최근 몇 년간 단순히 외형적인 아름다운뿐만 아니라 내면의 아름다운 역시 화두에 오르 면서 건강과 운동에 대한 중요성이 급속도로 증가하고 있으며 '홈 트레이닝(Home Training)' 이라는 신조어가 생겼다 현대사회에서 사람의 신체적 모습이나 외모의 특징은 인간의 행동과 심리적 관계에 미치는 영향이 매우 중요하다 외모에 대한 관심은 자신의 이상적인 외모를 아 름답게 변화시키기 위한 노력으로 뷰티헬스케어관련 산업이 빠른 추세로 발전하고 다양한 소 비층이 형성되었다 본 연구는 뷰티헬스케어행위를 통하여 자기관리와 외모관리행동을 하게 되면 내면화가 높아져서 심리적 요인에 긍정적 영향을 끼친다는 것을 실증하였다 이를 바탕 으로 뷰티헬스케어산업의 경쟁력 강화 및 다양한 프로그램개발 방법에 도움을 주기 위해 연 구하였다 본 연구에서는 지각된 상호작용을 인간적 상호작용(UI)과 기계적 상호작용(HCI)을 두 가지로 구분하였다

The Article explores what factors will critical facilitate customer participation in the system of blockchain. Based on previous studies, this paper develops variables based on the characteristics of blockchain applications, by analysis the most popular blockchain application in China which called “star” we summaries six independent variables such as (1) confidentiality, (2) availability, (3) economic, (4) profit, (5) reputation, (6) blockchain interest, and 2 mediators (1) Trust and (2) Performance expectation. By design questionnaire to collect data and empirical analysis, we find that blockchain have a strongest influence on blockchain participation intention, and all hypotheses are significant the result of this paper can give a useful contribution to blockchain participation not only use intention of blockchain.
상세 위험분석 방법론 적용을 위한 디지털복합기 기술적 취약점 점검항목 연구

다수의 기업들이 이용하는 디지털 복합기의 성능이 서버 급으로 향상되고 디 지털 복합기를 통한 해킹 공격이 증가하고 있으나, 디지털 복합기를 위한 기술적 취약점 점검 기준이 없기 때문에, 취약점 점검은 물론이고 일반적으로 많이 사용되 는 상세 위험분석 방법론을 통한 위험분석도 불가능하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지 털 복합기에 대한 기술적 취약점 점검항목을 도출하고, 도출된 점검항목에 대한 위 험도(취약성의 정도)를 구분함으로써 디지털 복합기에 대한 기술적 취약점 점검은 물론이고 상세 위험분석 방법론을 통한 위험분석도 가능하게 한다. 논문에서는 도 출된 기술적 취약점 점검항목의 적절성을 전문가 심층인터뷰 기법으로 증명하고, 점검항목의 위험도는 AHP기법을 활용하여 공격의 가능성과 공격의 영향도 측면에 서 설문한 후 그 결과를 종합하여 우선순위를 부여하는 것으로 산정하였다. 본 논 문에서 제시한 방법을 통해 디지털 복합기에 대한 기술적 취약점 점검과 상세 위험 분석 방법론을 통한 위험분석이 가능하다.
Trajectory Privacy for Publishing Big Data

Trajectory data is widely collected and utilized for scientific research and business purpose, publishing trajectory it without proper privacy policy leads to an acute threat to individual data. Recently, several methods, i.e., k-anonymity, l-diversity, t-closeness, have been studied, though they tend to protect by reducing data depends on a feature of each method. When it requires strong privacy protection, these methods have excessively reduced data utility that may affect the result of scientific research. In this research, for the first time, we suggest a novel approach to tackle this existing dilemma via an adding noise trajectory on a vector-based grid environment. Afterward, we propose an efficient algorithm to expand trajectories adding the minimum amount of noise. Compared to other methods, our experiment shows the proposed algorithm maintains excellent performance with respect to data utility and time complexity.

