초경 이후 맞춤운동이 최종 키에 미치는 영향 KCI 등재

이 연구의 목적은 초경 이후의 초등학교 및 중학교 여학생 13명을 2년간의 맞춤 운동을 실시하여 유연성, 다리 및 허리 근기능, 유산소운동능력 등의 변화가 최종 키에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해 사전, 1년 후, 2년 후 총 3번 측정하여 얻어진 자료를 분석하였다. 분석방법으로는 일원 반복측정 분산분석(one-way ANOVA with repeated measure)을 실시하였다. 통계적으로 유의한 수준은 p<.05로 설정하였다. 이 연구의 결과 키 성장과 함께 허리 굴곡, 즉 복근을 제외한 유연성, 다리 신전 및 굴곡 근기능, 허리 신전 근기능, 유산소운동능력 등은 2년의 맞춤운동 후 증가 및 향상되어 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 따라서 유연성, 다리 및 허리 근기능, 유산소운동능력 등의 맞춤운동은 키 성장에 영향을 미쳤고 최종 키에 유의한 효과를 미친 것으로 규명하였다. 결론적으로 여학생들이 초경 이후 최종 키 성장 표준치는 약 5~7cm 인데, 이 연구 결과에서는 2년간 맞춤운동 후 약 9cm 내외의 성장 패턴을 보였다. 따라서 초경 이후 유연성, 다리 및 허리 근기능, 유산소운동능력 등의 맞춤운동을 실시한다면 최종 키를 초경 이후에도 10cm 내외 키울 수 있다고 결론하였다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of final height growth on customized exercise after menarche of woman. Subjects were 13 who came to Growth and Health KINESS after menarche of woman for 2 years. They were elementary and middle school students. Date were analyzed using repeated measures one-way ANOVA. Statistical significance level was p<.05. As a results, after 1 year and 2 years, improvement of flexibility, knee joint extensor and flexor muscles function, trunk joint extensor muscles function, capacity for aerobic exercise, and height were significant. However the improvement of trunk joint flexor muscles function was not significant. Therefore customized exercise and final height growth were correlation. In conclusion, although height growth after menarche was 5∼7cm generally until final height, results of this study was 9cm on height growth after customized exercise for 2 years. If the student who after menarche could customized exercise for improvement of flexibility, knee and trunk muscles function, capacity for aerobic exercise, etc, they can do 10cm or more final height after menarche.
Effect of Exercise Prescription Service Customized for the Elderly in Community SCOPUS

This study has applied 'the exercise prescription customized for the elderly' program for each type of physical exercise in consideration of the needs of the elderly residents living in community and then analyzed the effect. The subject was the low-income women aged 60 and older who live in areas and 20 persons were selected respectively from each group of yoga, dance and sports massage. We implemented exercise prescription for 60 minutes twice a week over 36 weeks against 3 groups in 3 social service stronghold institutions and analyzed the effect by monitoring the results from the exercise. The result shows that muscle, flexibility and agility was improved after exercise in each group of yoga, dance and sports massage and there was some difference between groups. Among various sports programs, the effect of exercise was the most significant in yoga group. So it was found that exercise prescription program to which physical properties of female elderly in local community can improve their health, makes the independent daily life possible and provided positive effect to the life quality of the elderly.

Purpose: This study aims to report on the effect of providing customized visiting exercise, a musculoskeletal intervention method, to the elderly in the community. Methods: In this study, subjective pain was measured to evaluate pain and physical ability of the elderly, and timed up & go (TUG) test and psychological level test were performed for myofascial pain perception symptoms and gait function. Measurements were performed twice before and 4 weeks after treatment. Participants in the exercise group (n=108) performed the spine exercise, whereas those in the spine exercise group (n=108) performed the spine exercise using complex exercise program (3 times/week for 4 weeks). Results: The significant test of visual analogu scale (VAS), pain pressure threshold (PPT), TUG, psychosocial factor according to applying the exercise within groups used T-test. In the result following analysis, there was significance on VAS (p=.000), PPT (p=.000), TUG (p=.000), Psychosocial factor (Depresion; p=.000, Anxiety; p=.000) within group. Conclusion: Then, exercise has benefit on the VAS, PPT, TUG, psychosocial factor in patients with myofacial pain syndrome. So, it may suggest that exercise will be helpful of the pain, gait and psychosocial factor improvement the patients with spine pain.

