This study focuses on the systemic distortion of assignment design in Chinese secondary vocational education specialized courses under the influence of examination-oriented application and the dominance of disciplinary knowledge logic. Employing an explanatory sequential mixed-methods design, the research conducted a questionnaire survey of 706 teachers and 2,108 students in Zhejiang Province, China. Additionally, 68 teachers, students, and enterprise representatives were selected for in-depth interviews, complemented by a three-month textual analysis of assignments at the project establishment units of high-level secondary vocational school in Zhejiang Province to systematically explore the current status, dilemmas, and breakthrough paths of assignment design. The results indicate that current assignment design faces multiple dilemmas, including teleological deviation, monotypic forms, evaluative failure, and the suppression of subjectivity. These dilemmas are rooted in a systemic cycle of “institutional alienation,” where a weak support ecosystem and distorted assignment goals reinforce each other, forming path dependency. Based on these issues, this paper posits that the essence of this predicament is a paradigm misalignment in the knowledge production mode of vocational education, where a static view of disciplinary knowledge systematically squeezes the generative space of work-process knowledge; thus, assignment dilemmas are defined as the manifest result of this paradigm misalignment. Finally, the study proposes a theoretical paradigm shift from “institutional alienation” to “work-process knowledge generation,” constructing a “dual-synergy and three-dimensional support” operational logic. This provides micro-level theoretical support and practical paradigms for the “Three- Dimensional Reform” of teachers, teaching materials, and pedagogy, reconstructing secondary vocational specialized course assignments from the perspectives of epistemology, methodology, and operational logic. The theoretical contribution of this paper lies in elevating the issue of assignments from “instructional technique improvement” to the “reconstruction of vocational education knowledge production mechanisms,” providing an explanatory framework for understanding the structural obstacles to the characteristic features of vocational education under the pressure of East Asian credentialism, and offering implementable theoretical support for competency-based curriculum reform.

ICT 힐링플랫폼은 만성질환 예방을 목적으로 하며 개인의 생체신호 및 생황습관 등의 정보에 기반을 둔 질환조기 경보를 목표로 한다. 이를 위한 2-step 개방형 시스템(TOS)에는 힐링플랫폼과 개인건강데이터 저장소간의 중계가 설계되었으며 데이터 처리과정을 실시간으로 전송(모니터링)하기 위한 대량 커넥션 기반의 publish/subscribe (pub/sub) 서비스가 고려되었다. 그러나 TOS pub/sub의 초기 설계에서는 커넥션 메시지를 deflate 알고리즘으로 인코딩하기 위해, 커넥션의 유휴(idle) 여부 및 메시지의 종류에 상관없이 동일한 버퍼를 할당한다. 본 논문의 동적 버퍼 할당은 다음과 수행된다. 우선 각 커넥션의 메시지 전송 유형을 큐잉하고, 각 큐는 tf-idf를 통해 특징(feature)추출 연산 후 벡터로 변환하여 k-means 클러스터에 입력하여 군집을 생성한다. 특정 군집으로 분류된 커넥션은 해당 군집의 자원 테이블에 따라 자원을 재할당 한다. 이때 각 군집의 센트로이드(centroid)는 해당 군집을 대표하는 큐잉 패턴을 사전에 선택하여 자원참조 테이블(버퍼 크기별 인코딩 효율)로 도출한다. 제안된 설계는 TOS의 인코딩 버퍼 자원을 네트워크 커넥션에 효율적으로 배분하기 위해, 군집 및 특징 연산을 위한 연산 자원과 네트워크 대역폭 간의 trade-off를 수행함으로써 TOS의 tps(단위 시간당 실시간 데이터 처리 모니터링 연결수)를 높이는데 활용할 수 있다.
The ICT healing platform sets a couple of goals including preventing chronic diseases and sending out early disease warnings based on personal information such as bio-signals and life habits. The 2-step open system(TOS) had a relay designed between the healing platform and the storage of personal health data. It also took into account a publish/subscribe(pub/sub) service based on large-scale connections to transmit(monitor) the data processing process in real time. In the early design of TOS pub/sub, however, the same buffers were allocated regardless of connection idling and type of message in order to encode connection messages into a deflate algorithm. Proposed in this study, the dynamic buffer allocation was performed as follows: the message transmission type of each connection was first put to queuing; each queue was extracted for its feature, computed, and converted into vector through tf-idf, then being entered into a k-means cluster and forming a cluster; connections categorized under a certain cluster would re-allocate the resources according to the resource table of the cluster; the centroid of each cluster would select a queuing pattern to represent the cluster in advance and present it as a resource reference table(encoding efficiency by the buffer sizes); and the proposed design would perform trade-off between the calculation resources and the network bandwidth for cluster and feature calculations to efficiently allocate the encoding buffer resources of TOS to the network connections, thus contributing to the increased tps(number of real-time data processing and monitoring connections per unit hour) of TOS.

