이 연구의 목적은 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 재계약에 영향을 미치는 선행요인과 결과에 관해 규명하는 것이다. 선행요인으로는 공정성, 사회적 의사소통, 도구적 의사소통, 서비스 지원성과, 거래특유투자, 수요환경 동태성을 결과요인으로는 재계약 의도를 살펴보았다. 또한 프랜차이즈 가맹점들의 재계약 요인들을 알아보기 위해 외식 프랜차이즈, 서비스 프랜차이즈, 도소매 프랜차이즈 등 세 가지 형태의 가맹점으로 구성하였다. 국내 프랜차이즈 가맹점 120곳을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행한 뒤, 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 공정성은 사회적 만족에 도구적 의사소통과 서비스 지원성과는 경제적 만족에 서비스 지원성과와 수요환경 동태성은 의존성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 반면 사회적 의사소통은 사회적 만족과 경제적 만족에 영향을 미치지 않았고, 거래특유투자는 의존성에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 그리고 매개변수인 사회적 만족, 경제적 만족과 의존성은 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 재계약의도에 모두 正의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The objective of this research is to find out antecedents that would affect franchise's recontract in a franchise system. The antecedents include fairness, social communication, instrumental communication, service support performance, transaction specific investment, and output sector environmental dynamism, and include economic satisfaction, social satisfaction and dependence as mediators. Also this research deals with the relationships between a franchisor and franchisees which are consist of in order to find out the antecedents of franchisee's recontract intention. With a survey of 120 franchisee's consisted of three retailing format such as dining franchise, wholesale-retail franchise, and service franchise, the results of multiple regression analysis shows that fairness has an effect on social satisfaction, instrumental communication and service support performance have effects on economic satisfaction. Also service support performance and output sector environmental dynamism have effects on dependence. However, social communication doesn't affect both economic and social satisfaction, and transaction specific investment doesn't affect dependence of franchisees'. In addition, franchisees' economical satisfaction, social satisfaction, and dependence have effects on recontract intention.

이 연구는 차츰 비물질·비대면 형식을 매개로 접속하는 오늘날 사회의 새로운 네트워 킹 도구를 설계하는 데 필요한 소통 역량을 탐색하는 데서 출발한다. 이것은 그 접속의 동력을 활용하여 학술적 층위뿐만 아니라 일상적 사회문화의 영역에서 숱한 경계로 분절 된 범주의 한계를 극복하고자 하는 목적의식을 배경으로 한다. 즉 이 글에서는 문제해결을 위해 통섭과 융합적 사고를 지향하는 오늘날, 디지털 문해 역량을 특수하고 선도적인 것으 로 바라보는 관점을 비판적으로 검토하고 있다. 본문에서는 미래 핵심역량으로서 디지털 리터러시가 오히려 그 유폐적 지위에 의해 사용과 접근에 있어 제한성을 지니게 됨을 언술하며, 디지털 리터러시에 대한 새로운 인식과 함께 공동연구의 심화와 사회적 환원을 위한 차원에서 도구적 활용 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 특히 학문 분야의 분과나 연구 집단의 구성원 사이, 나아가 한국 사회의 각 로컬 사이에서 정체되어 온 단절적 소통의 양상을 활성화된 소통과 협업의 상태로 만들어 공조의 효과를 누리게 되는 것이 이 연구가 지향하는 지점이다. 이를 위해 이 글에서는 세대, 지역, 계급‧계층의 경계를 넘어 폭넓은 범위에서 오늘날의 주요한 생활자원으로서 정보를 보다 용이하게 교신하고 보편적으로 활용하기 위해 디지털 리터러시와 이 역량의 활용 공간에 주목하고 있다. 그리고 경계와 격차를 넘나드는 연대적 소통의 구조를 디지털 공간 에서 구현하기 위한 방식을 모색하고자 하였다. 학술연구와 일상의 영역에서 경계를 소통 의 접점으로 삼아 디지털 네트워킹 시스템의 활용을 통해 공적이고 보편적인 차원에서 선순환 가치가 발생할 수 있을 것인지의 유효성을 타진하려 한 것이다. 그 결과, 감성 정보의 송수신 집결지로서 사이버 공간의 플랫폼을 구현한다면 디지털 인문학 연구의 성과를 일상의 삶 속에 확대하는 동시에 재귀적으로 연구 분석 데이터로 환원하는 과정이 가능해질 것으로 보게 되었다. 이를 통해 지역 서사에 관한 디지털 정보 를 빅데이터 형태로 기록·보관하고 맥락화하여 지역학 연구 또는 지역 정체성 연구에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 여긴다. 데이터 해석과 비평을 통해 학술·교육·일상의 장에서 경험적 지식을 교류하고 추체험을 거듭하는 과정은 디지털 리터러시라는 비물질적 역량의 영역을 넘어 신체적이고 실제적인 삶의 측면에서 구조화된 경계를 넘나드는 횡단적 수행 을 한층 더 폭넓은 시공간의 축으로 확장할 수 있을 것이다.