본 논문에서는 신장 질환자를 대상으로 맞춤형 운동요법을 제공하기 위해 딥러닝과 같은 AI 방식을 적용한다. 딥러닝 적용을 위해 신장 질환을 판별할 수 있는 데이터셋을 학습시켜 신장 질환 여부를 판단하고 사용자의 신체정보와 질환여부에 따른 근력량인 1RM 또한 딥러닝을 통해 산출할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 산출된 근력량 1RM은 신체 부위별 산출 식을 통해 부위별 저항성 운동으로 변환하여 사용자의 신체정보에 맞춘 유산소 운동량과 함께 제공되도록 구성하였 다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방식으로 지속적인 연구가 진행될 경우 다양한 질환에 대해 맞춤형 운동요법을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
In this paper, AI methods such as deep learning are applied to provide customized exercise therapy for patients with kidney disease. In order to apply deep learning, a dataset that can determine kidney disease is trained to determine whether it is a kidney disease, and 1RM, which is the user's physical information and muscle strength according to whether it is a disease, can also be calculated through deep learning. The calculated muscle strength of 1RM was converted into resistant exercise for each part through a calculation equation for each part of the body, and was configured to be provided with an aerobic exercise amount tailored to the user's body information. If continuous research is conducted in the manner proposed in this paper, customized exercise therapy can be provided for various diseases.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of exercise programs according to various music tempo on pain, posture, and function of automobile parts manufacturing workers. Design: Two-group pretest-posttest design. Methods: This study was an exercise program tailored to the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal diseases were performed for a total of 4 weeks and 3 times a week for 60 minutes. The exercise program consisted of customized exercises according to the characteristics of the subject's musculoskeletal system. The subject provided music during the exercise program, and the group who applied the fast tempo music listened to the music of 120~140 bpm, and the group who applied the slow tempo music listened to the music of the low tempo of 60~80 bpm. Results: Significant differences were found in pain and physical function before and after the fast tempo music group and the slow tempo music group (p<0.01). However, there was a significant difference in posture characteristics only in the fast tempo music group (p<0.01). In terms of pain, physical function, and posture characteristics, the fast tempo music group showed significant improvement compared to the slow music tempo group (p<0.05). Conclusions: A customized exercise program using fast-tempo music and slow-tempo music to workers in the automobile parts manufacturing industry, significant differences in pain, physical function, and posture characteristics applied with fast-tempo music were found. In the future, applying an exercise program with a fast tempo is expected to help improve musculoskeletal disorders.
노인 대상 맞춤형 운동서비스 프로그램 개발 및 사용성 평가

PURPOSE: To evaluate the usability of a kiosk-based healthcare service that provides a fitness evaluation and customized exercise program for elderly or chronic musculoskeletal system patients. METHODS: To evaluate the usability of the customized exercise service program, healthy adults (n=20) from Welfare B, located in Gwangju, were selected and studied. Subjective safety, operability, and satisfaction of individual users were obtained as data by distributing questionnaires to subjects who experienced this program and having them fill out the questionnaire. For descriptive statistics related to the survey, frequency analysis was used to determine the frequency and ratio of the variable values of the measurement items. RESULTS: As a result of the usability evaluation, the average score was 4.166, and the average score of each item was 4.025 for safety, 4.272 for operability, and 4.143 for satisfaction. Most users obtained high satisfaction and positive impressions. CONCLUSION: The HARUFIT service, a user-customized exercise program used in this study, can be developed into a device that can improve self-management ability and increase understanding of health care by providing customized exercise based on the results of physical fitness evaluation. It is possible to diversify health management methods and maximize the effect of exercise by making exercise a habit of chronic musculoskeletal disease patients or the elderly using these smart devices.

