The purpose of this study is to reveal that Aldo van Eyck’s concept on Amsterdam playgrounds is focused on humanist values, which were critical themes of postwar modern architecture. He was committed to replacing the mechanistic doctrines of the postwar reconstruction with a humanist architecture, which to him meant an architecture of community. So I trace the emergence of his ideas in his relatively ignored but seminal projects, the playgrounds of Amsterdam. In conclusion, Aldo van Eyck's humanistic values of Amsterdam playgrounds are acquired by creative and voluntary use, that is to say, open function, and both polycentric and decentric composition. His over seven hundreds playgrounds in postwar Amsterdam turn individual urban voids into urban community places and they must become parts of the city's everyday fabric.

오늘날 사회에서는 다양하고, 유연한 사고능력을 가진 창의적인 인재 육성을 필요로 하고 있다. 이에 개방형 문제는 다양한 답을 찾는 과정에서 학습자의 창의력 계발에 효과적인 학습방법으로 생각된다. 이러한 개방형 문제는 두뇌 발달에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인가? 최근 두뇌 기능 상태를 고려한 교수-학습 활동 개발의 필요성이 제안되면서 이를 위한 기초 연구로 학습자의 뇌파 측정 및 뇌파를 통한 교육 효과 검증 등이 시도되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개방형 문제가 수학적 창의력에 미치는 영향과 함께 뇌파 측정을 통해 뇌기능 발달에 미치는 효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 결과 개방형 문제는 학습자의 수학적 창의력과 두뇌 각성, 긍정적인 학습 성향, 두뇌 활동의 효율성을 높이는데 효과적인 문제 유형이었다. 따라서 개방형 문제가 꾸준히 개발되어 학생들에게 다양한 답을 찾는 문제 해결 경험을 제공해야 한다. 또한 개방형 문제를 활용한 수업에도 적극 활용될 필요가 있다. 특히 개방형 문제 해결이 뇌기능에 미치는 긍정적인 효과를 고려해 볼 때, 주의가 낮고, 수학 학습에 소극적인 학습자에게 개방형 문제를 제시하고, 꾸준한 학습 경험을 제공할 필요가 있다.

The aim of this study was to find the effects of open-ended problems on mathematical creativity and brain function. In this study, one class of first grade students were allocated randomly into two groups. Each group solved different problems. The experimental group solved the open-ended problems and the comparison group solved the closed-problems. Mathematical creativity was tested by the paper test. And Brain function was tested by an EEG(electroencephalogram) tester. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, this study analyzed how the open-ended problems are effective on mathematical creativity. This analysis showed that it had a meaningful influence on the mathematical creativity(p=0.46). Accordingly, we could find out that open-ended problems make the student connect the mathematical concept and idea and think variously. Secondly, this study analyzed the effect of open-ended problems on brain function. This analysis showed that it did not have a meaningful influence on the brain function(p=.073) statistically but the experimental group's evaluation was higher than comparison groups' at the post-test. It also had a meaningful influence on the brain attention quotient(left)(p=.007), attention quotient(right)(p=.023) and emotion tendency quotient(p=.025). As a result of such tests, we could find out that open-ended problems are effective on brain function, especially on the attention ability. With the use of the open-ended problems, students could show quick understanding and response. An emotion tendency is also developed in the process. Because various answers are accepted, the students gain an internal reward at the process of finding an answer. Putting the above results together, we could find that open-ended problem is effective on mathematical creativity and brain function.

중소기업은 외부산업환경의 변화에 따라 생존을 위해 지속적인 기술혁신을 강요받고 있다고 할 수 있다. 중소기업의 기술혁신이나 기술협력 파트너의 발굴을 위해서는 산학연을 중심으로 개방형 혁신의 적극적인 도입이 필요하다. 그러나 중소기업은 외부 자원에 대한 접근성이 떨어져 독자적인 추진이 어려워 개방형 혁신중개자의 활용이 필요하고, 이에 따라 개방형 혁신중개자의 역할이 중요하다. 지금까지의 연구는 기술이전 분야에서 기술공급자 중심으로 성과요인이나 영향 요인이 연구되었고 중재자에 연구는 매우 미비하다. 본 연구는 기술이전 중개자의 역할과 기능을 분석하여 개방형 혁신중개자의 역할과 기존 기술이전 중개자와 어떻게 다른지 탐구하는 것이다. 이러한 개방형 혁신중개자의 역할을 정부지원사업의 수행 결과 토대로 중개자의 역할을 다루었다는 점에서 실무적인 의미가 있고, 향후 개방형 혁신 중재자들에 관한 연구에 대한 토대가 되는 것이 학술적인 의미가 있다.

