우리나라는 1997년 말 시작된 IMF 외환위기, 2007년말 시작된 글로벌 금융위기, 2019년 말 시작된 코로나 팬데믹에 기인한 경제위기라는 3번의 큰 경제위기를 경험하였다. 먼저 1997년 말 시작된 외환위기는 우리나라 자체적인 문제점에 의해 시작되었으며, 정부 에서는 이를 타개하기 위한 다양한 자구책을 도입하였다. 즉, 민간기구인 한국회계연구원이 설립되어 1998년 말부터 기업회계기준의 대대적인 개정으로 회계의 투명성을 확보하고, 우 리나라의 회계수준을 국제회계실무 수준으로 높이며 분식회계를 추방하여 기업이 공시한 회계이익의 질을 높이고자하는 측면에서의 다양한 개선책이 시행되었다. - 또한 2007년 말 시작된 글로벌 금융위기는 우리나라가 아닌 미국의 문제점을 원인으로 하여 시작되었다. 즉, 2007년 2월 미국 최대의 모기지 전문 대출 회사인 New Century Financial이 회계조작과 내부자거래 혐의로 파산보호신청을 하였으며, 그동안 장밋빛 미 래를 제시한 analyst들과 신용평가 기관들에 대한 신뢰가 깨지기 시작하였다. 또한 2007 년 6월 막대한 돈을 차입하여 CDO(collateralized debt obligation)에 투자한 Bear Sterns 헤지펀드 2개사가 파산하면서 글로벌 금융위기가 본격적으로 시작되게된 것이다. 미국의 2008년 9월 15일은 전 세계경제를 충격에 빠뜨린 역사적인 날이다. 이날 158년 역사의 Lehman Brothers 지주회사가 파산보호신청과 함께 94년 역사의 Merrill Lynch가 Bank of America에 500억 달러에 팔렸다. 이를 기점으로 전 세계가 글로벌 금융위기의 수렁으로 빠져들었으며 실물경제는 곧바로 직격탄을 맞게 되었다. 이는 우리 나라 금융시장과 외환시장의 변동성을 확대시켰다. 선행연구에 의하면 이러한 변동성에 영향을 끼친 주요 원인 중 하나가 국내 주식시장에서의 외국인투자자들의 급격한 투자비 중 감소였다. - 마지막 2019년 말 시작된 코로나 팬데믹 역시 중국의 우한 지역에서 시작되어 우리나라 경제에 큰 타격을 주었으며 이러한 경제적인 타격은 오늘날까지도 이어지고 있다. - 이러한 관점에서 본 연구의 목적은 최근 우리나라에 영향을 끼친 3번의 경제위기 전후 기업의 재무적 특성과 경영성과가 어떻게 변화하였으며 재무적 특성이 경영성과에 미치 는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. - 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 사용할 표본은 IMF 외환위기 이전인 1995년부터 2021 년까지 연속적으로 재무자료를 추출할 수 있는 상장기업으로 한정하였다. - 본 연구에서 사용하는 변수는 기업가치의 대용치인 Tobin Q와 경영성과의 대용치인 ROA 등을 종속변수로 사용하였으며 재무 특성 변수는 선행연구에서 그 적정성이 검증된 수익성 비율, 안정성 비율, 성장성 비율, 활동성 비율을 사용하였다. - 가설 검증을 위한 실증분석은 재무특성과 경영성과와의 관련성을 검증하기 위한 기초통 계량 분석, 상관관계 분석, 경제위기 전후 평균 차이분석을 위한 T-검정, 다변량회귀분석 을 실시하였다. - 검증결과, 우리나라 기업들이 겪은 3번의 경제위기는 우리나라 기업들의 경영성과와 재 무적성에 유의한 차이를 보였다. - 본 연구의 결과는 향후 발생할 수 있는 또 다른 우리나라의 경제위기 상황에서 이를 이 해하고 극복하기 위한 선험적인 자료로 사용될 수 있다고 판단한다.

This study aims to analyze the financial soundness of 15 listed international e-sport firms from 2021 to 2023 using three failure prediction models: the Altman revised Z score model, the Springate model, and the Zmijewski model. The results are summarized as follows. First, this study's findings show that most firms are in financial distress over the sample period. Second, the Altman revised Z score model classified results 4 out of the 15 e-sport firms as financially healthy for the entire period. Second, Springate and Zmijewski’s models classified 1 out of the 15 esports firms as financially sound for the entire period. In conclusion, Springate and Zmijewski’s models predicted more e-sport firms as likely to go bankrupt than the Altman Z score model. This result is expected to be useful for investors and lenders in their investment decision-making process regarding e-sport firms.

The Purpose of this Study was to explain factors influencing non-purposeful behavior of Smart Devices. This study collected 219 survey data from University Students in Korea. The EFA and the Multiple Regression analysis were hired in order to test the 7 hypotheses. Empirical results showed that perceived boredom and loneliness significantly has a positive direct effect on non-purposeful behavior but information searching ability has a negative effect in perspective. Moreover, some attributes of personal decision-making styles positively or negatively affect non-purposeful usage, boredom and loneliness and information searching ability.