일상생활 속 바른 자세 관리를 위해서는 객관적 자세 평가 방법과 적절한 처방 및 관리가 필요하다. 자세 평가 프로그램은 비교적 쉽고 안전하게 자세를 평가 할 수 있는 방법으로 많이 사용 되고 있다. 하지만 기존 자세 평가 프로그램은 골격계 위치를 활용해 평가가 이루어지지만 자세 이상의 원인이 되는 근육 정보가 부족하고 평가 결과에 대한 피드백이 부족해 프로그램의 효율이 떨어진다. 그래서 기존 자세평가 프로그램을 개선하여 객관적인 결과를 SOAP 메시지를 통해 서버가 평가 결과를 측정하고 저장 한 피드백을 바탕으로 적절한 운동 처방으로 바른 자세 관리를 도와주는 시스템 설계를 다룬다.
In order to manage the correct posture in daily life, it is necessary to evaluate the objective posture and appropriate prescription and management. The posture evaluation program is widely used as a method to evaluate posture relatively easily and safely. However, the existing posture evaluation program is evaluated by utilizing the position of the skeletal system, but lacks feedback on the result of the evaluation because the muscle information causing the posture is lacking and the efficiency of the program is decreased. Therefore, we will improve the existing posture evaluation program and design the system that helps the correct posture management by the appropriate exercise prescription based on the feedback that the server measures and stores the evaluation result through the SOAP message.

균형적인 신체활동을 위한 맞춤형 AI 운동 추천 서비스

본 논문은 직종별 근무 환경에 따른 상대적 운동량을 고려한 맞춤형 AI 운동 추천 서비스 방법을 제안한다. 가속도 및 자이로 센서를 활용하여 수집된 데이터를 18가지 일상생활의 신체활동으로 분류한 WISDM 데이터베이스를 기반으로 전신, 하체, 상체의 3가지 활동으로 분류한 후 인식된 활동 지표를 통해 적절한 운동을 추천한다. 본 논문에서 신체활동 분류를 위해서 사용하는 1차원 합성곱 신경망(1D CNN; 1 Dimensional Convolutional Neural Network) 모델은 커널 크기가 다른 다수의 1D 컨볼루션(Convolution) 계층을 병렬적으로 연결한 컨볼루션 블록을 사용한다. 컨볼루션 블록은 하나의 입력 데이터에 다층 1D 컨볼루션을 적용함으로써 심층 신경망 모델로 추출할 수 있는 입력 패턴의 세부 지역 특징을 보다 얇은 계층으로도 효과적으로 추출할 수 있다. 제안한 신경망 모델의 성능 평가를 위해서 기존 순환 신경망(RNN; Recurrent Neural Network) 모델과 비교 실험한 결과 98.4%의 현저한 정확도를 보였다.
This paper proposes a customized AI exercise recommendation service for balancing the relative amount of exercise according to the working environment by each occupation. WISDM database is collected by using acceleration and gyro sensors, and is a dataset that classifies physical activities into 18 categories. Our system recommends a adaptive exercise using the analyzed activity type after classifying 18 physical activities into 3 physical activities types such as whole body, upper body and lower body. 1 Dimensional convolutional neural network is used for classifying a physical activity in this paper. Proposed model is composed of a convolution blocks in which 1D convolution layers with a various sized kernel are connected in parallel. Convolution blocks can extract a detailed local features of input pattern effectively that can be extracted from deep neural network models, as applying multi 1D convolution layers to input pattern. To evaluate performance of the proposed neural network model, as a result of comparing the previous recurrent neural network, our method showed a remarkable 98.4% accuracy.

Vestibular rehabilitation is an excellent treatment option that can improve dizziness and balancethrough specific exercises in patients with dizziness who cannot be expected to improvewith medication or surgical treatment. Vestibular rehabilitation treatment, especially customizedexercise requires a long and complicated process of various evaluation processes, customizedprescription of exercise, education, and training. Effective vestibular rehabilitation requiresspecialists with knowledge of vestibular rehabilitation, patient’s commitment to recoveryand understanding for the vestibular rehabilitation, and a medical system that can support thetime, human resources, and place needed for vestibular rehabilitation. In 2017, customizedvestibular exercise is finally approved as a new medical technology, and active treatment fordizziness has become possible for patients who need vestibular rehabilitation. Customized vestibularexercise is an individualized exercises in accordance with the symptoms and disabilitiesof the patient to improve dizziness and balance problem. Customized exercise consists ofan evaluation process to find out the patient’s problem, and exercise prescription and training.
보행기능에 맞춘 자가운동 프로그램이 뇌졸중 환자의 근력 및 보행기능에 미치는 영향

