bill Of Materials)을 적용한 체계적인 자산 관리 방안 및 자연어처리 기법을 적용한 입력 오류에 관한 개선 방안을 제안한다.
Recently, supply chain attacks against nuclear facilities such as "Evil PLC" are increasing due to the application of digital technology in nuclear power plants such as the APR1400 reactor. Nuclear supply chain security requires a asset management system that can systematically manage a large number of providers due to the nature of the industry. However, due to the nature of the control system, there is a problem of inconsistent management of attribute information due to the long lifecycle of software assets. In addition, due to the availability of the operational technology, the introduction of automated configuration management is insufficient, and limitations such as input errors exist. This study proposes a systematic asset management system using SBOM(Software Bill Of Materials) and an improvement for input errors using natural language processing techniques.

The digital terrain model (DTM) or digital elevation model (DEM) is commonly used in representing the continuous variation of relief over space. One of the most frequent applications is to display the three dimensional view of the landform concerned. In this paper, the altitude matrices-regular grid cell format of the elevation in Mt. Kyeryong National Park were used in developing the three dimensional view software for the first time in Korea. It required the removal of hidden lines or surfaces. To do this, it was necessary to identify those surfaces and line segments that are visible and those that are invisible. Then, only the visible portions of the landform were displayed. The assumption that line segments are used to approximate contour surfaces by polygons was used in developing the three dimensional orthographic view. In order to remove hidden lines, the visibility test and masking algorithms were used. The software was developed in the engineering workstation, SUN 3/280 at the Institute of Space Science and Astronomy using 'C' in UNIX operating system. The software developed in this paper can be used in various fields. Some of them are as follows : (1) Landscape design and planning for identifying viewshed area(line of sight maps) (2) For planning the route selection and the facility location (3) Flight simulation for pilot training (4) Other landscape planning or civil engineering purposes

본 논문은 매우 방대하고 복잡한 실시간 소프트웨어를 이해하기 위한 하나의 방법론과 도구의 개발 연구에 대하여 보고한다. 대부분 본 논문의 저자에 의하여 개발된 이 방법론과 도구는 ARSU(Architecture-based Real-time Software Understanding)과 SRE(Software Re/reverse-engineering Environment)이다. 재공학과정중에 실시간 소프트웨어의 이해한다는 것은 방대한 규모와 복잡성 때문에 일반적으로 매우 어려운 일이다. 그러나 이러한 어려움을 극복하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 architecture에 근거하여 구조적 ${\cdot}$ 기능적 ${\cdot}$ 행위적 측면에서 3차원적인 이해를 가능하게 한다. 이 방법을 통하여 실시간 소프트웨어를 점진적이며 체계적으로 재${\cdot}$역공학할 수 있게 한다. 첫째, 구조적인 관점은 부모-자식간의 관계에 기초한 상하 층충적으로 이루어진 소프트웨어의 전체적 구조, 그리고 명세와 알고리즘 뷰들을 통하여 관측할 수 있다. 여기에서 구조를 구성하는 기본단위는 SWU(Software Unit)이며 이 SWU는 특정 기준에 준하여 추출된다. 이 구조는 상하 또는 그 역방향으로 소프트웨어를 항해(navigation) 할 수 있게 한다. 이는 소프트웨어에 대한 개요와 상세에 관한 정보를 분리하여 상호간에 연관성이 있게 보여준다. 구조의 어떤 단계, 즉 어떤 추상화 단계에서라도 소프트웨어에 대한 기능적 ${\cdot}$ 행위적 대한 정보를 얻을 수 있게 한다. 둘째, 기능적 뷰는 자료와 제어의 흐름, 입력과 출력, 정의와 사용, 변수와 참조 등을 보여준다. 이 뷰의 각 사항들은 소프트웨어에 대한 특정 기능 정보를 제공하여 준다. 셋째, 행위적 뷰는 상태도, IEL(interleaved event list) 등을 들 수 있다. 이 뷰는 소프트웨어에 대한 실행시 동적 성질을 보여준다. 이 뷰들 외에도 각 측면과 뷰들을 위한 기능, 접속, 주석, 코드 등의 다수의 서류들이 제공된다. 본 연구의 가장 큰 장점은 구조를 항해하면서 여러 차원의 정보를 추상화하거나 세부적으로 확장할 수 있는 기능이다. 이러한 기능들은 이러한 실시간 소프트웨어를 이해 할 수 있는 토대를 마련해 준다. 그리고 이러한 장점은 재사용 가능한 요소를 체계적으로 식별하거나 검증할 수 있게 한다.
This paper reports a research to develop a methodology and a tool for understanding of very large and complex real-time software. The methodology and the tool mostly developed by the author are called the Architecture-based Real-time Software Understanding (ARSU) and the Software Re/reverse-engineering Environment (SRE) respectively. Due to size and complexity, it is commonly very hard to understand the software during reengineering process. However the research facilitates scalable re/reverse-engineering of such real-time software based on the architecture of the software in three-dimensional perspectives: structural, functional, and behavioral views. Firstly, the structural view reveals the overall architecture, specification (outline), and the algorithm (detail) views of the software, based on hierarchically organized parent-chi1d relationship. The basic building block of the architecture is a software Unit (SWU), generated by user-defined criteria. The architecture facilitates navigation of the software in top-down or bottom-up way. It captures the specification and algorithm views at different levels of abstraction. It also shows the functional and the behavioral information at these levels. Secondly, the functional view includes graphs of data/control flow, input/output, definition/use, variable/reference, etc. Each feature of the view contains different kind of functionality of the software. Thirdly, the behavioral view includes state diagrams, interleaved event lists, etc. This view shows the dynamic properties or the software at runtime. Beside these views, there are a number of other documents: capabilities, interfaces, comments, code, etc. One of the most powerful characteristics of this approach is the capability of abstracting and exploding these dimensional information in the architecture through navigation. These capabilities establish the foundation for scalable and modular understanding of the software. This approach allows engineers to extract reusable components from the software during reengineering process.

