자동핵종분리장치를 이용한 식품 시료 90Sr 분석법 평가 KCI 등재

2011년 후쿠시마 원전 사고 이후 식품의 방사능 오염 가능성에 대한 문제가 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 이에 식품의약품안전처에서는 식품에 대한 감마 핵종 분석 후 검출이 되는 검체에 한하여 알파 핵종인 플루토늄, 베타 핵종인 스트론튬의 분석을 진행하고 있다. 알파, 베타 핵종은 감마 핵종에 비해 복잡한 전처리 과정이 수행 되며 시약에 따른 위해성이 높다. 또한 시험법의 칼럼 정제 과정에서 사용자의 숙련도에 영향을 많이 받고, 이 과 정에만 소요되는 시간이 6-8 시간으로 하루에 진행할 수 있는 시료의 개수는 매우 한정적이다. 이에 본 연구에서 는 시험자의 숙련도 영향을 가장 많이 받는 칼럼 분리 과정을 자동핵종분리 장치로 대체하여 실험하고, 그 결과를 소요시간, 회수율, 분석 결과의 세가지 요소로 비교하여 스트론튬 분석 효율을 높이는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

Since the Fukushima nuclear accident in 2011, the possibility of radioactive contamination of food has been continuously raised. Accordingly, the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety is conducting analysis of alpha nuclides, plutonium, and beta nuclides, strontium, for samples detected after gamma nuclide analysis. Alpha and beta nuclides are more difficult to analyze than gamma nuclides, and the hazards of reagents are high. In addition, the column purification process of the test method is greatly affected by the user's skill, and the time required for this process alone is 6-8 hours, so the number of samples that can be processed per day is very limited. Therefore, in this study, we will present a method to increase the efficiency of strontium analysis by replacing the column separation process with an automatic nuclide separation device and comparing the results by three factors: required time, recovery rate, and analysis results.

Strontium 90의 골수 발암성에 대한 전계장의 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

Sprague Dawley rats were exposed to electric fields (6,000 V, 10 kV/m, 30 min/day, 6 days per week) and injected strontium 90 (681 kbq/rat, one time) through abdominal cavity (strontium 90 and electric field complexed exposure group). In parallel, series with the electric field exposure only, strontium 90 injection only and control groups were run. Every group was consisted of 110 rats (55 male and 55 female). This animal experiment was performed from May to December in 1993. This results were conducted to investigate the effect of electric field for 11 weeks. The results are summarized as follows: 1. Ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) activity in rat's bone marrow cells: The ODC values was significantly increased in Sr$^{90}$ injection group and Sr$^{90}$ and electric field complexed exposure group as compared with that of control group (p<0.05). The ODC value was significantly decreased in electric field and Sr$^{90}$ complexed exposure group in comparison with Sr$^{90}$ injection group (p<0.05). The ODC values of electric field only exposure group was not different to that of control group (p>0.05). 2. The amount of Sr$^{90}$ accumulation in the femur, kidney and spleen:The accumulation amount of Sr$^{90}$ in the femur of Sr$^{90}$ injection group represented higher value than that of electric field and Sr$^{90}$ complexed exposure group (p<0.05). In the kidney and spleen, the difference between electric field and Sr$^{90}$ complexed exposure group and Sr$^{90}$ injection group wasn't observed. 3. The counts of white cells in blood of Sr9?injection group was decreased as compared with the value from control group and electric field and Sr$^{90}$ complexed exposure group (p<0.05). The rat's body weight, red blood cell counts and the weight data of liver, kidney and spleen did not show differences among four groups.

본 연구에서는 Solution Process를 적용한 Strontium Oxide를 배향막으로 사용한 경우의 액정배향 특성에 대해서 연구하였다. Stronium Oxide 는 High K 물질로 배향막으로 사용할 경우 임계치 전압을 효율적으로 조절할 수 있는 장점이 있으나, 액정분자와의 배향에 관한 상호관계에 대해서는 많은 연구가 진행되지 않았었다. 0.1~0.4 Mol 롤 농도를 조절한 Strontium Oxide를 Solution Process 로 배향막으로서 제조함으로써, 보다 생산성이 좋은 방법을 제시할 수 있었으며, 재료가 갖는 우수한 특성을 반영한 액정디 스플레이의 제조가 가능하였다. 샘플 측정결과 1.447~1.613V 의 임계치 전압특성을 보여주어 기존의 방법으로 제조된 액정디스플레 이와 동등 혹은 우월한 특성을 갖고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

