Matrix metallopeptidases (MMP) contribute to spatial and temporal matrix remodeling in the bovine endometrium. To test the this study that MMP expression in bovine Endometrial Epithelial Cells (bEECs) is regulated by implantation and embryo development in in vivo. Uterine bEECs impacts in structure and function in preparation for blastocyst implantation. We investigated the analysis of pre-implantation embryo development and quality on day 7 of gestation on the mRNA expression of MMPs and TIMPs in bEECs. bEECs and embryos were recovered 7 days after the first insemination by flushing the uterus with bEECs and Embryo Collection Medium. Next, we divided the bEECs sample into four groups: good (n=4), poor (n=5), low (n=3) and bad (n=2) samples and compared the group differences in MMP-2, and TIMP-2, TIMP-3 and their correlations within each group. The good group of samples: a total of 111 embryos were collected at the zona (n=5), non-fertilization (n=13), 2-cell (n=1), morula (n=7), compact morula (74) and early blastocyst (n=11). The poor group of samples: a total of 84 embryos were collected at the zona (n=3), non-fertilization (n=47), 4-cell (n=2), 8-cell (n=6), 16-cell (n=3), morula (n=2), compact morula (20) and early blastocyst (n=1). This low group of samples: a total of 10 embryos were collected at the zona (n=1), non-fertilization (n=1), 4-cell (n=2), 8-cell (n=1), 16-cell (n=2) and compact morula (n=3). The embryos collected not occur at bad group samples. To showed the average number of bEECs for the four groups, 5.6×10⁴ in the good group, 4.2×10⁴ in the poor group, 1×105 in the low group, and 8.0×10⁴ in the bad group of bEECs. The research was to examine MMP-2, TIMP-2, and TIMP-3 expression in the bovine EECs throughout gestation. The results imply that TIMP-2 is involved in very early local maternal recognition of pregnancy. In collected samples, the number of bEECs different behaviors of MMP-2, TIMP-2 and TIMP-3. Interestingly, active MMP2 in the endometrium may determine the allocation of growth factors supporting conceptus development. The presence of a day 7 conceptus in vivo and good samples mostly high expression than in another group samples endometrial TIMP2 mRNA expression. MMP are likely to participate in remodeling processes preparing a receptive endometrium for a timely and precise regulation of embryo development. These results suggest the bEECs regulates MMPs in the endometrium under progesterone-rich conditions and may thereby modulate bovine endometrial cell functions during gestation.

Identification of specific marker proteins in cells is useful for isolating cells and determining their cellular characteristics and functions. Based on our previous study showing that matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP-9) can be used as a marker for porcine spermatogonia, the expression pattern of MMP-9 was determined in both pre- (5-month old) and post-pubertal (11–month old) bovine testes. Histological analysis revealed that spermatogonia were located near the basement membrane in both testes, while spermatozoa were not detected in the 5-month old pre-pubertal bovine testes and epididymides. Mature spermatozoa were observed in the 11-month bovine testes and epididymides, and MMP-9 expression in 11-month old bovine testes was lower than 5-month old testes, according to reverse transcription-PCR and real-time-PCR data. To determine the specific expression sites of MMP-9 in the bovine testes, immunohistochemistry was performed. Expression of MMP-9 was observed in cells near the basement membrane of seminiferous tubules in both 5- and 11-month old testes. Furthermore, MMP-9 positive cells expressed protein gene product 9.5 (PGP9.5) and deleted in azoospermia (DAZL) that are already known as bovine spermatogonial stem cells markers. In the present study, MMP-9 expression was identified in both pre- and post-pubertal bovine spermatogonia expressing PGP9.5 and DAZL, and located near the basement membrane of seminiferous tubules. Thus, MMP-9 can be used as a marker for bovine spermatogonia, and may provide useful platforms for understanding the interaction between germ cells and extracellular matrix during spermatogenesis in the seminiferous tubules.

