This study investigates the evaluation of concrete due to the solid powder and leaving along time recycling water containing saccharic based stabilizing. Test results showed that increase of saccharic based stabilizing agent(SSA) inclined the fluidity of fresh concrete and declined the values with leaving along time progressive as well as indicating the similar tendency in terms of air content. For the setting time, while specimens using only recycling water without SSA were not dramatically different from that of control concrete and it was accelerated according to prolonging leave alone time and increasing solid powder, it is confirmed that specimens using more SSA effectively delayed the initial and final setting time. It was demonstrated that the compressive strength of concrete using SSA slightly and the content of solid powder increased, but it was decreased that leaving alone time was prolonged. Lately, It was also demonstrated that the length change by drying shrinkage was increased caused by prolonging leave alone time and increasing solid powder, but it was decreased according to more SSA.

This study investigates the engineering properties of concrete using recycling water, designed with various content of saccharic based stabilizing agent(SSA). Test results showed that increase of SSA inclined the fluidity of fresh concrete. As waiting time of recycling water before use increases, the fluidity of concrete decreased. In addition, the air content of specimens using more SSA recovered the value, which is comparable with control concrete, and delayed the setting time. However, the setting time of the specimens improved when used recycling water after 3 days. For the properties of compressive strength, specimens using recycling water increased the value, compared with that of control concrete, and it was maximized at 1 days of waiting time and overall 0.2% of SSA adding ratio.

In this study is investigated the various properties of concrete with the kinds of stabilizing agent of recycling water and solid content in order to suggest a practical use of recycling water According to the results. fluidity and air content varies slightly with the kinds of stabilizing agent and solid content, but does not make a big difference. Setting time does not differ remarkably from plain concrete at 2$0^{\circ}C$, but is shortened with an increase of solid content. Bleeding is reduced more largely in the case of S than in the case of R, and is not influenced by solid content. Compressive strength is equal or decreases in comparison with plain concrete at solid content of 1 and 5%, and shows the highest value at solid content of 3%. Length change by drying shrinkage is larger than plain concrete at solid content of 5%, and decreases at solid content of 1 and 3%. Therefore, it proves that the influence of the kinds of stabilizing agent is minute, and solid content is most effective at 3%.
