Spatial Distribution and Determinants of Hypertension Prevalence at The Subdistrict Level: A Small-Area Ecological Cross-Sectional Study

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the spatial distribution of hypertension prevalence and identify the demographic, behavioral, and community environmental factors associated with regional variation across 153 eup-myeon-dong administrative units in Chungcheongbuk-do, South Korea.Methods: Secondary data analysis was performed using Community Health Survey data from 62,411 adults aged ≥ 30 years (2017-2021). The prevalence of hypertension was defined as the proportion of individuals diagnosed with hypertension by a physician. Spatial statistical indicators were obtained from the Statistical Geographic Information Service (SGIS). Descriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation, choropleth mapping, global Moran’s I, local indicators of spatial association (LISA), and ordinary least-squares (OLS) regression analyses were performed.Results: The prevalence of hypertension showed statistically significant spatial clustering (global Moran’s I=0.442, p<.001), with high-high clusters concentrated in rural eup-myeon areas and low-low clusters in urban dong areas. Despite confirmed clustering, the LM lag and error tests indicated no statistically significant spatial dependence in the regression residuals. The regression analysis showed that the prevalence of hypertension increased in areas with a higher proportion of older adults, greater obesity prevalence, and higher satisfaction with public transportation, whereas stronger trust among neighbors and greater satisfaction with healthcare access were associated with a lower prevalence.Conclusion: These findings support a shift toward tailored nursing and public health interventions at the sub-district level, prioritizing rural high-risk areas and reflecting the distinct demographic, behavioral, and environmental contexts of each community.

Study on minerals status of dairy cows and their supplementation through area specific mineral mixture in the state of Jharkhand

Background: Deficiency of macro and micro-minerals in the ration of dairy cows adversely affects growth, milk production and reproduction efficiency. It is essential to examine mineral concentrations in feeds offered to dairy cows in practical farms. Methods: Two villages from each taluka were selected at random for taking representative samples of feeds, forages and hair. Within the village, help was sought from village milk producers and district animal husbandry officer for identification of 4 to 5 farmers and collection of representative samples. All the samples were processed and analyzed for chemical composition as well as major macro and micro-minerals, using Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometer. Results: Ca content in wheat straw (0.29%), crushed maize (0.02%) and wheat bran (0.12%) was found to be below the critical level (0.30%). The P content in concentrate ingredients was high (0.26?0.96%), but low in dry roughages (0.06?0. 12%). Cereal straws (0.14%) and grains (0.12%) were deficient in Mg. Feeds and forages were found to be adequate in K (1.50%). Cereals straws were found to be deficient in S (0.11%). Greens were good source of Cu (12.02 ppm). Wheat straw was found to be low in Zn (18 ppm), but high in Mn (225 ppm) and Fe (509 ppm). Local grasses and azolla green were found to be rich source of Co (>1.00 ppm). Se (0.63 ppm) was present in appreciable quantities in most of the feedstuffs. Conclusions: From the present study, it was apparent that the feeds and forages available in the state of Jharkhand may not meet the requirements for Ca, P, Mg, Cu, Zn and Co in order to sustain a milk production of ~10 kg/day. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement these deficient minerals through area specific mineral mixture in the ration of dairy cows for improving productivity and reproduction efficiency.

Relationship between Cross-Sectional Area and Function of Core Muscles: An MRI Study

Background Particular attention has been paid to the core muscles because they serve as a muscular corset that works as a unit to stabilize the body and spine. Training programs for improving core stability often target improving core strength and endurance. Increased muscle size is also an expected effect of training programs. However, the relationship between core muscle cross-sectional area (CSA) and strength, stability, and clinical core test scores has not been identified. Purpose To investigate the relationship between core muscle CSA and muscle functions (strength, endurance, and stability). Study design A cross-sectional study Methods Fifty healthy participants (24 men, 26 women) participated in this study. The CSA of core muscle was measured using MRI. Maximal isometric trunk flexor strength, endurance, the score of double leg loading test were used to measure core muscle function. The relationship between core muscle CSA and muscle function was examined by Pearson’s correlation coefficient and Spearman rho correlation coefficient. Results Maximal isometric trunk flexor strength and side bridge strength were positively correlated with core muscle CSA. The isometric endurance test scores also showed a positive correlation with core muscle CSA except for the score of trunk flexor endurance test. Conclusions Only core strength showed moderate to excellent correlation with core muscle CSA. These findings indicate that core training to achieve muscle hypertrophy could lead to improved core strength but not core endurance.