Background: Stroke is one of the most common diseases responsible for physical disabilities. In addition to their physical and occupational therapy, the self-exercise programs were developed for patients with hemiplegia to increase the intensity of their therapeutic exercise. Objects: The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of a customized self-exercise program (CSP) to walking function on improving stroke survivors' muscle strength and ambulation function. Method: To test the effect of the self-exercise program, the following tests were conducted: The functional ambulation category (FAC), Tinetti performance-oriented mobility assessment gait part (POMA-G), timed up and go (TUG), 10-meter walk, and 2-minute walk. The study included 161 consenting stroke patients (FAC score>1) from a randomized, screened sample of 217. The CSP group participated in a 30-minute CSP each day for 10 weeks in addition to completing a routine rehabilitation program. The control group received only a routine rehabilitation program. All the subjects were monitored by a therapist once a week and had to submit an exercise checklist at the end of each session. Result: The strength of the participants' upper and lower extremity muscles showed no significant differences between the CSP group and the control group. The FAC score and POMA-G also showed no significant differences. However, there were significant differences in the TUG, 10-meter walk test, and 2-minute walk test (p<.05). Conclusion: The findings of this study suggest that a CSP may improve gait-related function in stroke survivors.
맞춤전정운동의 임상적 유용성 평가를 위한 체계적 문헌고찰

Background and Objectives This study aims to evaluate the usefulness of customized vestibular exercise through literature review. Materials and Method We searched several literature database such as Ovid-MEDLINE, Ovid-EMBASE, and Cochrane Library etc., with the following inclusion criteria: 1) studies of patients with dizziness and balance disorders, 2) studies in which a customized vestibular exercise was performed, and 3) studies in which one or more of the appropriate medical outcomes have been reported. At the same time, we excluded the following: 1) non-human studies and pre-clinical studies, 2) non-original articles, for example, non-systematic reviews, editorial, letter and opinion pieces, 3) research not published in Korean and English, 4) grey literature (thesis, congress or conference materials, abstract etc.), and 5) case studies. Finally, 10 studies were selected and analyzed. Results The safety of customized vestibular exercise was reported in three documents which reported no side effects related to the procedure. The effectiveness of customized vestibular exercise was proven by the assessment of symptom change, functional change, and other physiological measures based on a total of 10 randomized clinical trial studies. Conclusion For patients with vestibular dysfunction, a customized vestibular exercise can be a safe and effective technique for improving dizziness and balance function.

인간의 수명이 늘어남에 따라 사람들은 건강하게 오래살고 싶은 욕구가 생기게 되었다. 특히 한국은 빠른 속도로 고령화 사회에 진입하였고, 고령화에 따른 질병의 증가로 의료비의 부담으로 이어졌다. 의료비 부담을 줄이기 위해 병의 치료보다는 예측과 예방이 중요하다. 개인의 유전자 정보를 측정하여 질병의 예측 및 예방을 할 수 있다. 개인의 유전자정보를 이용하기 위해서 한국인 질병과 표현형의 유전요인 발굴에 최적화된 SNP(80만개)과 GWAS를 통해 한국인의 유전정보를 파악하고 특정 집단의 유전적(체질적) 특성으로 각 개인의 유전자 정보를 분석한다. 본 논문은 특정 만성질환(비만, 당뇨 또는 심혈관계)집단을 분류할 수 있도록 분류 인덱스를 개발한다. 만성질환에 따른 맞춤식단 및 운동 관리를 위한 건강관리 서비스를 개발하고자한다.
As human life span has increased, people have wanted to live healthier desires. Especially Korea has rapidly entered an aging society, leading to the burden of medical expenses to the increase of disease accompanying aging. To alleviate the burden of medical expenses, prediction and prevention are important rather than treatment of diseases. It is possible to predict and prevent diseases by measuring individual genetic information. In order to utilize individual's genetic information Korea's genetic information is grasped through SNP (800 thousand) and GWAS optimized for the discovery of genetic factors of phenotype and disease of Koreans, The genetic information of each individual is analyzed in the genetic (constitutional) characteristics of the individual. In this thesis we develop a classification index so that we can classify populations of specific chronic diseases (obesity, diabetes or cardiovascular system). Try to develop health care services to manage custom diet and exercise associated with chronic illness.