경범죄 대응을 위한 패턴 분석 연구 : Policing Matrix를 중심으로 KCI 등재

경범죄는 공공질서를 유지하고 지역사회의 안정성을 확보하는 데 중요한 역할을 하지만 기존연구는주로질적접근에집중되어 있어실증적데이터분석이부족하였다. 이에 본 연구는 대전경찰청 경범죄 단속자료를 이용해 BCG Matrix를 응용한 ‘Policing Matrix’로 범죄 발생 패턴을 분석하였고, 분석결과 자치구별 경범죄 유형의 분포 및 증가율에 일정한 차이가 존재함을 확인하였다. 이 분석결과를 바탕으로 Policing Matrix를 치안전략 도구로 활용한 지역특화 대응전략 구상과 법령의 실효성 제고를 제안한다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 경범죄 연구 분야에서 드물었던 양적 연구 방법을 활용하여 실증적 데이터를 기반으로 정량 분석과 Policing Matrix라는 전략적 시각화 도구를 접목하고자 하였으며 이를 통해 향후 실효성 있는 경범죄 예방 및 대응 정책의 초석이 되기를 기대한다.

Minor offenses play a crucial role in maintaining public order and ensuring the stability of local communities. However, existing research has primarily focused on qualitative approaches, resulting in a lack of empirical data analysis. To address this gap, this study analyzes minor offense enforcement data from the Daejeon Metropolitan Police Agency using the "Policing Matrix," an analytical model adapted from the BCG Matrix. The results reveal notable variations in the distribution and growth rates of offense types across administrative districts. Based on these findings, the study proposes the use of the Policing Matrix as a strategic policing tool to design region-specific enforcement strategies and to enhance the practical effectiveness of related legislation. In conclusion, this research contributes to the underexplored field of quantitative studies on minor offenses by combining empirical data analysis with a strategic visualization framework, and it aims to lay the groundwork for more effective and responsive policies in the prevention and control of minor offenses.

A Kernel-based Matrixzed One-Class Support Vector Machine

One-class support vector machine (OCSVM) is an important and efficient classifier used when only one class of data is available while others are too expensive or difficult to collect. It uses vector as input data, and trains a linear or nonlinear decision function in vector space. However, the traditional vector-based classifiers may fail when input is matrix. Therefore, it makes sense to study matrixzed classifiers which can make use of the structural information presented in the data. In this paper we propose a matrix-based one-class classification algorithm named Kernel-based Matrixzed One-class Support Vector Machine (KMatOCSVM). It aims to convert the OCSVM to suit for matrix representation data and to deal with nonlinear one-class classification problems. The efficiency and validity of the proposed method is illustrated by four real-world matrix-based human face datasets.

대학 정규 창업강좌 참여학생의 창업인식과 창업의도 매트릭스기반 수준별 변화 패턴연구 KCI 등재

정부의 창업촉진 정책에 부응하여 대학은 창업교과를 학부과정에 개설하여 운영하고 있다. 대학 의 정규과정으로 창업교육이 학생들의 창업에 대한 인식과 창업의도를 실제 촉진하고 있는지에 대한 연구는 많지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구는 대학 내의 정규과정으로 운영되고 있는 창업교과를 대상으로 한 학기동안 학기 초와 학기 말에 창업에 대한 인식과 실제 창업의도에 대해 설문조사 를 실시하고 통계적으로 유의성을 검증하였다. 또한 정규교과에서 어떠한 방법이 창업인식과 창업의도에 영향을 미치는지에 대해서도 분석하였다. 실증분석결과 학기말에 창업인식은 통계적 으로 유의하게 증가하였으나 창업의도의 변화는 통계적으로 유의성이 없었다. 그리고 창업인식 과 창업의도를 바탕으로 그룹을 구분하였을 때 창업인식/창업의도가 낮은 그룹보다 창업인식 또 는 창업의도 중 하나가 높은 그룹의 변화가 큰 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 창업인식과 창업의 도에 영향을 미치는 교육방법으로 특강, 팀 활동, 성찰 순으로 나타났다. 창업의도에 효과가 없 는 결과는 대학의 창업 강좌에 참여하는 학생들의 창업에 대한 관심이 매우 낮은 것이 가장 큰 원인으로 사료되며 일반학생들을 대상으로 한 교육보다는 창업인식 또는 창업의도 수준에 따라 차별화되고 집중적인 교육과정의 개발과 편성전략이 요구됨을 시사한다.