Runtime Software Monitoring Based on Binary Code Translation for Real-Time Software

Real-time embedded systems have become pervasive in general industry. They also began to be applied in such domains as avionics, automotive, aerospace, healthcare, and industrial Internet. However, the system failure of such domains could result in catastrophic consequences. Runtime software testing is required in such domains that demands very high accuracy. Traditional runtime software testing based on handwork is very inefficient and time consuming. Hence, test automation methodologies in runtime is demanding. In this paper, we introduce a software testing system that translates a real-time software into a monitorable real-time software. The monitorable real-time software means the software provides the monitoring information in runtime. The monitoring target are time constraints of the input real-time software. We anticipate that our system lessens the burden of runtime software testing.

본 연구는 SW-SC 기법을 사용한 X선 검사 시 BSR이 영상 화질에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 인체 팬텀을 사용하여 SID, X선 노출조건, 조사야 크기, 피사체의 두께, 후방 차폐체 유무를 조합한 48가지 기하학적 조건에서 요추 측면 영상을 획득하였다. 영상 분석을 위해 CIF, SSIM Index, 정성적 평가를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 긴 SID, 낮은 노출조건, 넓은 조사야, 두꺼운 피사체, 후방 차폐체가 없는 조건에서 BSR로 인한 영상 화질 저하가 발생하였으며, 특히 피사체의 두께는 BSR 발생과 가장 밀접한 관련이 있었다. 결론적으로, SW-SC 기법을 이용한 X선 검사 시 체격이 큰 환자에게는 후방 차폐체를 사용하는 것이 영상의 화질 저하를 최소화하는 효과적인 방법일 것이다.
This study investigated the effect of BSR on image quality in radiography using SW-SC technique. A human phantom was used to acquire lateral lumbar images under 48 different geometric conditions by varying SID, X-ray exposure condition, collimation size, phantom thickness and rear shielding. Image quality was evaluated using the CIF, SSIM Index and qualitative assessment. The results demonstrated that image degradation due to BSR was prominent under conditions of long SID, low exposure, wide collimation, thick phantoms and the absence of rear shielding. Among these variables, phantom thickness demonstrated the strongest association with BSR-induced image degradation. In conclusion, when applying SW-SC techniques in clinical radiography, the use of rear shielding is particularly recommended for patients with larger body habitus to effectively minimize BSR-related degradation of image quality.

