농어촌 재해복구용 모듈러 건축물의 설계안 연구 KCI 등재후보

Recently, large scale disasters have been occurred in rural areas. Most people suffering from the disaster live in the temporary containers. These could not provide the fundamental occupancy performances such as thermal insulation, ventilation and heating system. It is very important to rebuild the residence for sufferers quickly and safely. Because modular building system has some advantages such as short construction time, mobility, light-weight structure, modularity, flexibility and economical efficiency, it is expected that it could be easily applied to the disaster restoration. So, this research aims at developing the design model of modular building system for disaster restorations in fishing and agrarian villages. For this purpose, current counterplan for restoration was firstly investigated. Also the basic guideline was established through the investigation of current status of residence in fishing and agrarian villages. Finally, 2 types of design model such as single story residence and temporary accommodation facility were proposed. We could see that we could make the flexible building plan when applying the modular building system to the temporary housing for the sufferers.

While the method of construction for modular school building is systemically studied and widely disseminated, The purpose of this study is to improve the structural shortcomings of modular school building including low structure efficiency as mediated with twofold use of structural members and defects in the joint component design of column-beam connection, thereby enabling to develop both economical and eco-friendly technique which might be attributed to the construction of modular house. Furthermore, this study aims to establish and disseminate the fundamental data for the standardization design of modular units, container house, by accumulating technical data.

Nowadays, it is essential to secure a diversity of spaces for a suitable residential space for each individual. To this end, the purpose of this study is to propose an architectural plan for co-living space as a new alternative that can respond to the changing trends of modern society and secure the diversity applicable to the lives of different individuals. Furthermore, it aims to apply the modular system as a planning concept that can secure diversity through community formation and social communication among residents in the communal living space. The contents of the study are as follows. First, the theory and contents of resident participation, modular system, co-housing, and community are reviewed in order to find a way to secure the diversity of communal living spaces. Second, it proposed an architectural plan for urban cooperation residential building that can secure diversity by community formation and social communication among residents in communal living space. The contents of the architectural plan proposed in this study are summarized as follows. First, by applying the unit modular system which allows various types of spatial planning, the diversity of planning can be selectively increased. Second, within the framework of the modular structure, the desired area and spatial form are selected to secure the morphological diversity of the residential space. This is a method of planning a space suitable for various activities according to the needs of the residents, and securing the morphological diversity of the building from the perspective of the urban landscape by various spatial forms within the framework of the modular structure. Third, by applying a modular system that is relatively easy to quantify space, secure the functional diversity of residential spaces by distribution and combination of public facilities. The urban cooperation residential building plan proposed in this study has meaning as an alternative to communal living space that can contain various activities in the residential space and has diversity to meet individual needs.

모듈러 건축물의 특성을 반영한 공공발주 방식의 개발

최근 모듈러 건축물 관련 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있으나, 실제 건설산업에서 모듈러 건축물을 활용한 건축공사의 발주는 아직 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 이에 대한 여러 가지 원인들이 분석되고 있으나 그 중 중요한 것은 모듈러 건축물은 기존 현장중심의 건설생산체계를 공장제작-운송-현장설치 새로운 체계로의 전환을 요구하고 있다는 것이다. 하지만 국내 공공공사의 기존 발주방식은 전기통신공사업 등 개별법에서 분리발주를 의무화하고 있기 때문에 모듈러 건축물 장점을 살릴 수 있는 새로운 건설생산체계를 수용하기 어렵다. 따라서 기존 발주방식은 모듈러 건축물을 현장중심의 공사로 분리발주(건축 토목, 전기, 통신, 소방 등) 계약할 수밖에 없고, 건축 토목공사의 계약 범위 안에서 모듈러 유닛을 물품으로 구매할 수밖에 없기 때문에 이러한 분리발주로 인한 모듈러 건축물의 공장제작 비율을 저하시키고 공사비 상승, 품질저하 등의 문제를 발생시켜서 모듈러 건축물의 장점을 발휘하지 못하도록 하는 장애요인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 모듈러 건축물에서 요구하는 새로운 건설생산체계를 적극적으로 수용할 수 있는 새로운 발주방식을 개발하여 제안하고자 한다.

Recent research has been ongoing for modular buildings in the country and interest increases. However, the activation of modular building projects is obstructed in the construction industry. There are many reasons to identity for this obstruction but one issue should be focussed. Modular buildings require to change the existing construction production system to a new construction production system, which is factory production - transportation - erection. However, the existing project delivery system in the public sector could not be adapted for this new construction production system due to the obligation of multi prime contract use, such as electrical, communication, fire fighting contracts by Law. Therefore, modular buildings in the existing project delivery system are separately contracted by multi prime contracts and modular units composed of the buildings are contracted by an architectural prime contractor as a commodity. As results, construction costs are increased, potential quality problems are raised and the existing project delivery system is finally an obstacle not to maximize benefits of the modular buildings. In this paper, we propose a new project delivery system for the modular buildings to adapt then ew construction production system.