This paper discusses a design of a nonlinear control for a class of single-input double-output nonlinear mechanical systems. When conventional linearization methods are applied to the mechanical systems, some problems of oscillation and unstable phenomena arise. The proposed nonlinear control system resolves these problems. In this design the eigenvalues of the closed-loop nonlinear system are assigned to desired locations and local asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system. is guaranteed. The design method is applied to an inverted pendulum system with a moving weight mechanism. Experimental results show that the proposed nonlinear controller is more effective for stability than the usual linear controller.

This study is concerned with the strict machine-cell and part-family grouping (MCPFG) in cellular manufacturing system design. Most of MCPFG methodologies often suffer from improper assignment of machines and parts in which exceptional machine has more common operations with machines in a cell other than its own cell and exceptional part has more operations through machines in a cell other than the cell corresponding to its own family. This results in the loss of similarity in part design or common setup of machines and the benefits from the conversion of job shop manufacturing into cellular manufacturing are lost. In this study, a two-phase methodology is proposed to find the machine-cells and part families under the strict constraints in which all machines and parts are assigned to its most proper cells and families. Test results with moderately medium-sized ill-structured MCPFG problems available from the literature show the substantial efficiency of the proposed approach.
A Fault Isolation Filter Design Using Left Eigenstructure Assignment Scheme

This paper presents a novel fault isolation filter design method using left eigenstructure assignment scheme proposed by the first author et al. The proposed method shows good performance of fault isolation with an exact eigenstructure assignment and guarantees that the corrupted ${\gamma}$ faults can be isolated simultaneously when the number of available output measurements are equal to or larger than (${\gamma}+1$). A numerical example for the fault isolation filter is also included.

In this paper, the design technique of fuzzy controller using pole placement method and the stability analysis of the system are discussed. The consequent parts of the fuzzy model representing the fuzzy control system are descrived by linear stated equations. It cannot be guaranteed that the total fuzzy system is stable even if all subsystems are stable. The range of the consequent parameters of fuzzy feedback controller which is stable for each fuzzy subspace of the input space are derived, using a rather simplified stability criterion. Then, the consequent parameters of fuzzy controller is determined with the sufficient condition that the fuzzy feedback controller maintain robust stability for the model of other subspace.

The transient responses of a linear system having undesired disturbances are dominantly governed by the system's left eigenstructure(eigenvalues/left eigenvectors). In control system design problem of altering the transient response of the system, both the controllability and the disturbance suppressibility, should be considered simultaneously to obtain a robust, effective controller. The controllability of the system may be degraded if the left eigenstructure is chosen to suppress the disturbance, or vice versa. In this paper, first, proposed are a modal disturbance suppressibility measure and an improved version of the modal controllability measure suggested by Hamdan and Nayfeh. Second, a simple and general left eigenstructure assignment scheme, considering both the proposed modal disturbance suppressibility measure and the improved version of modal controllability measure, is suggested. When the previous works are applied to assign the left eigenvectors may differ from the desired ones. But the proposed left eigenstructure assignment scheme makes it possible to achieve the desired colsed-loop eigenvalues exactly, provided the desired left eigenvectors reside in the achievable subspace. In case the desired left eigenvectors do not reside in the achievable subspace, the closed-loop eigenvalues are achieved exactly and the left eigenvectors are assigned to the best possible set of eigenvectors in the least square sense. Finally, a numerical example is included to confirm and demonstrate the usefulness of our propositions and to illustrate the proposed design scheme.
Voltage Controller Design of Synchronous Generator by Pole Assignment

A design of robust voltage controller for high speed excitation of synchronous machine was carried out by pole assignment techniques. An affine map from characteristic polynomial coefficients to feedback parameters is formulated in order to place the system eigen values in the desired region. The feedback parameters determined from linearized model are tested on nonlinear model subjecting it to small disturbances and system faults to show the effectiveness of the controller designed by the proposed technique. The results obtained indicate that the controller presented improves the dynamic stability and system performances of conventionally controlled synchronous machine significantly.