Subject area mapping of Indonesian journals from GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital) and SINTA (Science Technology Index) databases: a descriptive study

Purpose: Studies examining the subject coverage of journals within databases are crucial for scholars and researchers seeking appropriate venues for their articles. This study investigates the characteristics of Indonesian journals by subject area, as listed in GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital) and SINTA (Science Technology Index), the leading Indonesian journal databases, thereby addressing the need for mapping journal subject areas within a specific national context. Methods: We employed web mining techniques to collect records from 26,726 journals listed in GARUDA and 13,522 accredited journals from SINTA. Four aspects were analyzed: the breadth of subjects covered by each journal, the number of journals in each subject area, relationships among covered subjects, and the top publisher with the largest number of journals. Results: Most subject area information was available on both databases. Our analysis revealed that journals in GARUDA exhibited a broader range and coverage of subject areas than those in SINTA, with a median of two subjects per journal in GARUDA versus one in SINTA. Indonesian single-subject journals were predominantly focused on “education,” “social,” and “economy,” while multiarea journals most frequently combined subsets such as {“science,” “engineering”}, {“education,” “social”}, and {“education,” “social,” “humanities”}. Universitas Negeri Semarang, a higher education institution, emerged as a leading publisher with a diverse portfolio of journals across subject areas. Conclusion: This study presents a subject area map of Indonesian journals and underscores the critical role of higher education institutions in publishing across all subject areas. The findings illustrate the diversity and interrelationships among journal subject areas, providing a foundation for future research on their influence on journal impact, author diversity, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Diagnosis of Pure Ulnar Sensory Neuropathy Around the Hypothenar Area Using Orthodromic Inching Sensory Nerve Conduction Study: A Case Report

Ulnar neuropathy at the wrist is an uncommon disease and pure ulnar sensory neuropathy at the wrist is even rarer. It is difficult to diagnose pure ulnar sensory neuropathy at the wrist by conventional methods. We report a case of pure ulnar sensory neuropathy at the hypothenar area. The lesion was localized between 3 cm and 5 cm distal to pisiform using orthodromic inching test of ulnar sensory nerve to stimulate at three points around the hypothenar area. Ultrasonographic examination confirmed compression of superficial sensory branch of the ulnar nerve. Further, surgical exploration reconfirmed compression of the ulnar nerve. This case report demonstrates the utility of orthodromic ulnar sensory inching test.

Protected area based ecotourism is now the most interesting topic to the nature lover and policy maker throughout the world because of its linkage with economic benefits, protected area management and biodiversity conservation. Based on this premise our study explores the visitors’ perception on the recreational potential of Kaptai National park and its potentiality in ecotourism development in Bangladesh. The field survey was carried out both in holidays and non-holidays of the week from the late winter season in 2009 to the spring season in 2010. A total of 118 visitors were interviewed with the help of a semi-structured questionnaire. Study findings revealed that about 62% male constitute the visitors group with the maximum number of visitors in the age of between 15-25 years (35.59%). The tourists were very much attracted by boat riding (93.22%) followed by scenic beauty of Rampahar-Sitapahar (85.59%). A major portion of about 57.14% tourists wished to visit the park within a year because they got a lot of pleasure from Natural and green environment (86.44%) followed by boating on Kaptai Lake (85.59%). Most of the visitors (36%) were happy about existing facilities but defined some problems such as tour guiding facility, food and drinking water supply, etc. About 71% and 66% respondents perceived that Kaptai National Park made them to be concerned and protective of nature and supports and sustains local ecosystem respectively and 43% respondents agreed that Kaptai National Park ensures the social equity and involve local people in ecotourism which are the most important elements of sustainable ecotourism. The present study results also predict that the park might be a good recreational area for enjoying with family members and group of friends through proper management and promoting the relationships among tourism, local people and biodiversity conservation.

