본 연구는 학교체육시설 장애인 이용 개방지원 사업 특수체육 프로그램에 참여하는 장애인의 사회적 참여 경험과 공동체 의식의 본질과 의미를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 현상학적 연구 방법을 적용하였으며, 해당 프로그램에 4개월 이상 참여한 장애인 10명을 대상으로 심층면담 및 참여관찰을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Giorgi(1985)의 4단계 분석 절차에 따라 분석한 결과, 4개의 구성요소와 11개의 하위 구성요소가 도출되었다. 구성요소는 '사회적 관계의 형성과 확장', '공동체 의식의 형성', '사회적 참여를 통한 자기 성장', '지역사회 통합 인식의 변화'로 나타났다. 연구 참여자들은 낯선 공간에 적응하며 동료와 유대감을 형성하고 그 관계를 지역사회로 확장하였으며, 이 과정에서 소속감과 정서적 안정을 경험하였다. 또한 이는 자기효능감과 사회적 존재감 회복이라는 개인적 성장과, 지역사회 소속감 및 비장애인과의 공존 인식이라는 사회적 변화로 이어졌다. 본 연구는 학교체육시설 개방 정책의 사회통합적 효과를 질적으로 규명하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

This study explored social participation and sense of community among people with disabilities in adapted physical activity programs under the School Sports Facility Open Support Program for People with Disabilities. Data from in-depth interviews and participant observation with 10 participants involved for at least four months were analyzed using Giorgi's (1985) phenomenological four-step procedure. Four constituents and eleven sub-constituents emerged: "formation and expansion of social relationships," "formation of sense of community," "self-growth through social participation," and "changes in perception of community integration." Participants adapted to the space, bonded with peers, and extended these into the community, gaining belonging and emotional stability, enhanced self-efficacy, restored social presence, and positive views on coexistence with non-disabled individuals. Findings affirm the social integration effects of the school sports facility opening policy.

본 연구는 목적은 특수체육활동에 참여하는 부모의 프로그램 가치 인식, 서비스품질, 서비스만족의 관계를 검증하고 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 장애인 복지시설 및 사설특수체육기관에서 프로그램에 참여하는 부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사는 연구자가 직접 방문하였으며, 수집되어 분석에 이용된 자료는 236부이다. 수집된 자료는 서술통계, 요인분석과 신뢰도분석 그리고 상관분석과 회귀분석을 통하여 인과관계를 검 증하였다. 분석 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 프로그램 가치 인식과 서비스 품질의 관계에서 유형성, 신뢰 성, 공감성, 보증성에서 유의미한 영향력을 나타내었다. 둘째, 프로그램 가치 인식과 서비스 만족의 관계에서 이용만 족, 성과만족에서 유의미한 영향력을 나타내었다. 셋째, 서비스품질과 서비스 만족의 관계에서 이용만족, 성과만족 에서 유의미한 영향력을 나타내었다.

The purpose of this study verified the relationship between parents' perception of program value, service quality, and service satisfaction who participate in special sports activities. For this a survey was conducted with parents participating in the program at welfare facilities and private institutions in the metropolitan area. The survey was directly visited by the researcher, and 236 copies of data were collected and used for analysis. For the collected data, the causal relationship was verified through descriptive statistics, factor analysis and reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were obtained. First, it showed a significant influence in tangibility, reliability, empathy, and guarantee in the relationship between program value perception and service quality. Second, in the relationship between program value perception and service satisfaction, significant influence was shown on user satisfaction and performance satisfaction. Third, in the relationship between service quality and service satisfaction, it showed a significant influence on user satisfaction and performance satisfaction.
