스마트 교정은 과밀수용, 교정인력 부족, 재활 지원의 한계 등 교정현장의 구조적 문제에 대응할 수 있는 대안으로 주목받고 있으나, 관련 기술의 학술적 논의와 실제 현장 도입 양상을 통합적으로 검토한 연구는 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 스마트 교정시설 내 인간-AI 협업(Human-AI Collaboration, HAC) 기반 서비스의 연구 동향과 현장 적용 실태를 함께 분석하여 연구-현장 간 차이와 한국형 스마트 교정의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내･외 학술문헌 28편과 정부 보고서, 교정기관 자료, 회색문헌을 대상으로 이중 경로 주제범위 문헌고찰을 수행하였으며, 기능 영역별 연구-현장 지형도 분석과 4사분면 갭 매핑을 적용하였다. 분석 결과, 보안･영상분석, 전자감독, 행정･데이터 영역은 연구와 현장 간 격차가 비교적 작았으나, 재활･정신건강 및 교도관 심리지원 영역은 연구에 비해 현장 도입이 현저히 제한적인 것으로 나타났다. 특히 교도관 심리지원은 연구와 실천 모두에서 가장 취약한 사각지대로 확인되었다. 또한 HAC 수준은 기술 발전 자체보다 국가별 교정 철학과 제도적･문화적 맥락에 따라 다르게 구현되고 있었다. 본 연구는 스마트 교정의 연구-현장 지형도를 구조적으로 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 한국형 스마트 교정 정책의 우선순위 설정과 재활･정신건강 지원체계 및 교도관 복지정책 설계를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

Smart corrections has emerged as a potential response to structural challenges in correctional settings, including overcrowding, workforce shortages, and limitations in rehabilitation services. However, few studies have comprehensively examined both the academic discourse on these technologies and their actual implementation in practice. This study aimed to analyze research trends and field applications of Human-AI Collaboration (HAC)-based services in smart correctional facilities and to identify research-practice gaps while suggesting future directions for Korean smart corrections. To this end, a dual-track scoping review was conducted using 28 academic publications, government reports, correctional agency documents, and other grey literature. In addition, a research- practice landscape analysis and four-quadrant gap mapping were applied across functional domains. The findings showed that the gaps between research and practice were relatively small in the areas of security and video analytics, electronic supervision, and administrative data systems. In contrast, rehabilitation, mental health support, and psychological support for correctional officers showed markedly limited field implementation despite active academic discussion. In particular, psychological support for correctional officers emerged as the most neglected blind spot in both research and practice. HAC levels were also found to be shaped less by technological advancement itself than by national correctional philosophies and institutional-cultural contexts. This study is meaningful in that it offers a structured map of the research-practice landscape of smart corrections and provides foundational evidence for setting policy priorities and designing rehabilitation, mental health, and correctional officer welfare strategies in Korea.

The rapid evolution of artificial intelligence, particularly Generative AI, has widened the gap between industrial practice and Information Systems research. To address this issue, this study investigates the industry-academia speed gap and proposes future research agendas to bridge this divide. We conceptualize this gap as a structural temporal asynchrony driven by distinct knowledge production mechanisms. Methodologically, we employ a computationally assisted Systematic Literature Review (SLR) that integrates Latent Dirichlet Allocation and embedding- based semantic similarity analysis to compare discourse patterns across industry news and IS academic papers. Our analysis reveals that industry and academia interpret identical phenomena through different lenses, even within shared thematic areas. Furthermore, we identify unique topic clusters that emerge exclusively within each domain. Based on these findings, we propose an expanded AI research framework by extending Padmanabhan et al. (2022) and present a research agenda directing scholars toward underrepresented yet industrially significant areas. This approach facilitates more timely and substantial contributions to the IS field while providing rigorous insights to assist in establishing corporate mid-to-long-term strategies.

The present study aimed to explore the strategies that could be potentially employed in the Iranian ELT context to bridge the gap between research and practice. Data were collected through conducting a ``focus group discussion`` with a number of practitioner-researchers. The findings showed that to improve the relationship between researchers and practitioners both teacher and researcher reward systems should be restructured, so as to encourage teachers toward an evidence-based practice, and researchers toward a problem-based research. Developing professional and social networks, founding an organization for promoting collaboration and cooperation between researchers and practitioners, supporting the involvement of teachers in academic activities, and revising and updating educational materials are also required for improving the link between research and practice.

이 논문은 건강관리와 간호에 있어서 현재 발전하고있는 경향과 맥락내에서 연구, 실무 및 이론 사이의 상관관계에 관하여 논하였다. 연구-실무-이른의 삼위일체의 연결고리를 위한 접근의 다양성에 대하여 기술하였다. 교육, 협력활동, 파트너쉽, 협동임명과 교수임상근무, 실무에 있어서 이른 적용의 문제점 또한 언급하였다. 이론과 연구를 풍부하게 하기 위한 방법과 연구에 기초한 지식을 실무에 적용하기 전 실무환경에 적절하게 사용될 수 있게 부가된 검증이 필요하다. 또한 실무환경에 지식을 적용, 평가, 반복함으로써 체계적이고 계획된 변화노력이 이루어져야 한다. 세계화와 국제화의 시각 및 모든 사람에게 국경을 초월하여 건강관리를 증진시키기 위하여 협력적인 연구활동이 특별히 요청된다.