산업유산 재생 지역의 자원 가치를 객관적으로 평가하는 것은 디자인 개선과 서비스 혁신의 중요한 전제 조건이 다. 본 연구에서는 산업유산 재생 지역의 자원 가치를 전반적으로 평가하기 위해 정성적, 정량적 방법을 결합한 가치 평가 방법(모형)을 제시하였다. (1)재생 지역의 자원에 따른 평가체계 수립(AHP 계층); (2)자원 유형에 따른 평가 코스 선택(cvm 또는 사용가치); (3)해당 지역의 각 자원의 가치와 총 가치의 계산. 본 연구에서는 운하 5호 사례에 적용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 해당 지역의 다양한 자원의 가치 순위 및 총 가치; 가치에 영향을 주는 요인은 다양하지만 주로 소득과 관련되는 것으로 나타났다. 나아가 결론은 다음과 같다. 재생지역의 가치는 사용가치와 비사용가치를 함께 구성해야 하며, 동일 요소가 서로 다른 자원의 가치에 미치는 영향이 다르다. 또한 요소별로 동일한 자원에 미치는 영향의 크기가 다르다.

Objective evaluation of the resources of industrial heritage regeneration area is an important prerequisite for design and improvement. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively evaluate the value of the industrial heritage regeneration area. This study identifies the method (model), combining the qualitative factor and quantitative factor. (1) Establish an evaluation system (AHP Hierarchy) based on the resources of regeneration area; (2) Choose an evaluation way based on the type of resource; (3) Calculate the value and total value of various resources in the area. The research is a case study of Canal 5 resort. It expounds the using process of the method and gets the rank and total value of each type of resource in this area, the factors influencing the value (mainly concerned with income), etc. The conclusion is that the value of the reclaimed land should be composed of both the use value and the non-use value; the same factor has different influence on different resources; different factors influence one resource to different extents.

IEC 60079-10-1 edition 2.0, the global standard for hazardous area classification, was newly revised in 2015. There are many differences compared to the previous edition 1.0 version, first released in 2008, so it has caused confusion in the industry. In case of edition 1.0, the hazardous area extent can be derived through the mathematical formula, but in case of edition 2.0, there was the problem that the exact hazardous area extent was not known because of the mathematical formula of the plot for applying the hazardous area extent was not presented. In this study, we converted the plot introduced in edition 2.0 to CAD format and derived the plot as the mathematical equations. Through this, we suggest the hazardous area extent formula of three states (heavy gas, diffusive, jet). As the IEC committee did not provide the mathematical formula of the hazardous area extent according to the release characteristic, it is impossible to apply the exact hazardous area extent. In this study, a mathematical approach was derived for the plot introduced in edition 2.0, which can reduce the confusion of the applying hazardous area extent.

CAN(Controller Area Network) is a simple and efficient network system for real time control and measurement. As it is not only good at error detection but also strong in electromagnetic interference, CAN has been widely used all over the industries. Basically, CAN needs a master node in charge of sensor data collection, node scheduling for data transmission to a monitoring system and error detection. According to the number of mater nodes, the CAN system is classified into two type of master system. One is a single master system that has only one master node and the other is a multi-master system where any sensor node can become a master node depending on the system's conditions. While it has the advantage of its fault tolerance, the multi-master system will suffer form the overall performance degradation when a defect is found in the master node. It is because all sensor nodes pertaining to a defective master node lose their position. Moreover, it is difficult and expensive to implement. For a single master system, the whole system will be broken down when a problem happens to a single master. In this paper, a dynamic master system is presented that there are several sub-master nodes of which basic functions are those of other sensor nodes at ordinary times but dynamically changed to replace the failing master node. An effective scheduling algorithm is also proposed to choose an appropriate node among sub-master nodes, where each sub-master node has its precedence value. The performance of the dynamic master system is experimented and analyzed.

The Study for Sediment Disaster at the Vulnerable Area Using Debris Flow Estimating Model KCI 등재

예측할 수 없는 이상 기후위기 속에서 발생된 집중호우는 많은 산지재해를 재해취약 지역에서 발생시킨 다. 본 연구 모델은 USACE가 제시한 재해취약 지역 토석류 예측 모델의 가중치를 침식-퇴적 모델에 적용하여 토석류를 해석하였다. 태풍 등급이 높을수록 토석류 Peak점이 높았고, 지속시간이 긴 Peak의 빈도수가 많아졌다. 식생 변화에 따른 분석은 조밀 식생으로 하단 도달 토석류 초기 Peak값이 가장 높게 나타났고, 에너지가 발산으로 고진폭 fluctuation이 나타났다. 강수특성이 집중 강우에서는 토석류 Peak값이 22% 이상 상승하였고, 발생시점이 빨라진 fluctuation이 나타났다. 또한, 높은 파고를 갖는 토석 류 fluctuation이 나타났고, 고진폭의 밴드폭도 상당히 길게 나타났다. 토석류 발생 취약지역 밀집도가 조밀한 경우 토석류 fluctuation이 조기에 발생하였고, fluctuation은 Peak를 형성하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 재해취약 지역에서 재해저감 대책 마련을 위한 정보를 제공할 것이다.

