본 연구는 디지털 리터러시와 프라이버시 염려 간의 상호 영향 관계를 실증적으로 검증하고, 이 관계에 서 프라이버시 패러독스 현상을 살펴보았다. 실증분석은 한국 미디어패널 조사 자료를 이용하여 SEM 분석을 수 행하였다. 주요 결과, 첫째, 디지털 리터러시로 구성된 디지털 역량과 활용은 프라이버시 염려에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 프라이버시 염려는 디지털 리터러시에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 프라이버시 패러독스 현상이 확 인되었다. 마지막으로 프라이버시 패러독스가 인구통계학적 특성에 따라 달라지는지를 살펴본 결과, 프라이버시 패러독스는 여성, 젊은층과 고졸 미만의 학력에서 더 두드러지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 개인 정보 위험 을 줄이면서 디지털 리터러시를 강화하기 위한 교육 및 정책을 수립할 때 각 대상 그룹의 특성을 고려한 접근 방 식이 요구됨을 시사한다

This study empirically verified the bidirectional impact relationship between digital literacy and privacy concern and examined the privacy paradox phenomenon in this relationship. For the empirical analysis, SEM analysis was performed using data from the Korea Media Panel Survey. Key findings indicate that digital skills and usage that consist of digital literacy had a significant effect on privacy concerns, and privacy concerns had a positive impact on digital literacy, confirming the privacy paradox. Finally, this research examined if the privacy paradox varied according to demographic characteristics, finding that the privacy paradox was more prominent for females, for the younger groups, and for less than high school graduates. The results call for an approach that takes into account the characteristics of each target group when establishing education and policies to strengthen digital literacy while reducing privacy risks.

This study draws on microdata from the 2023 NIA Digital Information Gap Survey (N = 17,300) to examine what really drives the gap in AI service adoption. Hierarchical binary logistic regression was used alongside bootstrap- based serial mediation analysis. Among the three dimensions of the digital divide, digital skill turned out to be by far the strongest predictor of AI usage (OR = 1.887 in Block 3), dwarfing the effects of access (OR = 1.143). When usage diversity was added in Block 4, skill remained dominant (OR = 1.708) while usage also showed a significant positive effect (OR = 1.418). The serial mediation path running from access through skill to AI usage was statistically significant (β = 0.02988, 95% CI [0.02522, 0.03466]), which points to skill as the primary bottleneck in the pathway from access to AI adoption. Splitting the sample by population group revealed pronounced inter-group variation : the AI adoption gap was widest among agricultural workers and older adults, while marriage immigrants recorded AI usage rates that, contrary to initial expectations, exceeded those of the general population. On balance, these results suggest that investing in digital competency education is likely to yield greater returns for closing the nascent AI divide than continuing to channel resources primarily into device-distribution programmes. However, the cross-sectional design precludes strict causal inference, the skill measure does not capture AI-specific competencies, and the OLS-based mediation estimates may involve approximation error given the binary outcome. Future research should address these limitations through longitudinal data and AI-tailored literacy instruments.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of higher grades in elementary the science process skill, academic achievement and teaching learining perception by Digital Text-book in elementary science lesson. To verify research problem, the subject of this study were sixth-grade students selected from two classes of an elementary school located in Ulsan : the experimental group is composed of thirty-one students who were participated in Digital Text-book, and the other is composed of thirty students(comparison group) who were participated in teacher map based learning situation. During eight weeks, Digital Text-book instruction was executed in th experimental group while the teacher map based instruction in controled group Post-test showed following results: First, the experimental group showed a significant improvement in the science process skill compared the comparison group. Second, the experimental group did not showed a significant improvement in the Acdemic Achievement compared th the control group. Third, the experimental group showed a significant improvement in the teaching learning perception compared the comparison group. In conclusion, Digital text-book model was more effective than the teacher map based teaching model on science process skill and teaching-learning perception. However, since the study has a limit on an objet of the study and the applied curriculum, the additional studies need to be conducted with an extended comparative group and curriculum.

