The global village is sailing troubled water of energy crisis. Recently the domestic buildings are experiencing paradigm conversion toward low energy construction. The passive design was strengthened sharply an energy saving design basis of architecture through the last 2013 years in order to proceed with passive method about housing building until the 2017. Therefore, energy infrastructure networks-liquefied natural gas were difficult and considering a lot of energy poverty classes analysis, this paper selected 9-cases among the dwelling and public buildings in rural and fishing village. The purpose of this study promote the directions of passive design from actual case study in rural and fishing village. This research was trying to seek access point and direction in scope of the design, construction and policy based on the passive design condition.

Today's construction based on building information modeling(BIM) can be approach Architectural heritage management to be background with Classification of Korean wooden building system. However, current BIM system can not be used because its information classification and structure is not suitable for architectural heritage. In this study, we define the 3D Classification system of Architectural heritage. This is a basic study which focuses on upgrading spatial information structure of BIM so that it would be possible to use BIM in management of preservation of architectural heritage, too. This study analyzes Sungnyemun case and its spatial information structure.

This study aims to examine tourism activities and satisfaction focused on Marado, Jeju island. For that, a questionnaire is conducted by tourists who visit to Marado. The results are as follows. First, tourists who visit more than 4 times to Marado evaluated low satisfaction in landscape of Marado but tourists who reside in other area of Jeju evaluate higher satisfaction in landscape. Second, tourists participating in tourism activities show higher satisfaction rather than no-participants. Finally tourists participating in the tourism activities of making memories show higher satisfaction in more various kinds of tourism satisfaction in Marado tourism.