Torrential rains occurring during the unpredictable climate change cause many mountain disasters in vulnerable areas. This study is to analyze the debris flow mechanism by applying the multiplier of the vulnerable area debris flow prediction model presented by USACE to the erosion or sedimentation model. The higher the typhoon category, the higher the debris flow peak value, and the frequency of peaks of flow discharge with long durations increased. Analysis of changes in vegetation density showed that the initial peak value of the debris flow reaching the bottom was highest due to dense vegetation, and high-amplitude fluctuations appeared due to energy dissipation. In the case of heavy rainfall, the peak value of debris flow increased by more than 22%, and fluctuations of flow discharge occurred earlier at the elapsed time. In addition, debris flow fluctuations with high wave heights appeared, and the high-amplitude band width also appeared to be quite long. The analysis of present study will provide information for developing and prevention disaster reduction measures in vulnerable areas.

본 연구는 최근까지 국립공원 지역에서 발생한 474개소에 대하여 자료를 수집하고 산사태 발생인자 별 물리적 특성분석을 수행하여 그 결과를 바탕으로 산사태 발생지의 복원 및 모니터링 기준을 제시 하였다. 국립공원 지역의 산사태는 고도, 경사, 발생위치, 사면방위, 임상, 모암, 사면형, 사면단면형, 발생폭, 발생길이, 발생면적의 조건에서 산사태 발생빈도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 분석 결과를 기반으로 인공복원 1개소, 일부 인공복원(지반안정) 20개소, 일부 인공복원(식생도입) 1개소, 자연복 원 352개소, 복원완료 100개소로 분류하였으며, 모니터링 대상지 분류를 통하여 단기모니터링 대상 지 56개소, 중기모니터링 대상지 109개소, 장기모니터링 대상지 209개소, 복원완료 100개소로 분류 하였다. 산사태 발생지에 대한 지속적인 자료수집과 분석을 통하여 복원방법, 모니터링 대상지의 선정과 관리 기술을 확립하고 축적하여 경관 및 생태적으로도 보전가치가 매우 높은 국립공원에서 아름다운 자연환경을 보전, 관리하고, 인명과 재산피해를 최소화하는 데 효과적일 것으로 판단된다.

This study collected data on 474 sites that occurred in national parks until recently and analyzed the physical characteristics of each landslide occurrence factor, we suggested the criteria for restoration and monitoring of landslide occurrence areas. Landslides were analyzed to occur frequently in national parks under condition of altitude, slope, position, aspect, forest type, parent rock, cross slope, vertical slope, width, length and area. Based on the analysis results, it was classified into 1 place of artificial restoration, 20 places of partly artificial restoration 1 place of partly artificial restoration, 352 places of natural restoration and 100 places of restoration completed by the criteria of restoration plan. Also, according to the criteria of monitoring plan, it was classified into 56 sites for short-term monitoring, 109 sites for medium-term monitoring, 209 sites for long-term monitoring and 100 sites for restoration completed. If we establish and accumulate restoration methods, it will be effective in preserving and managing the beautiful natural environment of national parks which has a very high conservation value both in landscape and ecology, and in minimizing casualties and property damage.