When a sounding rocket rolls about its longitudinal axis, the role of angle of attack and sideslip angle exchange regularly. This interchange causes the aerodynamic moments to alternate between pitching and yawing moments, which, coupled with the moment of inertia effects, further aggravates the inertial cross-coupling. In this paper, first we analyze the cross-coupling phenomena and derive a Linear, Time-Invariant (LTI), multi input - multi output model of a spinning sounding rocket and then we design an autopilot for this system. An application of multivariable control technique is presented to the design of the autopilot. The involved controller is advanced by combining Eigenstructure Assignment (EA) approach with the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. Results of linear and nonlinear simulations are reported to demonstrate the performance and stability margin of the considered autopilot.
An Optimal Design of Double Carousel System Under Two Class Based Assignment Policy

The performance of a double carousel system depends on its design and operation strategy. The two-class based assignment policy is expected to be an appropriate storage policy for its efficient operation, since it has two independently-moved carousels, lower and upper sub-carousels. This paper conducts a comparative analysis of the effects of the two-class based assignment policy and those of randomized assignment policy on the throughput of a double carousel system. We also show that, by allowing the sub-carousels not to be equal in size, a further improvement in the throughput can be obtained.

This paper presents a new approach to the problem of designing a cascaded three-parameters controller for a given linear time invariant (LTI) plant in unity feedback system. We consider a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) and a first-order controller with the specified overshoot and settling time. This problem is difficult to solve because there may be no analytical solution due to the use of low-order controller. Furthermore, the zeros of controller just appear in the zeros of feedback system. The key idea of our method is to impose a constraint on the controller parameters so that the zeros of resulting controller are distant from the dominant pole of closed-loop system to the left as far as the given interval. Two methods realizing the idea are suggested. We have employed the characteristic ratio assignment (CRA) in order to deal with the time response specifications. It is noted that the proposed methods are accomplished only in parameter space. Several illustrative examples are given.

In this paper, we consider the design of robust pole assignment for linear system. Considered uncertainty is time-varying uncertainty. Based on Lyapunov stability theorem and linear matrix inequality(LMI) we present the design result for pole assignment. Finally, we give some numerical examples to show the applicability and usefulness of our presented results.

In this paper, a novel relation between the weighting matrix Q in LQR and the eigenstructure of the desired closed-loop system is proposed. Thus, the state feedback gain with the desired eigenstructure in the LQR can be obtained. The proposed scheme is applied to design a simple 3rd-order system and a flight control system design to show the usefulness of the scheme.

본 논문은 대학 일본어 수업에서 AI 활용 과제를 적용하고, 이를 통해 학습자의 자기주도적 학습 경험과 학습 인식의 변화를 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 일본어 문법 및 시험 전략 수업에서 AI 튜터를 활용한 과제를 실시하고, 과제 수행 양상 분석과 사전·사후 설문 조사를 통해 학습자의 반응을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 학습자들은 AI와의 상호작용을 통해 질문 생성, 예문 작성 및 검증 등 다양한 방식으로 학습을 수행하였으며, 탐구 범위와 학습 초점에 따라 서로 다른 과제 수행 양상을 보였다. 또한 사후 설문 조사에서는 AI 활용 과제 경험이 일본어 문법·어휘 학습에 대한 인식과 자기주도적 학습 경험에 긍정적인 변화를 가져온 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 AI 활용을 단순한 기술 도입이 아닌, 과제 설계와 교수자의 개입을 중심으로 한 교수·학습 설계의 문제로 재고할 필요성을 제시한다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다. 이를 통해 일본어교육에서 AI 활용 과제가 자기주도적 학습을 촉진할 수 있는 하나의 실천적 가능성을 확인하였다.
This study investigates changes in learners’ perceptions and self-directed learning experiences through the implementation of AI-assisted tasks in university-level Japanese language courses. AI tutor?based tasks were applied in Japanese grammar and exam-oriented classes, and learners’ task performance patterns were analyzed alongside pre- and post-task surveys. The results indicate that learners engaged with AI in diverse ways, including question generation, sentence construction, and example verification, showing varied task engagement patterns depending on their learning focus and scope of inquiry. Post-task survey findings further reveal positive changes in learners’ perceptions of Japanese grammar and vocabulary learning, as well as in their experiences of self-directed learning. This study suggests that AI use in Japanese language education should be considered not merely as the introduction of new technology, but as a matter of instructional design centered on task structure and instructor guidance. The results indicate that AI-assisted tasks could be a useful way to encourage self-directed learning in Japanese language education.
원전 증기 발생기 수위 제어를 위한 자기 동조 제어기 설계