We stuidied liauid crystal alignment treatment using solution process for making thin oxide layer in liquid crystal display. It is the one of very effient and popular process in making thin oxide layer in electronical industrial fields. Particularly, this process has highly potential value in liquid crystal display industrial fields because it cause automatically induced alignment process without tranditional alignment process in liquid crystal alignment process. We made several different kinds of mol density solutions using strontium oxide solution. And those solutions were treated for solidification layers using annealing process for 2 hours. And we stuided pretilt angle properties of these alignment layers of strontium oxide for clarifying the relationship of liquid crystal molecules and thin strontium oxide layer. And we also tested the existence of strontium oxide thin layer on substrate using XPS measurement. We expected the hig gain of electro-optical properties in liquid crystal display using strontium oxide thin layer because it has high K property material than the other metal-based oxide layers. In this results, we measured 1.447 to 1.613 thresholds volts as 0.1 mol to 0.4 mol density in 0.1 mol density steps. This is significant better characteristics than conventional liquid crystal display as higher than 1.85 thresholds volts. And it make possible to making next-generation liquid crystal display which present low-power consumption and wide gray scale in liquid crystal display.

REMOVAL OF RADIOACTIVE STRONTIUM USING SOIL BACTERIA

Once strontium (88Sr) 90mM get injected to the soil or 0.7% agarose which the plant survives, it makes the plants and the roots suppressed growth and eventually the plant die.(Experimental 1) Also, it makes the soil bacteria in the soil reduced greatly, and then the suppression of the plant growth should be accelerated. The study confirms that the injection of structurally cell-wall changed bacteria, which were collected from Siwha lake and (sample 5,6) and modified by ‘competent cell’production process (sample 4,5), leads the removing toxic of strontium (88Sr) from that the surface of cell-wall changed bacteria absorbs strontium (88Sr), and confirms that this phenomenon are same as other soil bacteria. Through the examination of the HMA4 gene, confirms that the plant is able to suppress to absorb strontium (88Sr) from injecting the Siwha lake soil bacteria (sample 5, 6) produced by ‘competent cell’production process as well. Also, in order to check out whether the soil contains strontium (88Sr), isolate and identify the bacteria which survive in high resolution strontium (88Sr). Using this, provide the checking-out method whether strontium(88Sr) are. From the result of experiments which the soil bacteria that are able to check out strontium (88Sr) inject to the soil collected nearby nuclear power plant, confirms the bacteria multiplication in the soil collected nearby nuclear power plant. Based on this, can guess a possibility of existence of strontium (88Sr) or isotope of it in the soil nearby nuclear power plant. Although shows that the bacteria are able to suppress the plant growth weakly, confirms that the plant grows normally after injecting the Siwha lake soil bacteria (sample 5) which produced in order to absorb strontium (88Sr).

A hydrated strontium iron fluoride, Sr2Fe2F10(H2O) has been synthesized and characterized. The material was synthesized through mild hydrothermal reaction using an aqueous CF3COOH solution. The material exhibits a onedimensional structure consisting of chains of corner-shared Fe3+F6 octahedra, isolated Fe3+F5(H2O) octahedra, chains of SrF10 polyhedra and isolated SrF8 polyhedra, respectively. Magnetic property measurements on Sr2Fe2F10(H2O) reveals an antiferromagnetic order at TN of ~2.5 K with a Weiss temperature () of -61.51 K.

Homogeneous liquid crystal (LC) alignment on hafnium strontium oxide (HfSrO) films prepared by sol-gel process via ion-beam (IB) bombardment was investigated. Uniform LC alignment was achieved on the IB-irradiated HfSrO films at IB intensity of 1.8 keV. We confirmed the effect of surface morphology on LC alignment using field-emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM). In addition, we observed electro-optical characteristics of the twisted-nematic (TN)-LC cells based on HfSrO films to verify the possibility of LC display (LCD) application.