In response to the government's policy to promote start-ups, universities have opened and operated start-up courses in undergraduate programs. There is not much research on whether the regular course of university education actually promotes students' awareness of start-up and intention to start a business. This study conducted a survey of start-up courses operated by regular courses within the university and conducted a survey of their perception of start-up and their actual intention at the beginning and end of the semester and verified their statistically significant significance. It also analyzed how the methods in the regular curriculum affect the recognition of start-ups and intentions of start-ups. As a result of empirical analysis, the recognition of start-ups increased significantly at the end of the semester, but the change in the intention of start-ups was not statistically significant. In addition, when groups were divided based on the recognition of start-up and intention of start-up, one of the groups with higher start-up awareness or intention to start a business was able to see that there was a greater change in the group with higher start-up awareness than the group with lower start-up intention. In addition, special lectures, team activities, and reflection were shown as education methods that affected the recognition of start-ups and intentions of start-ups. The results that do not work on the intention of starting a business are attributed to students' very low interest in starting a business, and suggest that the development and compilation strategies of a differentiated and focused curriculum are required according to the level of start-up awareness or initiative rather than education for ordinary students.

A real $m{\times}n$ matrix A is called an L-matrix if every matrix in its qualitative class has linearly independent rows. Since the number of the sign pattern matrices of the given size is finite, we can list all patterns lexicographically. In [2], a necessary and sufficient condition for a matrix to be an L-matrix was given. We presented an algorithm which decides whether the given matrix is an L-matrix or not. In this paper, we develope an algorithm and C-program which will determine whether a given matrix is an L-matrix or not, or an SNS-matrix or not. In addition, we have extended our algorithm to be able to classify sign-pattern matrices, and to find barely L-matrices from a given matrix and to list all $m{\times}n$ L-matrices.

Generally, the Black Matrix of CRT is formed by the application of photoresist and black material separately. We have developed the simple process for black matrix of CRT. We used the black photoresist, It made it possible that the formation of Black Matrix by application of the light exposure and development only once.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study is to develop a model for predicting agent churn group in the cosmetics industry. We develope two models, pattern model and matrix model, which are compared regarding the prediction accuracy of churn agents. Finally, we try to conclude if there is statistically significant difference between two models by empirical study. Methods: We develop two models using the part of RFM(Recency, Frequency, Monetary) method which is one of customer segmentation method in traditional CRM study. In order to ensure which model can predict churn agents more precisely between two models, we used CRM data of cosmetics company A in China. Results: Pattern model and matrix model have been developed. we find out that there is statistically significant differences between two models regarding the prediction accuracy. Conclusion: Pattern model and matrix model predict churn agents. Although pattern model employed the trend of monetary mount for six months, matrix model that used the amount of sales per month and the duration of the employment is better than pattern model in prediction accuracy.

매트릭스 패턴 영상의 관심 영역 추출 방법 및 하드웨어 구현

본 논문에서는 기존의 터치 센서방법과 초음파나 레이저를 사용하는 방법이 아닌 디스플레이에 프린트된 매트릭스 패턴 영상을 이용하여 위치 정보를 추출하는 시스템의 패턴 영상의 특징점을 찾고 관심 영역의 영상을 추출하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안하는 방법은 패턴 영상의 조도값과 패턴의 특징을 이용하여 촬영된 영상의 회전된 각도와 신뢰성 있는 특징점을 찾고 관심영역을 추출한다. 성공적인 관심 영역 추출을 위해서 다양한 각도에서 판서된 패턴영상을 이용하여 위치 관심영역 추출을 테스트하였고 성공적으로 관심영역을 추출하는 것을 확인하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 OpenCV와 Window 프로그램을 사용하여 소프트웨어적으로 검증하고, 또한, Verilog-HDL을 사용하여 하드웨어 시스템을 설계하고, Xilinx FPGA(xc6vlx760) 보드를 이용하여 검증하였다.