The relics and cultural assets are an important property which shows a spirit of the time and has historical, academic value. However, in protecting the relics and cultural assets, due to the lack of recognition and deficiency of expertise, a problem in preserving and managing the relics and cultural assets has appeared. This paper has studied digital restoration skills for original shape of cultural assets and would propose digital restoration skill for realizing virtual experience contents; including residential environment and natural environment of Hanyang in Chosun Dynasty, by means of digital restoration skills using virtual reality, such as interaction, navigation, file size and restoration of non-existing ruins.

This study aimed to provide basic data for enhancing the structural relationship among learning motivation, learning confidence, critical thinking skill and problem-solving ability in junior high school students and factors influencing problem-solving ability, by closely examining them. To this end, it investigated the causality among variables, for 390 junior high school students in Gangwondo, based on the outcomes of a questionnaire survey conducted to verify the effectiveness of digital textbooks. Although learning motivation did not have a significant effect on critical thinking skill, learning confidence had a direct effect on it. In addition, learning motivation, learning confidence and critical thinking skill had direct effects on problem-solving ability. In order to enhance problem-solving ability, therefore, We may be necessary to make efforts to support learning capabilities and provide opportunities for them to experience rich learning and resources.

Purpose - Based on the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, this paper investigates how workplace training and employee development are affected by AI technologies driven by ChatGPT. This research investigates the impact of incorporating ChatGPT into corporate training programs on various facets of employee performance, such as skill development, job retention rates, and overall organizational efficiency. To comprehend the impact of these environmental conditions on the incorporation of ChatGPT into training programs, the influence of external elements like market competition, regulatory support, and infrastructure was also investigated. Design/methodology/approach - To evaluate the uptake of ChatGPT in workplace training across various sectors, a systematic literature review was performed on 20 studies published from 2022 to 2024. The TOE model served as a framework for evaluating the technical competencies, organizational factors, and environmental influences that impact the effectiveness of ChatGPT in corporate settings. Findings - The study discovered that ChatGPT greatly boosts employee learning via tailored education, immediate feedback, and the automation of regular HR duties, which ultimately aids in enhancing operational efficiency and performance. Success and scalability of AI-driven training are also significantly influenced by external elements like the regulatory environment and industry competition. Nonetheless, obstacles like data privacy concerns and unequal access to sophisticated digital infrastructure present considerable hindrances to widespread adoption. Research implications or Originality - This paper is theoretically based on the TOE framework and includes environmental factors to explain how external conditions can promote or obstruct the integration of AI with workplace training. This study demonstrates strategies for surmounting obstacles to adoption and offers guidance for organizations seeking to utilize AI technologies to improve their employee development programs. Valuable guidance for corporate decision makers and policy makers who seek to encourage the use of AI in training environments is provided by this paper.

디지털 훈련의 숙련 수요 정합성 평가와 임금 효과 연구

본 연구는 디지털 전환기에 직업훈련이 산업 현장의 숙련 수요와 얼마나 정합적인지 평가하고, 이러한 정합성이 임금성과에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석대상은 K-디지털 트레이닝(KDT, K-Digital Training)과 K-디지털 기초역량훈련(KDC, K-Digital Capacity training)이며, 각 과정의 ‘훈련 상세’ 텍스트로부터 훈련 역량 키워드를 추출하고, 온라인 구인공고(OJPs)에서 직업 숙련 키워드를 도출하였다. 텍스트는 TF-IDF와 LSA 기반으로 벡터화한 후 코사인유사도를 계산하여 정합성을 산출하였다. 분석 결과, 디지털콘텐츠 및 프로그래밍·개발 역량은 신기술 관련 숙련과 높은정합성을 보였으며, 사물인터넷(IoT)과 메타버스 과정의 정합성도 높게 나타났다. 반면 빅데이터, 네트워크보안, 하드웨어 영역은 낮은 정합성을 보였다. 정합성과 임금 간의 관계를 분석한 결과, 기본모형에서 유사도는 유의한 양(+)의 영향을보여, 정합성 1 표준편차 상승 시 임금이 약 2.0~3.5% 증가하는 것으로 추정되었다. 그러나 직종·산업·신기술 특성을 통제한 확장모형에서는 유의성이 약화되어, 정합성과 임금 간의 관계가 직종 구성효과와 부분적으로 연계되어 있음을 시사하였다. 본 연구는 비정형 텍스트 데이터를 활용해 훈련–숙련의 질적 정합성을 정량화하고, 그 경제적 효과를 실증한 최초의 시도 중 하나다. 정책적으로는 정합성 지표의 성과관리 도입, 저정합 영역 보강, KDC 브릿지 경로 확충, 데이터 연계 기반 피드백 체계 구축이 요구된다. 다만 내생성 및 표본 제약 등 한계가 존재하며, 향후 도구변수(IV)나 패널 DID 분석을 통한 인과성 보강이 필요하다.