As the competition between countries has become higher and the notion of software quality has been widely spread. it has been necessary to develop technologies that can ensure and produce high quality software. With the advent of information-oriented society. quality control has to transfer to the quality control activities focused on software system instead of those activities focused on hardware system. If so, how do we get to handle the quality control on the basis of the new approach. Also, as software applications have grown. so too has the importance of software quality. In order to manage software quality, the technology to specify and evaluate both the software product quality and development process quality objectively quantitatively is most important. To produce products of good quality, we need a more progressive quality control system according to the need of software development life cycle. In other words, we do software right the first time or build quality in the process. On the basis intermediate and final time or build quality in the process. On the basis of data achieved, we can evaluate the products according to the consequences of the data, What are the problems to contrive the software quality control system?, we con promote the quality of products. To achieved that goal, we con provide a suitable the technique and method of software quality control.

조직으로부터 인가받지 않고 내부로 반입한 비인가SW가 조직의 네트워크 보안에서 위협으로 대두되고 있는 상황에서 SDN(Software-Defined Network) 기반의 네트워크 환경이 구축된 조직에서는 별도의 보안장비를 설치하지 않고도 조직의 특성을 고려한 보안 어플리케이션 개발을 통해 네트워크보안을 강화할 수 있다. 기존 SDN 환경의 보안기술은 방화벽, 침입탐지시스템 등 외부 네트워크로부터 내부 네트워크를 보호하는 연구가 이루어져 왔으나 내부자 위협에 대해서는 부족하였다. 따라서 이러한 SDN 환경에서 조직 내부 위협 중 하나인 비인가SW로 부터 내부 네트워크를 보호할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.
In a situation where an unauthorized SW brought into the organization without being authorized is emerging as a threat to the network security, the security of the network based on the SDN(Software-Defined Network) can be strengthened through the development of the security application considering the organization's characteristics. Security technology of existing SDN environment has been studied to protect internal network from external networks such as firewalls and Intrusion Detection Systems, but the research for resolving insider threat was insufficient. Therefore, We propose a system that protects the internal network from unauthorized SW, which is one of the insider threats in the SDN environment.
Software-defined networking model for smart transformers with ISO/IEC/IEEE 21451 sensors

The advanced IEC 61850 smart transformer has shown an improved performance in monitoring, controlling, and protecting the equipment in smart substations. However, heterogeneity, feasibility, and network control problems have limited the smart transformer’s performance in networks. To address these issues, a software-defined networking model was proposed using ISO/IEC/IEEE 21451 networks. An IEC-61850-based network controller was designed as a new kind of intelligent electrical device (IED). The proposed data and information models enhanced the network awareness ability and facilitated the access of smart sensors in transformer to communication networks. The performance evaluation results showed an improved efficiency.

Band-pass signals are used everywhere in radio communications. The band-pass property makes the substitution of each RF/microwave/ optical analog signal processing possible with a low-frequency digital one in Software Defined Electronics (SDE). In SDE, the high frequency band-pass signals are transformed into the BaseBand (BB) by a universal HW device and every application is implemented in BB, entirely in software. SDE concept uses (i) the lowest sampling rate attainable theoretically and (ii) the same universal HW device in every application. The huge level of flexibility offered by the SW implementation is essential in many applications from cognitive radio to adaptive reconfigurable systems. This tutorial, written for interested readers who have no solid background in software defined radio, virtual instrumentation and SoC technology, surveys the SDE theory, uses a step-by-step approach for the derivation of BB equivalents and demonstrates the application of SDE concept in scientific research, prototyping and education.
Software for Simulating Open-pit Truck/Shovel Haulage Systems using Google Earth and GPSS/H

This study presents new software, named Google Earth-based MIning SIMulation System(GEMISIMS), to simulate a truck/shovel haulage system in open-pit mines. System architecture using Google Earth, Keyhole Markup Language (KML), a modified least-cost path algorithm and the GPSS/H simulation language was suggested and used for the implementation of GEMISIMS. GEMISIMS allows users: (1) to determine optimal haulage routes of trucks between shovels and dumps(or ore stockpiles), (2) to optimize the number of trucks which will be allocated to each route and (3) to animate the movements of trucks using the 3D render window of Google Earth. This paper reports the concept and details of the software development and its application to an open-pit coal mine in Indonesia which revealed that GEMISIMS can support the better understanding of an open-pit truck/shovel haulage system.