도시화의 급격한 진행에 따른 불투수 면적의 증가와 기후위기로 인한 집중호우를 동반한 홍수로 강수가 빠르게 하천으로 유입되어 하천재해의 발생 빈도가 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지난 2009 년, 2016년, 2017년 등 집중 강우로 인해 많은 재산피해가 발생하였으며 내수재해 피해 또한 빈번한 거제시 고현천을 대상으로 강우자료와 지형자료를 분석하였다. 모의결과 인구가 밀집된 고현동 시 내의 도심에서 하천의 범람이 발생하였다. 또한 금곡교 구간까지는 바다와 접하여 해면승강의 영향 을 받아 호우 시 피해가 자주 발생할 것으로 예상되었으나 제방 주변이 개발되고 도시화되어 하폭을 늘리는 것은 불가능한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구에서는 배수유역에 대해 하도분담 홍수량을 설정하고 초과량에 대해 홍수조절시설을 설치하여 분담하도록 홍수분담 계획을 제시하였다.또한 XP-SWMM을 이용한 이중배수체계 모델링 해석을 통해 침수지역을 분석하고 강제배제 시설의 적용 성을 검토하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 최적 홍수방어 대책은 홍수로 인한 하천범람과 내수재해 대비 를 위한 정책수립 시 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Due to the rapid progress of urbanization, the area of impermeable water is increasing, and the flooding accompanied by torrential rain caused by the climate crisis is rapidly flowing into the stream, increasing the frequency of river disasters. In this study, the rainfall data and topography data were analyzed for Gohyeoncheon, Geoje City, where many property damage and flood damage were frequent due to intensive rainfall in 2009, 2016, and 2017. As a result of the simulation, a river overflow occurred in the city center of Gohyeon-dong, where the population was concentrated. Therefore, this study proposed a flood sharing plan to establish a sub-dividing flood volume for the drainage basin and install flood control facilities for the excess amount. Furthermore, a dual drainage system modeling analysis using XP-SWMM was conducted to analyze the immersion area and examine the applicability of forced exclusion facilities. It is believed that the optimal flood defense measures proposed in this study can be used as basic data when establishing policies to prepare for flooding of rivers and domestic disasters.

A Study of Emergency Medical Service Vulnerable Areas Using GIS Service Area Analysis KCI 등재

본 연구는 인천광역시 응급의료기관 및 지역구를 대상으로 GIS의 네트워크 분석 기법의 확장 모듈인 서비스 권역 분석을 활용하여 인천광역시의 응급의료 서비스 취약지역을 도출하고, 이에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인천광역시는 대부분의 지역에서 10분 내 의료시설에 접근이 가능한 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 기존 공간분석과 관련된 선행연구의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 인천광역시뿐만 아니라 부천, 시흥 등 주변지역의 응급의료시설도 고려하여 서비스 권역을 분석하였다. 특히, 인천광역시 일부 지역에서는 주변지역의 응급의료시설의 이용권역에 포함되 는 것을 확인하였다. 이상의 결과를 종합하면, 인천과 같이 도시가 연담되어 있는 지역에서는 의료서비스 및 대국민 서비스 시설을 설치할 경우 인천광역시만을 고려할 것이 아니라 주변지역도 함께 고려하는 정책이 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to identify underserved emergency medical service regions in Incheon Metropolitan City using service area analysis, an expansion module of the GIS network analysis technique, for emergency medical facilities and regional districts in Incheon Metropolitan City and to determine the policy implications of these findings. The results of the analysis confirmed that, in most areas in Incheon Metropolitan City, medical facilities could be accessed within 10 minutes. Second, to overcome the limitations of previous spatial analysis studies, the service beyond Incheon Metropolitan City was analyzed, including emergency medical facilities in surrounding service areas such as Bucheon and Siheung. It can be concluded that policies for establishing medical services and public service facilities in areas connecting to neighboring cities, such as Incheon, should consider not only Incheon Metropolitan City but also the surrounding areas.

우리나라 도로건설사업 대기질 예측에 적용되는 CALINE3는 모델의 한계상 도심지역에서 적용이 어려움에도 불구하 고 모든 도로 사업에 적용하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 CALINE3 및 미국 EPA에서 장래 권장 모델로 사용 하고자 하는 AERMOD와 유럽에서 개발된 라그랑지안 입자추적 모델인 GRAL을 실제 도심지역 도로에 적용하여 실측 치와 비교하였다. 연구 결과 CALINE3의 경우 실측치와의 상관도가 낮게 나타나 도심지역에 적용시 낮은 신뢰도를 보 일수 있는 것으로 분석되었으며, AERMOD의 경우 실측치에 비해 과다하게 예측되는 것으로 나타나 장래 저풍속(1m/s 이하)에 대한 고려방안 마련과 함께 NOx에 대한 변환 방법을 모델 옵션에서 적용할 필요가 있을 것으로 분석되었다. 라 그랑지안 입자추적 모델인 GRAL의 경우 주변 지형, 건물 등을 복합적으로 고려하기 때문에 실측치와 모델치의 상관도 가 높게 나타나 도심지역 도로변 대기질 예측에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 끝으로 본 연구는 정릉로 측정소에 한해 대기 예측 모델의 검증을 실시한 결과로 향후 후속 연구를 통한 검증 지역의 확대와 이에 따른 모델의 타당성 검토가 지 속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Despite the limitations and difficulty in the application of CALINE3 model for air dispersion prediction of roads and tunnels construction businesses in South Korea, the model is being used in all roads construction projects. This study compared the predicted values of CALINE3 and AERMOD model that is suggested by the US EPA, to the values of GRAL model, a Lagrangian particle tracking model developed in Europe, by applying the models to the existing roads of the urban areas. The result showed low relevance to the actual measurement value in the case of CALINE3 model, thus displaying a low trusted value when applying to the urban areas. In the case of using AERMOD model, the predicted values were overly expressed compared to the actual measurement value, thus leading to the need of adding a No2 conversion method to the model in the future. In the case of GRAL model, a Lagrangian particle tracking model, the relevance between the actual and predicted values were high as the model considers the surrounding topography and the buildings all together, thus confirming that the model can be used for air dispersion prediction of the roads in the urban areas. Lastly, the result of this study testing the air prediction models in Jeongneung Measuring Station points that it is necessary for the future studies to expand the testing areas and test the validity of the models continuously.