This study examines how well digital vocational training aligns with the skill demands of the labor market and investigates the impact of such alignment on wage outcomes. The analysis focuses on the K-Digital Training (KDT) and K-Digital Basic Competency (KDC) programs. Skill-related keywords were extracted from training course descriptions and matched with occupational skill keywords from online job postings (OJPs). Using TF-IDF and LSA for text vectorization, cosine similarity scores were computed to quantify the degree of alignment between training and skill demand. The results show that competencies in digital content and programming/development exhibit high alignment with new technology-related skills, while big data, network security, and hardware fields show relatively low alignment. Internet of Things (IoT) and metaverse-related courses demonstrate notably strong alignment. Regression analysis reveals that higher alignment between training and skill demand has a significant positive effect on wages: a one-standard-deviation increase in similarity corresponds to a 2.0?3.5% wage increase. However, when controlling for occupation, industry, and technology type, the significance of the coefficient weakens, suggesting partial overlap with high-wage occupational composition effects. This study contributes to the literature by quantitatively measuring qualitative skill alignment using unstructured text data and linking it to labor market outcomes. Policy implications include incorporating alignment indicators into performance management, strengthening low-alignment training areas, expanding bridge programs for KDC participants, and establishing an integrated data feedback system. Nonetheless, endogeneity and sample limitations remain, underscoring the need for future research employing instrumental variables (IV) and panel DID approaches.