SMEs are being forced to continuously innovate their technologies for survival due to changes in the external industrial environment. In order to innovate technology or discover technology cooperation partners of SMEs, it is necessary to actively introduce open innovation, centering on industry-academia-research. However, SMEs need to use open innovation brokers due to their lack of access to external resources and difficulty in independent promotion, and accordingly, the role of open innovation brokers is important. Until now, performance factors and influencing factors have been studied mainly by technology providers in the field of technology transfer, and research on mediators is very insufficient. This study analyzes the role and function of technology transfer intermediaries to explore the role of open innovation intermediaries and how they differ from existing technology transfer intermediaries. This role of open innovation intermediaries is of practical significance in that it deals with the role of intermediaries based on the results of government support projects, and it is of academic significance to serve as the basis for future research on open innovation intermediaries.

The Primary purpose of this study is to investigate factors and variables which have significant effects on user satisfaction with recreational facilities in Taejong-Dae recreational complex, thereby establishing indices of planning and development of urban parks and open space. To test the causal models of this research, the date were gathered by self-administered questionnaires from 967 households in Pusan City which were selected by the multi-stage probability sampling methood. The analysis of the multi-stage primarily consists of two phase : The first analysis dealt exploratory factor analysis which identified major factors involved in satisfaction with recreational activities and facilities in Taejong-Dae recreational complex and the second analysis tested the fit of the causal models of this research by employing LISREL methodology. There are three advantages of using LISREL over other multivariate analysis methods : First, measurement error is allowed and calculated in LISREL, otherwise there is a risk of seriously misleading estimates of coefficients ; Second, LISREL deals with latent variables or unmeasured variables ; Third, it enables to test causal relations among variables. The factors analysis identified that five factors are involved in satisfaction with recreational facilities. The five factors of satisfaction with recreational facilities are space for repose and relaxation, active recreation facilities such as pool and zoo, physical exercise facility, convenience and maintenance facility, and linear facility, and linear facility for walking. The second phase analysis tested the fit of the causal models for satisfaction with recreational facilities to the data and identified statistically significant causal linkage among overall satisfaction with Taejong-Dae recreational complex, other endogenous factors and exogenous variables. Overall fits of both causal models were very good. Among endogenous factors, facility for repose and relaxation. linear facility for walking, active recreation facility, facility for convenience and maintenance were identified as having significant effects on overall satisfaction. Exogenous variables which have significant effects on endogenous variables wer also identified. These significant relationships indicate important factors and variables that should be considered in planning and development of the recreational complex. On the basis of these significant causal relationships, implications for planning and the delovepment of Taejong-Dae recreational complex were suggested.

Combining the luminosity functions of main sequence stars in 3 associations and 22 open clusters, the initial luminosity function and mass function for these clusters are derived. For stars of m > $0.6m_{\odot}$, they are well consistent with those for the field stars.

The present day mass functions of main sequence stars in the well observed open clusters, Hyades, Praesepe, Pleiades, NGC 654 and NGC 6530 arc derived and compared with those computed from the model of time-dependent initial mass function and star formation rate. The agreements between the observed and computed present day mass functions suggest the importance of fragmentation process at the early phase and fragment interaction at the later phase of cluster evolution. This process of star formation is different from that related to the evolution of the solar neighborhood, and also could explain the lack of low mass stars observed in some open clusters.

The initial mass functions (IMF) of 15 selected open clusters are investigated by making use of C-M diagrams and theoretical evolutionary tracks. Among 15 clusters 13 have peaks in their IMFs and it is thought to be not due to incomplete photometry but to intrinsic property. The mass where IMF peaks is about $2\;M_{\odot}$ and it is similar to that of the second peak in the IMF of nearby field stars. The mean slope of the IMF in the high mass part is $1.9{\pm}0.6$ with some variations among clusters. But there seems to be no correlation between the slope and physical parameters such as ages, diameters, and metal abundances.

