본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 항공 탄소세의 지불의사를 예측하고 추가적으로 소 비자가 지니고 있는 환경인식이 항공 탄소세 지불의사에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 파악하였다. 분석결과 향후 이용하는 항공편의 요금에 탄소세가 부과된다면 이를 추가로 지불할 의향이 다소 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그 다음으로 만약 탄소세를 지불하게 된다면 항공요금에서 추가로 얼마정도 지불할 의사가 있는지를 질문한 결과 5,000원이 51.0%로 가장 높았다. 즉, 향후 탄소세가 시행된다면 추가로 지 불의사 금액은 10,000원 이하인 것으로 분석되었다. 환경인식이 탄소세 지불의 사에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 인간의 자연지배에 대한 인식이 증가할수록 탄 소세 지불의사가 감소하는 것으로 나타났고, 성장의 한계에 대한 인식이 증가할 수록 탄소세 지불의사가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study analyzed the Forecast and Influence of Customer' Environmental Cognition on Air Carbon Tax WTP(Willingness to Pay) through the survey. The result of this study, if Air Carbon Tax is charged to Air Fare as a additional charge, WTP was some high. And then, in consequence of query how much willingness to pay Air Carbon Tax, 5,000 won showed the most highly as 51.0%. i.e. If Air Carbon Tax is implemented in the near future, WTP will be amounts less than 10,000 won. The result of verifying the influence of the Environmental Cognition on Air Carbon Tax WTP indicated that the more Environmental Cognition of man over nature increase, the more Air Carbon Tax WTP decrease. In the mean time, this survey indicated that the more cognition of limit of growth increase, the more Air Carbon Tax WTP increase.

The purposes of this research are to propose the ways and actual policies to promote the cultural arts exchange with Northeast Asian Countries for the upcoming era of peace and prosperity in these countries. Our participatory government has a goal to take the initiative to lead this region for peace and prosperity of individual countries. To do so, it is crucial for us to establish a structure of peace on the korean peninsula, to build Korea as a economic hub of Northeast Asia and qualitatively to enhance the levels of our culture and way of thinking. However, even if the our hope of functional community as like Northeast Asian Economic Community or Northeast Asian Security Community would be given us, Northeast Asian Culture Community will not be realized naturally next to the functional community. The cultural community does not make an entrance until the citizens of this northeast asia here retain the strong cultural ties or have the people's confidence each other for the Northeast Asian Community. The confidence and emotional ties among the citizens in the Northeast Asia will be molded by the cultural arts exchanges as like literature, performance arts, visual arts, traditional arts. In order to widen the belt of cultural consensus in this northeast asia region, we have to promote the exchange of cultural arts among the northeast asia countries. For promoting the exchanges of arts, we have to have a clear grasp of the present situation of exchanges of arts within northeast asian countries. But there are not a lot of research papers on the concrete facts of the exchange of arts. So, before everything else there is a need to understand the present situation of exchange of arts in this region. And then, we should prepare the policy to promote the exchange of arts.
