본 연구는 한국무용 직업무용수의 여가몰입에 따른 공연불안과 직무지속성의 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두고, 무 용수 324명을 유효 표본으로 설문지를 사용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 무대경력이 적고, 여가참여기간이 오래될수록 여가몰입이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 여가참여기간이 오래 되고, 무대경력이 적을 수록, 연령이 높은 그룹일수록 공연불안이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 경로분석과 회귀분석 결과 무용수들의 여가몰입 은 공연불안과 직무지속성의 각 하위변인들에 따라 (-)부적, (+)정적영향을 미치는 다양한 결론이 도출되었다. 이 러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구가 한국무용 직업무용수의 여가몰입이 공연불안과 직무지속성에 미치는 다양한 영 향을 연구하는 기초자료의 역할을 할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between performance anxiety and job duration according to the leisure commitment of Korean dance professional dancers. The results were analyzed by using 324 dancers' questionnaire. First, leisure activity was higher when the stage career was less and leisure participation period was longer. Second, the longer the leisure participation period, the smaller the stage career, and the higher the age group, the higher the performance anxiety. Third, as a result of path analysis and regression analysis, leisure commitment of dancers resulted in various conclusions with negative and positive influences according to sub - variables of performance anxiety and job persistence. The results of this study suggest that this study can serve as a basic data to study the various influences of leisure commitment of the Korean dance professional dancers on performance anxiety and job durability.

본 논문은 청소업종 내 남녀 간 직종분리와 남녀 임금격차가 온존 및 확대되고 있는 현상을 Tilly와 Tomaskovic-Devey가 분석한 착취, 기회매점, 자원통합에 의한 불평등의 장기지속 메커니즘에 기초하여 이해하고자 하였다. 청소업종 내 일자리 질 악화와 젠더불평등 확산의 과정을 젠더 차이에 대한 사회적 범주가 조직 내 범주와 결합됨으로써 범주적 불평등이 더욱 고착되는 과정으로 분석될 수 있다고 본 것이다. 또한, 본 연구는 자의적 독단적 현장 관리 시스템에 기초한 기회매점에 의해 여성 청소노동자들이 조직 내 자원과 의사결정으로부터 체계적으로 배제되어 더욱 주변화되는 과정에도 주목하였다. 그러나 본 논문은 청소서비스업 내의 장기지속 불평등의 메커니즘을 분석하는 데 머물지 않고, 서경지부 대학 청소사업장을 중심으로 한 노조 조직화와 초기업 단체교섭이 이와 같은 불평등 구조에 균열을 야기하는 과정을 고찰함으로써 노동조합의 발언권 효과를 탐색해보고자 하였다. 이와 같은 성공 사례는 저임금노동자에 대한 법적･제도적 보호체계가 취약하고 산업수준에서의 중앙교섭이 부재하는 제도적 제약요인 속에서도 노동조합이 국지적 차원에서 불평등을 완화시킬 수 있는 가능성을 입증하였다.

This article tries to understand the process in which gender wage gap has widened over time in Korean janitorial sector by drawing upon the analyses of Tilly and Tomaskovic-Devey on the mechanism of exploitation, opportunity hoarding and resource pooling that reinforces durable inequality. It tries to explain the occupational degradation and gender inequality in janitorial services by relying upon Tilly’s analysis on the process whereby matching the social categorical boundaries of gender differences with interior organizational categories reinforces inequality at the workplace. Also, this study pays attention to the mechanism of opportunity hoarding linked to the arbitrary managerial despotism that systematically excludes women janitorial workers from organizational resources and decision making, which further contribute to the marginalization of those female workers. Yet, this article does not confine itself to the analysis of the reinforcement of durable inequality. It extends the analysis to the union effects on changing categorical workplace inequality. In this respect, it tries to explain how recent Korean janitorial union organizing and collective bargaining played significant part in shifting categorical relations at some Seoul-area universities by making changes in prevailing patterns of workplace inequality. The union cases point to the possibilities of reducing inequality at local level, albeit the national institutional limitations that come from weak legal protection for low wage service workers and the absence of peak-level coordinated bargaining system.

본 연구는 인정·보상, 인센티브를 지원으로 재개념화하여 대학생의 물질적 지원에 대한 수용정도를 확인하고, 물질적 지원을 제공 받은 경험이 봉사활동 지속성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 창원시내 소재 대학의 사회복지전공 학생 348명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 SPSS 20을 사용하여 결과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 물질적 지원에 대한 수용정도는 긍정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 자원봉사활동의 물질적 지원을 제공받은 경험은 활동 지속성에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 지원 유형간 영향력 비교에서는 자원봉사활동 시 제공 받은 물질적 지원 경험이 심리·정서적 지원 경험보다 자원봉사활동의 지속성에 더 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 토대로 체계적인 물질적 지원 프로그램 개발을 통해 자원봉사활동 지속성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to understand the effect on between received material support experience and volunteer activity durability. Therefore volunteer activity durability verification attempted recognition about material support of university student acceptance degree and received support experience. This work used that the survey based on revolve around the 5 university social work student of the Changwon and question response rate is 52% about among the 640 questionnaire collect 348 questionnaire. The analysis used the survey and do that Frequency Analysis, Descriptive Statistics Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Independent Sample t-Test, and Regression Analysis using SPSS 20. This work analyzed about awareness of material support necessary based on the need for material support and requirement using descriptive statistics analysis. Second hierarchical regression analysis result in this work show that the causal connection between the volunteer activity durability and received material support experience. Also stepwise hierarchical regression analysis result in this work show that the received material support experience is more influential to volunteer activity durability than psychological and emotional support. In this work result can be use it support the argument that recompense controversy about volunteer activity. Also it result bring out the utilizing human resources program development research through methodical material support.