디지털 전환기 한국 청년노동시장의 계층화 - 직업적 숙련궤적을 중심으로

이 연구는 디지털 전환기 한국 청년노동시장의 계층화 양상을 분석하고 그 영향요인을 분석하는 데 목적을 둔다. 구체적으로는, 디지털 전환과 자동화 위험에 대한 이론들을 배경으로 직업적 숙련의 종류와 수준을 구분하고, 각 직업적 숙련으로 구분한 일자리에 한국 청년들이 11년간 어떠한 궤적을 그리며 이동하는지 분석했다. 그리고 각 궤적 유형으로 나타나는 계층화와 계층 간 이동의 영향요인을 분석한다. 이를 위해 이 연구는 한국노동패널조사(KLIPS) 자료를 활용해 집단중심추세분석을 실시했고, 도출된 청년 계층 간 이동에 영향을 미치는 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시했다. 분석 결과, 청년들은 ① 비정형-인지 숙련의 일자리 유지형, ② 비정형-인지에서 하향형, ③ 정형-반복 숙련의 일자리 유지형, ④ 비정형-인지로 상향형, ⑤ 비정형-육체 숙련의 일자리 유지 형의 다섯 가지 유형으로 계층화 양상을 보였다. 또한 숙련 수준에 따른 청년노동시장의 구조는 ③ 정형-반복 숙련의 일자리 유지형이 가장 두텁고, 고숙련과 저숙련의 비중이 비슷하게 나타나는 다이아몬드형 구조를 나타냈다. 또한 특정 숙련계층에 진입하면 높은 수준의 숙련 직종으로의 수직적 이동이 활발하지 않았다. 한편, 계층 간 이동 분석 결과, ④ 비정형-인지로 상향형에 속할 가능성을 높이는 영향요인에는 성별(남성), 교육수준(+), 업종(지식서비스)이 있었다. 마지막으로, 이 연구가 디지털 전환에 따른 청년노동시장의 계층화 및 성별 격차에 주는 함의를 논하고, 이에 대응하기 위해 노동시장에서의 이행(flow), 인적 자본의 축적(stock), 그리고 보편적인 최소 소득안전망(buffer)의 필요성에 대한 정책적 함의를 도출했다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of digital transformation on Korea’s labor market stratification. Digital transformation not only improves productivity by incorporating digital technology into a company’s production activities, but also drives changes in corporate structure, production process, work method, and organizational culture. In this situation, skill is understood as one of the factors that represent individual social and economic status in the labor market and explain inequality. And since youth is a key period of skill formation through education and training and career development, it is important to confirm inequality according to skill level in the youth labor market. This study analyzes the trajectory of job movement according to the skill of Korean youth labor market and the influencing factors with the derived type of each mobility pattern. First as a result of classifying the types of mobility, five types were analyzed: ① maintenance in non-routine-cognitive, ② downward mobility of skill level, ③ maintenance in routine, ④ upward mobility of skill level, and ⑤ maintenance in non-routine-manual type. As a result of the analysis of influencing factors, it was found that the higher the level of education, the higher the odds of accessing non-routinecognitive jobs. However, if the job is not a knowledge-based service industry, the level of class appears to decrease, and gender differences are also found, requiring additional analysis. The results emphasize the need for social policies that can respond to the stratification of the labor market due to digital transformation.

디지털 시민성의 위계적 조건이 온·오프라인 시민참여에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 디지털 시민능력을 중심으로

본 연구의 주요 목적은 다중미디어 환경에서 인구사회학적 특성(성별, 연령, 소득, 학력), 다매체와 네트워크의 물리적 접근성(데스크톱, 노트북 보유여부, 무선기기 보유여부, 유무선 인터넷 접속여부), 기술이용 능력, 디지털 시민능력(콘텐츠 제작, 네트워킹, 다문화 수용성(negotiation))이 온․오프라인 시민참여에 미치는 상대적 영향의 정도를 살펴보는 것이다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과, 콘텐츠 생산과 제작이 온라인 시민참여에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤고 네트워킹과 다문화 수용성이 그 다음으로 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 반해 오프라인 시민참여는 다문화 수용성이 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤고 그 다음으로 네트워킹이 영향을 미쳤으나 콘텐츠 제작은 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이 결과는 온라인 시민참여에 있어 콘텐츠 제작과 네트워킹 같은 온라인 상에서 커뮤니케이션 채널을 적극적으로 활용할 수 있는 요인의 영향력이 크지만 오프라인 시민참여에 있어서는 오히려 타문화에 대한 개방적 태도가 보다 영향력이 크다는 점을 함의한다. 이 결과는 정보 부자(haves)와 정보 빈자(have-nots)의 전형적인 디지털 격차로 인한 차이보다는 정보를 가진자(이용자들) 사이의 온라인 상의 의사소통을 활성화할 수 있는 능력과 관련한 온라인 참여 격차로 인하여 온․오프라인 시민참여의 적극성에서 차이가 발생하고 있음을 시사한다.

The present study is to examine the effect of demographic characteristics, physical access, online skill and digital civic skill on on- and offline civic engagement. Controlling for demographic characteristics, physical access, and online skill, online civic engagement was influenced by digital civic engagement such as content creation, networking and negotiation. Controlling for demographic characteristics, physical access, and online skill, offline civic engagement was influenced by negotiation and networking. The results imply that online civic engagement was more likely to be associated with communication channels that can disseminate and share content via online networked relations, whereas offline civic engagement was more likely to be associated with the open attitude toward other cultures.