Microbially Induced Calcite Precipitation Based Sequestration of Strontium by Ureolytic Bacteria

Contamination by radioactive strontium (90Sr) is a significant environmental problem. In this study, biomineralization based microbially induced calcite precipitation (MICP) seems to be a promising technique to sequestration of strontium from contaminated environments. Fifty-two ureolytic bacterial strains were newly isolated from various environments. From these, three strains were selected based on significant qualitative urease production by observing enzyme activity on urea agar plates and identified by 16S rDNA sequencing. The 3 strains (WJ-10, TB-22, TB-15) and positive control (Sporosarcina pasteurii KCTC3558) against groundwater environmental stresses such as salt, temperature, pH, starvation and strontium stresses. S. pasteurii showed a lower resistance capacity. On the other hand, the 3 strains was strongly resistance capacity and high strontium concentration (20 mM). Microbially induced calcite precipitation (MICP) process in sequestration was further confirmed by XRD analyses. XRD spectra showed presence of various sequestration products such as strontianite in samples.

In this study, 52 ureolytic bacterial strains were newly isolated from various environments. From these, 2 strains (TB-15 and TB-22) were selected based on their high urease activity. XRD spectra clearly showed presence of various sequestration products such as calcite and strontianite in samples. TB-22 showed 20~30% higher survivability upon Sr concentration (20 mM) than Sporosarcina pasteurii KCTC 3558. TB-15 and TB-22 showed 80~90% higher survivability at pH 6 than S. pasteurii. The results demonstrated that the 2 isolates colud be good candidates for the bioremediation of Sr contaminated sites.

Barium이 함침된 4A 제올라이트 (BaA)에 의한 고방사성해수폐액에서 Sr의 흡착 제거 KCI 등재

본 연구는 고방사성해수폐액 (HSW)으로부터 Barium (Ba)이 함침된 4A 제올라이트 (BaA)에 의한 고방사성핵종 중에 하나인Sr의 흡착 제거를 수행하였다. BaA에 의한 Sr의 흡착 (BaA-Sr)은 Ba의 함침농도 20.2wt% 이상에서 Ba의 함침농도가 증가할수록 감소하며 Ba 함침농도는 20.2wt% 정도가 적당하였다. 그리고 BaA-Sr 흡착은 BaA 내 4A에 의한 Sr 흡착 (4A-Sr)에BaSO4 침전에 따른 Sr 공침이 첨가되어, Sr의 농도가 0.2 mg/L 이하 (HSW 내 실제 Sr 농도 수준)에서 BaA는 m/V (흡착제량/용액 부피)=5 g/L, 4A는 m/V >20 g/L에서 99% 이상의 Sr 제거가 가능하였다. 이는 흡착제 단위 g 당 Sr의 처리용량 및 2 차 고체폐기물 (폐흡착제 등) 발생량 저감화 차원에서 BaA-Sr 흡착이 4A-Sr 흡착보다 우수함을 나타낸다. 또한 BaA-Sr 흡착이 증류수보다 해수폐액에서 Sr의 제거능이 우수하여 HSW로부터 직접 Sr을 제거하는 데 효과적일 것으로 보인다. 반면에 BaA에 의한 Cs의 흡착 (BaA-Cs)은 주로 BaA 내 4A에 의해서 이루어지고 있어 함침 Ba의 영향은 거의 없는 것 같다. 한편 BaA-Sr 흡착속도는 유사 2차 속도식으로 표현할 수 있으며, Sr의 초기농도 및 V/m 비 증가에 따라서 속도상수 (k2)는 감소하지만 평형흡착량 (qe)은 증가하고 있다. 그러나 용액의 온도증가에 따라서는 반대로 k2는 증가하지만 qe는 감소하고 있다. BaA-Sr 흡착 활성화에너지는 약 38 kJ/mol 로 강력한 결합 형태를 이룬 화학흡착은 아니더라도 물리적 흡착보다 화학적흡착이 지배적일 것으로 보인다.

