2020년 초 데이터 3법이 국회를 통과하면서 4차 산업혁명 시대의 핵심 자원인 데이터를 활용할 수 있는 법적 근거가 마련 되었고, 개인정보에 대한 활용 및 연구가 활성화됨에 따라 개인정보의 관리가 더욱 중요해졌다. 이와 관련해 신원 관리의 개 념도 과거 개별신원 모델, 연합신원 모델을 거쳐 이제는 개인의 정보를 자신이 직접 관리할 수 있는 자기주권신원 (Self-Sovereign Identity, SSI) 모델로 진화하고 있다. 최근 민간분야에서는 블록체인 기반의 분산신원증명(Distributed Identity, DID) 기술의 개발과 활용이 두드러지게 늘어나고 있으나 상대적으로 군에서는 DID 도입 및 활용이 미진한 상태이 다. 본 논문에서는 사설 블록체인 기반의 국방 DID 기술을 개발하고, 개발된 국방 DID 기술을 활용한 군부대 출입통제체계 구축방안을 제안한다. 또한, 국방 DID 생태계 구축 및 확장을 통해 민·관·군 DID 서비스 확대방안을 제안한다.
As the Data 3 Act passed the National Assembly in early 2020, the legal basis for using data, a key resource in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, was prepared. And as the use and research of personal information became active, the management of personal information became more important. In this regard, the concept of identity management is also evolving into a self-sovereign identity (SSI) model that allows individuals to directly manage personal information by themselves after going through the past individual identity model and federated identity model respectively. Recently, the development and use of blockchain-based distributed identification (DID) technology has been increasing remarkably in the private sector, but the introduction of DID is relatively incomplete in the military domain. In this paper, we develop a private blockchain-based Defense DID technology and propose a method for establishing a military access control system based on the developed Defense DID technology. In addition, we present a plan to link civil, public, and military services through the establishment of the Defense DID ecosystem.

본 논문에서 제안하는 이동에이전트를 이용한 분산형 절전제어 방법은 다수의 센서와 이동에이전트를 이용 하여 능동적 지능적으로 조명장치의 제어(on/off 및 디밍 조절 등)를 가능하게 하여 에너지 절감에 효과적이며, 다양 한 능동규칙들의 적용에 의한 원격감시 및 제어기능 추가가 용이하므로 효율적 절전제어시스템 설계 및 구축에 따른 비용절감 등의 효과를 유도한다. 또한, 이동에이전트 기반의 센서네트워크 미들웨어의 기능을 통하여 상황정보나 사 용자의 감성 등을 규칙화하여 실시간으로 이벤트 처리 및 제어함으로써 센싱 데이터의 효용성을 향상시킨다. 본 논문 의 결과는 다양한 능동적 센서네트워크 응용들의 개발에 있어 제안한 이동에이전트를 이용한 제어시스템의 활용가능 성을 제시한다.
In this paper, we propose the Distributed Power Saving Control System that enables the active and intelligent control(on/off and/or dimming control) of the lightning device using sensors and mobile agents. The proposed system is effective for energy saving and induces cost reductions in design and development of power saving control system as adding remote-monitoring or controlling functions is easier with the application of a variety of active rules. Moreover, the system improves the effectiveness of the acquired sensing data by real-time event handling and device controlling using a mobile agent based sensor network middleware that regularize the contextual information or a user’s emotion. The results of this paper present the potential applicability of the proposed distributed control system using mobile agent in various active sensor network applications.

Aiming at the distributed containment control problem for multi-robot system with dynamic leaders, we use binocular vision as the sensing device, so firstly, a binocular visual model for dynamic target is established by introducing the pseudo depth variable, and it is used to provide real-time status information for the followers. Then, in the case that each follower can only get information from part of the leaders, even individual follower can not get any information from the leaders directly, the topological relationship among robots is built by using the graph theory. Once more, RBF neural networks are employed to approximate the uncertainties in the system model of followers, and L2 robust control laws are used to restrain the influences of the approximation errors. Finally, a simulation is carried out on multiple 2 degrees-of-freedom (DOF) robots, and results validate the designed controllers can drive the followers converge to the convex hull spanned by the leaders asymptotically and realize synchronization motion ultimately.

