The chain conveyor system is a product for the environment and productivity, allowing users to work efficiently. The existing chain conveyor system is operated by a single drive motor, so all processes are driven at the same time, so if the working hours are different, they are not time-efficient. Due to the nature of the chain conveyor system, a lubricant is used to prevent noise and dust caused by chain driving, and even if only one section of the chain conveyor breaks down, the entire line must be stopped in order to repair it. This study was conducted with a focus on localizing the flexible drive system, securing the reliability of the drive wheel that operates smoothly even in fatigue situations, prototyping and performance evaluation of the flexible drive system.

This paper presents a Hybrid NC Control System for Automatic line based on Cyber-Physical-System (CPS) technology. Firstly, this paper describes the overall system hierarchical structure, which uses a variety of techniques, such as sensors, smart computing, and heterogeneous network integration. In order to improve the practical value, we study and solve some technical problems, such as heterogeneous systems integration, data storage, and real-time simulation. Finally, the prototype system is developed, which has been applied in a large State-owned enterprise in Wuxi, China.
알콜증류폐액을 이용한 빵효모배양에서 Glucose와 Ammonium의 자동첨가에 의한 증균 : 온라인 FIA시스템에 의한 Ammonium의 자동분석 및 제어 KCI 등재후보

알콜증류폐액에 빵효모를 배양하는 중에 glucose와 ammonium을 자동첨가하여 균체량을 효율적으로 증가시킴으로써 폐액의 재이용성을 향상시키고자 하였다. Glucose는 DO를 제어파라미터로 하는 제어방법을 사용하여 116 mg/L이하로 자동제어하였다. Ammonium의 경우에는 FIA를 이용한 온라인 자동계측제어장치와 프로그램을 이용하여 배양액의 ammonium농도를 자동분석하고 제어하였으며, ammonium농도를 7.0~27.7 mM의 낮은 농도범위로 유지시킬 수 있었다. Ammoniun농도를 제어한 본 실험의 최대비증식속도는 0.21 hr-1이었고, 대당균체수율은 약 0.78 g/g으로서 ammonium농도를 제 어하지 않은 경우에 비하여 대당균체수율은 약1.4배, 최대비증식속도는 1.2배 더 높아졌으므로 ammonium제어에 의하여 균의 glucose이용효율이 더욱 향상되었다. 대암모늄균체수율은 약 11.3 g/g이었다. Glucose와 ammonium을 첨가함으로써 균체량을 18.5 g/L까지 높일 수 있었으며, 이는 첨가하지 않은 경우보다 7.1배 더 높은 균체량에 해당한다. Glucose와 ammonium의 농도를 낮게 유지시킬 수 있었으므로 두가지 영양성분의 경제적인 공급이 가능하였다.
Automatic addition of glucose and ammonium to an alcohol distillery wastewater and the control of them at low concentration were tried to efficiently increase the cell concentration of a baker's yeast cultivated in that wastewater. Added glucose was indirectly controlled to less than 116 mg/L by a method which used DO as control parameter. Ammonium was automatically measured and controlled within the range of 7.0~27.7 mM by a homemade on-line system which adopted FIA as measurement method. Maximum specific growth rate and biomass yield to glucose were 0.21 hr-1 and about 0.78 g/g, which were significantly increased values in contrast to those of an experiment without ammonium control. Biomass yield to ammonium was 11.3 g/g. Cell concentration could be increased from 2.6 g/L to 18.5 g/L by the addion of glucose and ammonium.

Image morphing deals with the metamorphosis of one image into another. The field morphing depends on the manual work for most of the process, where a user has to designate the control lines. It takes time and requires skills to have fine quality results. It is an object of this paper to propose a method capable of realizing the semi-automation of field morphing using adaptive vertex correspondence based on image segmentation. The adaptive vertex correspondence process efficiently generates a pair of control lines by adaptively selecting reference partial contours based on the number of vertices that are included in the partial contour of the source morphing object and in the partial contour of the destination morphing object, in the pair of the partial contour designated by external control points through user input. The proposed method generates visually fluid morphs and warps with an easy-to-use interface. According to the proposed method, a user can shorten the time to set control lines and even an unskilled user can obtain natural morphing results as he or she designates a small number of external control points.
