본 연구의 목적은 전문대학을 중심으로 회계·감사와 세무 직무에 필요한 능력단위요소를 분석하여 세무회계관련 학과의 교육과정에 반영하고자하는 것이다. 세무회계 산업체의 능력중심 인재양성 요구에 미스매칭하지 않는 회계사무원의 양성·배출을 위한 NCS에 기반한 회계·감사와 세무 직무의 교육과정을 연구한다. 산업체, 교수, 졸업생들에게 직업능력요소의 업무중요도와 교육필요도의 인지도에 대한 연구이다. NCS 기반으로 개발된 회계·감사와 세무 직무의 11개 능력단위와 43개 능력단위요소를 5점척도로 측정하였다. 측정결과 그 순위를 분석하였고 산업체, 교수, 졸업생 집단 간의 인지도 차이를 비교 분석하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 첫째, 업무의 중요도와 교육필요도에는 결산관리, 부가가치세 신고, 전표관리 순으로 가장 중요하다고 분석되었고, 지방세신고, 원가계산, 세무정보시스템운용, 자금관리 순으로 인지도가 낮았다. 둘째, 능력단위요소 중 업무중요도와 교육필요도가 높은 능력단위요소는 ‘부가가치세신고하기, 결산분개하기, 재무제표작성하기, 회계프로그램운용하기, 법인세신고하기, 근로소득연말정산하기, 회계상 거래인식하기, 부가가치세부속서류작성하기, 세금계산서발급·수취하기, 사업소득세무조정하기, 세무관련 전표등록하기’로 분석되었다. 그리고 능력단위요소 중 업무중요도와 교육필요도가 낮은 능력단위요소는 ‘회계 관련 DB마스터 관리하기, 배당소득원천징수하기, 배당소득원천징수하기, 연금소득 원천징수하기, 기타소득 원천징수하기, 주민세신고하기, 취득세신고하기, 원가정보 활용하기, 마스터데이터관리하기, 비거주자 국내원천소득 원천징수하기, 이자소득원천징수하기, 보고서조회·출력하기’로 분석되었다. 직업기초능력의 업무중요도와 교육필요도는 정보능력, 문제해결능력, 조직이해능력 순으로 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 수리능력, 기술능력, 자기개발능력, 대인관계능력은 업무중요도와 교육필요도는 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 이 연구 결과를 통해 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 NCS에 기반한 회계·감사와 세무의 직무를 수행하는 세무회계관련 교육과정개발, 교과목 세분화, 교과명세서를 작성할 시 우선순위와 가중치를 두어야 한다는 것이다.

The objective of this study is to reflect competency unit element, required in accounting·auditing and tax function, into tax accounting related curriculum by analyzing the competency unit element. This paper is a research on awareness of the industry, professors and graduates about significance of task and necessity of education, in order to develop an accounting·auditing and tax function education program based on NCS, which is for training and turning out professionals suited for requirements of competency-based talent development in the tax accounting. In overall, the following is the overview of the paper: Firstly, regarding the significance of task and necessity of education, settlementing of accounts, report of value added tax, slip management was analyzed to be the utmost important, followed by report of value added tax, then slip management. Also, the awareness was ranked in order of report of local tax, cost accounting, tax information system use, fund management. Secondly, competency unit elements with high significance of task and necessity of education are 'report of value added tax, closing journaling, reporting of financial statement, using of account program, paymenting of corporate tax, addfaring of earned income, accounting cognitive, reporting of tax annex, issuing and receiving of tax invoice, adjusting of business income tax'. In a nutshell, the paper suggests that in order to draw up tax and accounting related curriculum development, open a curriculum subject, curriculum subject statement for executing accounting·auditing and tax function based on NCS, prioritization and weighing of importance is necessary.

This study analyzed the level of importance and performance of coffee consumers considering the importance of barista education and competency unit element required to work as a barista during barista training period based on NCS - now rapidly expanding as an industry and job market in Republic of Korea. For this study, a survey was performed of coffee consumers in Busan that experienced coffee training more than once. The survey was made from Oct. 1 - Nov. 5 2017, and 223 valid samples were collected for empirical analysis(IPA) purpose. The summary of this study is as follows: First, the estimation result of importance and performance by the competency unit of research participants was that both milk steaming for coffee and coffee grinder were highly recognized in importance and performance. It seems to be that the visible performance is noticed by the same items during the training of research participants. Second, as for competency unit element of the research participants, level of importance and performance was high in coffee grinder operation/cleaning and espresso extracting etc. This is not only the most essential competency element in practical course of barista but also a basic element in coffee menu preparation, so it shows that the level of importance and performance is high both in basic course and in expert course.

정부는 능력중심사회 만들기를 핵심 국정과제로 확정하고, 국가직무능력표준(NCS, National Competency Standards) 개발 및 활용 계획을 발표하였다. 그 일환으로 정부는 2014년까지 833개 직종에 대해 국가직무능력표준을 개발했다. 그러나 빅데이터의 경우 새롭게 등장한 직무로서 아직 산업현장에서도 안정적인 직무 형태로 자리매김했다고 볼 수 없는 상황이며, 융합적이고 다학제적인 성격을 지니고 있다. 또한 주요 선진국이나 국내를 막론하고 빅데이터를 활용하기 위한 다양한 형태의 지식과 기술(skills)의 교육 및 직무역량 모형 등이 나오고 있지만, 확실히 정착된 것은 아니며 다소간의 혼선이 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 기업 및 조직이 효과적인 빅데이터 활용을 하도록 하기 위한 빅데이터 직무능력 참조 모형을 제시하고자 하는 목적 실현을 위해 네가지 직무 유형을 도출하고 이를 수행하기 위한 우리는 능력단위요소로 20개 지식과 15개 기술을 정리하였다.

South Korean Government confirmed the creation of competency-centered society as a key national issue and announced development and utilization plan of NCS(National Competency Standards) On May 21, 2013. As a part of the government's plans, they had been developed NCS about 833 jobs by 2014. But Big Data related job, as an emerging job, cannot be seen as a reliable form of job yet. As, at the major industrialized countries and the domestic, education and job competency models of knowledge and skills to take advantage of various types of Big Data have coming, it is a situation that is certainly not settled and more or less in confusion. In this study, for the purpose to present the Big Data Competency reference model for companies and organizations to effectively leverage Big Data, we have presented this reference model and summarized competency elements units such as 20 knowledges and 15 skills of Big Data competency.