본연구는필리핀의세부지역에진출한한국상공인의진출만족도가어떤요인들에의해얼마 만큼더크게영향을미쳤는지에대해분석한다.분석을위하여먼저신뢰도분석과요인분석을 실행하였고, 여기서검출된요인들을이용하여로지스틱회귀분석을하였다. 분석결과3개의 유의한성분이추출되었다. 즉, 성분1은‘사업및교육만족도요인’으로, 성분2는‘투자규모 요인’으로추출되었다. 성분3은‘현지종업원규모요인’이라고말하는변수가추출되었다. 한편로지스틱회귀분석의결과는1)세부지역한국상공인의진출만족도의크기는,사업에서 나타나는만족도보다는자녀교육에서나타나는만족도가더클때,세부지역에진출해서느끼는 만족감이더커질확률이높았다. 2)자본규모및현지종업원수와같은‘투자규모및운영비용의 문제’에관련된요인은그자체가세부지역진출에대한만족도를결정하거나크게영향을미치지 는요인으로서는작용하지못하는것으로나타났다. 3) ‘현지인에대한만족도’요인이한국상공인 의사업및자녀교육만족도와관련성이없다. 4)오히려‘창업자의나이’의요인이적게나마만족도에영향을미친다는점이흥미롭다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of the entry of Korean merchants in the Cebu of the Philippines and the influence of the variables. In order to analyze the satisfaction of the Korean merchants’ entry into Cebu, reliability analysis and factor analysis were performed, and logistic regression analysis was performed using the detected factors. The results of logistic regression analysis are as follows: 1) The size of the satisfaction of the Korean businessmen who entered the Cebu region in the Philippines, when the satisfaction level of the child education is larger than the satisfaction level of the business, it is more likely that the satisfaction of entering into the Cebu region is greater. 2) Factors related to ‘investment size and operating cost’, such as capital size and number of local employees, are important factors in entering the Cebu region, but it does not work as a factor that determine the satisfaction and also does not work as a factor that influences well. 3) Factor ‘satisfaction with locals’ is not related to the satisfaction of Korean businessmen’s business and children’s education.

본 연구에서는 관련 전문가와의 인터뷰조사 및 타 자치단체의 우수 지원 사례를 조사하고, 안 양시 지원정책과의 분석을 통하여 안양시 지원 방안 등을 제안하여 안양시를 중심으로 경기서 남권의 비즈니스 생태계를 복원시키고자 한다. 안양시 관내 주요 지역기업들의 대표들과 인터뷰를 통하여 확보한 녹취를 중심으로 주제별로 나누어 정책적 시사점을 정리하였다. 이를 통해 안양시 지역 기업의 지원 방안을 강구하여 어 려움을 겪고 있는 지역기업의 활성화에 기여하고자 함이 본 논문의 주요 연구목적이다. 안양시 지역기업 활성화를 위해서 먼저 기업환경 변화에 대응하기 위한 제안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 안양시 전 산업에 대한 심도 있는 통계 조사가 필요하고, 둘째, 환경 변화에 따른 적극적 대응이 필요하며, 셋째, 청년창업과 벤처기업의 적극적인 발굴, 넷째, 관내 대학과 공공기관과 의 실질적인 협력 체계 마련이 절실하다. 또한 지원정책 활성화를 위한 제안으로 첫째, 안양시 지역경제 관련 주관부서간 유기적인 연 계를 강화할 필요가 있고, 둘째, 선택과 집중의 현실적 지원 체계 마련, 셋째, 스타트업 지원정 책의 현실화, 넷째, 기업애로 및 규제발굴을 위한 현장방문을 정례화하고, 다섯째, 기업지원 인력의 전문성 제고가 반드시 필요하다.