In this paper, an iterative learning control topic for a kind of singular distributed parameter system with forgetting with time-delay which initial value can vary in a little space has been discussed. And a high level algorithm is extended and proven, using Green formula and Gronwall inequality, that it is suitable for the given system. Convergence of the proposed approach is analyzed and the uniform boundedness of tracking error is obtained in this paper. Numerical simulation is presented for a parabolic partial differential equations solved using ILC based on Eular difference format. At present, the application research of ILC method to the singular distributed parameter system with forgetting factor with time-delay is less. So this paper expands the scope of research for singular system and iterative learning control. Numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

발전소등 대형 플랜트의 대규모 필드기기 제어용으로 많이 이용되고 있는 OVATION DCS(Distributed Control System) 시스템을 소개하고, RTD를 이용한 온도계측을 위하여 UNIX 워크스테이션을 기반으로 한 OVATION DCS 시스템의 콘트롤러 및 네트워크를 이용하여 현장 입력단 및 출력 포인터에 대한 전체 실험시스템을 구현하고, DCS 시스템의 구성 툴을 이용하여 RTD(Resistive Temperature Detector) 소자에 대한 변환계수를 산출하는 센서 Calibration 작업 및 I/O와 포인터에 대한 Configuration 구축 작업을 수행하였다 마지막으로 실질적인 온도의 측정이 정상적인지 확인하기 위해 포인터 정보 화면으로의 온도계측 값 출력 및 그래픽 디스플레이를 위한 트랜드 화면으로의 온도 출력 값을 확인하였다.

With distribution industrial control system, the use of low cost to achieve a highly reliable and safe system in real time distributed embedded application is proposed. This developed intelligent node is based on two microcontrollers, one for the execution of the application code, also as master controller for ensuring the real time control & the logic operation with CPLD and other for communication task and the easy control execution, i.e., I/O digital input, digital output and interrupting. This paper also presents where the case NCS (Networked control system) with LonTalk protocol is applied for the filtration process control system of a small water treatment plant.

In this paper a prototype of Requirement Tracking and Verification System(RTVS) for a Distributed Control System was implemented and tested. The RTVS is a software design and verification tool. The main functions required by the RTVS are managing, tracking and verification of the software requirements listed in the documentation of the DCS. The analysis of DCS software design procedures and inter(aces with documents were performed to define the user of the RTVS, and the design requirements for RTVS were developed.

The control architectures of Chuan Suo (CS) deep submergence rescue vehicle are introduced. The hardware and software architectures are also discussed. The hardware part adopts a distributed control system composed of surface and underwater nodes. A computer is used as a surface control machine. Underwater equipment is based on a multi-board-embedded industrial computer with PC104 BUS, which contains IO, A/D, D/A, eight-channel serial, and power boards. The hardware and software parts complete data transmission through optical fibers. The software part involves an IPC of embedded Vxworks real-time operating system, upon which the operation of I/O, A/D, and D/A boards and serial ports is based on; this setup improves the real-time manipulation. The information flow is controlled by the software part, and the thrust distribution is introduced. A submergence vehicle heeling control method based on ballast water tank regulation is introduced to meet the special heeling requirements of the submergence rescue vehicle during docking. Finally, the feasibility and reliability of the entire system are verified by a pool test.
DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM FOR KSTAR ICRF HEATING

An ICRF discharge cleaning and a fast wave electron heating experiment were performed. For automated operation and providing the diagnostics of the ICRF system, the ICRF local network was designed and implemented. This internal network provides monitoring, RF protection, remote control, and RF diagnostics. All the functions of the control system were realized by customized DSP units. The DSP units were tied by a local network in parallel. Owing to the distributed feature of the control system, the ICRF local control system is quite flexible to maintain. Developing the subsystem is a more effective approach compared to developing a large controller that governs the entire system. During the first experimental campaign of the KSTAR tokamak, the control system operated as expected without any major problems that would affect the tokamak operation. The transmitter was protected from harmful over-voltage events through reliable operation of the system.