Based on the average method and the geometrical technique to calculate the average value, the average model of the open-loop step-up converter in CCM operation is established. The DC equilibrium point and corresponding small signal model is derived. The control-to-output transfer function is presented and analyzed. The theoretical analysis and PSIM simulations shows that the control-to-output transfer function includes not only the DC input voltage and the DC duty cycle, but also the two inductors, the two energy-transferring capacitors, the switching frequency and the load. Finally, the hardware circuit is designed, and the circuit experimental results are given to confirm the effectiveness of theoretical derivations and analysis.

This paper examines the impact eect on business cycles of in-vestment specic technology shocks in a small open economy.Our model is solved qualitatively and simulated by value func-tion iteration and transition probability iteration method. Ourpaper supports Keynes’ view that shocks to the marginal e-ciency of investment is important for business uctuations. Ourmodel is able to duplicate many of the stylized facts of business cy-cles in Korea. Theoretical and quantitative analyses uggest thatinvestment-specic technology shock provide a meaningful expla-nation to Korean economic uctuations. The shock has positiveeects on macroeconomic variables except for trade balance.

Modern autonomic function tests can non-invasively evaluate the severity and distribution of autonomic failure. They have sufficient sensitivity to detect even subclinical dysautonomia. Standard laboratory testing evaluates cardiovagal, sudomotor and adrenergic autonomic functions. Cardiovagal function is typically evaluated by testing heart rate response to deep breathing at a defined rate and to the Valsalva maneuver. Sudomotor function can be evaluated with the quantitative sudomotor axon reflex test and the thermoregulatory sweat test. Adrenergic function is evaluated by the blood pressure and heart rate responses to the Valsalva maneuver and to headup tilt. Tests are useful in defining the presence of autonomic failure, their natural history, and response to treatment. They can also define patterns of dysautonomia that are useful in helping the clinician diagnose certain autonomic conditions. For example, the tests are useful in the diagnosis of the autonomic neuropathies and distal small fiber neuropathy. The autonomic neuropathies (such as those due to diabetes or amyloidosis) are characterized by severe generalized autonomic failure. Distal small fiber neuropathy is characterized by an absence of autonomic failure except for distal sudomotor failure. Selective autonomic failure (which only one system is affected) can be diagnosed by autonomic testing. An example is chronic idiopathic anhidrosis,where only sudomotor function is affected. Among the synucleinopathies, autonomic function tests can distinguish Parkinson’s disease (PD) from multiple system atrophy (MSA). There is a gradation of autonomic failure. PD is characterized by mild autonomic failure and a length-dependent pattern of sudomotor involvement. MSA and pure autonomic failure have severe generalized autonomic failure while DLB is intermediate.

Purpose: Benign prostatic hyperplasia is often accompanied by age-related comorbidity, such as erectile dysfunction (ED). Recent data suggest an association between ED and lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), and increasing evidence indicates that the clinical use of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors provides relief from LUTS. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effects of tadalafil (20 mg once every 3 days for 12 weeks, p.o.) in men with moderate-to-severe ED and LUTS and to investigate the duration of the effects of tadalafil beyond treatment cessation. Metrials and Methods: Men with an International Index of Erectile Function-5 (IIEF-5) score of less than 11 (representing "moderate-to- severe" ED status) and with an International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS) of more than 8 (representing "moderate-to-severe" LUTS status) were enrolled. IPSS (total score, storage subscore, and voiding subscore) and IIEF-5 scores before treatment (baseline), during treatment (weeks 4 and 12 after treatment commencement), and after treatment (weeks 16 and 20after treatment commencement) were compared. Results: IPSS and IIEF-5 scores were significantly different between baseline and week 12 after treatment commencement. Furthermore, these scores were significantly different between baseline and week 20 after treatment commencement. However, except for IIEF-5 scores, no significant differences were observed between week 12 and week 20. Conclusions: Treatment with 20 mg tadalafil (once every 3 days) had beneficial effects on LUTS and ED beyond treatment cessation in patients with moderate-to-severe ED and LUTS.

