Research on Remote Sensing Image Fusion Algorithm Based on Compressed Sensing

The traditional image fusion algorithm completed the fusion based on all pixel information. The time and space requirements are higher. The improved fusion algorithm used the theory of compressed sensing (CS) for the processing of remote sensing image fusion. Firstly, the source images using wavelet transform for sparse representation, then, the improved fusion algorithm used the observation matrix for image dimension measurement, and completed the image fusion in CS domain. Finally, the algorithm used the improved OMP algorithm to reconstruct the fused image. The improved fusion algorithm is only applied with a few measurement data of the compressed sensing, and overcomed the shortcomings of traditional pixel level fusion, the fusion algorithm achieved good experimental data.
DCT-JPEG Image Coding Based on GPU

In this paper, the parallel algorithm of JPEG coding based on GPU is proposed, most image compression systems have efficiency problem and the real-time of wireless multimedia sensor networks (WMSN) which used in image compression and transmission is also an issue need to be solved, so in this paper parallel computation is used in JPEG coding, it is an effective ways to solve these problems. The system of JPEG coding system mainly has eight parts: discrete cosine transform (DCT) and inverse DCT, quantization and inverse quantization, Zig-zag ordering and inverse Zig-zag ordering, Huffman coding and decoding. The proposed parallel algorithm of JPEG coding makes all the parts of JPEG system run on GPU, so the speed of JPEG coding is improved significantly. DCT and Huffman coding are wildly used in image processing; therefore the proposed parallel algorithm can be used in many fields about image compression and processing. We use the CUDA toolkit based on GPU which is released by NVIDIA to design the parallel algorithm of DCT-JPEG algorithm. The experimental results show that compared with conventional JPEG coding, the maximum speedup ratio of parallel algorithm of JPEG coding can reach more than 120 times, and the reconstructed image has almost the same performance with the serial algorithm in terms of objective quality and subjective effect.
Chinese Accent Detection Research Based on Features Structured

Accent is a critically important component of spoken communication, and plays a very important role in spoken communication. In this paper, we conduct accent by using MFCC algorithm and RASTA - PLP algorithm to extract short-time spectrum features of each speech segment based on features structured information. We build short-time spectrum feature sets based on MFCC algorithm and RASTA - PLP algorithm. And we choose NaiveBayes classifier to model the two feature sets. NaiveBayes is to choose the class with maximum posteriori probability as the object's class. This classification method makes full use of the related phonetic features of speech segment. Based on short-time spectrum of MFCC feature set and short-time spectrum of RASTA - PLP feature set respectively achieve 82.1% and 80.8% accent detection accuracy on ASCCD. The experimental results indicate that based on sub-segment splicing feature structured method of MFCC and sub-segment splicing feature structured method of RASTA - PLP can be used in Chinese accent detection study.

It is of great significance to reform the patterns of library resource construction and services in MOOC, for example, it can help to fulfill the individual needs of learners, and achieve sustainable development for the library. Firstly, the author analyzes the characteristics of MOOC; secondly, discusses the characteristics of information construction of library; and then designs a knowledge discovery model of the library information resources construction in MOOC; finally proves that it could provide favorable support for the improvement of library resource construction and services to discover knowledge from library data base according to the result of case study.
Towards Program Risk Management and Perceived Risk Management Barriers

This paper seeks to investigate the concepts of risk management and its implications for program management discipline. It highlights the distinctions of programs over projects and discusses why programs are more risky. Further, based on relevant descriptions and findings from respective literatures, we report a number of perceived barriers en route for risk management implementation on ground; we also discuss the reasons and rationales behind such infirmities. Dominant factors causingunderprivileged risk management are classified into four prime categories: resource constraints, contextual restrictions, learning imperfections and human limitations. An empirical survey-based study conducted from Pakistan telecom professionals discovers that monetary constraints, schedule compels, unstable organizational environment, lack of executive’s commitment towards risk, and deficit of risk-aware culture are the topmost barriers that impede the implementation of risk management in large-scale telecom programs in the country. The concepts defined in the early parts of this study will enable the practitioners to understand the program risk management subject in enhanced ways, while the findings delineatedlater can equip the relevant stakeholders with better learning of affairs prevalent in Pakistan telecom industry; this may also aid policy makers in instigating corrective actions.

Based on variable-gain amplify-and-forward (VAF) relaying scheme, the lower bound on outage probability (OP) of the mobile-relay-based mobile-to-mobile (M2M) networks over N-Nakagami fading channels is investigated in this paper. By the method of the harmonic mean of positive random variables, the exact closed form expression of the lower bound on OP is derived. Then the OP performance under different conditions is evaluated through numerical simulations. The numerical simulation results coincide with the theoretical results well, and the accuracy of the analytical results is verified. The simulation results showed that: the fading coefficient, the number of cascaded components, the relative geometrical gain, and the power-allocation parameter have an important influence on the OP performance.

The system of adaptability evaluation for national defense students is usually qualitative. In this paper the complexity of adaptive capacity and the influence to each other of various factors are considered, a two-stage quantitative index evaluation is proposed based on fuzzy model. The ideological political quality, comprehensive quality, professional quality, physical and psychological quality constitute the first-level indices. On the basis of these four indices, eighteen secondary-level indices are refined out. the first-level indicators can be generated through secondary-level indices by using membership function, the qualitative evaluation of adaptability evaluation for the national defense students can generated by the maximum membership degree principle in the first-level indicators. Finally, a concrete example is used to show the process of this scheme which is given in the paper and the feasibility of the method.