This study starts with exploring the communication capabilities necessary to design new networking tools in today's society that gradually access through non-material and non-face-to-face formats. This is set in a sense of purpose to overcome the limitations of the categories divided into numerous boundaries in the common categories of sociocultural as well as academic layers by utilizing the power of the networking. In other words, this article critically reviewed the perception and perspective of digital literacy in today's convergent and interdisciplinary humanities research, while seeking an instrumental use of digital literacy in terms of deepening joint research and social expansion. As it were, The purpose of this study is to enjoy the effect of cooperation by turning the stagnant aspect of communication between disciplines and interdisciplinary research groups into a state of active communication and collaboration. The reason why this article focused on digital literacy and the space to utilize this competency is to make it easier to communicate and use information as a major living resource in a wide range beyond the boundaries of generations, regions, and social classes. Therefore, in this text, the digital platform model was conceived as an implementation plan for the evolution of the chronological communication method in today's digital space, and at the same time, the focus of development and the direction of use were proposed. Ultimately, this article focuses on the process of examining the effectiveness of a digital networking system that can be implemented in academic research and daily life. If a platform of cyberspace is implemented as a gathering place for sending and receiving emotional information, it will be possible to use it on a daily basis and circulate it as analysis data for digital humanities research. And through this, digital information on regional narratives can be archived in the form of big data and contextualized to contribute to regional studies or regional identity research. In addition, this process will be able to expand not only digital literacy work, but also transversal performance that crosses boundaries in terms of perception to a wider axis of time and space. Another prospect that can be expected is that experiences to improve literacy skills related to digital information can be provided more diverse and closely in academic, educational, and daily fields through data interpretation and critique.

이 연구의 목적은 악기놀이 활동이 뇌성마비유아의 감각-운동 및 의사소통 발달에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 것이었다. 연구대상은 경기도 G시에 위치한 일반 어린이집에 통합되어 있는 뇌성마비유아 3명이었다. 연구설계는 사례연구로 악기놀이의 효과를 확인하기 위해 사전-사후 설계를 이용하여 8주간 주 5일 매회 30분씩 악기놀이 활동 프로그램을 실시하였다.악기놀이 활동은 뇌성마비유아의 감각-운동의 하위영역인 자세유지, 이동능력과 조작능력 향상에 효과가 있었으며, 의사소통능력 향상에도 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 악기놀이 활동에 대한 경험은 움직임에 제한을 가지고 있는 뇌성마비유아들에게 신체적, 정서적으로 만족감을 주고 감각-운동발달에도 긍정적인 변화와 발달을 유도한다고 볼 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of playing instrumental activity to sensory movement and communication development of cerebral palsy. The subject of this study were the children with cerebral palsy, who are attending at a regular pre-kindergarten located in G city, Gyeonggi province. The research design was an one group pretest-posttest. The MEPA-II was used for the pretest. Playing an instrumental activity was applied to the subject for 30minutes a day, 5days a week of 8 weeks. After treatment, the posttest was employed. The major results were as the follows. Playing the instrumental activity positively influenced to enhance sensory motor skill of cerebral palsy such as posture locomotion and manipulation as were as communication. It also highly assistance improve in manipulation domain. Experience with severe instrumental activity allowed limited several with physically, emotionally, and to induce positive changes and development by direct experiencing, feeling, and perception in the process of playing instrumental activity.