본 연구는 지역경제에 영향을 미치는 창업기업의 혁신성과 창출을 위한 협업방안을 오픈이노베이션 관점으로 접근하였다. 창업기업은 기술창업, 비기술창업기업(이하 ‘로컬크리에이터’)으로 구분할 수 있으며, 창업기업은 지역산업, 경제, 일자리에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인이다. 본 연구는 지역산업 및 경제에 영향을 미치는 기술창업기업, 로컬크리에이터 간 협업 활성화를 위해 창조경제혁신센터 오픈이노베이션 기능으로 접근하여 정책적‧실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 연구의 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술창업기업과 로컬크리에이터 간 협업전략을 제시하기 위해 연구 분석의 틀과 분석 방법을 제시하였다. 둘째, 연구 대상을 비교·분석하였으며, 협업방안을 도출하기 위해 기업, 기관 간 협업사례를 조사·분석하였다. 셋째, 창조경제혁신센터의 오픈이노베이션 현황과 로컬크리에이터 협업을 조사하여 주요 내용을 정리하였다. 넷째, 기술창업기업, 로컬크리에이터 대상으로 협업 변수가 포함된 동일 범위 및 변수 등 실증연구 결과를 비교·분석으로 경영 성과에 미치는 연구 결과를 분석하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 내용을 종합하여 협업이론을 기반으로 재구성한 협업체계를 적용하여 기술창업과 로컬크리에이터 간 동반성장을 위한 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기술창업기업과 로컬크리에이터 간 협업을 활성화하기 위해서는 창조경제혁신센터 오픈이노베이션 기능을 대기업/중견기업에서 로컬크리에이터 간 오픈이노베이션을 단계적으로 확장해야 한다. 둘째, 창업기업 단독으로 혁신 성과를 창출하기 위해서는 혁신중개기관의 외부 자원 간 협업체계를 확장해야 한다. 셋째, 기술창업기업과 로컬크리에이터 간 협업 기반 가치창출을 할 수 있도록 새로운 오픈이노베이션 기반 협업체계 방안을 수립해야 한다.

This study focused on the collaboration between technology startups and local creators among startups that affect the local economy. The contents of the study are organized as follows. First, the research framework and analysis method were presented to suggest collaboration strategies between technology startups and local creators. Second, we compared and analyzed the research subjects and investigated and analyzed collaboration cases between companies and institutions in order to derive collaboration measures. Third, the current status of open innovation and local creator collaboration in creative economy innovation centers was investigated and the main contents were summarized. Fourth, we compared and analyzed the results of empirical studies that included collaboration variables for technology startups and local creators to analyze the impact on management performance. Finally, policy implications for shared growth between technology startups and local creators were presented by applying a reconstructed collaborative system based on collaboration theory. The results of the study suggest that in order to activate collaboration between technology startups and local creators, the open innovation function of creative economy innovation centers should be gradually expanded from large and medium-sized companies to open innovation between local creators.

The change in the open porosity of bulk graphite as a function of the uniaxial molding pressure during manufacturing is studied using artificial graphite powder. Subsequently, the graphite is impregnated to determine the effect of the open porosity on the impregnation efficiency and to improve the density of the final bulk graphite. Bulk graphite is manufactured with different uniaxial molding pressures after mixing graphite powder, which is the by-product of processing the final graphite products and phenolic resin. The bulk density and open porosity are measured using the Archimedes method. The bulk density and open porosity of bulk graphite increase as the molding pressure increases. The open porosity of molded bulk graphite is 25.35% at 30 MPa and 29.84% at 300 MPa. It is confirmed that the impregnation efficiency increases when the impregnation process is performed on a specimen with large open porosity. In this study, the bulk density of bulk graphite molded at 300 MPa is 11.06% higher than that before impregnation, which is the highest reported increase. Therefore, it is expected that the higher the uniaxial pressure, the higher the density of bulk graphite.