This paper presents the development of a control architecture for the autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) with VARIVEC (variable vector) propeller. Moreover this paper also describes the new technique of controlling the servomotors using the Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). The AUVs are being currently used fur various work assignments. For the daily measuring task, conventional AUV are too large and too heavy. A small AUV will be necessary for efficient exploration and investigation of a wide range of a sea. AUVs are in the phase of research and development at present and there are still many problems to be solved such as power resources and underwater data transmission. Further, another important task is to make them smaller and lighter for excellent maneuverability and low power. Our goal is to develop a compact and light AUV having the intelligent capabilities. We employed the VARIVEC propeller system utilizing the radio control helicopter elements, which are swash plate and DC servomotors. The VARIVEC propeller can generate six components including thrust, lateral force and moment by changing periodically the blade angle of the propeller during one revolution. It is possible to reduce the number of propellers, mechanism and hence power sources. Our control tests were carried out in an anechoic tank which suppress the reflecting effects of the wall surface. We tested the developed AUV with required performance. Experimental results indicate the effectiveness of our approach. Control of VARIVEC propeller was realized without any difficulty.

In this paper, a method for the efficient implementation of the PICNET network configurator for a distributed control system(DCS) is proposed. The network configurator is composed of the time parameter estimator and the period scheduler, the file generator. The main role of network configurator estimates time parameter, the pre-run time scheduling of the user input and make the period transmission table for operating the PICNET based distributed control system.

In order to design mutual communication between a distributed control system and a function test facility, we used the Inter-Process Communication(IPC) in two systems and Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) protocol. The data from the function test facility are put in the shared memory using an IPC, which is then accessed by the distributed control system through an Application Program Interface(API). The server in the function test facility includes two processes(one for sending and one for receiving), which are generated by the fork function from the client signal. The client in the distributed control system includes two separate programs(one for receiving and one for sending).

Distributed Control System (DCS) communication networks, which use Fast Ethernet with redundant networks for the transmission of information, have been installed in digitalized nuclear power plants. Normally, failover tests are performed to verify the reliability of redundant networks during design and manufacturing phases; however, systematic integrity tests of DCS networks cannot be fully performed during these phases because all relevant equipment is not installed completely during these two phases. In additions, practical verification tests are insufficient, and there is a need to test the actual failover function of DCS redundant networks in the target environment. The purpose of this study is to verify that the failover functions works correctly in certain abnormal conditions during installation and commissioning phase and identify the influence of network failover on the entire DCS. To quantify the effects of network failover in the DCS, the packets (Protocol Data Units) must be collected and resource usage of the system has to be monitored and analyzed. This study introduces the use of a new methodology for verification of DCS network failover during the installation and commissioning phases. This study is expected to provide insight into verification methodology and the failover effects from DCS redundant networks. It also provides test results of network performance from DCS network failover in digitalized domestic nuclear power plants (NPPs).
A Estimation of Software Development Effort for Distributed Control System by ANFIS

Estimating software development effort remains a complex problem attracting considerable research attention. Improving the estimation techniques available to project managers would facilitate more effective control of time and budgets in software development as well as market. However, estimation is difficult because of its similarity to export judgment approaches and fur its potential as an expert assistant in support of human judgment. Especially, in software development for DCS (Distributed Control System), because of infrastructure software related to target-machines hardware and process characteristics should be considered, estimating software development effort is more complex. This paper suggests software development effort estimation technique using neural network. The methods considered are based on COCOMO and case-based projects. Estimation results applied to case-based project appeared to have value fur software development effort estimation models.

A high performance control system for cascaded H-bridge converter is designed and implemented in this paper. The system adopts distributed control to meet the needs of multi-link control and scalability of the Cascaded H-bridge converter. FPGA and CPLD are used as the core controllers:FPGA works as main processor and CPLD works as the execution unit (EU). Different numbers of EUs are added into the system according to different voltage level of the converter system. Optical fiber connections between the EU and FPGA control units ensure its reliability. Finally, several different Voltage level products are presented in this paper. 22kV GTSDC product was established and the device is operating normally in the field to verify the feasibility and reliability of this scheme.