Fintech has gained tremendous attention from practitioners and academics in recent times. This review adopts bibliometric analysis to analyze fintech's trend and current environment over the past ten years. We analyzed 3032 fintech related articles and reviews indexed in Scopus database from 2015 to 2024. We utilized R studios Biblioshiny and VOSviewer for the quantitative analysis. Our results indicate an upward trend of yearly scientific production of fintech related research. China, the USA, and India were the top three most impactful countries contributing to the production and development of the fintech literature. We unveiled 9 influential research themes from the keyword co-occurrence analysis: trust, fintech, cryptocurrency, COVID-19, Innovation, blockchain, natural resources and financial inclusion. There is a need for future research to explore fintech related emerging themes such as financial literacy, corporate governance, and natural resources. This review has contributed to the existing literature by using the most recent data to uncover the trends and current state of fintech academic research. This review is expected to be used as basic research material for future research in fintech.

인적자원관리정책은 인적자원을 관리하고 조정하는 규범이자 행동지침이다. 이를 통해 기업은 유능한 인재의 확보하고 활용하여 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있다. 산동성은 인적자원관리정책으로서 인 재로 발전시키는 전략(人才兴鲁战略)을 추진하고 있다. 또한 광동성, 강소성 절강성은 중국의 경제 발전을 견인하는 대표적인 지역으로 유능한 인재를 확보하고 활용하는 차별화된 인적자원관리 정 책을 시행하고 있다. 본 연구는 산동성의 인적자원관리정책을 이들 성 과의 비교분석을 통해 문제점을 확인하고 이 를 극복할 수 있는 방안을 제시함으로서 지역적 특성에 적합한 인적자원관리 전략을 수립하는데 활용하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 탐색조사로서 사례연구방법에 의하여 이루어졌다. 분석결과 산동성의 인적자원 투입은 상승세를 보이고 있기는 하지만 다른 지역에 비해 낮은 수 준이며, 과학기술 연구투자도 증가하고 있지만 다른 지역에 비해 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 산동성은 지역적 차별화를 고려한 인재정책을 수립하고 공정한 평가시스템과 인적자원 관리체계 를 구축하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 산동성의 특성을 고려한 인적자원관리 전략을 수립하여 유능한 인적자원을 확보하고, 그들의 능력을 개발하고, 활용함으로서 기업의 경쟁력을 확보하여 경제성장에 기여하기 위한 유효한 자료로서 활용될 것으로 본다.

Human resource management policies are norms and guidelines for managing and coordinating human resources. Through this, companies can strengthen their competitiveness by securing and utilizing competent human resources. Shandong Province is pursuing a strategy to develop human resources as a human resource management policy. In addition, Guangdong Province and Jiangsu Province Zhejiang Province are representative regions that lead China's economic development, and have differentiated human resource management policies that secure and utilize competent talent. The purpose of this study is to identify problems through comparative analysis of the human resource management policies of Shandong Province and to suggest ways to overcome them, and to utilize them in establishing human resource management strategies suitable for regional characteristics. This study was conducted by case study method as an exploratory survey. As a result of the analysis, the input of human resources in Shandong province is showing an upward trend, but it is lower than other regions, and investment in science and technology research is increasing, but it is lower than other regions. Therefore, Shandong province should establish a human resource policy considering regional differentiation and establish a fair evaluation system and human resource management system. The results of this study will be used as effective data to secure competitiveness of companies and contribute to economic growth by establishing human resource management strategies considering the characteristics of Shandong Province, securing competent human resources, developing and utilizing their capabilities.

Background: Creativity, an important form of social and economic capital, is a crucial factor for college students seeking to gain competitive advantage in the increasingly challenging job market, and it has become a core competency that contemporary college students must master. In the field of education, increasing attention is being paid to the connotation and functional mechanism of college students’ creativity (SC). This study explored the mechanism of college teachers’ positive implicit followership (TPIF) in SC cultivation, and investigated the mediation effects of teacher innovation support (TIS) and students' creative self-efficacy (CSE) in this mechanism. In this study, a total of 677 teacher-student pairs were collected from 10 universities in Shandong Province of China. TPIF were measured with self-reported teacher questionnaires, and SC, TIS, CSE were measured with self-reported student questionnaires. This study used SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 to verify the main effect and analyze the mediation effect and chain mediation effect for TIS and CSE. In the Chinese context, TPIF has a positive predictive effect on SC, and within TPIF and SC, teacher innovation support and creative self-efficacy exhibit a chain mediation effect. This study is the first to explore the influence of TPIF on SC in the context of college teachers and students. It observes the cultivation of SC from a new angle. Exploring the influence mechanism of TPIF on SC can provide a basis for the cultivation and development of SC in college education.