SaaS (Software as a Service) provides software in the form of service via internet rather than software package. Thus a large number of users could use the service of new type of software service as long as they connect to internet. SaaS, as a delivery model attracted in the software industry, grows with impelling force. SaaS has been adopted as an information spreading strategy of small and medium corporate so that its effect has been recognized in both academic and practical areas. However, there are not much researches about it because SaaS is still in the introductory stage. This study focused on the success model of SaaS to find out the factors that affect usability and the satisfaction of users. The sample is based on the on-line survey for the 549 government officials who are using SaaS. At last, the number of the employed answers are 157 after unqualified ones are removed. The result shows that Security, Service quality, Price and System Integration significantly affect the usefulness and the satisfactions of users.
Crowdsourcing Software Development: Task Assignment Using PDDL Artificial Intelligence Planning

The crowdsourcing software development (CSD) is growing rapidly in the open call format in a competitive environment. In CSD, tasks are posted on a web-based CSD platform for CSD workers to compete for the task and win rewards. Task searching and assigning are very important aspects of the CSD environment because tasks posted on different platforms are in hundreds. To search and evaluate a thousand submissions on the platform are very difficult and time-consuming process for both the developer and platform. However, there are many other problems that are affecting CSD quality and reliability of CSD workers to assign the task which include the required knowledge, large participation, time complexity and incentive motivations. In order to attract the right person for the right task, the execution of action plans will help the CSD platform as well the CSD worker for the best matching with their tasks. This study formalized the task assignment method by utilizing different situations in a CSD competition-based environment in artificial intelligence (AI) planning. The results from this study suggested that assigning the task has many challenges whenever there are undefined conditions, especially in a competitive environment. Our main focus is to evaluate the AI automated planning to provide the best possible solution to matching the CSD worker with their personality type.

Hardware-Software co-simulation of a multiple image encryption technique shall be described in this paper. Our proposed multiple image encryption technique is based on the Latin Square Image Cipher (LSIC). First, a carrier image that is based on the Latin Square is generated by using 256-bits of length key. The XOR operation is applied between an input image and the Latin Square Image to generate an encrypted image. Then, the XOR operation is applied between the encrypted image and the second input image to encrypt the second image. This process is continues until the nth input image is encrypted. We achieved hardware co-simulation of the proposed multiple image encryption technique by using the Xilinx System Generator (XSG). This encryption technique is modeled using Simulink and XSG Block set and synthesized onto Virtex 2 pro FPGA device. We validated our proposed technique by using the hardware software co-simulation method.
Agile Software Development Framework in a Small Project Environment

Agile methods are highly attractive for small projects, but no agile method works well as a standalone system. Therefore, some adaption or customization is always required. In this paper, the Agile Framework for Small Projects (AFSP) was applied to four industry cases. The AFSP provides a structured way for software organizations to adopt agile practices and evaluate the results. The framework includes an extended Scrum process and agile practices, which are based on agility and critical success factors in agile software projects that are selected from Scrum, XP, FDD, DSDM and Crystal Clear. AFSP also helps software managers and developers effectively use agile engineering techniques throughout the software development lifecycle. The case study projects were evaluated on the basis of risk-based agility factors, the agility of the adopted practices, agile adoption levels, and the degree of the agile project success. The analysis of the results showed that the framework used in the aforementioned cases was effective.
Optimal Software Release Using Time and Cost Benefits via Fuzzy Multi-Criteria and Fault Tolerance

As we know every software development process is pretty large and consists of different modules. This raises the idea of prioritizing different software modules so that important modules can be tested by preference. In the software testing process, it is not possible to test each and every module regressively, which is due to time and cost constraints. To deal with these constraints, this paper proposes an approach that is based on the fuzzy multi-criteria approach for prioritizing several software modules and calculates optimal time and cost for software testing by using fuzzy logic and the fault tolerance approach.

Software measurement is a key factor in managing, controlling, and improving the software development processes. Software quality is one of the most important factors for assessing the global competitive position of any software company. Thus the quantification of quality parameters and integrating them into quality models is very essential. Software quality criteria are not very easily measured and quantified. Many attempts have been made to exactly quantify the software quality parameters using various models such as ISO/IEC 9126 Quality Model, Boehm's Model, McCall's model, etc. In this paper an attempt has been made to provide a tool for precisely quantifying software quality factors with the help of quality factors stated in ISO/IEC 9126 model. Due to the unpredictable nature of the software quality attributes, the fuzzy multi criteria approach has been used to evolve the quality of the software.