This study investigated the removal of Sr, which was one of the high radioactive nuclides, by adsorption with Barium (Ba) impregnated 4A zeolite (BaA) from high-radioactive seawater waste (HSW). Adsorption of Sr by BaA (BaA-Sr), in the impregnated Ba concentration of above 20.2wt%, was decreased by increasing the impregnated Ba concentration, and the impregnated Ba concentration was suitable at 20.2wt%. The BaA-Sr adsorption was added to the co-precipitation of Sr with BaSO4 precipitation in the adsorption of Sr by 4A (4A-Sr) within BaA. Thus, it was possible to remove Sr more than 99% at m/V (adsorbent weight/solution volume)=5 g/L for BaA and m/V >20 g/L for 4A, respectively, in the Sr concentration of less than 0.2 mg/L (actual concentration level of Sr in HSW). It shows that BaA-Sr adsorption is better than 4A-Sr adsorption in for the removal capacity of Sr per unit gram of adsorbent, and the reduction of the secondary solid waste generation (spent adsorbent etc.). Also, BaA-Sr adsorption was more excellent removal capacity of Sr in the seawater waste than distilled water. Therefore, it seems to be effective for the direct removal of Sr from HSW. On the other hand, the adsorption of Cs by BaA (BaA-Cs) was mainly performed by 4A within BaA. Accordingly, it seems to be little effect of impregnated Ba into BaA. Meanwhile, BaA-Sr adsorption kinetics could be expressed the pseudosecond order rate equation. By increasing the initial Sr concentrations and the ratios of V/m, the adsorption rate constants (k2) were decreased, but the equilibrium adsorption capacities (qe) were increasing. However, with increasing the temperature of solution, k2 was conversely increased, and qe was decreased. The activation energy of BaA-Sr adsorption was 38 kJ/mol. Thus, the chemical adsorption seems to be dominant rather than physical adsorption, although it is not a chemisorption with strong bonding form.

Microwave ferrites require high coercivity for their use as microwave absorbers. Strontium hexaferrite is one of the best material due to its magnetic properties , high coercivity, large unilateral magnetic anisotropy and very low cost in comparison to others make it suitable for the use as microwave components specifically microwave absorber .Strontium nano hexa ferrites were successfully synthesized through chemical co-precipitation method. The synthesized nanostructure was characterized by X-Ray powder diffraction(XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).The XRD result shows the shift from amorphous to crystalline after the calcination of sample at 6000C.The behaviour of ferrite as microwave absorber was also studied for X band of frequencies.

AMP/IO-PAN 복합체를 이용한 방사성 핵종(코발트, 스트론튬, 세슘) 의 흡착 제거 KCI 등재

무기 이온교환제인 ammonium molybdophosphate(AMP)와 자성을 가지는 산화철(iron oxides, IO)을 혼합하고, 유기 지지체인 polyacrilonitrile(PAN)을 결합하여 AMP/IO-PAN 복합체를 합성하였으며 액체 방사성폐액 내 방사성 핵종의 처리 적용성을 평가하였다. 합성된 AMP/IO-PAN 복합체의 물성을 X-선 회절분석(XRD), 퓨리에 변환 적외선 분광분석(FT-IR), 주사전자현미경(SEM), 입도분석기(PSA), 비표면적 및 공극 분석, 자성 측정(MPMS) 분석을 통해 파악하고, 코발트, 스트론튬, 세슘에 대한 흡착 성능을 평가하였다. 10wt%의 산화철이 함유된 AMP/IO-PAN 복합체의 자성 측정 결과, 2.038 emu/g으로 나타났다. 10wt%의 산화철이 함유된 AMP/IO-PAN 복합체의 Langmuir 모델로 예측한 코발트, 스트론튬, 세슘에 대한 최대흡착량(Q0)은 각 0.097 mmol/g, 0.087 mmol/g, 0.655 mmol/g으로 나타났다. 0, 10, 20, 30wt%의 산화철이 함유된 AMP/IOPAN복합체의 Langmuir 모델로 예측한 세슘에 대한 최대흡착량(Q0)은 각각 0.702 mmol/g, 0.655 mmol/g, 0.602 mmol/g,0.559 mmol/g으로 나타났으며, 첨가된 산화철의 양이 증가할수록 AMP/IO-PAN 복합체의 세슘 흡착량이 감소하였다.