This paper presents the region of interest pattern image extraction method on a display printed matrix pattern. Proposed method can not use conventional method such as laser, ultrasonic waves and touch sensor. It searches feature point and rotation angle using luminance and pattern reliable feature points of input image, and then it extracts region of interest. In order to extract region of interest, we simulate proposed method using pattern image written various angles on display panel. The proposed method makes progress using the OpenCV and the window program, and was designed using Verilog-HDL and was verified through the FPGA Board(xc6vlx760) of Xilinx.

Kurkjian 과 Zelen(1963)에 의해 조화행렬에서 행결합 행렬의 특성에 관계된 성질(Property) A가 제안되었다. 한편으로 Paik(1985)은 조화행렬이 블럭행렬로 분할되고, 분할된 블럭행렬간, 블럭행렬내에서 각각 순환하는 다중순환형식행렬을 갖는 경우를 정의하고, Paik(1985)은 이러한 특성을 갖는 계획을 성질 C라 하였다. 본 논문에서는 다중순환형식행렬을 갖는 조화행렬의 구조에 의하여 불완비블럭계획을 분류하였으며 분류의 목적은 축소된정규방정식의 해와 배치계획을 쉽게 하는데 있다.

The paper by Kurkjian and Zelen(1963) introducted the Property A which related to a structural property of concordance matrix of the column incidence matrix. On the other hand, Paik(1985) showed the property of the concordance matrix, which has multinested block circulant pattern matrix, and this structural property was termed Property C by Paik(1985). This paper classifies the incomplete block designs according to the pattern of the concordence matrix which has multi-nested block circulant pattern. The purpose of this classification simplified the solution of reduced normal equation and plan of the design.

태극 패턴 DNA 행렬 코드의 평형과 불평형 해석

The chromosomes of all the world are the same in all 24 pairs, but the key, skin color and appearance are different. Also, it is the resistance of adult disease, diabetes, cancer. In 1953, Watson, Crick of Cambridge University experimentally discovered a DNA double helix structure, and in 1962, They laureates the Nobel Prize. In 1964, Temin, University of Wisconsin, USA, experimentally identified the ability to copy gene information from RNA to DNA and received the Nobel Prize in 1975. In this paper, we analyzed 24 pairs of DNA chromosomes using mathematical matrices based on the combination order sequence of four groups, and designed the Taegeuk pattern genetic code for the first time in the world. In the case of normal persons, the middle Yin-Yang taegeuk is designed as a block circulant Jacket matrix in DNA, and the left-right and upper-lower pairs of east-west and north-south rulings are designed as pair complementary matrices. If (C U: A G) chromosomes are unbalanced, that is, people with disease or inheritance become squashed squirming patterns. In 2017, Professor Michel Young was awarded a Nobel by presenting a biological clock and experimentally explained the bio-imbalance through a yellow fruit fly experiment.This study proved mathematical matrices for balanced and unbalanced RNA.

매트릭스 프로파일을 이용한 제조 시계열 데이터 패턴 추출

제조업에서 생산 설비의 상태를 모니터링하기 위해 각종 센서를 부착하고 있으며, 이를 통해 획득된 데이터의 경우 시계열 데이터인 경우가 많다. 생산 설비의 이상 여부를 판단하기 위해서는시계열 데이터로부터 패턴을 추출하는 과정이 선행되어야 하며 다양한 방법이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수집된 다변량 시계열 데이터로부터 패턴을 추출하기 위해 매트릭스 프로파일 알고리즘을 적용하였으며, 이를 통해 현재 CNC 머신으로부터 수집 중인 다중 센서 데이터의 패턴을 추출하였다.