Purpose : The purpose of this paper is to contribute to the revitalization of local companies that are struggling by seeking support for local companies in Anyang City. Research design, data, methodology : In this study, we are going to restore the business ecosystem of the southwestern Gyeonggi Province by investigating interviews with relevant experts and investigating excellent support cases of other municipalities, and proposing support measures for Anyang through analysis with Anyang City Support Policy. Results : In order to revitalize local companies in Anyang, proposals to respond to changes in the corporate environment are as follows. First, an in-depth statistical survey of all industries in Anyang is needed, second, active response to environmental changes is needed, third, active discovery of youth start-ups and venture companies, and fourth, practical cooperation with universities and public institutions. In addition, as a proposal to revitalize support policies, first, organic links between Anyang's regional economic departments need to be strengthened, second, a realistic support system for selection and concentration, third, regular on-site visits to start-up support policies, fourth, corporate difficulties and regulatory development.

본 연구에서는 AERMOD 대기확산 모델을 이용하여 제주도에서 유해화학물질 중 불화수소의 소규모 유출사고 영향 범위를 산정하여 보다 빠르고 정확한 대응시스템을 확보하고자 하였다. 분석결과 영향범위는 권역별로 서귀포소방서, 동 부소방서, 제주소방서, 서부소방서 순으로 넓게 나타났으며, 계절별로는 여름, 봄, 가을, 겨울 순으로 넓게 나타났다. 기 상인자(풍속, 기온) 간의 상관성은 풍속이 0.998로 높은 양(+)의 상관성을 보인반면, 기온과는 -0.463으로 음(-)의 상관성 을 보였다. 선형회귀분석을 통해 불화수소 누출사고 시 풍속에 따른 영향범위(m) = 13.922WS(풍속) - 5.195의 1차 방정 식을 얻을 수 있었으며, 신뢰도(R2)가 0.995로 매우 높게 나타났다.

In this study, the AERMOD air diffusing model was used to estimate the range of influence of Hazardous chemicals (hydrogen fluoride) in case of small accidents in Jeju area. The impact scope were in the order of Seogwipo Fire Station, Dongbu Fire Station, Jeju Fire Station, and Seobu Fire Station. Seasonal orders were summer, spring, autumn and winter. The correlation between the meteorological factors shows a strong positive correlation with the wind speed of 0.998 and has a negative correlation with the temperature of -0.463. Through the linear regression analysis, we could estimate the equation of Impact scope = 13.922WS (Wind Speed) - 5.195 and the reliability (R2) was as high as 0.995.

A Study on Air Pollution Point Source Tracking Method in the Industrial Complex Area Using Drone and Real-time Analyzer KCI 등재

본 연구에서는 대기 중 미세먼지 고농도 현상 발생 시 시행되는 미세먼지 비상저감조치 방안 중 고정오염원에 대한 사업장 감시· 점검 분야에서 활용할 수 있는 대기질 모니터링 및 오염원 추정에 대한 감시기법으로 2018년에 발생한 미세먼지 비상저감조치 시 경 기도에 위치한 도심 산단에서 활용되었던 사례를 바탕으로 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서 활용한 최신기법은 대기오염물질 측정용 드론과 실시간 이동형 감시시스템을 이용하였으며, 미세먼지 고농도 현상 발생 시 도심 산단에 위치한 수많은 사업장 중에서 고농도 배출 의심 사업장을 추정하여 선정(List-up) 하는 것에 의의를 가진다. 실시간 이동형 감시시스템으로는 도심 산단의 부지경계를 측 정·탐색한 후 구역을 구분하고 의심 사업장의 후보군을 선정하였고, 드론은 의심 사업장의 후보군에 속한 사업장 상공을 실시간으로 측정하고 고농도 사업장 2곳에 대하여 시료를 포집하는 역할을 수행하였으며, 또한, 드론으로 포집한 시료를 실시간 이동형 감시시 스템을 이용하여 분석한 결과로 최종 의심 사업장을 추정하였다. 최종 선정된 의심 사업장 측정 결과 톨루엔(Toluene) 농도가 최대 약 2,560 ppb까지 나타났고, 디클로로메탄(Dichloromethane)은 최대 약 170 ppb, 메탄올(Methanol)은 최대 90 ppb로 나타나 대기오 염물질 고농도 배출이 의심되는 부분을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서는 대기질 측정에 소요되는 시간과 노동력이 많이 필요한 기존의 감 시체계를 보완하여 미세먼지 비상저감조치 시 신속·정확하게 대응할 수 있는 감시기법을 제시하였다. 이는 미세먼지 고농도 현상 발 생 시 도심 산단 지역의 대기질 감시 모니터링에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