Applicability of ammonium molybdophosphate/iron oxides-polyacrylonitrile (AMP/IO-PAN) composites on theremoval of radionuclides in the radioactive wastewater generated from nuclear power plants was investigated. Thecomposites were characterized using the following analytical techniques: X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourior transform-infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), particle size analyzer (PSA), nitrogenadsorption-desorption and magnetic property measurement system (MPMS). 10wt% of AMP/IO-PAN compositehas a saturation magnetization of 2.038 emu/g. Single-solute sorptions of Co, Sr and Cs onto 10wt% of AMP/IO-PAN composite were investigated. The maximum sorption capacities (Q0) predicted by the Langmuir model on10wt% of AMP/IO-PAN composite were 0.097, 0.086 and 0.66 mmol/g for Co, Sr and Cs, respectively. Themaximum sorption capacities (Q0) of Cs predicted by Langmuir model on 0, 10, 20 and 30wt% of AMP/IO-PANcomposites were 0.702, 0.655, 0.602 and 0.559 mmol/g, respectively. The maximum sorption capacities (Q0) ofCs decreased with increasing the iron oxide content in the AMP/IO-PAN composites.

Strontium aluminate 형광체의 발광특성연구

백색 LED를 실현하는 방법의 하나로 UV LED와 적, 녹, 청의 3색 형광체를 이용하는 방법이 주목받고 있다. 이것은 연색성과 색온도 제어 특성이 뛰어나다. 그러나 기존의 형광체는 단파장, 약 250nm 전후, 에서 여기되는 특성을 갖고 있기 때문에 near UV(nUV), 약 380-410nm, 의 LED에 응용하기에는 발광특성에 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 연구에서는 nUV 여기가 가능한 strontium aluminate를 flux를 이용한 고상반응법으로 합성하고 발광 특성을 분석하였다. SrO와 A1$_2$ $O_3$의 조합비와 반응조건에 따라서 SrA1$_2$ $O_4$ 흑은 Sr$_4$Al$_{14}$ $O_{25}$ 가 합성되었고, 이들은 도핑과 함께 각각 약 520nm에서의 녹색발광과 약 480nm에서의 청녹색 발광 특성을 보이고 있었다. 도펀트로는 Eu, Dy, Ce, Pr 등이 단독 혹은 혼합되어 첨가되었고, 종류와 양에 따라서 발광 파장의 이동이 관찰 되었고, 강도도 이것에 크게 의존하고 있었다. 또한 발광강도는 여기 파장에도 의존하고 있었으며, 약 350-390nm의 nUV에서 가장 높은 발광강도가 관찰되었다.다.

Strontium Alginate를 담체로 한 Photobacterium phosphoreum 고정화 조건의 최적화

Since the condition of immobilization must be optimized, it is very important to know whether and on how conditions bacterial cells retain their metabolic activity during immobilization process. A bioluminescence intensity had the maximum value when cell concentrations were between 1.0 and 1.2 measured at O.D660. The strontium alginate was used as an immobilization matrix and two independent factors for immobilization of Photobacterium phosphoreum with strontium alginate were optimized with the response surface methodology(RSM) considering degree of bioluminescence. As a result, the optimum concentration for immobilization was found to be 2.4%(w/w) for sodium alginate and 0.31M for strontium chloride, respectively. A dilution was carried out with 2.5%(w/v) NaCl solution that is an optimum environmental condition for growth of P. phosphoreum. Under the such condition of immobilization, hardness could be predicted as 4.66$\times$104N/$m^2$ and it took different time according to the volume of matrix to be immobilized completely.

흰쥐 적출심장의 Norepinephrine 유발 양성 변력성작용에 미치는 Strontium의 영향

This study was designed to investigate the effect of substitution of strontium for calcium on mechanical activity in isolated perfused spontaneously beating rat hearts. The mechanical activity of the hearts of Langendorff's preparation in conditions of low calcium and strontium-substitution for calcium was compared. The effect of norepinephrine and verapamil were also observed in those conditions. The results were as follows: 1. In low calcium, the mechanical activity of the heart preparation was significantly reduced, but when the equimolar strontium was substituted for the reduced calcium, the activity was kept at similar level to the normal condition. 2. When equimolar strontium was substituted for the total calcium in perfusate, the heart preparation stopped its beating, and it was not restored in spite of reperfusion with normal calcium perfusate. 3. Norepinephrine-induced positive inotropic effect was inhibited in low-calcium condition especially with low concentration of norepinephrine, but not in strontium-substitution for calcium. 4. Verapamil reduced the activity of the heart both in low-calcium and strontium-substitution as well as in normal calcium conditions. From above results, it was concluded that strontium served as a substitute of calcium in maintaining mechanical activity and in responsiveness to norepinephrine, and the influx of strontium through cell membrane is inhibited by verapamil as the influx of calcium.

