최근 스마트기기가 보급되면서, 유아가 너무 어린 나이부터 스마트 전자기기에 노출되고 있다. 문제점이 대두되면서 스마트기기를 유아로부터 멀리 하게 하려는 노력이 있으나, 유아들은 여전히 스마트 기기를 매우 좋아한다. 이런 문제를 해결하고자 유아를 둔 가정에서는 지역 내 공공도서관의 유아용 시설을 찾으며 독서를 하도록 자녀를 지도하기도 한다. 본 연구는 디지털 콘텐츠가 유아에게 긍정적인 영향을 주어, 책 읽는 것을 즐거운 것으로 인지하도록 유도하는데 응용 개발 될 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 스마트 기기에 노출되는 미취학아동을 대상으로, 독서 습관 증진을 위한 유아도서관 대출반납 시스템을 제안하기 위한 연구이다. 경기도 안성시에 위치한 공공도서관을 사용하는 9명의 사용자를 대상으로 그룹인터뷰를 실시하고, 서비스 디자인 프로세스를 적용하였다. 서비스디자인 프로세스 모델을 적용하여 사용자의 서비스 경험을 표준화 하고, 설문 조사를 통해 개선방안을 검증하였다. 유아 열람실 사용자의 도서관 이용 실태, 서비스 만족도과 자녀의 독서 습관을 위한 노력 등을 조사하여, 유아들의 독서를 증진 시켜줄 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 유아들이 책읽기에 보다 적극적인 태도를 보이기 위해 다양한 보상제도가 필요하다는 점이 도출되어, 새로운 대출반납 시스템을 제안하였다. 유아용 도서관의 대출반납 시스템을 제안함으로서 디지털콘텐츠의 긍정적 효과를 나타내고자 한다.

Due to the spread of smart devices, kids are exposed to these devices too young even from their infant period. Parents are concern about the early exposure and possible addiction to the devices in later life, there are not many alternatives for the parents to consider. Reading in the public library is known to be one of the good teaching and learning methods for children free from smart devices. The purpose of this study was aimed to develop a digital library lending system for preschoolers in order to provide them with an easy tool to borrow books for themselves. The study was conducted in a public library, located in Kyungki-do Anseong-si, where many preschoolers come regularly. A total of nine mothers of preschoolers who visit the library on a regular basis was participated in a group interview. I applied the service design process model and standardized the user experience of the library service. As a result, various strategies for rewarding the preschoolers’ book reading were suggested. Another survey verified the suggestions. Paper survey questions included their library user experiences and their opinions for service improvements. The frequencies of library visits and their activities were asked as well as their strategies for improving their children’s reading habits. A new way of a digital library lending system was proposed. It is hoped that newly proposed library lending system to be useful for both preschooler users and library administrative personnels.

Research on the Development of EPUB SCP(Secure Content Protection) Technical Specification and International Standardization has been carried out as a R&D project granted by the Korea Copyright Commission since 2014. The research aims to build a standard framework for the EPUB DRM(Digital Rights Management) based on the Readium LCP(Licensed Content Protection) and KS EPUB DRM specifications, to develop element technologies for the framework, and to standardize it as an IDPF(International Digital Publishing Forum) industrial standard. One of the essential features of the EPUB DRM developed though this study is to support the lending model of the digital library. This paper introduces LSD(License Status Document) specification which is a DRM license management protocol for the digital library lending process, and also represents a model which can automatically test the implemented entities of the LSD specification, test scenarios and test materials.