This paper discusses the maintenance of the water level of steam generators at its programmed value. The process, the water level of a steam generator, has the nonminimum phase property. So, it causes a reverse dynamics called a swell and shrink phenomenon. This phenomenon is severe in a low power condition below 15 %, in turn makes the start-up of the power plant too difficult. The control algorithm used here incorporates a pole-assignment scheme into the minimum variance strategy and we use a parallel adaptation algorithm for the parameter estimation, which is robust to noises. As a result, the total control system can keep the water level constant during full power by locating closed-loop poles appropriately, although the process has the characteristics of high complexity and nonlinearity. Also, the extra perturbation signals are added to the input signal such that the control system guarantee persistently exciting. In order to confirm the control performance of a proposed pole-assignment self-tuning controller we perform a computer simulation in full power range.
최소비용 최대유량 알고리즘에 기반한 구급차의 환자이송 병원 배정 기법의 설계

본 논문에서는 다수의 환자가 발생하여 구급차를 통해 병원으로 이송하여야 하는 경우 최소비용 최대유량 알고리즘에 기반하여 병원을 배정 및 재배정하는 기법을 설계하고 성능을 평가한다. 환자의 증상과 병원들까지의 거리에 의해 플로우 그래프를 생성하는 과정, 링크 용량 수정 과정, 구급차와 병원 매칭 과정 등으로 구성되며 알고리즘 수행시간의 효율성으로 인해 추가환자의 발생이나 병원의 수용능력 변경에도 플로우 그래프 재구성에 의해 재배정을 수행할 수 있다. 프로토타입 구현에 의한 성능 평가 결과 주어진 실험 환경에 대해 제안된 기법은 순차 배정 방식에 비해 24%까지 이송요구시간 불만족을 감소시킬 수 있다.
This paper presents a design and analyzes the performance of a hospital assignment and reassignment scheme for emergency rescue services based on minimum cost maximum flow algorithm. It consists of flow graph building, link capacity updating, and allocation discovering steps. The efficiency of the algorithm makes it possible to reallocate hospitals even in case of dynamic changes in the number of patients or hospitals. The performance measurement result obtained from a prototype implementation shows that the proposed scheme can reduce the transport time requirement miss by up to 24%.

This paper considers to determine the processing workstation of parts and number of machines at workstations in multi-stage manufacturing system. Several part types are processed simultaneously through multi-stage, which consist of several workstations. The machines in each stage are identical in function, but non-identical in functional performance depending on workstations. Two models are suggested. One is assumed that a part type can be processed at the only one workstation in each processing stage. The other is assumed that a part type can be processed at several workstations. Decision criteria is to minimize the sum of the processing cost, travel cost and machine setup cost. Model formulations are presented, and a numerical example is shown.

링크드오픈데이터를 통해 다양한 분야의 RDF 데이터가 공개되고 있으며 그 양이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. RDF 데이터는 그래프 형태이기 때문에 대용량 RDF 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 그래프 데이터베이스에 대한 연구가 중요하다. 2개의 RDF 리소스가 그래프 상에서 연결됐는지 여부를 알아내는 기능은 RDF 요소간 연관관계를 식별하는 데에 관련이 있기 때문에 그래프 데이터베이스의 중요한 기능 중 하나이다. 대용량 그래프 데이터에 대한 그래프 도달가능성을 빠르게 처리하기 위해서 2-Hop 레이블링 변형들이 제안됐다. 최근에 2-Hop 레이블 크기를 줄이기 위해 2-Hop 레이블링이 진행되기 전에 노드 아이디를 부여하는 방법이 제안됐다. 하지만 그래프의 지역 정보만을 활용하기 때문에 복잡한 형태의 그래프에 대해서는 비효율적이라는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 그래프의 전역 정보를 반영할 수 있는 Topological Sort를 활용한 노드 아이디 부여 기법에 대한 설계를 제안한다.