In this study, we conducted a case study on the selection process of suspected pollutant emission sites in urban industrial complexes and the concentration characteristics of pollutants using drones for measuring air pollutants and air quality real-time mobile monitoring system when high concentration of fine dust occurs. The study was conducted based on the case that was used in the industrial complex located in Gyeonggi-do during the actual emergency reduction that occurred in 2018. The area showing high concentration phenomenon inside the industrial complex was identified using drone and real-time mobile monitoring system, and the detailed measurement was carried out in the divided area and the workplaces were selected first. The industrial complex suspected of pollutant emission was mainly textile dyeing industry, and the industrial complex was mixed with residential area, and the site where the complaints of the residents occurred, and the Y business site located in the B area with the highest concentration was selected as the site of the suspicion of pollutant emission. The final result of the emission doubt workplace measurement showed that the concentration of toluene was up to about 2,560 ppb, dichloromethane was up to about 170 ppb, and methanol was up to 90 ppb, confirming the suspected emission of air pollutants. The results of this study can not investigate all air sources when high concentration of air quality occurs, so it can be used to select the workplace to be inspected in industrial areas or to identify the characteristics of air quality concentration in industrial areas in time and space rather than to measure the exact concentration or exceeding the clear emission allowance standard.

A Study on the Resolution of Inundation Accidents in Urban Areas in the Mountainous Area Using XP-SWMM Model KCI 등재

본 연구에서는 상습침수구역이자 산지 도시지역인 강원도 평창군 하진부지구에 XP-SWMM모형을 적용하여 빈도별 내수재해를 모의하고 원인 분석 및 내수재해 해소방안을 제시하였다. 강원도 평창 군 하진부지구에 침수해석을 모의한 결과 방재성능목표 강우량뿐만 아니라 저빈도 강우사상에서도 중⋅하류 관로에서 월류가 발생한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 내수재해를 저감하기 위해 우수관로 개선방안과 배수펌프장 신설 방안에 대해 모의하였으며 적합한 해소방안을 제시하였다. 우수관로 개선에 따른 모의결과 침수면적은 54%가 저감되고, 침수심은 26%가 저감된 것으로 나타났으나 우 수관로 개선만으로는 중⋅하류에 발생하는 월류를 해소하기 어려움이 있어 추가 방재시설물을 설치 해야 할 것으로 나타났다. 이에 우수관거 개선 및 배수펌프장 신설을 모의한 결과 목표 저감량 전량 을 해소할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 내수재해를 저감하기 위한 치수계획 수립 시 기초자 료로 활용될 것으로 판단된다.

In this study, the XP-SWMM model was applied to Hajin-bu district in Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon-do, which is a habitual inundation zone and mountainous area, and the inundation disasters were simulated by frequency and the cause analysis and the solution of domestic disasters were suggested. As a result of simulating inundation analysis in the Hajin district of Pyeongchang-gun, Gangwon-do, it was found that overflow occurred in the middle and down stream pipeline as well as the rainfall target for disaster prevention performance. In order to reduce the inundation disaster, the improvement plan of the rainwater pipeline and the new drainage pumping station were simulated and appropriate solutions were presented. As a result of simulations following improvement of rainwater pipeline, the inundation area was reduced by 54% and the inundation depth was reduced by 26%. However, it was found that improvement of rainwater pipeline alone had difficulty in solving the overflow in the middle and downstream. As a result of simulating the improvement of rainwater pipeline and the establishment of a drainage pumping station, it was found that the total amount of target reduction can be solved.