In the manufacturing industry, various sensors are attached to monitor the status of production facility. In many cases, the data obtained through these sensors is time series data. In order to determine whether the status of the production facility is abnormal, the process of extracting patterns from time series data must be preceded. Also various methods for extracting patterns from time series data are studied. In this paper, we use matrix profile algorithm to extract patterns from the collected multivariate time series data. Through this, the pattern of multi sensor data currently being collected from the CNC machine is extracted.

PRI 상태행렬과 통계값을 이용한 레이더 PRI 신호패턴 인식

본 논문에서는 전자전 신호 환경에서 ES(Electronic Support) 시스템의 레이더 신호의 PRI 변조 형태를 자동으로 인식하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 제안방법은 레이더 펄스 신호의 펄스반복간격인 PRI(Pulse Repetition Interval)값의 패턴을 저장하고 통계적 테이터를 사용하여 먼저 2개의 클래스로 분류한다. 분류된 2개의 클래스를 PRI의 통계적 특성을 이용하여 각각의 PRI 신호를 인식한다. 제안 방법을 고정(constant)PRI, 지터(jitter)PRI, 스태거(stagger)PRI, D&S(dwell&switch)PRI, 슬라이딩(sliding) PRI 등 5종류의 다양한 PRI 신호들에 적용한 결과 정확히 PRI 변조방식을 식별하였다.

In this paper, we propose a new method to automatically recognize PRI modulation type of radar signal at ES(Electronic Support) in electronic singal environment. The propose method stores pattern of PRI(Pulse Repetition Interval) of radar signal and uses statistic data, which firstly classifies into 2 classes. Then the proposed method recognizes each PRI signal using statistic characteristic of PRI. We apply various 5 kinds of PRI signal such as constant PRI, jitter PRI, D&S(dwell & switch) PRI, stagger PRI, sliding PRI, etc. The result shows the proposed method correctly identifies various PRI signals.

Texture is one of the important characteristics that has been used to identify objects or regions of interest in an image. Tire tread patterns can be considered as a kind of texture, and these are classified with a texture analysis method. In this sense, this paper proposes a new algorithm for the classification of tire tread pattern. For the classification, cooccurrence matrix for the binary image is used. The performances are tested by experimentally 8 different tire tread pattern and the robustness is examined by including some kinds on noise.

Introduction: Research on dental bone graft material has been actively conducted. Recently, demineralized dentin matrix material has been developed and introduced. This study examined the effect of demineralized dentin matrix material on bone healing. Subjects and Methods: The patients who received no treatment after extraction were used as the control group and patients who underwent demineralized dentin matrix material application in the extraction socket after extraction were used as the experimental group. Panorama radiography was performed at the baseline and at 3.5 months after graft material placement and CT was taken at 3.5 months after graft material placement for a radiologic evaluation. Bony tissue specimens were collected from the alveolar crest in the middle of the extraction socket using a 2 mm trephine bur after 3.5 months for the histology and hostomorphometric study. Results: 1. On the panoramic view, a higher bone density was observed in the subject group. 2. On the panoramic view, the bone density increased significantly in the extraction socket, from the baseline to 3.5 months: a 7 and 10 gray-level scale was observed in the control and experimental group,respectively (P<0.05). 3. The CT view evaluation at 3.5 months revealed significantly higher bone density in the subject group than the control group (P<0.05). 4. The histological findings showed more active new bone and lamellar bone formation in the subject group. Dentin with osteoinduction ability and enamel with osteoconduction ability appeared. 5. On histomorphometric analysis, the subject group showed significantly more new bone,lamellar bone area and lower soft tissue area (P<0.05). The difference between the groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Bone healing was improved after the application of demineralized dentin matrix material and there was active new bone and lamellar bone formation.
