Tourism resource is fundamental to the development, promotion and marketing of tourism scenic areas. It is also a key concern of research on the development of the tourism industry. In this paper, factors that influence the analysis of tourism resource are discussed and analyzed. A multi-factor performance evaluation model of tourism resource of tourism scenic area is proposed based on grey system analysis. Firstly, tourism resources of tourism scenic area are categorized into social factors, economic factors, environmental factors, resource factors, historic factors, scientific and technological factors, regional factors and management and service factors. Secondly, evaluation indicators of different categories are standardized to have unified scale. Thirdly, on the basis of grey system analysis, grey clustering coefficients of tourism resource of tourism scenic area are computed and the performance of tourism resources are evaluated according to coefficients. Last but not least, the evaluation model of tourism resource of tourism scenic area is verified through a case study.

T As development of computer network technology and multimedia technology accelerates the education reform, a new kind of education system ---multimedia teaching, which injects new technology into traditional teaching, has come into being. Consequently, traditional English teaching with injection of multimedia technology is reformed to a large extent. Evaluation of the multimedia English teaching system is used as a criterion to examine whether the teaching system is perfect or not and is of great importance to the integration of multimedia. This paper studies the multimedia English teaching system and concludes one first class index and five second class indexes and twenty one third class indexes by using the multilevel analysis method. It also assesses thirty teaching systems by using grey analysis method and Matlab software and classifies the results by the degree of grey. This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis to the algorithm of the multimedia English teaching system by studying its assessment theory and provide a rational analytical method for the teaching system to serve students more efficiently.
Research on Signal Analysis Method based Wavelet Analysis and Grey Theory

In allusion to the shortcomings of the existing signal analysis method for high-frequency analysis, non-stationary signal analysis and so on, wavelet analysis and grey theory are introduced into the signal analysis, a new signal analysis method based wavelet analysis and grey theory is proposed in this paper. In this method, the wavelet packet is used to nonredundantly, lossless and orthogonally decompose different components of noise signals into different frequency bands with different scales, in order to realize the signal frequency band division with total energy conservation for obtaining the energy feature of each frequency band. Then these energy frequency bands are used to construct the feature vector. And the grey theory is used to analyze the correlation degree between the equipment states and system parameters in order to quickly and accurately determine the position of source. Finally, for a typical signal simulation and analysis, the effectiveness of the signal method is tested and verified.

Current grey clustering analysis methods have some defects. So, this paper proposes a prediction model based on improved grey clustering analysis. Firstly, it constructs the grey classical domain and the grey sector domain based on prediction subjects and data and according to relevant theory about grey clustering analysis. Secondly, it categorizes samples according to features of prediction subjects and confirms the analysis categories corresponding to the classical domain. Thirdly, based on the grey system theory, it constructs the grey correlation coefficient model and grey correlation degree model so as to obtain the weighed grey correlation degree. Thus, prediction subjects can be divided into proper category. Finally, power load forecasting in the power industry is taken as a case to prove that the model is reliable and has efficacy.

With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, computer network information security becomes a social problem. In this paper, according to the characteristics of computer network information, the influencing system of computer network information security is constructed. Using matter element analysis method and grey theory to establish the grey matter-element model of the computer network information security, computer network information security can be divided into four grey clustering levels, according to the results of the expert scoring to determine the grey clustering level of computer network information security, which provides a professional, scientific and reasonable method for studying computer network information security.
Web Service Selection Method Based on Grey Relational Analysis

Based on detailed analysis of computational principles of the grey relational analysis method and a series of the relevant researches, this paper proposes a web service selection method based on Grey Relational Analysis to improve the shortcomings caused by personal assignment, so as to improve the usability of the algorithm and reduce the limitation of service selection. At the same time, this paper gives the detailed description of execution steps and complexity analysis of the algorithm. Then, the validity, applicability and efficiency of the algorithm are verified through some comparison experiments.

In the computer-aided medical diagnosis, the problem of missing attribute values in many medical data sets brings a great challenge to data mining. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a method based on density clustering and grey relational analysis. It provides an effective solution for missing medical data. The method uses the characteristic and degree of data samples dynamic relation and the existing attribute value information to impute the missing value, in order to alleviate the difficulty brought by missing data for aided medical diagnosis. By comparison with the experiment, the proposed method can effectively solve the classification problem which causes by missing medical attribute value, accurately predict the patient’s health and provide the help to doctor’s diagnosis.

This study is to acquire the influence factors of international competitiveness of education service in Korea through literature research method, conduct theoretical investigation and collect relevant antecedent thesis research. Statistics on the international competitiveness of Korean education services are collected from the World Trade Organization website. Using TCI (Trade Comparative Index) and Grey Relational Analysis to find the influenctial factors of international competitiveness. The results show that the deficit in educational services has been reversed. In addition, from the TCI analysis comparison of the international competitiveness between Korea and advanced countries on education services. Korea is an importing country whose overseas consumption more than overseas income. From the Grey Relational Analysis on the influential factors of the international competitiveness of educational services trade in Korea. The results shows the rate of graduate school and university, the ratio of all schools, the ratio of professors and students, the comparative cost of GDP, etc. have significant influences. The number of universities, the rate of GDP and education costs have moderate influences and the proportion of faculty have lower influence
그레이 관계법과 다구찌법을 적용한 쌍전극 FCA 용접의 수평 필렛 용접 조건 최적화에 관한 연구

The twin-wire welding process consuming the flux-cored wires as the filler material, namely TW-FCAW, was demonstrated to the fillet welding in the horizontal position. To determine the optimal welding variables that are most suitable for the multiple quality characteristics defined by the fillet weld sizes, the Taguchi method combined with the grey relational analysis was introduced into analyzing the experimental results from a test set of orthogonal arrays. Weld sizes, instead of macro-sectional observations, were calculated from the three-dimensional surface model generated from the point cloud survey of the fillet weld by the laser scanning technique. A set of optimal welding variables for TW-FCAW was drawn from the analysis of the signal-to-noise ratio calculated by the Taguchi method combined with the grey relational analysis. Fillet welding in the horizontal position was feasible under faster welding speed and higher welding current by TW-FCAW than the conventional single-wire welding process. A welding test conducted under the optimal condition for TW-FCAW revealed that a nearly equilateral fillet weld with a relevant throat thickness on demand is attainable in good agreement with the predicted quality.

본 논문에서는 다중해상도에서 기존의 그레이 블록 거리(grey block distance; GBD, 이하 GBD)알고리즘과 비교하여 이차원 영상간의 상대적 식별을 더 용이하게 하기 위한 새로운 GBD 알고리즘 방법을 제안한다. 이 제시된 방법은 다중해상도에서 기존의 GBD 알고리즘과 비교해서 영상이 급격히 변화하는 부분의 정보를 잃지 않게 개선할 수 있었다. 모의 실험 예로서 주성분분석(principal component analysis; 이하 PCA)기법과 독립성분분석(independent component analysis; 이하 ICA)기법을 적용하여 유용성과 제안된 방법이 이전의 연구보다 k가 감소할 때 편차는 줄어들어 좋은 영상 분류 특징을 보였으며, ICA가 PCA에 비하여 영상간의 상대적 식별을 용이하게 하여 빨리 수렴이 되는 것을 모의 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.