The advancement of technology has revolutionized the way businesses and services are being conducted for the benefit of citizens at large. Technology usage to enable or facilitate the delivery of services has the potential to benefit citizens and service providers. Technology can be used by the organization to permit faster response to citizen’s inquiries and problems, to reduce labor costs, to improve internal efficiency and productivity, and to gain distinctive and differentiating competitive advantages. This paper presents challenges encountered by the Atomic Energy Council in processing, validating and issuing various licenses to radiation facilities. It introduces an electronic licensing system as a platform to tackle the challenge of manual production of Licenses. Atomic Energy Council is an agency under the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development. One of its core function is processing and issuance of various types of licenses and permits to facilities who operate radiation facilities in the whole country. Currently, it processes the licenses manually and this has been a subject of criticism by license applicants due to the delay in processing and the inefficient feedback mechanism. The electronic licensing system is expected to support the application, processing, validation, and issuance of licensing services by providing electronic channels for actors, applicants, agency staff and third parties to interact with one another.

Public sector organisations are continuously looking for ways to redesign their information systems and operations to take advantage of technology. Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Computing are two of the most common approaches under consistently under consideration by organisations. Moreover, the two domains are becoming integral components of the Digital transformation agenda. However, existing literature shows that most research focuses on studying Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Computing as separate domains despite their fast convergence. This study presents findings from considering the converged critical success factors of applying Enterprise Architecture to cloud computing adoption in the public sector. The research deployed a modified Delphi technique to identify essential elements of success from twenty-one experts based in Korea and Botswana. The study utilised Technology-Organisation-Environment (TOE) and cohesion analysis on factors identified by experts to propose a novel factor classification model composed of Service Design, EA Capability, Organisation and Economic factors. The findings further showed that Organisational and Economic factors exhibit a moderating effect on Cloud Computing adoption. The study contributes practical implications for researchers, policymakers and practitioners in the domains of Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Computing.
Utilization of e-Government to improve bus transportation services – The case of Abuja

The bus information system as a component of intelligent transport system has gained a lot of popularity in the modern world. Its application in the developed countries is an eye opener to the benefits it can inculcate in the lives of bus commuters in the developing countries where the use of buses are the major means of transportation. The bus information system will aid in reducing long waiting time, long queue of passengers’ at various bus stops, stampeding due to rush, loss of valuable items as a result of struggling for buses, lateness to work and loss of man hours. We propose a system which could track the current position of buses and the estimated arrival and departure time and inform the passengers via electronic display boards at the different bus stations or through an App installed in the smart phone. It has a GPS system that tracks the position of a particular bus and the data is transmitted by a GSM modem to the bus terminus. The receiver part of the system which is installed at the bus terminus processes the received data and calculates the arrival time and delay time of a particular bus. The proposed system which is derived from the Seoul experience is customized to meet the needs of Abuja environment. The paper will provide practical information to transport planners in developing countries who are struggling with similar challenges as Abuja.

Within the last decade, the Algerian government has invested tremendously to improve and modernize the public transportation sector. Although the considerable investments in the infrastructure, which is a fundamental requirement for social and economic development, some points remain to be considered, such as an integrated public transportation system with a smart card (ticketing) that offers convenience for both government and citizens. This study aims to introduce the public Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) in the context of Algeria, based on benchmarking the AFC good practices of the Republic of Korea and learning from challenges that Kenya faced during and after the AFC implementation. Our research proposes practical guidance to policy-makers and practitioners who may be enabled to design more accurate and suitable AFC for the Algerian citizen. This study emphasized the key role of leadership in building a trust and leading stakeholders consistently to a clear vision. Additionally interoperability and government incentives found to be success factors that may help and seamless the system implementation in the country. However, the private sector's resistance may be a severe inhibitor.

This paper reconnoiters the growth of Ghana’s E-government system for government agencies and proposes the implementation of appropriate security systems using Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). The article discusses security components such as encryption, digital signatures, digital certificates, public/private key pairs, non-repudiation, and time-stamping. Most of these will be benched marked from Korea E-government PKI and other security systems. The research will provide a practical insight to policy-makers and practitioners in Ghana government agencies to design government PKI for effective adaptation of E-government security.
