In the process of research and development of tube bending forming technology, the way of improving the forming quality and establishing the optimization of forming process parameters has become an important problem that should be solved quickly. This text simulated the process of bend forming with the way of finite element, combined with the effects of geometric and physical parameters on the forming quality of bending pipe, taking the important parameters which are measurements of the pipe wall thickness variation as test indexes, made the virtual orthogonal experiment and gained the laws of the bending angle, relative bending radius, relative wall thickness, thrust, pipe friction coefficient between mode have effects on the forming quality of wall thinning rate and wall thickening. Through the comprehensive analysis and additional test, obtained the optimal parameters values, improved the accuracy of simulation and the optimization results of orthogonal test, improved the quality of tube bending forming.

A Novel Hybrid Bat Algorithm with Differential Evolution Strategy for Constrained Optimization

A novel hybrid Bat Algorithm (BA) with the Differential Evolution (DE) strategy using the feasibility-based rules, namely BADE is proposed to deal with the constrained optimization problems. The sound interferences induced by other things are inevitable for the bats which rely on the echolocation to detect and localize the things. Through integration of the DE strategy with BA, the insects’ interferences for the bats can be effectively mimicked by BADE. Moreover, the bats swarm’ mean velocity is simulated as the other bats’ effects on each bat. Having considered the living environments the bats inhabit, the virtual bats can be lifelike. Experiments on some benchmark problems and engineering designs demonstrate that BADE performs more efficient, accurate, and robust than the original BA, DE, and some other optimization methods.

Wireless underground sensor networks (WUSN) has wide applications in environmental information monitoring. It plays a vital role in the handling and management of water resources for irrigation. Because it prevents radio interference, improves real-time acquisition of information and reduces energy consumptions. In this work, WUSN was used to collect soil temperature and moisture information of an irrigation system. The base station used the sensor nodes to collect the data in a particular area. All nodes in the networks were the same and energies were constrained. According to the schedule, WUSN nodes turn on or off their radio module to save energy. When the collected data was less than the threshold value, the base station would inform the controller perform a motor control action through setting the corresponding. In this paper, system used data fusion method for saving energy to send collected data to the base station. The testing showed that the system was successfully implemented on a real-time remote monitoring for irrigation. The result was a low cost, highly reliable and simple infrastructure for the collection of soil data over a distributed area in agricultural environments.

The dynamics of a GEO satellite will be studied in this work to obtain a dynamical model as accurate as possible. This model will be obtained in terms of Gauss’ variation of osculating parameter (VOP) equations containing the environmental perturbing accelerations, which are traditionally used to plan the station keeping maneuvers. The idea is to implement a controller for geostationary station keeping purposes based on a model written in terms of osculating orbital elements instead of averaged elements. Such a controller plans in an automatic way the station keeping (SK) maneuvers and it could be integrated on board in view of autonomous station keeping control loop.

Every information system has its own domain model for its environment and efficient task operation, which results in diverse heterogeneities, especially the semantic Heterogeneity. In this paper, order to adapt to the data request model of railway system, and semantic conflict type existing in the process of data integration, Ontology technology is employed in heterogeneous information integration, and a heterogeneous information framework is given. By finding semantic conflict initiative and constructing semantic mapping relations. In the case of SCADA data in railway system, Ontology mapping discovery algorithm is verified.

Olfactory display devices have become a recent demand and trend in human computer interaction, providing a new member in the human computer interaction peripheral devices family. These devices enrich the olfactory sense for the user stimulating him/her by means of scent stimuli in correspondence to an object or an event shown on the visual display. Some researches have been done to cover the design, usage and delivery for the scent to the users, other works covered some analysis on the scent categorization and grouping. In this paper a focus is on the controlled atomization of a liquid based scent material while guaranteeing: speed, intensity, durability, compactness and scalability, these important factors are crucial to build a commercial grade olfactory displays containing a universal, interchangeable and versatile but yet durable scent disparity component to facilitate the realization of olfactory display devices.