Renal dysfunction is a common complication of open-heart surgery: a form of controlled hemorrhagic shock, and successful perioperative management of renal dysfunction depends on recognition of the risk factors and optimal management of factors influencing renal function, including cardiopulmonary bypass, and early detection of renal failure. Changes in renal functional parameters including Ccr, Cosm, CH2O, FENa, and RFI were observed prospectively in forty five patients operated on at Dept. of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, S.N.U.H., from April to June, 1985. They were 23 males and 22 females with 35 acquired and 10 congenital heart diseases and the mean age and body surface area of them were 38.010.3 years [22-63] and 1.5518 M2[1.151.92] respectively. Followings are the conclusion. 1. The Ccr, representative of renal function, is significantly improved from 90.231.3 ml/min/M2 preoperatively to 101.536.4 ml/min/M2 postoperative and day [P<0.05], and all patients were classified as postoperative renal functional class I of Abel, which representing adequate renal protection during our cardiopulmonary bypass. 2. The Cosm is significantly elevated at immediate postperfusion time and remained high at postoperative one day representing osmotic diuresis at that time, but CH2O shows no significant changes at immediate postperfusion period and is decreased significantly at postoperative one day, representing recovery of renal concentrating ability at that time with decreasing urine flow. 3. The absolute value and changing tendency in FENa and RFI during perioperative period shows no diagnostic reliability on these parameters, but those of CH2O appear to reveal future renal function more accurately than Ccr 4. The depth of hypothermia may be protective upon renal function against the ill effects of prolonged nonpulsatile cardiopulmonary bypass. 5. The depth of the hypothermia, pump time of more than 150 minutes, poor cardiac function, and intraoperative events such as embolism appear to be related with immediate postperfusion renal function. 6. Hemoglobinuria and hemolysis, poor preoperative renal function, history of cardiac surgery, and massive transfusion associated with bleeding appear not to be related with renal dysfunction.

인천시 공개공지의 도심 녹지 기능 개선 방안

이 연구는 인천시 공개공지의 조성과 이용실태 그리고 식재 현황을 분석하여 도심 녹지로서 기능을 개선하기 위한 방안제시를 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상지는 1994∼2002년 조성된 대형상업건물 10개소, 교통관련 건물 3개소, 공공기관 건물 2개소의 공개공지였으며, 우리나라와 유사한 공개공지 제도를 운영하고 있는 일본 오사카시와 가와사키시 공개공지의 식재지 구조를 인천시 연구대상지와 비교하였다. 인천시는 아직까지 공개공지를 도심 녹지로 보는 시각이 부족하였고 공개공지는 법적 의무만을 충족시키는 수준에서 조성되고 있었다. 공개공지의 도심녹지 기능 강화를 위해서는 첫째. 공개공지 식재지율을 어린이공원 수준인 40%로 늘려 소공원화 하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 공개공지의 수목 식재기반. 수종선정, 식재방법 등에 대한 사항을 인허가시 녹지관련 부서와 협의할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 셋째. 공개공지의 식재 기준으로 삼고 있는 '대지안의 조경 식재기준'을 현재 보다 상향 조정하여 녹지 질과 녹량을 증진시켜 환경개선 효과를 높일 수 있도록 해야 한다. 넷째. 공개공지를 시민들이 쉽게 알아보고 이용할 수 있는 안내 사인의 설치 의무화가 요구된다. 다섯째, 공개공지가 본래 목적 이외의 다른 용도로 전용되지 못하게 법적 규정을 마련할 필요가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to present improvement devices of urban center's green function in the Public Open Space Attached Building(P.O.S.) in Incheon, Korea. Study sites were the P.O.S. of office building(10 place), transportation facility building(3 places), government office building(2 places) that were made up 1994∼2002 and analyzed establishment, using and planting status. And P.O.S.'s planting area structure of Osaka and Kawasaki in Japan that is operating P.O.S. system similar to Korea was compared with study sites of Incheon. P.O.S. of Incheon is not managing as valuable urban center's green and establishing to satisfy legal requirement. The strengthening devices of P.O.S. function are as follows. First, it is desirable that planting area rate of P.O.S. in order to develop small park in urban center is increasing by 40% that is children's park level. Second, it must be conferred about planting basis, tree selection and planting method etc. of P.O.S. with green and park development department at building authorization. Third, by the 'landscape planting standard of plottage' that is becoming planting standard of P.O.S is heightened and must increase quality and amount of green. Fourth, it is required mandatory establishing of sign so that citizens can search easily and utilize of P.O.S. Fifth, legal regulation should be decided to prevent that P.O.S. is used unlike purpose originally.