골막기원세포에서 strontium에 의한 조골세포 표현형의 활성

This study investigated the effects of strontium on osteoblastic phenotypes of cultured human periostealderived cells. Periosteal tissues were harvested from mandible during surgical extraction of lower impacted third molar. Periosteal-derived cells were introduced into cell culture. After passage 3, the periostealderived cells were further cultured for 28 days in an osteogenic induction DMEM medium supplemented with fetal bovine serum, ascorbic acid 2-phosphate, dexamethasone and at a density of $3{\times}10^4$ cells/well in a 6-well plate. In this culture medium, strontium at different concentrations (1, 5, 10, and 100 ${\mu}g$/mL) was added. The medium was changed every 3 days during the incubation period. We examined the cellular proliferation, histochemical detection and biochemical measurements of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), the RT-PCR analysis for ALP and osteocalcin, and von Kossa staining and calcium contents in the periostealderived cells. Cell proliferation was not associated with the addition of strontium in periosteal-derived cells. The ALP activity in the periosteal-derived cells was higher in 5, 10, and 100 ${\mu}g$/ml strontium-treated cells than in untreated cells at day 14 of culture. Among the strontium-treated cells, the ALP activity was appreciably higher in 100 ${\mu}g$/ml strontium-treated cells than in 5 and 10 ${\mu}g$/ml strontium-treated cells. The levels of ALP and osteocalcin mRNA in the periosteal-derived cells was also higher in strontium-treated cells than in untreated cells at day 14 of culture. Their levels were increased in a dose-dependent manner. Von Kossa-positive mineralization nodules were strongly observed in the 1 ${\mu}g$/ml strontium-treated cells at day 21 and 28 of culture. The calcium content in the periosteal-derived cells was also higher in 1 ${\mu}g$/ml strontium-treated cells at day 28 of culture. These results suggest that low concentration of strontium stimulates the osteoblastic phenotypes of more differentiated periosteal-derived cells, whereas high concentration of strontium stimulates the osteoblastic phenotypes of less differentiated periosteal-derived cells. The effects of strontium on osteoblastic phenotypes of periosteal-derived cells appear to be associated with differentiation-extent.

The $Ca^{2+}-substitutional$ roles of strontium for the contractile processes were investigated in the rabbit renal artery. The contractions induced by either norepinephrine or high $K^+$ in the condition which intra- and extracellular $Ca^{2+}$ were replaced by $Sr^{2+}$, i.e. $Sr^{2+}-mediated$ contractions, were dose-dependent. And then the maximal amplitude of contraction, as compared with $Ca^{2+}-mediated$ contraction, was about 50% in norepinephrine and about 70% in high $K^+$. The $Sr^{2+}-mediated$ contractions were independent in the contraction by norepinephrine $(10^{-5}M)$ but dependent in those by high $K^+(100\;mM)$ on the extracellular $Sr^{2+}$ concentration. Also $Sr^{2+}-mediated$ contractions induced by norepinephrine were observed in the $Sr^{2+}-free$ Tyrode's solution. The $Sr^{2+}-mediated$ contractions induced by either norepinephrine or high $K^+$ were suppressed by verapamil, a $Ca^{2+}-channel$ blocker. By extracellular addition of $Sr^{2+}$, the $Ca^{2+}-mediated$ contractions induced by norepinephrine $(10^{-5}M)$ or 40 mM $K^+$ were inhibited but those by high $K^+(100\;mM)$ were increased. And the $Sr^{2+}-mediated$ contractions were increased by extracellular addition of $Ca^{2+}$ but did not reach the level of $Ca^{2+}-mediated$ contraction. Therfore it is suggested that in the vascular smooth muscle of rabbit renal artery $Sr^{2+}$ could enter the smooth muscle cells easily through the potential-operated calcium channel (POC) but not easily through the receptor-operated calcium channel (ROG), and $Sr^{2+}$ might be stored in the intracellular $Ca^{2+}-binding$ site and released by NE and induced the contraction by a way of activating directly the contractile apparatus.
